I had a bad experience with the service, the food was not fresh and it took around 45 minutes 😭🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮the worst restaurant

Everything at this Arby's is on point. In my experience, this is the usual at this particular location. The food was hot and fresh. The service was friendly and fast. 4.33 ⭐s

The sandwich was delicious but my fries were not hot. They young lady at the window was very nice.

We got some good seals and yummy food. Hubby was still hungry for more though. We will get more next time.

What happened to the roast beef? Quality has gone down for sure

They always forget my fries. It's always right there on my receipt. I'm not sure why they tape the receipt to the bag because no one there checks to make sure the order is right.

It's local so if im starving and don't want to cook maybe I would give it another try. The atmosphere makes you want to go some where else and the food ain't all that. I would never get potato cakes again.

Everything here was bell 🔔 worthy, and let me say, I have never had a neater wrap. Neat, you know well assembled, not messy, all ingredients stayed nicely in place, just perfect. I even told the Mgr. 👍😊😁

Arby's close down the store near my house in Hialeah so it's nice to have some place when I'm visiting my son to come have some Arby's

I always order online then pickup and normally I’ll ask for a side of onions that’s free to add but this day the app wasn’t cooperating. Well the manager that was on shift on June 23rd told me that she can’t “give away” food even though she knows it’s a free add on?? As a manager she could’ve accommodated me but instead she treated me like I was asking for 10 free sandwiches.

Food is alright, normally a long wait in the drive through

I’m not gonna harp on every detail but the woman with the blondish and rainbow hair could use an attitude adjustment. Even after I got my food I noticed her arguing with two other customers! Normally this location had good customer service

Order took forever and was wrong and cold and old. Very disappointed. I don't mind paying for good food but it's getting hard to get good food.

Food has gotten skimpier. No more happy hour . The date on their coupons is so teeny tiny need to carry magnifying glass to even read it. Order was shorted. I asked for melted cheese on one of my sliders and I didn't get any

I placed an order with their app. When I got there, their milkshake machine was broken. They asked if I would like something else and I said no, could they just credit me. So, not only did they credit me, they comped the whole order.

This was my third visit to this location, and I have visited Arby's across the country and I have to say this one needs work( question) ? how do you go to Arby's, and they don't have roast beef? Yes, they apologized, but I drove away with no food....☹️

Compared to all the other Arby's that I have been to, this one just seems to be a little rundown and always gives less portions on their sandwiches

Hubs like the place. They have a bogo if you order in app. Three sizes for their sammys. I do like their gyros.

They ran out of roast beef this was 530pm so just ordered fries and they were cold and no milk shakes

The drive-thru person was less than friendly, and one batch of fries were awesome and hot and crispy, however; the other batch taste like old cardboard. That wasn't the worst part. The attitude I got when I returned them was outrageous, rude, and UNWARRANTED.

Avoid at all costs if able to always seem to be issues at this location litterly just ordered a sandwich with no lettuce and fries from the app. Go in lady pulls up my order comes out hands me a bag full of way to much food not even close to what I ordered. Second try takes them about 10 mins they were to busy cussing talking about smoking weed and the only one in a gray Arby's shirt walking up and down texting. Still ended up with lettuce on the sandwich our future generation folks!

I notice the loaded fries that entailed fries, chicken and bacon. I received the fries cold, the chicken is hard and cold, the bacon is not even crumbled oh and by the way the bacon strips are cold as well. They didn’t even try and make the fries appear to be “loaded fries” welp $5 gone down the drain, check all your food before you pull off from here!

This location is always slow! No matter what you order you wait 10 mins, even at prime lunch time. They need to be better prepared and have better SOS.

Best chocolate milkshakes on this side of the galaxy! Probably the reason they call our galaxy the Milky Way! Update: 3/29/2024 Today was the second time I have ordered a chocolate shake at Arby's and get home only to find that they served me a coffee flavored one. Since they look similar, I guess I'm going to have to start tasting them before I leave the restaurant.

Had one of the best BLTs I've found in a while... Plenty of bacon. Only next time I'll ask them to toast the bread

It's been years since we got takeout from them but the food was still as great as we remembered.

Great food amazing prices if you haven't tried the jamocha shake you got to try it it's coffee flavored and amazing.

