Didn't have to wait very long. The Ruben sandwiches, fries, and onion rings were very good. Very large sandwich. There are cool antiques in the lobby. Neat little restaurant.

The food at Boris's is top notch, absolutely delicious... New York deli's got nothing on this place. Boris doesn't skimp on portions and the food is worth every penny. Wonderfully lean corned beef, yummy soups, just right Cole Slaw.

We ordered 2 BLTs and they were huge. Now we order one and split it.

The food is outstanding! The Toasted Pastrami sandwiches are to die for and just like they say...over stuffed! I ordered the French Dip with Fries and Cole Slaw. Mine had lots of brisket piled on it and was melt in your mouth. Fries and onion rings are really tasty too. You won't be disappointed.

Will not be returning here as I noticed they stole money off my credit card. My total was $36 and when it cleared in my account it said $42. I should’ve asked for a receipt but didn’t get one so I’m sure they filled it in as though I tipped.

This place has great quality food for a very reasonable price. I just got the hot brisket sandwich, probably the best I’ve ever had, very tender brisket and the mashed potatoes and gravy were amazing as well. Btw my meal was piping hot too. I will definitely be back again, as I have been coming here for a while. This place is owned by a very nice family, the woman that works the counter is always so sweet and in a great mood.

1st time in. The sandwiches were incredible. I had the BLT. It was perfect. Enough for 2 meals. Hubby ordered the roast beef sandwich. It was awesome and huge. We both shared and had leftovers. Also tried the onion rings. They were spot on. We will definitely be back. Enjoyed dining in. Spoke with another customer that suggested we try the soups.

Small local place, great food and portion sizes! You better come hungry!

Did a phone pick up order, they told me 30 minutes and it took 30 minutes. Sandwiches are large enough for two, maybe three meals. The only deli place for our family! Seems fresh, definitely recommend.

I wanted to thank a vendor that mentioned i like corned beef. No brainer! Boris's is top notch!

Fantastic food! Always fresh - the meat is tender and very flavorful, matzo soup is perfect, latkes are the best I've ever had. Bread is terrific. Highly recommend!!

Bald clown behind the counter would rather hide and play on his phone then turn and say anything to the only customer that was standing there and had just came in for their pick up. Had to say hello? Before got any sort of recognition. I won’t be back and I’ll be disputing the charge.

Hmm, well the sandwich was juicy and definitely could feed two people for lunch or dinner, but the service was a little odd. There was a bad exchange between a customer and both the lady at the register and the guy making the sandwiches. Not sure who was right or wrong, but it could have definitely been handled better. The guy making the sandwiches got unnecessarily angry with the customer which made me feel very odd about receiving my sandwich and eating it there. Almost as if the sandwich was made with anger rather than courtesy. Could have been a random off day, but kind of soured the whole experience.

The sandwiches are HUGE! 1 sandwich can easily feed 2 people. Cozy inside.

Thrilled to have a Jewish deli out here! Food is great and prices are reasonable. There are a few tables, but it's really a carryout deli. We love the soups and salads.

Mr Boris Deli has the best sandwich

My husband and I split the corned beef sandwich with coleslaw and Russian dressing. It was delicious and half the sandwich was more than enough food for each of us!

Ordered a Deli tray corned beef ,turkey but first had a sandwich the week before. The sandwich was excellent piled high with corned beef, Reminded me of the sandwiches I would by years ago in Oak Park. I will most definitely order again. Everyone enjoyed the Deli tray.Thank you.

So since my past review I finally had breakfast at Boris's Deli. My wife and I stopped after church on Sunday 12/17/2023. Great decision! We split the Boris's Omelette and some hashbrowns. The portion of food is very generous! The omelette and hashbrowns were excellent! Boris's Deli is a must stop whether eating in or getting carryout! Too the current owner I reflect only for a moment that I might bring the review to right now. When Fred's Diner was there I loved going there. Then it closed. And Boris's Deli has been there and they have carried on with great food. Now too be honest the item on the menu thats been ordered multiple times is the Reuben. The Reuben from Boris's is in a league of its own and at a fair price in my opinion. One of these days maybe I will try the breakfast because I'm confident I will be just as satisfied with that decision as well.

