Great new outdoor bar and covered dining area

Stepping into the unknown, we found pure bliss. The ambiance, service, and water, every detail was crafted with care and love. The culinary masterpiece left us in awe.

Wait Staff did their best, but a 25 min wait for drinks and an 1:15 wait for food is ridiculous. To speed it up they offered to get each plate as it was completed which lead to some weird dining. That said, the food was phenomenal. The drinks were fantastic, but don't come here if you got stuff to do. This place is on sundial and it needs someone to streamline this circus.

Food and service are always great!

We celebrated a birthday with dinner there. We were seated outside and everything was wonderful. Our server Matthew was great, very knowledgeable and his recommendations were spot on. We will definitely be back!

Had dinner with friends at 63 Sovereign. It was a little tricky to find for me, and well worth the effort. The Catch of the Day was delicious - it was wreckfish, which I think literally means it can be found near wrecks. With the potatoes and puree and pine nuts (?). I can't do it justice, so try it for yourself. Everything I saw being served looked very tempting. If/when I'm back this way, it will be at the top of the list to explore more. A great time was had by all!

Wow. Exceptional. We actually tried a few appetisers before ordering dinner.Bao Trio, gnocchi bites, KFC wings and Poke Crisps all of which were very good. We followed that up with a Peri Peri Chicken and a Bolognese (both outstanding). We have been here before and enjoyed it enough to come back. I would recommend this place to anyone. This place is worth the trip!

Such a cool spot. Historic house and outdoor covered patio area with a unique bar that has a James Bond vibe. Food and service was amazing, will definitely be back.

63 Sovereign was ideal for our date night. The atmosphere was cozy, and the food was amazing. We loved the Bao buns as a starter, followed by a delicious roasted pork shank with seasonal veggies. The bread pudding for dessert was the perfect finish. Service was attentive but not overbearing. Can't wait to go back!

Seriously my favorite restaurant in Ormond beach!! It is soo good. Their chef pays attention to detail and has a taste for balancing flavors creatively. Their bao, korean wings, and vegetarian sushi are all absolutely fantastic. My favorite though was the kumquat crostini. I will be returning here before I leave Ormond to have these again.

My wife and I really enjoyed our experience. We started with cocktails. I had their bourbon old fashioned. The addition of honey and orange bitters made for a welcome change to the traditional drink. My wife had a dirty martini served with a frozen cube of olive juice. For dinner I had the filet mignon (rare). It was cooked perfectly and the sides of potatoes and carrots were good. The portion size of the filet was a little on the small side, for the price. My wife had the specialty burger. The burger was very good and a bargain at $10. Service was excellent and the place is cozy and romantic. Definitely recommend.

Nice staff and great food. I had a specialty burger that they added to the menu for a competition among local restaurants to determine the best hamburger in town. My husband had the filet. Both dishes were excellent. It is best to make reservations. I can't wait to go back and try their fried rice with spam! You can get it with chicken shrimp, tofu, or spam. I got the burger this time because it was a specialty for just this week.

From the moment we walked into this quaint, lovely restaurant we felt at home. If we lived in this area this would be our Friday night spot every week! If you go, our recommendation would be to try a little of everything. The oysters were perfection, the bao buns were phenomenal and the gnocchi balls had the perfect amount of spice. They have a small selection of big plates but honestly I love their small plates and tapas. The charcuterie board looked amazing. And that bar!!! As we had just the perfect cocktails made by Danielle we enjoyed looking up their unique brands of bourbon and tequilas. Top shelf everywhere. Our waitress Jenny was so sweet as well. The owner was so accommodating and friendly. Thank you to all and kudos to the chef for a fantastic evening and can’t wait to come back next year.

Good food, good atmosphere, slightly overvalued, very pricey.

We enjoyed dinner on the porch last Friday (late March). It was a lovely evening to soak up the Ormond Beach atmosphere. The setting is tropical old Florida and has a lot of character. Our servers and host were professional and friendly and handled our group with ease and flexibility. My meal was tasty and the eats the other folks ordered looked stunning. It’s a pretty fancy menu but that’s what they’re going for - and nailed it. A broader selection of local craft beer would enhance my personal experience slightly. As a community we need to support businesses like these that really add to the quality of life as well as create a positive economic impact of our little beach town. Thanks 63S, we had a great Friday night out on the town!

