Nice ice cream stand with friendly service

My wife and I just had the sweetest young lady by the name of Ella wait on us at the Altamonte Springs location. We had just received our ice cream cones and a puppy cone for our dog when Lewie jumped up and knocked my wife's cone to the ground, to the delight of Lewie. Ella smiled and got my wife another cone. I didn't expect this but knowing from previous experience the staff have been outstanding, cheerful, polite YOUNG adults I could have expected it. Thank you Ella you have made us a loyal Bruster's family for life.

Been a while since i visited, ice cream was extremely delicious and fresh. Service was perfect and fast even with them being busy on a Saturday evening. Will go back soon.

I witness the guy was making someone waffle cone and blood was dripping from his arm, with no gloves on or didn't stop to address the blood that was dripping from his arm, quite disgusting and it turn me to get back in my car and leave...

This was my first and last time I’d ever go to this business. The young lady at your window gave me and my family the worst experience ever. I believe her name is Emily. She slammed the window in my 1 year old son’s face after he told her “thank you”. We’re still not exactly sure what her issue was. Deplorable and disgusting attitude. I’d much rather buy an ice cream cone from McDonalds than to ever deal with something like that again.

Boosters Ice Cream is absolutely fantastic! They have the best Italian ice in the county—nothing else even comes close. The flavors are vibrant and refreshing, and you can tell they use quality ingredients. On top of that, the customer service is amazing. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. Visiting Boosters is always a delightful experience. Highly recommend!

We drove almost an hour to get here and it was worth it!

I love going there. I just wanted a little ice cream, and sat down and relax my mind on a beautiful day.

I don’t do this often but this is my second time with the same employee that just has a disgusting attitude. She’s blonde, with blue eyes and always has two braids… The first time we encountered her my boyfriend asked her for a cup and spoon for my waffle cone due to the ice cream melting. He asked politely for it and she got an attitude and provided him with a cup only, he then asked for a spoon and she ignored him. I then got out of the car to ask for my spoon, I watched her watch me for about 5 minutes that I unfortunately had to interrupt another customer to get my spoon.. This experience was a little bit different. She was friendly at first, once I was asked to provide a signature and left $0.00 tip she snatched the receipt and pen from me. I asked if it was an issue that I didn’t tip, her attitude changed so quickly that I HAD to ask “is it an issue that I didn’t tip”???? Weird of you to expect a tip and then be rude when you don’t get one.

Ice cream here is so good and creamy!! This a great place for ice cream lovers.

McDonald’s milkshakes are thicker than the “blasts” here. Tried to take it back and the kid says “it’s hot outside” (it was 68 degrees). This place has gone to hell, I’m not going back there again. Twistee Treat is worth the drive.

Very delicious artisanal ice creams, the small size is gigantic and can be enjoyed by 2 people. Very good treatment from the people who serve. Chocolate ice cream recommended!!

Been here couple times and the ice cream is good. However, everytime I get my ice cream it’s always soft like really soft . The ice cream melts before I get home. I live 5 mins away. It doesn’t matter what time you go just be prepared for soft ice-cream.

I came here yesterday for a pint of ice cream & the girl named Emily was very short, rude & dismissive with me . She even slammed the window on me as I left. Will not be revisiting & I’m disappointed in her services. I come here about 3x a week. I’m not happy with the way I was treated & this is not the first time she has been this way with me. I will be contacting corporate & taking matters further.

This used to be my favorite ice cream place, but the last few times I have been I have been very disappointed. When I order the Blasts I get a few toppings on the top, barley mixed in, and the entire last half is just vanilla ice cream. So I switched to a sundae this last time and ordered the Hot Fudge Brownie. Go figures they forgot the brownie. I'm giving 2 stars because I hope they will go back to the place I used to love.

Attention was good... we were a group of 4 adults and 2 kids. Prices are a good reflection of the market nowadays. The ice cream itself, ok.

A yummy selection of treats, from ice cream cones to handcrafted ice cream pies. There is a wide variety of flavors to choose from as well. Something for everyone! You order at the counter and can sit at a table or take your treat to go. They also offer a "pup cup" for your fur baby if you bring them along.

Homemade strawberry ice cream is absolute perfection! And I enjoyed it in their strawberry shortcake sundae, what a treat! My daughter enjoyed her usual Dino sundae, with a smile and lots of joy. Thank you for sweetening our valentine's day!

Sunday January 28, around 9:15pm I had an extremely unpleasant experience with Emily at the Altamonte Springs Location. I’m unsure if she was having a bad day but she was very short in all of her responses, rude and created an overall hostile experience. For my order to be so simple, she did not make me feel welcomed. “The pictures are right there” “We don’t take Apple Pay!” She snapped. When I left she slammed the window. Behavior like this shows a clear lack of customer service and is unwarranted at an ice cream parlor. On the upside, my dairy free cone was very good!

I wanted to like this Ice-cream place as I absolutely love ice-cream. I got the buckeye ice cream which was supposed to be a chocolate ice cream with buckeyes and peanut butter swirls. The ice cream was tinted brown but did not taste like chocolate, it tasted like vanilla which was a bummer. They chunks in the ice-cream were peanut butter cups versus buckeyes so it did give off a buckeye ice-cream. I will be back to try a second flavor as it was disappointing.

Wow ! Amazing ice cream spot ! They ave Italian icees as well as Sherbet and Dairy Free options. Cones, cups and Sundas. I had the dairy free Oreo option! Ufff! So delicious, I need to come back here and try one of everything. Lol

Loved their oat milk ice cream, strawberry topping was good also. My fiancé got a brownie sundae that was huge and said it was yummy. There’s no seating just outside picnic tables.

I am a Jeremiah's fanatic. I love it. but the literal second I took a bite of my ice cream, I knew I had found my new fav. ice cream place. I got a medium Oreo ice cream in a sugar cone. but that's where I messed up. the cone tasted good, but it completely jacked up the flavor of the ice cream. highly recommend getting a bowl. there were also a TON of flavors to choose from.

But let's not forget to mention my one and only favorite BUTTER PECAN icecream IN A WAFFLE BOWL WITH EXTRA PEACANS! I get the same thing every time I come! And with this type of service, I will remain a long term customer. Thank you Brusters! Your staff is " Killing the Game"...(an old school term for FABULOUSITY!) and these ladies DON'T PLAY!!!!

Customer service was awesome. For as busy as it was they did a great job getting through the line. Ice cream was good. Had the banana split. It was good but me personally I prefer Dairy Queen. Sorry I know it is soft serve but that is my preference.

The ice cream cone is good, the wait to order is not good. There was a few people in line. A second associate opened another window and served someone else that walked up instead of taking our order, we were there first and waiting.
