Great boba and friendly environment

This place was so cute and the employees were very attentive to our every need. The boba was amaziiiiinggggg and their service was very quick. The store is really cute and has board game a you can play while waiting for your drink. We got the espresso sugar milk tea and strawberry lemonade 😊highly recommend!

This bubble tea shop is truly amazing! It’s a fantastic place to try different and fresh flavors. While it’s hard to choose from the various options on the menu, each one is perfectly crafted. The staff are extremely kind and helpful; they prepare every order with care. Additionally, the atmosphere is very warm and inviting, making it an ideal spot to meet up with friends. I’ll definitely be coming back! You must try these flavors!

I recently visited Bubble & Co Tea Bar for the first time and was truly impressed by the concept. The variety of tea options and the unique flavors they offer make it a standout spot. Different milk option is great and different flavors from the usual boba place.

Hands down the best boba I’ve had in orlando. We ordered the banana nutella and the crème brulee boba teas and we were both blown away by the incredible flavor, real nutella and bananas were used, while the crème brulee has custard pieces inside too. Boba was freshly made too, which made a huge difference. Staff were very nice and friendly too!

The drinks are delicious! The owners and employees are so polite and the atmosphere is very calming.

I ordered a milk tea with boba and a banana milk tea with boba. They rang me up for double boba for both drinks without asking for double(very shady practice). Two boba drinks cost $19, way too expensive for boba. The milk tea was just ok and the boba had almost no taste and was not chewy at all, like it was left over from the day before and had just been sitting in water. The banana milk was terrible, they just blended up a non ripe banana and some milk, took two sips of it and threw it away. I've been to 20+ boba places and this has to be the worst place I had ever visited.

The tea was very watered down and the boba was very mushy and soggy wouldn’t come back here again.

My family just had a very bad experience with the milk tea in this place. We all vomited and had stomach pain after just taking a sip and throwing the rest to trash. The ingredients they used are off and they also overcharge us by adding 2 dollars each order for double portion pearls which we did not ask. My family will never come back to this place. Very dishonest business practice.

Stopped in for the first time. Ordered brown sugar boba with tapioca pearls. After drinking my boba, I became nauseous and 3 hours later, I began vomiting. I definitely got food poisoning from some sort of cross contamination or something else because the tapioca pearls were kind of off, maybe it was undercooked. Safe to say I won’t have boba for a long time

Very solid milk tea, super sweet even at the lowered sweetness level though and it was a bit pricier ($1-1.5 more per drink) than average boba places.

Turning away a group of potentially 7 boba orders 1 hour before close on a Tuesday night because you ran out of regular black boba (or didn't want to risk using $3 of boba supplies because you might have to throw it away at the end of the night if no one comes in) is an interesting business model. Or maybe it was "too much work to make a new batch. Anyway a boba shop without boba is like opening a McDonald's and having no fries. Oh well. Good luck!

Best bubble tea around. My daughter is always looking for a great place to get bubble tea. Tried several in Orlando, Winter Park, Delray Beach, Oviedo, other states like NC, WA. And so far they are the best.

Ordered a Taro Milk Tea for my birthday. For one, it's not purple. Two, the lady asked me what "milk" I wanted and I should have changed my mind then. The drink was wayyy to liquidy, it no longer had any flavor, and the texture was GRAINY, like a super watered downed version of the milk in your cereal bowl after pouring lucky charms into it. Was there a sweetness? Yeah, but nothing that made me want to come back to find this secluded place again. The breakfast food items were also subpar, the bubble waffle was MEH, everything was OVERPRICED. My boyfriend got a passion fruit green tea, a croissant bacon egg and cheese sandwich, I got the Taro Milk Tea and a very basic bubble waffle, which cost us $37. We should have just gone to First Watch at that price and gotten an actual MEAL. If a bubble tea place can't make good Taro, then I'd probably advise you take a look around elsewhere. Hell, the malls here have better flavors and prepare the drinks a LOT faster than this place. The lady who runs this place had her preteen daughter playing on her Nintendo switch the whole time we were waiting. Overall, this place is over priced, secluded and hidden, not a lot of seating inside ( outside there are tables and chairs, but it's under a tree where birds and squirrels hang about, so you do the math). There are better spots, check THOSE out instead.

What a wonderful place to come in for drinks and sweets. I love the bubble tea here! They also have a great cup of coffee and quality teas if you don't want boba too. We came in for breakfast and split a Danish as well as macarons that were so fresh and delicious too. Really a quality place but perhaps the best part is the service. The woman behind the counter is the absolute sweetest and cares about making the customer happy. She's so friendly attentive that it really made us feel good. This will be my go to bubble tea spot in the area for now on 🥰

I've been coming here for 2 years, and I hate to say that this place has gone downhill. There is such an emphasis on the aesthetic, but less attention to customer service. In the last 6 months or so - after renovations - a lot of people have been walking out frustrated. With limited staff and high demand, I worry about the future of this place. It's a shame - they have AMAZING boba

Ordered mocha flavored coffee, it was very weak, bland, I didn't like it, so I asked if I could exchange it for a different item, and the person behind the counter refused, she said just because I tasted it, I couldn't exchange it. Her facial expression turned to mean looking. Must places I have been to will offer an exchange if you don't like an item. Very poor customer service. I was not offered a sample, so how would I know, since this was my first visit here. Visited here because I thought place was cute from the outside, but totally different experience on the inside.I was very disappointed.

