I had lunch there today, Sept. 1. I was immediately greeted by Kierstin (I’m not sure if I have the spelling right). Anthony was my server. Both were pleasant and friendly! My meal came out quickly and was delicious! Team A & K were terrific!

Stopped in for lunch. We were greeted immediately by the friendly server Tracie. Drinks were refilled without asking, our food came out fast and hot. Great place for a quick bite.

I recently visited for dinner, food was amazing and we received outstanding service from Tracie.

I always have a great time when I visit Ocala West! The staff is always a pleasure and the frozen drinks are a really cool new addition!

Happy hour deal at the bar is not the best. Daily specials were okay. Service could have been better. It was so so.

I can say the place is consistant. Consistently horrible service..waitress is always missing, never around for drinks.. food is great. I don’t think we’ll be back due to the service

Just left. Food was cold, service slow. Talk to manager about my food and told her it was cold. She said it wasn't and state she was insulted by my comment. Well I won't be eating there again.

The food is always a 10 out of 10. They are always consistent on their flavor. Also, jonesi is a GREAT server. He is also a cook and knows the menu very well. We miss his serving on his cooking days!

Hot, crisp, wings (sauce on the side) fast service - wings on wing day (buy 10 get 10, boneless).

Good food, their table service is a little slow, sports atmosphere, good variety of food selections.

Only a 4 star because both of our orders were incorrect, my food missing toppings and sandwich ordered without roll came with one. Minor issues but you should get what you ordered. Service was friendly and good. Food was also. Spent 1 1/2 hours there today, ordered a burger and dessert. Waste of time, extremely slow kitchen and service. Not even crowded, maybe 15 people, two servers. Take out from now on only.

We had the best service from Regina A. She was attentive, friendly and didn't miss a beat. She's definitely is my favorite server and bartender.

Service and atmosphere are the top things here. We have not experienced the full menu but what we have has been good. The chicken bowls are great. Burgers are ok. No issues with anything else we've had so far. Come check them out and have a refreshing adult beverage!

I love going for Burger Mondays. Food is so much better and less expensive then all the fast food joints. I also go for the fried and and broiled fish. Have never had a bad meal no matter what I have ordered

We stopped in on a Friday evening and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The food was great and the atmosphere was chill. We can't wait to go back.

The food wasn't bad, it's the service that's lacking. My wife asked for an old fashioned, the menu said, bourbon with simple syrup, a dash of bitters, orange garnish with an infused cherry. She got bourbon and water. When she asked the waitress about it, she took the drink over and put a regular cherry into it, with a slice of orange garnish. It went downhill from there. I ordered the Big Catch, that came with the option of grilled, blackened or battered. I wasn't even giving a choice, the just gave me whatever they wanted. My wife's sandwich was ok she said, nothing to write home about. And then they just brought the check. No, would you like dessert, or would you like another drink. The waitress just brought the check unasked, but she did say, if you'd like another drink just ask. Why not ask if we wanted anything else, before bringing the check. Seemed to me like they just wanted us out of there. AND, the place wasn't even crowded!! Needless to say, first and last time. Chilli's is just next door and better.

We have been coming to Beef O Brady's for 5 years. And, they have had their ups and downs during those years. Sometimes they are with it: waiters are efficient and courteous, the food is good, and overall it is good. However, other times they just don't do well. A few times, nobody noticed us. So, we had to leave and go elsewhere. We did not really want to address the issue. So, we just let it go. This time, I finally decided to say something. Tonight, we had mixed experiences. At first, everything seemed to be going well. Then, it started going downhill quickly. We did get our drinks in a timely fashion. Our order was taken down in a timely fashion. But, I asked for my salad to be brought out first before the main meal. And, a very long time went by and no salad. I waited and waited. Finally, I said something. And, the person I talked to did not seem to care if I got the salad or not. So, I waited some more. Finally, I said something again. And, the salad finally came. But, it still took a long time to get to me. I ordered fish. And, it was so salty I really could not seem to taste the actual fish. My husband asked for a special sauce. It didn't come. He had to ask for it again. And, to be fair it did finally come. He said his food was not that great either. It took me five years to finally say something. I just cannot recommend this restaurant. We won't be coming back for quite awhile. I am usually very patient. But, I think my patience has run out.

First time was St Patrick 's Day, not good corn beef dinner .2nd time got wings was great.

Been eating at Beef o Brady's for years, food portions have shrunk, service quality has gone down hill.

We stopped into Beef 'O' Brady's to try the wings we had heard about. We arrived and were told to seat ourselves. So we chose a spot and were quickly brought menus. We ordered pretty quick since it was after the lunch hour and we knew we wanted wings. We looked around checked out the decor. It kind of looked the part of a pub, but more like a sports bar. It did not appear to be the cleanest restaurant we've been in lately. Being very dark also made it hard to get a good look. But I did kind of slip in the water or such that was on the floor and under my table right where I went to sit down and where we had lunch. It was probably overlooked because of the pretty dark atmosphere in this restaurant. I probably should have said something, but didn't want to embarrass the nice waitress. And yes, the waitress was very nice. Our drinks came quickly and the wings not far behind. We felt the wings were good. But they did not live up to the hype we had been hearing. Honestly, they were not as good as the last couple of spots we have had wings recently. I guess that we have been on a wing kick. Now to be fair, Beef 'O' Brady's wings were good. We just preferred some of the recent competition over these wings. But I would have these again. I don't want to sound like I am knocking the wings, because that is not my intention. And again, I think that the wings were good. Just that we found other options, better. We didn't try anything else on the menu. So I can't comment on other food options. But we did find our visit to Beef 'O' Brady's to be enjoyable. Maybe not perfect, but worth the visit. Now I will comment on the bill. Now this is again, only pertaining to the price of the wings and not all the food options available. We did find the wings a little on the expensive side. No, I don't feel it was outrageous. But I did feel that they definitely were not the most cost effective wings either, to be nice.

