2024 First time visit after changed management. Ordered tofu pad tahi, mixed meat fired rice and yellow curry for dinner time. Very quiet with pleasant staff. Mostly take out orders. Pricy for the food quality. 2023 Reopened. Hours: lunch/dinner M-Sat 11am-2:30pm 4pm-830pm. Hope they can maintain the quality. 2022 Ordered take out the staple Thai fried rice and noddle for lunch last weekend. Both dishes were not so great for the price charged.

The woman who is always our server is extremely sweet and kind; besides just that, the food is great! I love the pad thai here and the red curry :)

Their chicken Larb is spot on, tangy and spicy. One of my favorite Thai dishes and they do it correctly here. I will be back

Nice little spot in Val P. The staff were very kind and sweet. The place was clean and service was quick! I had the Thai fried rice and it was a considerable portion. Will definitely come back to try the rest of the menu options.

If you are in Valparaiso/Niceville area please check out Absolute Thai Cafe. They have a large selection of meals that are fresh and made from scratch. Large portions and affordable prices. Mark Runge had crispy duck and I had a Thai chicken salad that was the best Thai salad ever!

I've been here quite a few times over the past few months and I absolutely love the pad Thai and the Thai tea! It's it always freash and good, the service is always great I've never had any issues with my food. Will definitely continue to come back here.

i almost never dislike my food, but this was pretty bad. the pad thai noodles were very mushy and overcooked. and the spring rolls were suuuper greasy. we also got Thai iced tea with added boba, but they didn't serve it with a boba sized straw so the boba that costs extra was useless and trapped in the bottom of the mug under the ice. very weird, like why would you do that?

Incredible food and it’s amazing to see the owner greet you with such happiness first thing in the morning. Loved the thai beef salad since it’s hard finding a place that makes the beef so thin and the marinade so delicious. Pad thai was delicious, little in the sweet side but that’s exactly how I like it. Will be coming back

Some of the best Thai food in the area! Their mixed veggies in brown sauce are the best. I love that they give you plenty of food and enough for a couple meals if you don’t eat too heavy. Always had great service as well.

This is the real thing ! Very many menu choices. Lady here can explain food choices in detail if needed. She arrived spring of 2023. You pay for tasty food, not fancy high rent location. The variety will take time to discover a favorite. I tried the Crispy Duck. So much flavor. Lunch Specials available. Thai tea is very tasty. 2024 update. We look so forward to enjoying a meal here when staying in Niceville. It is amazing to me how similar looking dishes will taste totally different. We sample each other's food. Right next to a large Goodwill store

Eat here. My family and I love Thai food. The wife and I used to work at a Thai restaurant. This place blew away our expectations. Food was amazing. Not half-heartedly, either. Genuinely incredible. I would eat here everyday if I lived in the area. Do it. Do it now.

Pad thai tastes like tomato sauce. If you like that version, you'll like it. Unfortunately that's not much preference. There are so many amazing pad thai options in the area Maybe they do curries and soups better. I noticed there were more customers with bowls The portions were generous. Place was clean and service was friendly.

My wife and I are camping nearby and we stopped at the Goodwill for some used books to read. We were hungry and I noticed a Thai restaurant in the same plaza. I was hesitant at first because it is in an unassuming storefront. Let me tell you what, the food is excellent. Large portions and the flavor comes from spices, not from sodium. The lady who served us was so sweet and helpful. The restaurant was basic, but VERY clean, and I am a germaphobe. I wish we had known about them before, and we will return any time we are in the area. Give them a try, you will be glad you did.

The crab Rangoon is like this little Asian lady went on and got the crabs herself and nurtured them with sweet, loving kindness. Then she took the brown sugar and she raised it herself from infancy. She made his brown sugar, mature, sweet and loving. Then she mix the water together so that the crab could digest this brown sugar concoction and then she caressed The cows utters to milk the cow, with loving kindness and sweetness poured out of this cows utter she then made her own cream cheese with the crab in the brown sugar, and it came out with such sweetness and divine is that she made this honey seasoning that you could dip your crab Rangoon into By the strength of baby Jesus himself you have the crab Rangoon that’s made for gods and goddesses

Their food is absolutely delicious and you get HUGE servings. If you get an entree, it is sharable between 3-4 people. Same with the Thai fried rice. I also really liked the Thai tea. It was phenomenal. I will be back.

Seriously delicious. Best Thai food I've had in a long time. Only note I have- I ordered mild because I wasn't made for spicy and I can usually handle medium, but this was a bit much. Please use less chilis for mild orders.. Otherwise, great taste and large portions, I'll definitely recommend to friends!

Stopped by for lunch while traveling. Service was great, server was so sweet and accommodating. I was super excited to try a hole in the wall local place. Unfortunately, the food wasn’t very good. I got the Red curry shrimp. Ingredients were not fresh, you could taste that they weren’t fresh. The shrimp wasn’t fresh either. Maybe they could get them from a fish market nearby. I was very disappointed in the taste of the food. I love Thai food, some of my favorite food. I’ve eaten it at so many locations. If the ingredients and flavor were better and fresher, I’m sure I would enjoy it much more. I only ate a few bites and half of the rice, then paid/tipped and left.

Best THAI food in the panhandle hands down. I have been to every single one and there is no competition. Authenticity and taste down to the wire! I tried their khao soi, massaman curry, tom yum, boat noodle, pad thai, fried wings(homemade sweet n sour), thai coffee, thai tea, mango sticky rice! great food!

The owner was very sweet and the food was great. I had to take it home and I had two meals on it. You won't leave there hungry.

I’ve eaten here quite a bit, I was never an adventurous eater. But the food, the kind waitstaff, and small and comfy atmosphere makes me keep going back.

We are so happy to have this gem of a Thai food restaurant in our area. Opened with new owner, Dao, in June 2023. Dao is friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The restaurant is clean and neat, and the food is delicious. We were a party of 10, and everyone in our group loved their food, which is high praise for the chef because we had a few Thai food snobs. They have an incredible selection of food. We ordered the appetizer sampler platter, several curries, and a few noodle dishes. Everything was fresh and hot when delivered to our table. The prices are competitive. We look forward to dining here again and again. I highly recommend the NEW Absolute Thai.

Authentic curry, as good as any Thai food I've had

My family and I loved it! My dad had some of the best curry he's every had and the rest of us got Pad Thai and thought it was very authentic and delicious! Also, the prices were good and they offer a special almost every day with reduced prices. I can't wait to go back!

Under new management. Very good, very authentic Thai food, and it shows. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Food was delicious, careful if you don't like spicy, I'd say they run a little spicier than most places I've been. Thai Iced Tea is great!

The food is delicious and the portions are generous. Be careful with the spice! They offer a choice of heat/spice 1-5. I like spicy food and I thought I would play it safe at Level 4. It was intense, delicious, but intense. So, I highly recommend this restaurant, but be advised that when they say "spicy" they mean it!

Got the chicken pad thai, spice level 5. The spice was like eating lava Delicious!

Most of the noodle dishes are great in flavor. The protein portions could see some improvement but the taste kept me coming back.
