Not the atmosphere I would bring my family into.

The Cuban had no meat inside. Just one slice of tiny salami. Terrible.

Real ice cream is hard to find. This is good quality and a good price

This little hole in the wall shop has some of the best ice cream I’ve ever tasted. The cookie butter ice cream is so delicious. We pretty much go here every night we are on vacation. The workers are always friendly and helpful as well.

My friends and I (6 adults) visited on Saturday, April 6th, intending to enjoy a short walk to get some late-night treats. We called at 9:30 pm to confirm they were open. Upon arrival at 9:45 pm, we found the male employee ready to assist us while sweeping. However, the female employee, Natalie, seemed disinterested, focusing on tasks such as removing ice cream from the freezer. Despite our understanding of their closing procedures, Natalie declined our request for cookies and cream, citing that she had already sealed it for the night. When we asked for salted caramel, she insisted we couldn't choose from that section as she was cleaning it out, despite the salted caramel being accessible and not yet sealed. Natalie's demeanor towards us was dismissive and rude, leaving us with a very unpleasant customer service experience. As locals, we feel compelled to bring this to the attention of the owners. Due to this poor experience, we'll be patronizing Lu Lu's instead.

Bay 1 is scooping the creamiest Amish ice cream in the area. They had plenty of flavor options including a few non-dairy ice cream choices that my wife raved about. Don’t waste your time with other ice cream shops in the area that boast at having over 100 mediocre options and have a line wrapped around the building. The staff at Bay 1 was very friendly and attentive each time we were there.

Wonderful little place to enjoy some frozen treats. Staff behind the counter were very friendly and professional. LOVED that they had multiple dairy free options. Highly recommend.

Delicious Cuban sandwich and ice cream! Will definitely be back!

The cuban sandwich I had for lunch today tasted fine. I have lived in Florida for 12 years and have had cubans in many eateries, both in Tampa and St Pete. The one I had today was by far the skimpiest(very little meat) cuban sandwich I have ever had by far.

We go here once a week it's my weekly treat 🙂 a 2 scoop waffle cone with cookies and cream ice cream and sprinkles. Love it!!

Delicious, creamy, and choc full of flavor

Great place for some ice cream and cuban sandwiches. Visited this little place 3 times this trip on vacation. They had a banana pudding ice cream that was the most delightful cold treat for a southern banana pudding lover. Toasted coconut didn't disappoint either

Great location but poor service. On my recent visit, June 2023, the shop was empty and when I entered I was not even greeted with a hello. After I made my purchase, the attendant did not even say thank you, or goodbye. I will not return. There are other places that serve ice cream on Gulf Blvd that will gladly appreciate my business.

Can we say AMAZING enough, i think not, okay so i had never been in here but was greeted by two of the nicest young folks as i enter who welcomed me and said they were so happy i decided to stop in. Then they helped me too make my choice of what delicious treat i would like to give a whirl and let me tell you it was a hit. I had a ginormous sundae with tons of whipped cream, hot fudge, oreo crumbles, and peanut butter sauce, all on top of out of this world ice cream oh so creamy which they informed me which i was already a fan of was provided to their place by YODERS who is top notch pie and ice cream folks, so in closing this place has a clean, squeaky clean interior to relax have n kick back with sweet treat, great staff from what i encountered, price point was on point for what i indulged in, and utterly delicious goodness of eats, sincerely from JC

Brought my family of 8 in for ice cream on a hot day, the team behind the counter were friendly, quick and very patient. We’ve been up and down this coast trying different food. Never once stopped at another ice cream place. No need. We knew what we wanted. Ended up coming back 3 more times. Same great service! Highly recommend!

The BEST ice cream we’ve ever had. We come down to Indian Rocks every spring and we have a group of 11, and every one of us swears this is the best ice cream we’ve ever eaten. It’s truly the best!!

Love this place. Never personally had food beyond ice cream here, but ice cream was certainly worth it. Best I've had in this area thus far, and my family and I have been coming this area for many years. Only slight negative is "slightly " expensive, but honestly everything is more pricey in today's world and this area of florida. Very enjoyable

Very nice staff here and they were patient while we were deciding what Ice cream to get with all the options that were offered. Also the Cuban Authentic Sandwich is great I’ll be back before I leave!

The sandwiches are very good. We tried the classic Cuban and the Cuban Ruben (this was our fave). The beef and cheese empanadas were amazing! The prices for the “kid food” were great (pb&j and a hot dog) without sacrificing quality. We went back for ice cream and it was tasty!

Stopped by while traveling. Jade and Lilia were awesome I'm making suggestions what to do while in town and told me all the best ways to get there. Great service. The ice cream was also fantastic.
