I love BIGGBY. They have amazing food and drinks. I’m originally from Michigan so when I moved down here, I was super happy to find out that they had a location nearby.

Good selection of different kinds of drinks.

Friendly anvironment. Good coffee and delicious smoothies. As always, the service is top-notch!

Coffee/drinks taste great. The staff are always so friendly and quick. The owner Christian is awesome. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a great drink or a boost of energy.

Good place . Just don’t understand the name and why businesses choose names that are hard to pronounce. The work Big has 1 “G” so how is it pronounced 🤦🏻‍♂️

Their earl gray tastes like potpourri. But other than that, every time I go there, it's a positive experience. From the coffee and tea to the food to the service, they're a great coffee shop.

A GREAT little coffee shop. It has this quaint atmosphere vibe going on. Their coffee specialties are AWESOME (like Starbucks but WITHOUT the unreasonable prices). I don't drink coffee but hubby drinks a lot. I LOVE their smoothies and mixed Specialties. So yes, I'm very picky and they will change how they make the drinks to your specifications. They have a little bit of snacks to choose from also. They are not well known in these parts of Florida but a big hit up North with a lot more stores. Give them a try, their Barista's are amazing and sooo friendly.

Always loved going there and getting my three favorite coffees. Brought my friends for their first time. They love it there. Now, We drive 2.5 hours to go there after church just for the chill vibes, coffee, and those cookies 🥰

Ormond Beach, FL. Originating in Michigan, this location is the first Biggby Coffee to open in Florida. I walked in needing caffeine and was greeted by someone who was either the owner or manager who welcomed me, explained the menu, gave recommendations and answered my questions. “Biggby Coffee doesn’t have corporate offices. We are entrepreneurs passionate about Biggby Coffee.” I got the 16 oz. mint mocha latte which is on the regular menu. It’s made with dark chocolate, mint, and optional whipped cream, yummmmm. This week they still have the seasonal peppermint mocha with candy cane topping on whipped cream and another snow mint mocha made with white chocolate and mint candy topping. If you’re like me and are missing peppermint mochas cry no more, get you some Biggby’s. If I hadn’t had dinner I’d have tried the Bragel, a breakfast bagel sandwich which sounded amazing. A sign said “Show us your tattoo and get $1 off!” Not sure how long that’ll be offered so if you have a tat you and are wanting great coffee don’t let the grass grow under your feet.

I went back here to get 3 drinks in one day before because it was so good. It’s much better than any large chain store.

I took off 3 stars because the tea leaves comes in plastic mesh bags (plastic melts in boiling water!), because ALL their bagels and ALL their non-dairy milks have added sugar, and because when I asked if the bagels had added sugar, the girl in charge (obviously exasperated at having to check on one more thing though there was only one other customer in the store and 3 workers) decided to ignore me and 'play forget' AFTER she checked. That is another level of rude. I was made to feel that I just needed to shut up, quit asking questions, and order something. I went here because I wanted to spend my money a local coffee shop, not Starbucks. (The servers at Starbucks are nicer.) I eventually ordered a tea but wouldn't had I known the tea bags were plastic mesh.

Coffee is good They make your coffee but don't tell you they just put it on side counter . Not sure why they don't announce when food is ready so it doesn’t just sit there

I worked at the largest coffee chain in America for sixteen years, and Biggby Coffee is better. I first encountered this chain in Michigan years ago, and I've been dreaming about its drinks ever since. So great!

Liquid. Crack. One of the only places that carry Lavender, and they were gracious enough to share some of it with me. Attendants were super enthusiastic about providing the best service without being overbearing. Not from around here, but I'd come back specifically for this place!

Great place for some coffee and breakfast or snack. The sausage egg and cheese bagel was very good and the coffee that the barista recommended was splendid also. I'd highly recommend visiting here if you prefer local shops instead of going to Starbucks or dunkin

Ordered a large frozen drink. They give me a have a cup full with a lot of whipped cream. While the other girl says something and is laughing. They still proceed to serve it to me. Horrible

Picked up my large hot coffee on the way to the store. The coffee here is always fresh and the service is great. I sat outside and made my grocery list on my phone while enjoying my coffee.

