Why do businesses continue to allow the bratty little c u next Tuesday type of girls work the register and be the face of their brand?? Short fake blonde straight up told us "No." She didn't want to make something we ordered because she didn't want to clean up. Even worse, the previous week, we made the same simple request, and they were more than happy to do their job. I hate how one terrible person can ruin it for everyone, but we definitely won't be coming back.

Their ice cream is so good and had to get our fur baby Chase a pup cup. He was happy too.

The girl there was very nice and professional.

This how is was delivered. Disappointed. We literally love down the road. Time to come up with a better delivery process. Such a waste.

Be careful with your food allergies, as they didn't ask if I was allergic to strawberry or chocolate, yet they made a sundae with 'Standard Flavors', so since they may not ask you 'What Flavors', don't be shy to let them know and to remake the sundae.

Have been going there for years. Like their ice cream but the portion size continues to decrease. One employee told me because of the owner. Considering the cost its not worth it anymore.

I tried calling ahead to place an order and the girl would not take it unless i paid with card understandable, unfortunately i told her i would be paying with cash. I get there when they still have 15 min to close and they already started counting the cash so i was forced to still pay with card. If you are open you should be able to take all forms of payments.

First time getting Ice cream here.. Arielle was an amazing employee made sure my food was delivered quickly and was very friendly at the window, honestly one of the best employees I've seen in a while. A superstar employee! Will definitely come back

Normally would give Bruster's 5 Stars but lately service hasn't been as good as it used to be. Our pints were only partially filled, definitely not packed like they used to be. We should've checked before we left with our pints. Didn't discover the partially filled pints until we got home.

Their ice cream is to die for. So creamy and soft. It's a weekly visit for my family and I.

I have had better ice cream at other places. It was still pretty good but I did expect it to be better. I got the cookie craze The dining tables were quite dirty. The prices were a bit high. It is ice cream though so you can't really complain. I do prefer Cabana boy in Winter Haven you get a lot more for less money. The employees were nice here. A lot of the flavors offered on the website were not available. I came here to get French toast, horchata,or Chocolate birthday cake but none of those flavors were actually available. My pals also were looking for peanut butter but none was to be found even though the website offers about 10-12 different varieties of peanut butter.

The bathroom is worse than a gas stations 🤮

Any place that charges nine dollars for a regular sized shake, plus I left two dollar tip, Should have a working bathroom. I don’t like being lied to by unfriendly teenage staff. I worked in hospitality for 40 years I would never have tolerated a child employee who doesn’t even have the responsibility within them to be courteous to lie to my guests and say their bathroom is out of order because everybody knows that the staff has to have a bathroom to use. I would have respected the place more to be told that their policy was not to allow us to use the facilities… But again, back to that nine dollar shake, which is not worth nine dollars it’s barely flavored, the least you can do is have a restroom.

We always have a family reunion with cousins and ice cream what could be better!! Chocolate ice cream and gummy worms are their favorite. Love the new season treats, like apple dumpling.

Ice cream is good and portion was adequate. Teenagers act like they would rather be somewhere else. (Can't blame them, Friday night). A little pricey but homemade ice cream is worth a slight premium.

Delicious ice cream My flavor was Turtle chocolate ice cream caramel and walnuts Hubby had butter pecan with great big.pecans and he said it had a butter taste.

Ice cream is overpriced. Spent $25 got 3 items. One being a kids small ice cream cup... Ice cream tastes okay at best. Definitely below Dairy Queen. I got the cotton candy shake which I typically love and was excited for but when I got it the taste is nothing like cotton candy, barely had a taste at all. I had my wife try it and she said it tasted like sweet milk and really nothing more. Tasted like it had pop rocks in it not cotton candy bites. The banana split was the best item we got today and was actually pretty good but still too pricey for what it really is. The service was prompt and staff was nice but this place is overpriced for what you get.

Worst service ever in my life asked for a refund couldn't even get that I cut my losses never again

I should have known something was wrong when I ordered a hot fudge sundae and the employee asked me if I wanted hot fudge on it. After waiting ten minutes and no hot fudge sundae, the same employee askedif I was waiting for something. Needless to say this is my last visit here.

Pumpkin flavored shake was horrendous!!!! Tasted very synthetic. Skip the pumpkin here and go to DQ!

My last few experiences here have been poor, which is too bad because of what Bruster's has been to our family for years. The prices are way too high. I know this is probably related to inflation, but it's nuts (pun intended). The servings are small. I used to feel like I was getting a lot, not these days. "Eight dollars for a small cup of ice cream, yea we thinks that's fair." Finally, the service is horrible. Since when is having your earbuds in, while taking orders, good customer service? These employees don't care. Is there any training for them? There has to be basic standards of service. I'm done with them, for a while, at least.

Just a bunch of kids with earphones who hate their lives. Shows in their attitude and the way they treat their customers. Clearly does not want to be there and will not bother to hide it.

Drove into parking lot at 12:50 today drove out of parking lot 12:55 today even though the windows were open and the open sign was lit no one came to the counter and when I looked on Google Maps I got the message that they were not receiving orders to 1:00 p.m. so I haven't tasted their ice cream and I probably won't

Always a fan of this place. Great variety of flavors to choose from. Their cake batter is great too! You can tell it's fresh too!

Always busy but worth the wait!

Ok… ice cream was just aight and with how much it costs for the little amount made it less attractive. The kids that work at the shop are exactly what other reviewers stated… they could care less about their jobs. Need to hire more type of kids like the Chicken sandwich restaurant.

This place was highly recommended with high reviews. Needless to say I finally took my family there tonight and they completely messed up our entire order. Pictures were a bit deceiving along with receiving wrong flavors and to top others received there order before us even though we ordered first. Ice was good I will say.

