The Pizza would taste better if it wasn't burned, For amount of money I paid the pizza was horrible.

I try and eat here at least once a week. This is some of the best pizza I’ve ever eaten. The employees are amazing people. The restaurant is clean.

If you are looking for a top-tier pizza experience, you need to come to this restaurant I stumbled upon this restaurant while going into Bath and Bodyworks. I thought it was just gonna be a normal pizza restaurant but everything was fresh and it was made right in front of you to my surprise. A true hidden gem

This was my first time trying 1000 Degrees Pizza and it won’t be my last! Pizza was made fresh, upon order. Toppings were generous and fresh, and the staff were friendly and helpful + quick service. I actually dropped my pizza (for the first time ever) and the staff were gracious enough to not only help me, but join me in laughing at the pizza causality LOL. Thank you so much! As a bonus the store also sells slurpees, dip n dots and a candy bar.

This place is a mess! I called 3 times to order. They had a lady take my order, passed the phone to one guy asking for my address, then passed the phone to another guy to take my credit card information. Tooo much going on and it felt like an open door for scam and an opportunity for them to steal my credit card information. This place was so unprofessional. It’s just sad. Customer service a negative -1000.

I have been a customer for many years. Today, I've had the worst experience ever. 2 hours waiting for my pizza that I purchase through their app. They told me the Uber driver had a problem and my pizza was not going to be delivered. The only solution they gave me was to pick it up or they send me another, which I had to assume the cost. I purchased the pizza by their app, not from Uber!!! They did not want to take responsibility! They hung up the phone, they yell at me and my husband and been extremely rude. Finally, a woman responsible for the app (not from the shop) called me and gave me a solution. I had to wait more than 2 hours and many discussions after my pizza arrived. Shame on you 1000 degrees!!!. Please, change your employees! They are not prepared to take care of the customers.

The attention was super good, the pizzas were very delicious, the employees Henry, Nicee and Graciel gave me very good attention, excellent attention and excellent service.

Randomly hit this place. After looking at some cars nearby. It was suggested by another app and we were not disappointed. This might be a chain restaurant but the pizza was incredible, and the service was top notch. Would not hesitate to go there again and again and again. I love the build your own option. All four of us got different pizzas and all four of us were above satisfied.

After coming here for over 10 yrs, a new white dude with earrings took over the main cooks duty and skipped us by 5 people. Then he served us burnt pizzas. This guy needs to get fired, I know the main oven runner for many years. This will result that ill be back next week to check on progress. That idiot better be in the back washing or ill...... heh order and deny if he does it again.

Tuesday special $8.95 build your own pizza with unlimited toppings! Good wings as well. If you go around dinner time, there might be a line, so go on the early or late side to avoid the rush. But either you wait or not, you wouldn't be disappointed! Its deeelicious! 😃👅🍕

We tried the this place for the first time and got the Quattro Formaggio and the Meatza for my sons birthday and loved it, will definitely recommend.

I adore this place. You can make your own pizza, and staff are nice and friendly. I usually go with group of friends and there’s music in case you like to dance.

Great pizza and the wings were amazing until just recently. Unfortunately the wings are now a third of the size for the same price... very disappointing. When I brought this to the manager's attention it was brushed off, gave no credence to my feedback. We've frequented this establishment many times and found the service has been hit or miss. The worst was witnessing an employee double spoon a bite out of the Gelato case... so gross. Regardless, we recommend 1k degrees for their pizza, it's quite tasty.

Really good pizza and very friendly and kind staff! I went there for the first time today and at the register realized I did not have my wallet and I had forgotten my phone at home. I was trying to use Apple Pay on my iPad and iWatch but was having THEE most difficult time. On top of it, my 5-year-old kept calling me every 5 seconds and my 2-year-9old kept trying to take off running in all directions. It took me literally 10 minutes to figure it out but the cashier (I didn’t get her name) kept saying don’t stress out, it’s okay and just kept encouraging me. She was a sweetheart. I live in north Broward but would drive all the way back to Aventura to this pizza place just because of the customer service. ☺️❤️👌🏾

Only one and half to two pepperoni circled slices per slice, and the taste; like eating shoe soles! First and last order! Well, the parmesan chicken wings's taste was great....but the order was not for me ...but still I managed to have 1 wing. My late afternoon lunch basically ruined. I grabbed all the pepperoni and distributed them over two shoe sole slices and the rest tossed in the trash!...

Walked in & asked the young man for my usual Margarita. I told him with sausage thank you. The young lady took the pizza & I repeated that I want a Margarita with sausage thank you. I stood aside and waited. Gave my tip and left. When I arrived home there was no sausage. I had to drive back with the pizza. There was no sorry or drink. Nothing. Service needs to be worked on there. I love the pizza there but focus is important.

Ordered wings and fries, really good! The wings clearly was delicious since I couldn’t wait to take a bite… the garlic and Parmesan wings tasted so good and refreshing, the bbq was great as well it was like a sticky bbq that you kick your fingers. Love it being roasted and not fried! Would definitely recommend, the only little thing was the amount of skin (fat) which I usually take off or order naked, but other then that was really good.

This is the definition of top teir service!!! kind sweet very humble. Thats how i define Jared. He guided me through the experience and had a smile the entire time service with a smile on his face. Service with a smile is really not appreciated as much as it should be ijs. Also that Mac and cheese build pizza was AMAZINGGGGG. I got mines with extra mozzarella don't tell my trainer lol

I've been going to 1000 Degrees on Biscayne for a few years now and I'm abashed that I've never left them a review. The Staff at this location are top-notch, always friendly and helpful. I love the build your own pizza with unlimited toppings and various sauce combinations. Thanks to another customer, I tried the spicy marinara and white sauce combo and it was really good! I had not previously realized that you could select more than one sauce. Don't forget to download the app and rack up those rewards! I was given a birthday bonus so both the salad and the pizza pictured were freebies purchased with points :-) I will continue to frequent this establishment whenever I'm in the area.