DARN IT! After a Year's absence, I so looked forward to a Boris's corned beef sandwich on their Rye with Swiss. Unfortunately they served me the dried meat crumbs that feel off the slicer the end of a Corned beef. Sawdust may be better! Really ruined it. Literally needed to add Mayo as lube so I wouldn't choke on it. Can't serve that stuff, Boris. I may give you another chance. But that was horribly disappointing for a $14, juicy corned beef sandwich.

The Ruben with onion rings is my favorite from here. Their pickles are delicious too! Convenient location, accessible, and easy parking.

Everything we've tried on the menu has been delicious. We ordered carryout for the first time yesterday and we enjoyed it so much we went there again today! We look forward to trying more on the menu. Ignore the few bad reviews.. they don't know what they are talking about... This place is a gem .. they wrap everything up extremely well and everything is made fresh. The sandwiches are stacked high and easily two meals. Glad we found this place. We will be back.

This place is our family treat. The only complaint we have is that they are closed Monday and Tuesday lol....but only because food is so good. We have tried a wide array of sandwiches and soup and dinners and they never disappoint. Always tasty, fresh and with that homemade feel. The whole family absolutely loves this place!

It was my first visit and the Chicken Caesar wrap was huge and Chicken was cooked perfectly. Romaine lettuce was good and crisp. Had lunch for 2 days!

Food is always top notch. He does an excellent job creating the sandwiches. Yum. And very clean. Highly recommended

I loved this place. My husband got a Ruben, I don't remember the name of my sandwich and a side of fries. The sandwiches were massive. Made with really good meats. I am so glad we only got one fries, because that was massive also. We both took home doggie bags. I will be going back next time I am in the area. Note: don't be shocked by the price, it's worth it. 😉

Foods great, nice huge sandwiches, great soups. I’ll keep coming back consistently. I’m one that loves pickles. But personally I think these pickles need work.. It’s like they brined them in strictly water and salt.

If you aren’t eating here, you’re making a mistake.

Food was great !!! They have three menus and three different prices. The menu we were given to order takeout was lower priced than what they actually charge(bad bad bad) I called the deli when I got home and asked why the price was higher than what was on their menu. She replied that was the older menu prices. WHY WAS WE NOT INFORMED ABOUT THE TRUE PRICES? We will not return to Boris’s deli. BEWARE OF THESE HIGH PRICES

OMG, a real deli sandwich place tucked away in West Bloomfield on Cooley Lake Rd. Close to the Waterford/Commerce/White Lake areas. WONDERFUL sandwiches. It's run by a father and son and they do a fabulous job together. Absolutely one of the best Ruben sandwiches I have ever eaten. So big it made two meals. They offer fresh baked goods every day. We had a piece of banana bread - it was great. LOVED this place. They have a small dining area and they were quite busy with takeout orders while we were there. A lot of locals have already discovered them, I highly recommend you do if you haven't been there yet!

Killer sandwiches made with quality ingredients. Everything has been absolutely top notch - pastrami, roast beef, corned beef, cheese blintzes, Subtle Earth coffee. I would recommend this place 100 times over.

The number 7 is so yummy and you get so much corned beef it's crazy! The young woman that took our order knew the other customers coming in by name. This is the type of place you hope stays in business for a long time.

Superb service, nicest people you’ve ever met. In the short bit we ate in we saw the owners give a free sandwich to the sheriffs, the mail man, and the delivery guy. Stand up acts and even better food. The corn beef is amazing!!

We got a carryout. The Corned Beef was wonderful 😋 Rye bread was fresh and still warm when we got home. Great customer service from the owner/operator and staff. I highly recommend this restaurant 👌

I read other reviews that said this was the best sandwich they ever had. The corned beef Rueben I ordered the other day, WAS the BEST Rueben I ever had. The meat was not heavy (fat or greasy), a home made sauce (delicious, not the standard 1000 Island), sauerkraut and the bread. Perfect. Boris will be my go to for Rueben's, I'm definitely going to try some of their other sandwich's. I also ordered the homemade cabbage soup. Great as well.

Had chopped liver and matzo ball soup. Both were very good. Asked for no tomato but got them anyway. Not a big deal, but I was the only one there so I figured they'd get it right.