Love the broncoberry sauce I don't come here often bit every once Ina while due to trying to save for a house and investments but the lovely ladies who work here were awesome fast and efficient in there work cleaning and food was great I did four stars on food only cause the water tasted a bit funny bit I'm not sure if that was cause of the broncoberry sauce or the water alone and it did come out kinda slow the water I got the family bundle and I shake and boy was it good and I got leftovers for tomorrow during rainy day

Food was fresh and tasty. My daughter forgot to tell them to put her sandwich on a regular bun and they were so super nice. Told her to keep the other sandwich and gave her a fresh sandwich. Dining area was completely clean. Not a single table had anything on it. Even the drink station was clean. We'll definitely come back to this location in the future.

Food was good but I looked online to see if arbys give free lemonade refill and it said they did but the lady said they did not.... socks. Won't go back

This place sucks expensive for the food you get always really slow and food isn't the best 26.00 for 2 combo's .. I will be going other places from here out and get better food and service. I will say Maddie not sure if it's spelled right . She was the only one that wasn't standing around waiting for sandwiches I had nuggets why am I waiting for a sandwich? All my food was ready just had to be put in a bag !!!!!

Had a mint chocolate shake with a chicken wrap,both were good an didn't have to wait long for it to be ready. Got a Creamsicle shake. They are great,but they only have them in the summer. Wish they had them all year,love them.luv Arby's good food an service.

It looks like they made my Buffalo chicken sandwich playing a game of football it was so thrown together, and I asked for everything on it, but got nothing didn't even get a napkin for this sloppy mess.

Sad they make you pull forward in the drive-thru so the meet the time goals. Don’t know if that’s a company problem or a store problem of putting too much pressure on employees or if it’s an operational thing. Either way get it together. I don’t use a drive-thru to sit and wait. Not going to keep coming here. Also if you recommend the app it suck McDonalds app is way better. Better rewards and everything.

My only complaint is the fries were cold and I paid for a cup of cheese and they did not include it.

My Ruben sandwich was cooked in the microwave ...my Ruben sandwich bread was cold n limp...n the meat after the microwave was still cold...why are Arby's using microwaves to cook their Ruben sandwiches...no crout just sauce...manager was mad when I asked them to remake it and then it took them 30 whole minutes to remake my sandwich.. Paul Brown and Melissa strait CEO...this Arby's needs customer service training...todays night shift .. horrible experience 😕 1/15 9pm

The straws are not big enough that they give you with the shakes. They are very difficult to drink and it is frustrating. 10 out of 10 would recommend straw upgrade to this facility.

The gyro's are very good! The girl. That waited on me was very nice and polite! Very enjoyable experience!

Arby's is really only affordable if you have coupons. Service is ok, food is ok. Easy location to get into and out of.

Would of gave 5 Stars as good was great except for mozzarella sticks they were overcooked

I was very surprised that a roast beef, fast food place ran out of roast beef. How does that happen right at the dinner rush?

Good food, clean tables but the men's restroom was downright nasty - the timer alarm for the fries or whatever is so loud it disturbs all customers and it goes off constantly - needs to be turned down.

So I just wanted to make people aware that Arby's is still serving frozen fake food fish sandwiches. Why did they change the sandwich. It makes me so angry so I'm boycotting them . There toasted burned I've told family ', friends and every single person I speak to about it. As consumers who keep your business running have respect for us service and give food the right way. You throwing dog food to people and your saying it this. I'm personally tired of this. So it been a whole year. I'm happy I don't want to buy anything there not even for my dogs.

They never get our to go orders correct. It's always short & they don't make our sandwiches as we ask. Our average order is between $45-$60 so we kind of hope it's better.

The old bait and switch! Prices on menu board say one price, lower, but the cash register price total was more! When I inquired as to why, the "manager" said the signs would be updated "tomorrow" So they lost the sale over a dollar ! Awesome sales practices!!

Tasty food but no napkins or requested sauce.

I will never go back to this Arby's again! I went there the other day and wanted to use 2 forms of payment cash and card because I didn't have enough cash on me. They took my coupons, cash and debit card and instead of doing what I wanted them to do they charged the payment to my debit card and never gave me back the cash. A few days later I went and told the manager what happened and got told there was nothing I can do about it. Very poor service!

