Always good value and hot food.

Got a $5 meal deal, absolutely not as advertised in the commercials.

Best staff of fast food anywhere. Always stop here when passing through.

I like BK food but always check my order at the Wauchula BK before leaving because they rarely get it right. Last night, in the drive thru, I ordered a #1 (whopper meal) with no onion and a sweet tea. I drove forward, paid and received my bag. As I always do, there, I pulled into a parking space and checked the bag...there were no fries. I went inside to the counter, put the bag on the counter and told the girl that I didn't get any fries. She looked in the bag and said "You didn't get no fries." I replied "that's what I just said." She looked at the receipt on the bag and said "You didn't pay for no fries." I then said "I ordered a #1 with no onion and a medium sweet tea, doesn't that still come with fries?" By this time another girl had come to the counter and asked "what happened?" Girl #1 said "She didn't get his fries.". I guess she meant the girl who took my my order, but then, they both just stood there looking at me. I finally said "Can I get some fries?" With a smirk and roll of the eyes, girl #2 got an order of fries and put them in the bag. There's more.... when I got home and took out my burger, it had onions on it. I looked at the order stuck on the bag and it clearly said Whopper no onion. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR DRIVE THRU ORDER AT THE WAUCHULA BK BEFORE LEAVING.

Cold food makes me very unhappy I ordered and got cold everything and burnt onion rings 😩 what's happening to burger King this place is going down all the burger Kings suck these days

I went on BK online and I printed my order so that all I had to do was hand it to the cashier and make sure that they fulfilled my order the way I wanted it I ordered the bacon whopper junior with Swiss cheese no ketchup no mustard extra onions extra Pickles and extra mayonnaise only it was clearly written on the paper as I also told it to the cashier and she acted like she followed my directions but when I got the food it was plain like any other sandwich it had mustard very little mayonnaise catch up Pickles onions and tomatoes I am currently on dialysis chronic kidney disease I cannot have tomatoes or ketchup and they put that on my sandwiches anyway and what happened to the dollar large drink now a medium drink is $3 this is a big rip off what happened to come to bk and have it your way well I did not get it my way even when I mentioned it to the staff nobody cared 04-01-24 11:17am, I have the paper and the receipt this was a total waste of almost $9 the BK in Avon park in Sebring FL has their stuff together the one in wauchula does not and every time I've ever been in here they have no Powerade that's the same case today they had no Powerade.. This king needs to be put into the dungeon

I can’t give it a bad rating but I did have a bad experience. Went through the drive through today at 2:30 and the restaurant didn’t seem busy. I ordered 3 meals l, one with chicken fries and 2 large onion rings. ALL of my food was accounted for and fresh but I had asked for BBQ sauce and Zesty which was forgotten. No biggie, I parked/went inside to ask for the sauces and the young man (manager?) told me that they charge for sauces. He was smirking so I thought he was kidding around and I said “you’re playing right” and he said I he sauce was for chicken nuggets only. I explained that I had just came from the drive through and what I had purchased but this was so annoying and honestly made me not want to go back. I’m not a huge fan of fast food anyway so when I get it, it’s for the urgency, therefore the encounter today was frustrating.

Waited 10 minutes just for an ice cream it wasn't even packed had to ask a another for my Ice cream

Line was long but cashier was really nice and food was alright.

Long wait time in drive thru but milkshake was delicious.

The lady at the register was a bit rude. I'll go to McDonald's next time 😘

Food is as every other Burger King. But this particular site's staff is extremely nice. Went above and beyond to ensure we had a good meal.

A Burger King was okay they were little bit rude the service was slow and the food wasn't that great you know so.

The Guy at the first window was exceptionally polite, need more customer service representatives like him. Food was pretty good. Went through the drive through. 5 stars on my visit today.

I could not stop! The line at the drive-thru was so long, who wants to wait an hour just for a 🍔🍟 meal. I do not understand why young healthy people are too lazy to park their vehicles and walk inside. The exercise will do them good. Save the drive-thru for the disabled and the elderly. I would like to see one restaurant designate one hour each day for the disabled and elderly only!!! If you are young and able bodied park your vehicle and walk inside!