Blanca is a Superstar! She is so nice and professional along with being very personable. This young lady is a real champion and deserves to be the owner! Crying out loud pay this young lady 1,000,000 a year! The owner struck Gold when they hired Blanca at this Superior ice cream location here in Lakeland, Florida. She made the very best Milk shakes here on planet earth and beyond.

Fantastic! I got a small cup with a scoop of pistachio and a scoop of toasted almond. So creamy and delicious.

The ice cream is delicious but the employees are kind of hit or miss and I feel like the amount of ice cream I get is never consistent, even though I go once or twice a week and get the same thing. All in all, they make their own ice cream so that makes it worth it.

Went this evening (Saturday) around 8:00 pm and while waiting for our ice cream I could hear through the screen one of the workers talking to another coworker swearing (four letter word) like a truck driver! I asked her to cool it and let her know that I had a child with me. The whole time we were there she continued to swear while starring me down! Look at your cameras that are inside and you’ll also see that workers were busy chatting while customers were waiting for their heir ice cream…..terrible service!!!!! The owner can contact me if he/she wants to know the workers name and I’d be happy to share it with you.

That's what makes Brusters Real Ice Cream SUPREME in my life and that's undeniable. This is literally how I feel personally and equally what I experience in this atmosphere as I taste it. All of their workers are of excellent service, love and peacefulness. I love you all because you work there. I love all of the customers for the visits of their support for the healthy concerns of children and equally the adults at Brusters Real Ice. They are my family. Love the ice cream here, especially chocolate raspberry truffle! It never disappoints! I always get a waffle cone or bowl! Our family always enjoys the sugar candy eyes on our ice cream!

I was greeted with the rudest young girl and customer service making us feel awkward. Just because they are nearing closing doesn’t mean they are closed. We ended up leaving and taking our business elsewhere and do not look forward to going back to this Lakeland location. This is a bummer as my friends and I were big fans of coming here.

First time here. The Caramel apple crunch was recommended by a lady waiting in line, I tried it and I was not disappointed. However, the small size waffle cone portion was much bigger than I anticipated. The service was fast and friendly.

This place has always been popular in our area. Been there for years and probably will continue being there for years. With endless selection combinations and flavors you can never go wrong here for ice cream. They are delicious. If you are and ice cream lover this is the first place for you!

I had a very negative experience on 8/4/22. My ice cream was melted and running down the cone. I told the girl at the window who served me the ice cream is melted and not supposed to be this way, she looked at me dumbfounded and said, it's the kind of ice cream it is, she shut the window and WALKED AWAY!! I will never go there again, or reccomend the place.

The best ice cream I ever been too the ice cream here is sooo good so stop by if you could because this place is way better then cold stone and staffs are friendly and great service.

The icecream is good, but $17 for 2 tiny kiddie cups and one small cup is ridiculous. Will not be returning anytime soon

I used to enjoy Bruster’s until recently. They’ve hired the rudest young girls to run their location in Lakeland and Orlando. They have zero social skills and act as if they’re doing you a favor by taking your money for ice cream. I will no longer visit this location and will take my business to Andy’s Custard, down the road.

Close to the airport, quite rooms and prompt service.

A little pricey but the absolute best of ice cream, so it was all worth it.

They have an amazing selection. I'm not too keen on the fact that you really can't see what the ice cream looks like before you order it so unless you know your ice cream you do run the risk of not liking what you ordered. With that being said, everything I have tried from this place has been incredible. The prices are a bit steep and is probably the only thing that will keep me from visiting more often (my waistline is grateful for this) but I do love the variety available here. If you are an ice cream lover, I highly recommend this place.

It's always wonderful. The banana ice cream was delicious. It had a pure flavor of banana. Most banana ice creams have an artificial flavor and after taste. This did not.

This is THE BEST place to get the ice cream of your dreams!!! No joke! Any kind any flavor with waffle cones too! Amazing tasting too. We go there with the kids every time they are here. We'll, to be honest, they beg to go there!

Superbly the best ice cream in town. I drove 25 minutes just to get this absolutely delicious ice cream. To top that Charlie and Maxie got a free ice cream with a miniature treat on top of it. And we all had fun and great ice cream treat on this hot sunny day.

The ice cream is not even frozen. It’s half melted. Portions are a joke for the price. Please figure out how to freeze your ice cream.

Good ice cream.... very inconsistent on portion size... some nights you get a nice scoop of ice cream and others you hardly get anything...

Love Brusters, but the ice cream freezers need to be adjusted to keep the icecream hard.. otherwise great staff, mostly teens that are friendly and doing great for their 1st time job.

Ordered the Turtle cake and it ended up not being decorated at all (Carmel Drizzle, etc), it literally came with plain white icing and that's all. Didn't realize until it was opened. Called the place and was told it wasn't their fault, but ours for not making sure it was decorated... Asked for one made the correct way, as shown on the website and the young male on the phone said he would not do that because it would come out of his check.... I can't even make this up.. I'd rather go somehwere where the pie is made right in the first place.

Our ice cream was already melting when it was given to us. Didn't get to enjoy it cuz it was melting out of the cone and making a mess. It was more work to save the cone than enjoying the cone

Got a strawberry milk shake. It was very liquidy but ice chunks and nasty. And way to pricy for normal ice cream.

The ice cream is delicious no doubt, but the staff never wears gloves anytime I go there. It’s quite unsanitary. I’ve asked multiple times why there is no gloves and the staff says because the management doesn’t provide them. They’re tables are filthy and they won’t clean them.

Came out tonight for one of the seasonal flavors. Pumpkin pie ripple. Fantastic!
