Great mexican food with friendly service good value homely atmosphere.

Excellent food, we ordered 2 taco salads, one of the house with roast beef and the other with super large chickens and two tamarind waters and we paid $25.00, rich, substantial and good price. Excellent service

We had a great lunch today here. Super friendly and great really enjoyed the food. Our group did tacos, enchiladas, taco salads, birria, & burritos. Everything was really good. Loved their chorizo and al pastor.

No. Just no. Slow service. Below average atmosphere and food way below standard. We had to leave because it took one hour to get the food and it was cold when it came out. My uncle ordered soup and it took even longer. The vent system was faulty so the smoke made our eyes burn so we went outside but even then the smoke was bad.

Like food mostly. Mine had a bit more gristle than I wanted, but wife enjoyed her meal to no end and wants to go back immediately, where I am a little less excited. So middle of the road from us. One likes, the other less likes.

Greasy and underdone for $33 dollars.

One person was serving. They didn’t have al pastor tacos. The birria tacos were under traditional menu which includes rice and beans and the server said it didn’t. The chips were burnt and the salsa was water. We got our food and they served the plate with beans and potatoes instead of rice and said they would bring the rice later because it wasn’t ready. The server walked out and then when she walked back in after 12 minutes remembered the rice after we had finished the food. My husbands plate which was a carne asada was returned and they still tried to charge it and tried to charge an additional $8.99. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK! The restaurant needs to be closed down.

This place has great Birria tacos. Food was made fresh and with good service.

Great food great place. So glad they’re back…!! Service gets a 3 because on Sunday 9/17/23 there was a young lady that was working n was slow, un motivated, and looked like she just didn’t want to work. But since I’ve been here before and I know how other servers are I will rate them a 5.

Great food! Got corn tortilla Al pastor with onions cilantro lime with green salsa. What a great find! We were traveling threw n found a great place when I come and pass threw the town. Definitely coming back next time!! Our server was a young lady super sweet and kind. I highly recommend this place.

Great tasting Mexican food in downtown Wachula. We had Birria tacos and traditional Mexican tacos, and both were excellent. The homemade guacamole was very tasty, too. It was a very nice lunch

A quaint little place in the downtown area perfect for an affordable, filling dinner! The plates average at around $11, but desserts and individual items are much cheaper. The staff here are extremely friendly, and made us feel welcome and at home the moment we walked through the door!

We stopped and had dinner on our way to Orlando. The tacos were good! However, it did take them a while to make our food. The guacamole was a little odd, it was more like pico de gallo. They did also charge us $2.00 for water, which was unexpected. Also, my son asked for no cheese on his burrito and it came out smothered in it anyway.

I was working in town and ended up eating at Bertha's twice this week. The first time was just so good. The first time I had sopas and a gordita. The second time I had the fajita trio. The meal starts off with the most fantastic homemade salsa, nice and heavy on the cilantro. The meals are plentiful. On the sopas and gordita I had the pastor, the chicken, and the barbacoa. Both meals were top-notch start to finish. Servers are pleasant and very attentive. Next time I'm going through the area I'll certainly be stopping in again.

Probably authentic cuisine, but this gringa is used to a little more spice (aka texmex).

Gave this a try tonight and really enjoyed the experience. Service was very friendly with nice atmosphere. Really enjoyed my steak fajita as well.

Stopped by late afternoon on a Thursday. Warmly greeted and had delicious tacos 🌮 outside to enjoy the warm weather. Excellent, authentic food including the taco chips and salsa 💃🏻🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I had the beef tacos in a flour shell. My wife had the chicken tacos in a flour shell. The tacos were all delicious. Lots of meat and flavour. We would definitley go back to try some of their other dishes. The staff were all very friendly and attentive.

My husband and I were extremely happy leaving with a belly full of food. My husband had the trio fajita (which actually comes on the sizzling fajita tray), I had the Enchiladas with Mole sauce. The Enchiladas looked just as good as they tasted looked like they came out of foody magazine. I usually don’t like enchiladas because they’re so soggy but these were the perfect texture and the flavor was perfect you could taste everything they put into it. Definitely will be back again soon!!!

Pleasant friendly staff and inviting atmosphere. The food was delicious with good size portions. I will be back.