While this place is lovely, I have a few concerns/issues: 1) My coworker visited a few days ago, and the person at the front offered her a sample then proceeded to charge her $5.00 for taking said sample. 2) My coworkers and I have gift cards, and the cashier said our cards are no good. FYI, they have not been redeemed yet. She tried to give me a loyalty card. I tried to explain to her that it was not the same thing, but I'm not sure if she understood.

I really wanted some iced coffee after hanging out with friends on the lake. I hate chain restaurants so I’m always up for trying a new local place. Bubble and co didn’t disappoint! It is tucked away in the corner of this area but it is so cute. I felt like I was transported to a boba place in Korea or Japan. The prices were super reasonable- and look at how big my drink was for less than $6! They also had pastries, macaroons, cheesecake, sodas, energy drinks and more. Indoor and outdoor seating. Everything was really clean and neat. I def recommend checking them out! I wasn’t sure where it was on my map so I parked in the garage across the street but there is street parking and a parking lot right outside.

Very nice little boba tea shop in Maitland! Bubble & Co. has all the necessities - many different types of teas, lots of toppings for your drinks, and even some snacks to have with your drink! We got two different drinks: Thai milk tea and their “house black velvet” milk tea, both with cheese foam. Our only complaint was the cheese foam wasn’t really noticeable, I think because they chose to mix it into the drink. We just prefer it on the top…but that’s a minor thing, no big deal. The Thai milk tea was a good, classic Thai tea, but the house black velvet tea was actually awesome! I highly recommend that one if you want a good black tea - maybe get it 75% sweetness level though because 100% is pretty sweet. All in all, great place, great service (the lady was very nice) and we will be returning!!

This is the cutest boba place. They have a variety of cheesecake and other cute snacks. The bubble waffle cones are so cool and they make them so photogenic. The boba is the main reason we go. They have a great variety of teas, and the coconut milk tea is my favorite one so far. The atmosphere is so aesthetic and perfect to hang out and study or catch up with a friend.

The lady that works there was so sweet we went back a second time just to see her again.

Met up with friends to catch up and the owner and cashier were so courteous and sweet! The drinks were DELICIOUS! The dessert waffles were so good, we were all jealous of my partner lol! The staff is amazing - we had a dietary restriction and they were so incredibly kind and accommodating, they pulled out ingredients to double check ingredients for us, and were just generally so kind. Our teas were yummy (they could have been sweeter, but our fault for asking for 50% sweetness) and we also ordered a Danish they made in house which was delicious. Would recommend and would return!

Cute and full of tea sets and plates. The chai milk tea was full of flavor and cinnamon. Nutella banana milk tea w boba was like a milkshake in terms of flavor but in a tea form. Highly recommend it.

I had a great time at the high tea experience. The tea was delicious and so we're the finger foods. We had cucumber sandwiches, strawberries and cream cheese sandwiches, egg salad crackers, salmon and dill crackers, spinach and cheese quiches, scones with strawberry preserves and clotted cream, macaroons, chocolate covered strawberries and New York cheesecake. It was all so good. The only this I could say that could improve the experience would be if they gave us bigger plates for eating off of, actual cloth napkins and extra on the table, proper cutlery eg.. extra spoons for tea and dessert and also some small serving tongs for serving from the food tower. Other than these things the experience was amazing 😍. Thank you so much Bubble & Co. My mother and daughter had such a great time that now they would like to make it an annual experience we do every Mother's Day. ❤️🌸❤️🌸❤️

I am here from doordash I did not step foot in the restaurant or talk to the staff. I am just here to say the food was great! I had the Croissant with strawberry, banana and chocolate. The fruit was fresh and the croissant was one of the few I’ve had outside of France that were good. I also got the boba it was Thai Tea and you can tell the Thai Tea is not powdered (if it is they make it in a way that tastes good even when powdered).

We had a lovely afternoon tea experience here. Jenny made sure everything was perfect and tasty. She went above and beyond with a thoughtful sign made for our event. Great selection of teas and the pastries were perfect.

Love this place, come here 2-3 times a week! The staff is always fantastic, it’s always very clean, and I’m always happy with my beverage even when I try new things! I also appreciate the diversity amongst the staff more than anything in an area like Maitland. I suggest this place heavily!!

Great customer service, every visit I feel welcomed and valued. I love their chillers with original boba. They also offer amazing breakfast and lunch options. My favorite is the turkey, egg and cheese croissant. They also have delicious freshly baked cookies and a delightful Cherry and cream cheese pastry. I highly recommend you to visit!