Our reviews had over 42 million in the last 12 months. We do not get paid we just love to eat and have fun. We really love to eat at 63 Sovereign. It is really great. Small place so reservations are suggested. The food is incredibly good and somewhat different. We have done hundreds of reviews of some of the best places to eat in the world and 63 Sovereign can hang with the best of them. 1st we say you MUST get the burger. Best burger we ever had. Super soft bun, top shelf meat, Gouda cheese, sunny side up egg and pancetta. OMG is it good and served with the best fries we have ever had, sprinkled with truffles. So good. Same with the white truffle flatbread. Think of it as a truffle pizza with cream pecorino and garlic herb cream sauce. Incredible. Loved the Fig Crostini as well. Gnocchi bites were super good too. Lovely red sauce with hint of spicy and gnocchi were flash fried to a just right crispiness so insides were soft like butter. Really divine. We had all the desserts and all were awesome. Fried bao bun with ice cream was an 11 but the pie and bread pudding were both 10.99 out of 10!!! See photos below to get a better idea of how great this place is. Small inside downstairs but nice upstairs and lots of room outside too. Our son went the next day and he raved about it too. He said the boa sandwiches are to die for. Had the gnocchi bites, all types of bao buns, and KFC wings. The fish and tofu bao were meh, tasted strange, so I didn't finish them. The best were the pork belly and corn flake chicken; however, they needed some more toppings on them. It's justt a piece of fried meat on a bun, but nothing much to it. Still full of flavor and loved the sauces on them. Gnocchi bites were good, but just tasted mediocre like fried gnocchi in canned spaghetti sauce. The KFC wings were the best dish surprisingly. Some big freaking wings, with a good crunch. Gave lower scored on atmosphere just because of how loud it was, it was hard to hear people talk at the table .

I’ve lived in Ormond Beach since 1995. This is our “go to” place. Great food, atmosphere and service. The owners take pride in the place and create an excellent eclectic menu. Highly recommend.

I want to say I wasn’t the most excited about coming here initially (Wife’s Choice…). Wow. I was completely wrong. Started with the Mediterranean board… Outstanding. I had the Short Rib Lasagna, it a crazy combination of delicius flavors. Then, we had the KFC Korean wings that were top notch. Our friend has the Gouda Burger which I would absolutely put in the top 5 burgers I’ve had in my life. I cannot rave higher about this perfectly executed meal. I do leave a lot of reviews when warranted positively. This restaurant has to remain alive in the Daytona/Ormond area. Our waitress was extremely helpful as I typically don’t eat this type of food because it’s usually overpriced and underperformed. Plus she was a cutie haha. Love this place.

What a dinner!! Started with some New England Oysters, then it was time for a Charcuterie Board that was fantastic, great selections and the goat cheese with honey was the big hit. Now on to the Bao Buns, tried the Corn Flake Chicken and the Pork Belly, both great with Pork Belly as the winner. We actually had to get another round of the Pork Belly!!

Tried this spot for the first time last night. The food was amazing! The service was outstanding and the atmosphere was quaint and inviting. We will be back again soon. I love that you can choose between small plates (tapas style) or dinner portions. We were able to try many different menu selections and each was absolutely delicious!

Nice place, the staff was amazing and some of the food was good. Just not as good as it could have been. It's worth a try as I am a picky eater.

My husband and I had our I reception at 63 Sovereign. We rented out the restaurant on a Sunday and had 35 guests. We had an incredible time! Brandon and the rest of the staff were amazing and very accommodating. ALL of the food and drinks were delicious (as usual) and everyone loved everything! We live in Virginia but always make it a point to have dinner here when we visit my parents in Daytona Beach. Thank you so much for making our special day so perfect!

Excellent seating, great drinks, and food. Loved the New England clam chowder and blue cheese chips. The balsamic was interesting, but you can have them hold it.

As client and photographer is always such a pleasure to come here. The service, the people, the drinks and food are on point every time!! Absolutely recommend!

Parking is always a little weird of Granada but manageable. The restaurant has two entrance from the converted home exterior. It’s a nice cozy place with good decor. We were seated on the 1st floor, had prompt service with a smile with reservations. The server offered great options for appetizers and cocktails. We ordered the ceviche, the chips were warm and the ceviche had pomegranate which is a pleasant switch to the usual. Secondly we ordered the old fashion cocktail and the Gouda burger, the bun was delicious soft, warm and fluffy, decent amount of meat. I recommend medium if you don’t want any kind of raw. The white truffle fries were good, hot and seasoned. My date ordered the bucatini, she enjoyed it since she doesn’t eat much, it was the perfect serving size. Finally, the occasion was a birthday so if you want a nice subtle “happy birthday” then this is your place.

Food, service, and atmosphere were excellent. With regards to cost: it's definitely not for the faint of heart.

First Time Diner with friends. Thought the small dishes were good, (White Truffle Flatbread, Bao Buns) I had the Gouda Burger 🍔 & my wife had the Masala Mussels which were also good & tasty. Drinks were good & well priced. Atmosphere was pleasant. My only concern & gripe were the Oysters Rockefeller. Got a dozen for the table, very small & extremely expensive. I guess we should have asked our Server, Caitlin the price before ordering! Shame on us! When I got the bill, the Oysters were a quarter of the price of the total bill. $48.00 EXTREMELY overpriced and again, very tiny. The bill total was $223.50 for four of us with drinks 🍸. Which I was OK with. But the Oysters, no way Jose !! Was that a mistake Owners 😕 ??

