The store got a remodel and I get some new employees and the place is awesome

The people who work here are so rude and not very smart. They messed up my Uber eats order and tell me to blame Uber for messing up my order then the rude lady hung up on me when I asked for her name and corporates number. They can't count ,read or have manors, avoid this location

Manager was absolutely miserable, I asked for external tartar sauce on my fish sandwich I got nothing, the dish filet looked old not fresh, waste of time and money, 10.00 for this ? Does this look like extra tartar sauce? I think not! Ridiculous, never again . McDonald's is better service snd quality im making sure to spread the word this Burger King is absolutely horrible

Two questions to the person who fixed my orginial chicken sandwich.......would you have eaten this rotten lettuce?.... and do you like your mayo all on one end of the sandwich?

Went through the drive-thru tonight (about 11pm), staff made food as quickly as possible (chicken unfortunately has to cook 6 mins but I didn't mind since it was fresh). Everything was made well and staff was super friendly! Thank you for my drive-thru experience. Keep up the good work.

I typically do not eat fast food, but today I made a stop @ the Burger King in mulberry and on the drive thru was a very lovely woman who name is Tina. What a professional and friendly person. If I experienced the hunger I had today and are in the area, I certainly would go just to see her. Good Job Tina.

Will never go here again. Went thru drive thru get to first window and waited there no one came so I drove up to the second window lady there refused to take payment says I need to drive back around to first window . If there was someone on the first window I would t of drove to the second window.

For them doing new construction on their building there's no cool air in the lobby just a fan on a stand.

The quality of the food has gone down. The meat was dry. Table's were dirty.

Chocolate chip cookies was hard as a Rock, burnt

This location can barely get an order correct. You have to sit at the first window until someone waves you to the second window. I counted six employees and it still took over seven minutes for cold food. Also, they apparently are out of tomatoes for the foreseeable future.

Great service, fast, the food exact what I order and hot. Everything is cleaned. Finally they remodeling all the store. Now You feel good visiting the restaurant.

The Bl. Lady in the drive thru is amazing. She seems to be running this place and keeping it alive. Her upbeat attitude is amazing. Jr Whopper was tasty and Onion Rings.

This location has improved a lot but still plenty of room to improve more. Service is friendly but slow, all associates seem to be in a daze or something. My food was good just not as hot as a burger should be.

Tired of the cold Is fries and onion rings. Then one time I went in and the manager was workingthe inside register. I couldn't substitute The Onion rings for fries with the coupon Then I'll go in a few weeks later An employee will substitute the fries for onion rings. Then when it was with the manager she's eating when she's taking my order lol.. Hope the Is french fries she was eating was hot unlike mine that I get.

Had a issue in the drive though (missing order) when back a dinner to see if they would correct it and they did.

Ordered through drive thru, reviewed food order twice. Still got home and was shorted a whopper. Tried to call and phone is always busy. Hopefully someone who needed the paid for whopper is enjoying it. First and last time I will drive away trusting food is in the bag. Oh and no receipt. Convenient for them!

This review is based off of several experiences because this BK happens to be on my way to work .Everyone there looks miserable and half the people there are rude . Almost every time I go there the food is made incorrectly or taste funny. Most of the people there look like they’re in there 40s and 50s and you’d think they could handle smiling and making a burrito or a sandwich properly but it saddens me to say that’s not the case at all .

Burger King is Great. I Love their fries. I'm picky about fries. Oh and they have great coffee too.

It’s 6:17pm 8/15/23. I ordered 2 whoppers with cheese, the whoppers I got that were sitting the for a while, the buns were super soggy the lettuce looked old because it was sitting inside the hot meat for a long long, I will never spend my money here again

I was told by an employee there they don’t take orders on drive thru as they come in because they’re trying to keep their time from not looking bad , every time I pull up to the location I wait 5-7 min for someone to finally take my order and it’s no cards ahead of me

Burgers and fries were good. However, one employee, I think may have been the manager, was very upset with the other employees, she was yelling at them and even pounded her fist on the table. M...don't know what was going on. Some employees looked dazed and confused as if no one knew what to do. No line inside, but the wait was kinda long.

Friendly customer service in drive thru. My order came out cold and had to be redone but manager got it corrected and food was great.

I ordered two fries and then the person should’ve done my order first instead of the other customer cause they had more order also they already had fries ready. Overall the one that assisted me is the one that served it to me but I didn’t want to argue so I left for education.

Every time I come here there’s always an item missing from my order. 90% of the time it’s my nuggets.

