Burger was good. Place is really nice. Took 25mins to get 1 burger with fries. The fries were not good. For the price it's not worthy, there are better choices for me.

Hello we have already gave feedback on burgerfi and did a contact form twice and still didn't get back any email or a call back. I called this burgerfi the night we ordered delivery from them on June 29th under my husband Jesus Cortez to the hotel to try and let them know we were missing the cheese sauce we paid extra for when door dash delivered who didn't care he just said they forgot to put in the bag no one answers the phone the day after I called still no answer then I called again still nothing. We live in San Antonio TX and there is no burgerfi here anymore so we just want our money back plus why was the tax estimated and we got charged 7.69% when tax is 7% there. If we don't get a response to resolve I'm doing a charge back with bank.

The food is delicious, fresh, and has a great portion size, plus it's affordable for South Beach! Service from Jermain was exceptional, he's warm, friendly, and has a great sense of humor. Can't wait to return. We will be trying the burger and shakes next!

Food was great! I got the buffalo chicken sandwich and my wife got the chef burger. The cashier who took our order was super friendly and explained the best option on the menu. It could have been a tad bit cleaner. But that’s just not picking. I recommend trying BurgerFi!

Burgers and fries were good, 2 out of the 3 doors were locked. Watched a lot of people try to open the doors then walk by thinking they were closed. Staff was ok, but the place wasn't very clean. Trash was over flowing, sauce spot was dirty.

Do not order for delivery they will mess up your order and not care. I paid for extra meat, didn't get it, the toppings i asked for they didn't add them either. Girlfriend order a strawberry lemonade they sent a fruit punch. I order a sugar cane coke and received nothing.

I had a very positive experience today. It was my family and I’s first time dining here and Michael was very helpful! He broke the menu down and suggested his favorite items. They were smashburger style and soooo freaking delicious and fresh! Got regular fries and they were tasty, well drained and tasted super fresh as well. Def recommend this spot and looking forward to future visits! Thanks Michael, you were a true pleasure.

We’re here visiting from Ga. We dined in during lunch hours. I got the single cheeseburger with bacon and fries. Jermaine was our waitress, he has great customer service and our food was very fresh !!!

The whole place was sticky. By that I mean the floor the tables it all seemed not a very clean place to eat. The prices are too expensive and the food does not deliver a punch for the buck. Jermaine was amazing, truly exceptional service! There was a bit of a backlog on orders when we arrived, but he went above and beyond to help with our meal, and made the most delicious milkshakes for the kids. Food was spectacular. Definitely recommend this location, ask for Jermaine!

It is really a shame that this place loose the quality of hamburger, you order is take and there is not after and they answer you calmly no we don’t have , when you ask why do not removed fir the menu she said it is not my fault, only one person taking care at the front very lazy and careless, we eat our bad named hamburger and the shakes were not ready , she was more interesting to complete online order instead of care for customers present there, I DO NOT RECOMMEND GO THERE , there is an sportbar named NORMAN so far very good

This place changed a lot since started to be BurgerFi. Fries burned and cold. Too much grease. Sandwich has mor buns than meat. The lady in front made happen, she was working alone and could not give more attention, she was outside and inside the kitchen.

I don’t review often, but this was a uniquely bad dining experience. Every surface including the floors and table tops were dirty and sticky. Everything we ordered on the menu was “sold out” and we were yelled at for it lol. I don’t know how this place is staying in business.