I got a classic and there was barely any meat on it. Every single table in the place was dirty and the floor was dirty I'll never go back

Went in and ordered a double beef and cheddar and 2 rb sliders at 730pm they didn’t have enough roast beef to fill the slider order but they have enough time for either off duty employees or friends hanging around in the lobby playing with remote control cars. Stopped once they knew I was videoing. This is what our youth are learning. Either poor mgmt or teaching of work ethics

Nothing special here at all. The sandwiches were not as fresh as expected, the entire outside was looking really old and in need of TLC and the service was very unfriendly

This place has no respect for there customers or how to handle a situation that they created and didn’t want to resolve so I went to this Arby’s a couple days ago and I got a gyro meal , went home and ate it and found a BUG! in my gyro meat ewww gross I took the food back immediately and ask for my money back and they refused they wanted to give me another gyro meal instead like gross they actually thought I was gonna eat another sandwich from them that’s not happening no gift card no money back this place is disgusting be careful what you eat and check your food before hand . . .

Dirty place. We watched a worker walk right by the garbage in the lot at approx 10 am on 8.25.23. So, we decided not to buy at this place. Update to the request to go to your website. What is extra to report? Ok, I'll do it here. 7 of us were in a van from PA and were excited to get some Arby's grub. Once we saw the employee who was taking garbage to the dumpster walk by the garbage on the ground, we went with our gut instinct to go elsewhere. FIRST IMPRESSIONS ARE EVERYTHING!!!

They always take such good care of us, no matter how picky we are being that day!!! Lol!!! & Even if something does get mixed up or comes out wrong in some way..... They are on-top of it, to make it right!!! & They do it without arguing with you too, which is almost impossible to get now-a-days!!! Lol!!! Taowany & Nick Always do such a great job & this is by far my favorite location!!! I will go an extra 15min out of my way to go to this one instead of one that I know will mess-up my food & give me attitude about fixing it!!! It's Definitely worth the drive!!!

Can't go wrong with a meat loaded sandwich, Arby's never disappoints with their menu of beef loaded little masterpieces. This place is a personal favorite as the meals provide a great source of protein. The sauce is renown only to them and the cheese melts, are for sure worth the money. Go fill that hungry void of yours with any of their choices that are sure to get the job done.

Great service, the bbq beef brisket was really nasty. It wasn’t the cook either the sandwich and meat itself just isn’t good. I’ll definitely stick with my regular roast beef sandwich from now on. Oh the orange cream shake is SOOOO GOOD

Always horrible I’ve tried like 4-5 times now. I love Arby’s. But this one is trash.

The poorest excuse of a beef and cheddar if you ever ask me. It had 3 peices of roast beef. 3. I had more bread than anything. Used to love arbys... but since I go frequently I can really see a difference of what it used to be.

Really disappointed. I had an Angus burgers at another Arby's and it was delicious. This one does not have burgers on the menu. Then, the guy says "We're also out of roast beef"!!! Chicken sandwich it is then, for more $ than McDonald's. The fries were good.

Long wait. Guy taking orders bailed for a good 5 min. No condiments in dispensers and no paper towels in the men's room.

I would rate 5 stars through & through but unfortunately most of the time no one is at the register because the lobby is ridiculously slow. To make the wait better my order is almost always wrong. 😩

Placed order evidently cannot hear. Order 7 sandwiches and 2 large fries. Thought I was getting 5for5 but charged me 4for10 plus one sandwich no fries. Said sorry that's how we do it.

Decided to treat my family to some lunch at this specific location June 24th 2023. Cost $22.33 which I was ok with but my transaction as now "updated" and my New total for June 24th is now $44.66. of course this is very upsetting bc I did NOT authorize a charge for $44.66 but I did for $22.33. So I called the Store to find out what's going on and was told they are aware of the transaction total issue. That it was caused by one of their computers however there is nothing they can do for me bc they can only see orders within 24hrs and need to contact my bank to dispute the issue, which is INSANE! I shouldn't have to contact my bank to dispute the charge, cancel the card, then to be issued a new one. The service was extremely disappointing. I absolutely love Arbys and Always choose their establishment over all fast food restaurants but unfortunately this will be a location that I will avoid moving forward.

Fast clean in & out, but parking lot is tight and small when it's busy getting around in then.

I order a Rueben sandwich and it was very well made and very tasty!