Modern but cozy atmosphere with good ambiance. The bao buns were fantastic. However, we ordered the bucatini pasta dish and the fried rice and both had the presentation and flavor of a boxed/frozen meal. For the price, expectations were higher and unfortunately they were not met. Benefit of the doubt, maybe we just ordered wrong as the place is tapas style and we ordered from their selection of larger entrees.

This place is hands down amazing!!! The food is absolutely delicious. The charcuterie board is of the highest quality and the Tail Of Two Crudo was delicious. The salmon and tuna with the homemade sauces were so savory. The craft cocktails were super good. The atmosphere is inviting as well as the friendly staff. Erin our bartender was amazing. Thank you for the wonderful experience. We can’t wait to come back.

Solid 4 stars. Cute little place. Nice collection of specialty cocktails. Diverse food options. A little bit all over place but in a good way. Started with some raw oysters. Very well sourced! Brussels were really good. Baos and sushi rolls were good. Not the biggest fan of the flat breads, but kids are it up. Peanut butter pie was a HUGE hit.

The ambiance and character of the restaurant are unique. The food is great, and the host and servers all are top shelf. This is definitely a must go for a special occasion or just any time.

I absolutely loved it! Incredible food, even my grandpa was impressed with the flavors. The brussels are a must try!! This place is friendly for all diets from what I could see. I am vegan and the rest of my table was not. *Parking is behind the building* not a lot of spots, so you may have to park elsewhere. The menu was mildly confusing for either an older crowd or under rock type people lol. everyone at my table was near lost after our server left (not her fault), and I had to re go over things with my table in a more simplistic way. the atmosphere is very cute! all and all, I would definitely return 😊

We are foodies and this place never disappoints! Fresh oysters from the northeast, delicious! Bao buns are the bomb. My kids love them too, and the bread pudding, well it's superb!

We had an amazing dinner with six of us celebrating a friend's birthday. The small plate tapas style allowed us to order a large variety to try. I think we choose 11 different things on the menu and everyone was able to try a bite of each selection. The food was amazing, with our favorite being the Korean fried chicken wings and the sovereign sushi rolls.

One of Ormond’s finest.. Found a quite spot in the back at the bar.. The oysters were just perfect, Filet Mignon made special by Chef , one of a kind… finished off with a chocolate Martini, excellent! The staff was awesome & I met some new friends:)

This is THE place that I take anyone who comes to visit me in Ormond! The food is always incredible, with fresh ingredients and everything tasting absolutely delicious - there is not a bad dish on the menu. I make an effort to try different dishes every time I go, but the two dishes that I get time and time again are the oysters and the charcuterie board because they are both just that good! The cocktails are so tasty and pair well with the ingredients and different dishes. The environment is also super unique and fun - it's an old converted house, and every time I have been, I have been seated somewhere different. There isn't a bad seat in (or out of!) the house! I highly recommend going to 63 Sovereign if you're looking for a cute date night, a fun night out with friends, or if you're craving a good meal!

Went with a friend last night and wow! Every single dish we had was absolutely delicious. The service was friendly but impeccable. The flavors were complex and with that additional added element that made every forkful and handful sparkle. We had the friend chicken and pork belly bag buns: perfect in their pillowy goodness buns and great combination of sweet, sour and spicy. The Brussels sprouts are indeed delicious with the crunch of the nuts and the added sweetness of cranberries and the unexpected addition of fried tofu. We loooved the truffle mushroom flatbread, devoured the Tacos and enjoyed the mangoes in the Thai tuna roll. Absolutely worth the drive!!! Kudos to the chef and the team

Look for the blue house with yellow trim! This place is a culinary diamond in the rough. Modern/artsy vibes & well-spaced, intimate outdoor seating area. Came here for a special date night and we were impressed. Great restaurant with Asian inspired dishes. We had the Bao Buns which were so flavorful. I could eat a dozen of those. The cocktails are very creative. The Bao Bun desert is a great way to end the meal.

Driving by and the sign caught our eye. We parked and walked into a hidden gem. Matthew was a fabulous waiter!! Salmon dip was the special and was excellent. Topped it off with their tuna roll. Beautiful, unplanned dinner. Thank you!!

So delish! The bathtub full of corks was mildly unnerving but otherwise the ambiance was spectacular. Unlike a previous reviewer, we did not get food poisoning. Take your loved ones here and they will feel truly validated. Bless up!