The employee could not have been any ruder by making comments in the background, yet the manager assisting me did nothing to correct or stop the employee.

I pull up the asked if they had ice cream lady said yes as if I was annoying her. Asked was falcon one. I even had to ask if I was or if she’s ok? Said nothing, I had to ask hello nothing. When she talked back. Told her no thanks would trust with my food given the serive. Took a top 2 mins to pull up and realize how bad this place is managed.

The place is never really busy breakfast is always on point...but lunch and dinner I can never seem to get HOT food even if I wait...but I still recommend if you're in a hurry staff friendly place is clean

I just ate here for the first time in a couple of months. I was really surprised at how clean the place was. Bathrooms were spotless and dining area was very clean and orderly. My order was filled quickly. In the past it's been okay but tonight was excellent. Hats off to the management and workers. Thanks for a nice and affordable meal.

I had the new bacon melt twice last week. First one she forgot the bacon . so I only got the 2 burgers on a sourdough bun... Not toasted just warmed... Was decent fries are WAY BETTER THAN MOST DRIVE THRU the second double bacon double burger melt I had to return as it had cheese no bacon... The manage happily exchange the wrong one and made sure the second order i also bought for someone was correct before I left... I haven t been here in years cuz I can t eat smoky tasting meat along with dripping grease ..they have massively stepped up... Including manager...the last one I dealt with years ago was foreign and snippy and rude to me every time ID come to eat ... ID recommend the melts . I used to have the breakfast here too but again too greasy.. Ill have to see if they changed that for the better..

After sitting at the order screen in drive thru for 10 mins I finally got asked " how many I help you"? When getting around to the first window I was told to wait another approximately 10 mins at the back window when no one was in front of me while the back cashier was talking bad about different t customers. I went at 4:30 with only 1 car in front of me and didnt leave the drive thru till almost 5pm

Went here a couple days ago and waited 13 minutes for two double cheese. Today I went in being Sunday I was welcomed nicely by manager order took within 20 seconds burger in 2.1/2 min overall I'm going more on Sundays. Great food excellent service

Food was as expected. The place was almost empty and one of the employees started a conversation with us which made me feel as if it was a family owned business.

It’s has been many years since I ate at a Burger King but I was craving a Whopper and thought I would give it a try again. And I am glad I did. Customer service was excellent at both windows I pulled up to. For that matter they were the most friendly and very professional. All my food was fresh. My fries were perfectly salted and my Whopper was delicious and made correctly to my request. I came in today around 1:00p and got my food pretty fast too. Thanks for Top Notch service and for being super friendly!!! I will be back!

Service is usually really slow here unfortunately. It's the closest burger king to my house and I've many times sat more than 20 minutes in the drive thru with only a few cars

I waited aside and it took forever so I ended up going through drive-thru and the girl genie was kind of really rude for a customer service I asked her older I owe you nickel as change and she said yes took my quarter and kept it and then going to find out my husband's Big burrito had bacon on it instead of sausage so I won't be coming back there again I just tried it for something different Mulberry area

I went Monday and got one of the new chicken bacon swiss sandwiches. It was a big filet, the bacon was good. I really liked it. Went tonight and the chicken was so small, bacon was hard as a rock. Also, I asked for no lettuce or tomato. They put it on.

Customer service is terrible the food was cold it must to have been 50 degrees in there it was so cold one man can you turn up the air mo we can't we are hot back here there was no reason to be that cold people were in hoodies and we had on jackets freezing the food got got cold before you could eat it. Something needs to be done

Came in just to get Original Chicken sandwich meal, I stool at counter for 5 mins employees looking rite at me and didn't say 1 word to me like if I wasn't there, they just joking and playing around. Last time I'm coming here. I'll go to the one on County Line Rd.

This Burger King is one of the fastest around and has some of the nicest people, especially in the morning and mid day shifts. The past year of picking up burgers from time to time or getting weekend pancakes mostly involves this Burger King because I know it's generally fast, pleasant, clean, and made right.