Came here twice the FIRST time was good… 2nd time order was messed up THREE times….Ordered Asiago bagel was given regular bagels and the THIRD time the bagel was right BUT the egg was cold!!!!…. Oh & no crème cheese on the Turkey bagel….Can’t say will be back….Trying NOT to speculate if it was because we were BLACK 🤔 UPDATE: Looking At some of the other NEGATIVE review from minorities* seems to be a practice here… If you’re NOT a REGULAR go somewhere else

I used to love Bigby… it’s where we buy our coffee. Not anymore. I’m not really sure what is going on with the staff, but the salted Carmel coffee has been stuck in the top of the machine for 3 weeks… nobody has cleaned or refilled it in that long. I’ve been in 3 times to check and buy more lol. Yet every time I go in there, there is plenty of staff sitting around talking. Very sad bc it was my favorite but I’m not trying them again.

It is not good practice to blame the customer for your mistake when you don’t listen. Never coming here again.

It was as simple as just listening to your customer speak and the 2 ladies this morning refused to do that because their conversation with their regulars was more important than the new customer in front of them (first time & last), I'm in customer service and I could tell that they were regulars based off their comments. Both the girls proceed to talk over me so they could get back to TALKING to their regular. And I proceeded to make the remark of that's how you lose a tip. She felt it was good customer service to make the remark to me that they don't need it and I said and that's how you lose a new customer And she proceeded to once again think it was the customer service thing to say, That's OK we don't need you either. I just finished getting my birthday nails done next door and Have been in a great mood all morning and both those ladies just ruined my morning without ignorant they were.

Very rude. I bought all my drinks and promised me a pup cup for my dog. Waited 20 minutes for the pup cup then they tell me they don’t have the cup for the pup cup said they had to many drinks to make to figure out the pup cup was very rude about it. We are normal customers here. We will not be returning due to the employees being extremely rude about everything.

YUM!! Driving back to Orlando from Flagler and decided to make a slight diversion to visit this coffee shop. Boy am I glad I did! First, the Butter Bear iced latte (I requested 1/2 the syrup and no whipped cream) is so delicious! The coffee has a unique flavor that I love finding at local coffee shops. The two baristas working were incredibly friendly and the price for my latte and everything bagel was very reasonable. I will definitely return next time I am in the area!

My go-to coffee shop! I like to describe it as a cross between Dunkin and Starbucks, but even then they're well beyond that! They have so many different flavored coffee combinations to try, all of which are delicious. Of course, you can also create your own. They also serve smoothies, but I've only tried one. It was blood orange creme freeze and it was ssooooo good!!! They have a yummy breakfast sandwich called a bragel (turkey havarti with egg and bacon is the best). They sell their own coffee beans too and can grind them up for you. They're also on door dash, which is dangerous for me because I've ordered them far more than I care to admit. They have a couple outdoor tables and a bowl of treats for your furry fam.

Biggby staff is always warm and welcoming. I recently tried the salted caramel mocha cold brew. It was delicious 😋

The gal that made my sandwich answered the phone and then pressed buttons on the cash register and then grabbed my sandwich with the same dirty glove and cut it in half. I will not ever go back there again. She did offer to make me a second one but I came early so that I had time to get a sandwich I didn't have time to get two sandwiches. I was very disappointed.

I would love if there were more of these in Florida.

This is THE place for espresso- absolutely delicious! So many flavors to choose from. I highly recommend the butterscotch iced latte!

I am not a coffee shop person---mostly because the pretentiousness of Paneras for example or the cold corporate sterile (not necessarily clean--more of a cold calculated, we count every bean atmosphere ) of a Starbucks---who needs it. But yesterday I wanted a tea and I saw Biggby on Granada and went in. Shocking is all I can say. The place is cozy, immaculate and above all else, warm and friendly. The owner and his assistant were beyond friendly. The assistant even offered me a tea bag to take home as it was a flavor I had not tried. True empowerment, he did not ask the owner, he did not even hesitate---he simply took a foil sealed tea bag out of the box and handed it to me. If I am going to stop at a coffee shop, which again, I rarely do, this is the type of atmosphere I want, immaculate surroundings, an actual host/owner, and staff personnel who are in place to exceed a guest's expectations. After all, what is it you seek when having a coffee---pretentious, corporate, callousness---to me that is the antithesis of what you want when you go for a coffee. Next time try Biggby---exchange what you know for something real, personal, gratifying, and truly pampering by comparison. Biggby is the only place for me.

Christian and the Crew did a great job catering coffee for our wedding and added a few special touches to the table at the venue. We ordered ten boxes of a variety coffee which included cups, lips, stirrers and the fixings for the coffee. We really appreciate their help making the process seamless along with delivering the coffee to the venue. This is our go to coffee spot and recommend it to anyone for there customer service, value and options. Thanks again!