Wednesday wing special, 99 cents per wing. Beware, when you receive your bill an additional 89 cents for blue cheese and 89 cents for celery! Ridiculous. Burger was way over seasoned, too much pepper. Unfortunately, probably won’t go back. Service was extremely slow.

They have failed tonight. Over an hour to get our food - and then it came out wrong. I should not have to pay for a meal (2 tacos) that takes over 90 minutes and wasn’t made properly. Just brought the second order and it’s still completely wrong. How hard is it to make tacos with cheese, tomato, and sour cream only? Apparently more difficult than I thought.

The waitresses were great. Hard working and on top of things. We came around shift change time and one waitress pleasantly transferred us to another. The menu has lots of choices if you want to go the healthy route or the not so healthy. We didn’t wait long for our meal. They had a two for one chicken wing special. Meal portions were plentiful. We’d seen Beef ‘O’ Brady’s before but never stopped - they aren’t near our home town. We will again in the future.

The wife and I stopped in for what was supposed to be lunch,10 minutes later finally got drinks, another 10 mins later she came back took our order, 2 burgers w/ fries, 45 min later we left , never got our food. Thanks for nothing, will never go there again. This place sucks, save your money & time , go elsewhere.

The restaurant was great . But this new updated app really sucks . You can no longer check in before you order or use your rewards or even know what rewards you have available to use.

We used to come to O'Brady's once a week for their Wings but as time went by the wait staff didn't care if they brought you the right food or not & management was never there. So, we stopped going for quite a few years. Came back to give it a try & we had a very pleasant waitress who checked on us multiple times & asked us if we were interested in having dessert. VERY nice time!!

We love the food and atmosphere here but dang the service is atrocious! It took an hour to get 2 fish and chips, and there were only like 10 other people in there. Tables were all cleared off, but filthy!

OK yes they were packed on a Monday nite. I ordered 1 dinner to go online and got there too early. They instructed me to go "over there" which was standing at the end of the bar. Five different servers asked me the order name, and three other people got their orders before me. 5 minutes after I got a text saying my order was done they found my food. When I got home the Angus tips was mushy and unappetizing. Yuck

Wonderful wings, amazing service, Dawn is great and made me feel at home. Definitely coming back

Our waitress, Keirston, was very attentive. She has waited on us several times and she always makes sure we are taken care of in a timely manner. She anticipates our needs and makes sure our meals are always delivered to our table the way we ordered them. She is very friendly, also. She makes dining at this location enjoyable.

The food is awesome! The service is great! We make sure we are there every Thursday night for trivia… it is a blast.

We friends met for lunch at this Beef'O'Brady's. We ordered plain (regular) margaritas...we would have preferred strawberry margaritas, but they were not an option. The service from Diana M was good, our food was tasty but could have been a little warmer temperature wise. I had a garden salad and 6 traditional chicken wings with sweet thai chili sauce

The honey barbecue wings were delicious and they gave enough.

Picked up 3 meals of wings. They were great.

Combo appetizer is awesome, some of the best onion rings we've had. We both had the big catch salad and were very pleased. I had my fish blackened and it was not over seasoned. She had hers grilled and she loved it. Must visit again soon.

They had outside seating and allowed dogs. I called ahead and they unlocked the back so I didn't have to bring my dog through the restaurant. Food was fast and delicious, service was awesome. I can't wait to go back. ❤️🦴

We decided to take advantage of their sandwich special for National Sandwich day today….$8.50 for choice of sandwich from the menu (excluding Philly or Steak cheese melt)I got shrimp po boy & fries, husband got a spicy chicken sandwich & fries. Server was very pleasant & helpful in answering husbands questions, she was attentive, food came out pretty quickly. My shrimp was so good, better then I was expecting actually. Could barely eat 1/2 of sandwich or fries. Husband also felt his chicken sandwich was good with a large side of fries & again he barely ate 1/2 of either. We felt this was quite a good deal. Parking plentiful & restaurant not very busy.

My husband and I eat here alot, we usually get the daily specials...out of all the visits here we have only had one bad occurrence where our lettuce for our fajita was wilted. Other than that we always enjoy the food and atmosphere.

I got the philly steak n cheese on a Cuban bun it was very small and looked like it was throw together fast , I'm not impressed at all , for 15 bucks it's really not worth it I will not be returning ,

I had never been to a Beef O Bradys before as I usually don't frequent chains. This location is close to our home and provides football watching for my husband so we decided to check it out. We were presently surprised! The service was good the food was very good considering it's a chain. We had the chips and queso Sunday $6 special and shared the chicken strip dinner with veggies. Also had a bloody mary and peachy sangria, which were included in the happy hour discounts! Will be back on some Sundays I'm sure.

Had lunch with Keirston and Trish at the bar today! Service was lovely as always and the pizza is fantastic! A must have!

We stopped in for lunch on Monday. It was fairly busy but we were met with warm and friendly greetings. The special was for burgers so that’s what we ordered. They were cooked perfectly and were delicious. The server was great and kept our drinks full throughout the meal. Very clean and a nice atmosphere. Music was not our favorite but all in all a great visit. We will definitely be back! Returned for lunch on 10/5. Lunch was delicious.Service was amazing and restaurant is always spotless.

Great place to watch a game. Good atmosphere, fun crowd, good food, and staff is excellent. We visted on 9/17 for the first time and had a blast. Shout out to Anthony. He was running all over the place but still managed to make us feel welcome and kept the food hot, the drinks cold, and everybody in our little group happy.