Order not right when you can hear the manager yelling what to put on the sandwiches cooks still didn't get them right what a joke

Actually ate inside. It was dirty and dank. Poor lighting didn’t hide the filth. No tables were clean. The bathroom smelled of urine. The two of us sat eating while being stared at the entire meal by a BK employee on break. Place really makes you feel unwelcome. Worst yet you get the feeling you’re eating at a strangers house who really doesn’t want you there…

This is the ten dollar garbage I got at this rundown half-@$$ burger I got at the Burger King over by winn Dixie, the picture on the window never matches the food and the employees act like there bothered by taking your order and as others stand around the drive thru person pulled double duty as the cashier on the inside too, about every six months or so I screw up and eat here and there always hiring and that says it all

The drive thru didn't give me a drink or onion rings. When I went inside to get my missing food, I got a half filled onion ring and no drink. The store manager or maybe the owner was in the store at the time. She overheard the issue but walked away. The woman at the front didn't make eye contact and just passed me the half filled onion rings. Then walked away. I only get half an hour for lunch, and 20 of it was spent trying to get what I paid for.

I'm going to say this very clearly... DON'T GO HERE... Unless you enjoy rude, lazy, mean and nasty employees? Then knock yourself out other otherwise I would never suggest going to this restaurant ever because even if you complain you'll get no where.

This location is a little older, outdated and kind of dirty. The staff was nice..

The employees were friendly but the decor is like the 80's. The food is typical for Burger King. There are more modern, updated fast food places around to eat at. They weren't very busy. Until they do an update I don't see this place doing much business or being a viable eating stop for us.

Service is always slow for drive thru regardless of time.

The morning was great ordered using mobile app ,my wife and my breakfast when get to the intercom this person, in a grumpy bossy tone, ask how can I help you I said mobile order and the number and I ask the place another order I, placed the order and get to window to pay and get my food ,was checking my order this lady open the window and yelled that i need to pull up for another customer i told her I was check my order to make sure it was right she told me to pull away that there was another customer waiting , I thought I was a customer also it sure didn't feel like it. I went inside to complain. She kept ignoring knowing I was inside to complain about her attitude. Another worker asked to help me. I asked for the manager and the grumpy bossy rude lady was the manager. I told her I would report her to corporate and she continued to tell me that there was a customer behind me. I was still at the window. She sharply responded for me to have a nice day. No apologies at all. Not management material.

One of the dirtiest Fast Food restaurant's I have ever visited. This restaurant should be closed down. I was the only customer in or near this place, so I assume it will probably be out of business soon anyway. I will never return, food was gross and the dinning room even grosser. 🥵😡

I've never had a problem with my food I always use the drive thru. The people there are nice they sometimes give me free chicken nuggets for my dog which is pretty cool!!

Had Lunch Chicken Sandwich and Fries.

The people working the drive through purposely don't hand out coin change unless you make it a pont to mention it. I walked inside, pretended to use the bathroom. Heard them bragging about how they be making close to 10$ a day by keeping coin change.

Took 25 minutes to get thru drive thru. Two cars in front of me pulled out of line. Order was wrong, employee rolled eyes at me. Handed bag over, she said Why. I said that’s not mine. Rolled eyes again. Came back, rudely handed order out and shut it. Wont be back. Food was cold, not all of it (missing items.) Won’t return. This was the last time I was going to ANY BK in Lakeland..will eat at Publix or Racetrack from now on.

I don’t go here often but 2/3 times they made everyone in the drive thru pull up to the front and we all had to wait forever for something that should be quick. None of the other burger kings take as long as they do. People who ordered after us got their food before us. Ridiculous

I was curious because I saw the Ch'King, and I decided to go here. Service was fast, food was hot, and Staff was friendly, confirming my order to make sure everything was right before I paid. The Ch'King was very good and I would recommend it to anyone if you come here.

My last trip here, was a nightmare. I ordered diet Cokes and got sprites, I ordered 2 of the same sandwich and got 2 different ones. They were understaffed. People taking the miss orders out in the staff. I hope management gets it together or the shop will sink.

The people here are absolutely great. I get my food in a couple minutes and it is always great.

They don't over cook the food at this location. So we enjoy the take out. The service is cheerful and friendly.

Ghost pepper nuggets is amazing. Spicy/ non spicy chicken deluxe sandwich are both good. Onion rings is good too. They have some good deals on their app too. Love their food

Update: I received a refund back to my card and got an email correspondence! I should have thought to check. Changing my stars from 3 to 4 ... Not sure how to get my order corrected. Arrived home after going thru the drive thru for my mobile order and missing item. I called 5 different times 8 pm - 10 pm. I can't find a way to correct it on the app either. I submitted that I didn't receive an item but there is no response and not sure how to retrieve the response.

Great food and drink. Servers are great and clientele are regulars that always seem happy.

I would imagine if you complain enough to the staff you'll get an invitation to work there to speed it up. Oh.........you left that part out. They try their best with what they have. They need more pay to put up with the bs. Just sayin'.
