I brought my daughter in to get her brows cleaned up by Jenn. As expected from our previous experience with Jenn, she was phenomenal. Jenn explained to my daughter what she was doing before actually tweezing. She was very detailed with the clean up. Afterwards, my daughter had questions about certain products and Jenn gave her recommendations, explained how to put the products on, and put one of the products on her to show how it looks! I can’t say enough good things about Jenn. Before we left, we had already made a follow up appointment for a touch up!

Jen is AMAZING!! She helped bring my eyebrows back to life. I have been seeing her for a little over a year now and I couldn't imagine going to anyone else. She is incredibly helpful, sweet, and I can't thank her enough for how much she has helped my brows.

Jen has been doing my brows consistently for the past year, and honestly they’ve never looked better. Just like how Michelangelo saw an angel in the marble and carved until he set him free, Jen found the structure in my caterpillars and waxed until my peepers had proper frames. There’s honestly no one else I’d rather go to.

Jen did my brows and was awful, she trimmed half the top of my brow off using curved scissors. If you want your brows ruined, then by all means take a trip to see Jen. I was booked only for a tint and she said she was going to trim them about. After trimming off half the top of my brow and I said you cut too much she said to me “I wasn’t going to charge you for the trim anyways”. Is something wrong with this person? So you think I’m going to pay for a tint after chopping half my brow? She proceeds to tell me it’s only a few hairs that need to grow back. A “few” hairs I walked in with are now gone. I have an event to go to and now I have to draw in the top portion of my brows. Then she told me I didn’t have to pay anything (which I didn’t plan to do anyways). I called the manager and she didn’t help much she said there is nothing she can do to fix it. Now I’m looking into powder brows until this grows back. :( Please whatever you do, do not go here. I had a bad feeling from the second I got in the chair. I never write reviews but just wanted to help someone else.

Usually have to drive a bit far to my brow girl but she wasn’t available and I needed someone asap. I came to Jenn and she literally saved my brows! They came out so good and it was the same day I was flying out for vacation so I was extremely nervous. She is super patient and really does relieve you. Would def come to her again! 10/10
