Very nice spot, great customer service

I loved this place and it has an incredible vibe. However, I was disappointed last night when we were told everything was closing at 12:30am, even though your sign clearly says you close at 1am. I understand the need to close on time, but we specifically chose this location because of the later closing time. We were told by 12:30am we had to leave. I understand closing register but not making us leave. We wanted to order more for our group of four, so it felt like a missed business opportunity. If you are closing at 12:30am from now on, please update your business hours. We chose your location instead of another one due to the extra time. Very deceiving. My advice: bring back the girl hostess; she was awesome. The guy last night was nice but gave the impression he wanted us out rather than welcoming us in. Unfortunately, experiences like this might cause the place to close early in more ways than one. Pun intended.

Lots of Opus X and Fuente cigars that cant be found elsewhere.

1st time there with my dudes who are regulars and it was exactly how they described it... Cool vibes, comfortable, friendly and great service. Cigar options are plentiful. Highly recommend.

Friendly, clean and prices are reasonable

This was my first time trying a cigar and the manager, along with the people who were there, helped me and guided me to select my first cigar. Great atmosphere, environment, people and I would definitely go again. Highly recommended!

They cut the shop into three sections: a nice little walk in humidor, a small but loud public lounge, and a VIP or private lounge that almost takes up half of the three space or you can pay $5 per visit or $50 a month to access the VIP room. It's not worth the trip to not be able to enjoy my friends and other gentlemen conversations while having a cigar.

I Live in Miramar and Ashes is in Kendall, which is a couple minutes drive, but although other Cigar lounges are closer to me, They do not have that Good Vibe and Selection that’s at Ashes. It’s definitely my home away from home. Thanks to Alvin and the entire Ashes Team.

Ashes Cigar and Lounge is a must. Great atmosphere, owners, staff and patrons. It’s a home away from home, where everyone is treated like family. Great cigar selection, and prices. Location is near many good restaurants and stores. A great place to attend events, watch sports events and simply chill. D

This place is very clean and the staff are very friendly, everyone that I came across were very welcoming and polite. I will definitely visit this place again once you are able to sit in and smoke inside, as do to covid-19 this is not possible now.