The big king is big enough for two!! Very nice service. Fresh sandwich, fresh fries and super sweet tea... be careful with that.

E hi o ever is making the burgers takes no pride in there job it sucked tomatoes nasty meat so much liquid it made bread soggy pickles I could have started my own pickle factory so problem is in the making part of the food SO FIX IT!!!¡¡!!¡

I'll be honest I'm hesitant at bk's too. But in the pm hours inside, I've been back 2 weeks in a row. Yes I have to wait a cpl mins for my food to cook. But it's fresh and pretty good. Specially The Chicken Fries!

Stopped here while traveling through the center of Florida. This location seemed pretty new or recently remodeled. Food came out the way it was supposed too. No complaints.

VERY VERY VERY slow. I was in the drive thru line for an hour! If we're able to get out of line I would have. This place is ridiculous especially after 4pm.

Service was so bad, I'd give it a 0, but I can't so I give it a 1. Waited 25 minutes for our order, and we ordered IN THE LOBBY!

Terrible service, sat at window for almost 10 min waiting on rest of order when 3 different employees looked at us then walked the other way. Then still got order wrong.

The food was nasty and cold, the manager was rude and even cussed out and yelled at a lady for telling her that they needed to get people their food, I got yelled at for asking for a straw, the entire place was nasty and dirty

This location needs to train their employees better as well as get a little faster. I spent 30 minutes in the drive thru, I would have just left but had already paid using the app for ordering online. Which the girl at the window could not figure out for anything and kept calling me other names after saying my name the first time.

Never been anywhere that gives out so many wrong orders before. I get what's on my receipt about 30% of the time. I ordered a Dr Peper and got diet coke instead which I am very allergic to. Avoid and go to anywhere else. The staff have run this place into the grown over the years.

We live in Michigan and as a rule we don't stop at Burger King restaurants anymore, they were so consistently bad for so many years we basically gave up trying to get a decent meal at any around us of them near us. On Feb 24, 2022 we were driving by this Burger King restaurant and at a glance, this restaurant looked promising. The building seemed neat and clean so we decided to stop and give it a try. My wife and I shared a whopper meal and it was great! All of the staff were pleasant and helpful. Which is nice considering all that's been going on.

I don’t know why it’s called fast food when I sat in the drive thru line for 35 minutes. It’s either incompetent management or lazy employees. Just avoid this place

Worst place rude workers and Stan the manager is so unhelpful them employees walk all over him, nothing positive than he takes it out on customers with rudeness and disrespect when he wants to not give out correct orders or give out cold food. Nobody waits in line to buy cold food . The whole place needs new management and staff . Close it down like kfc and start over. They argue cause you return cold food or cause they forget your food with you instead of holding themselves accountable. Stan also continued to bag my food after he used his hand to wipe nose never again .

Would be nice if people would not ask after every item " is there anything else? Or will this complete your order?" There are many other things. Just feels a bit rushed when going through drive thru. Other than that they don't always mess up your order but would be nice if they'd pay attention.

With the interior closed and a long line at the drive thru the crew did an awesome job being quick and getting everyone through. The crew did a great job keeping us safe with everyone wearing gloves and masks. The food was prepared well and tasted great.

I love the fact that they have the impossible Whopper as a vegetarian I can finally enjoy Burgers again

CAUTION!! An upcharge could happen. We often pass through Wauchula and stop by here or McDonald's. Today it was this Burger King for breakfast. A $5 special--2 croissants, 2 hash rounds and 2 coffees. We were not asked what type croissants we'd like so we requested one bacon, egg and cheese and one sausage, egg and cheese. This appeared to be quite an inconvenience to the cashier. With exact change of $5.35 in hand, we then asked; as we have in the past, to get small sodas instead of coffee. On previous occasions this is not an issue and a straight substitution. But now the total was over $7. Why? We were told there was an upcharge for them to hand us 2 empty cups and not prepare coffee for us. I asked the cashier if he was sure. He was. We thanked him and walked out with our money still in hand. Maybe next time...maybe not.

First visit, very satisfied, not so few days ago. Fish sandwich un eatable, almost overdone and very greasy.

The food is typical BK, but, if you eat inside the restaurant, you'd better wear your winter coat. It's VERY COLD inside.