It pains me to leave this review. I first came to this location in March 2022, when my boyfriend and I relocated to Miami for a month. We had never heard of BurgerFi (we live in Canada) but upon seeing it and trying it we were hooked. Subsequently, we returned numerous times within our 5 weeks in Miami Beach (I think we counted 15 visits!). Needless to say, when we returned again in 2023 for a shorter visit, 6 days, we made sure to grab something from Burgerfi nearly every day - 6 visits! This trip, in March 2024, we're unfortunately disappointed and quite frankly a bit disgusted. I see from some of the other recent reviews, many feel the same way - quality, cleanliness and service has gone down. We first noticed the drink machines are never stocked, there aren't any napkins (2 days in a row), the buns seem stale and the fries portions are stingy. We were excited to be back day 1 so let it slide, going back a 2nd day when we realized the floors were sticky and unmopped. The washroom was unclean and the toilet plugged and not maintained. Unfortunately we also both have not been feeling too well since we ate there. The service is OK but to echo some of the others here, the staff just seem uninterested and don't seem to take pride in keeping it clean. It wasn't always this way. Again it sucks to say it but I don't think we'll be returning unless something is done to turn the ship around. To the manager who keeps responding to comments - please don't respond and please just do something to make things better and keep this franchise growing!

Went here briefly in the evening because we were hungry. Normal burger was ok but nothing special. Service was strange and not particularly friendly. Cups were forgotten, ketchup was empty, drinks machine didn't work properly. Maybe we just had a bad day.

Love love burger fi. Top quality burgers, a little on the pricey side. Last time I visited they forgot to add bacon to my burger, need to be a little more careful with order requests but they eventually fixed it.

Okay the service here is so good & the women at the register are sooo nice & lovely. They’re so helpful, funny, and charismatic I was so pleasantly surprised!! Shavan (sorry if i misspelled) was such a delight to talk to. I’m telling you these people need a raise!!! lol

Updated review for the owner who replied: I stand by what I said. It's disappointing that instead of fixing the restaurant, you're busy crafting replies. And it's not just me—others agree: the place is dirty and the food is a mess! Seriously, BurgerFi, get your act together instead of making silly replies from Google. It just makes you look worse. Management must act immediately. This place has deteriorated. Upon arrival, I noticed dirty floors, overflowing trash, and filthy sauce areas, setting a disappointing tone. Service was poor, with staff who didn't care and incorrect orders taking too long to fix. The cold burgers were a final disappointment. Overall, it was a bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend this restaurant for a good meal in a clean place.

This place needs new management. It’s dirty, and the staff is not trained to provide any kind of customer service. Staff is wearing filthy shirts, not cleaning any counters and are not attentive at all. Whoever manages the place clearly is not in the position to be a manager. The food came out cold and part of the order was wrong. Please hire a new manager that actually cares about this place and good customer service. Whoever owns this franchise, the health department will shut you down sooner or later.

I would like to express my DEEP DISSAPOINMENT regarding my delivery. I ordered food for my birthday lunch, and I had to wait more than 2 and a half hour sand still, while I am writing, the food is still not here. Honestly, the worst experience on a birthday. I tried to reach out to the restaurant and they didn’t help me at all, even worst, they disconnected the phone. No calls could go through. I tried calling from more than 3 different phone numbers. This is really disrespectful. It is clear that you do not value your customers, not even with large orders. I paid $151.to have a fun lunch and got NOTHING. I would really appreciate if you gave me my money back. I was hoping to have a nice birthday but at this point, that is not going to happen. This is not a great service. I would appreciate it if you could improve your delivery service or just don't offer it at all because it is THE WORST.

So, I love Burger Fi, which is why I wanted it. I am visiting Miami & ordered from this location on DoorDash… it was AWFUL. I visited today, IN STORE, and it was just as bad! They were out of almost everything, pop machines were down, the only available drinks were bottled Diet Coke & Fanta/sprite in glass bottles. The sandwiches were actually cold in the middle like they had cooked frozen meat and just hoped for the best. The French fries were still freezing in the center. They did NOT put cheese on our burgers. As we ordered at the kiosk, it asked us to grab a table tent and put the number in the kiosk… there wasn’t a single table tent… so I asked the cashier and she acted like she couldn’t be bothered and just snapped “put any number in.” Like, okay? I’m a very passive person so I just ignored her attitude. The entire time the employees seemed like they just did NOT want to be there. My door dash was also missing all the condiments and drink as well. I’ll never dine at this one again. Thankfully the ones closer to home are amazing.

Overall, the combination of filthy conditions, poor service, and subpar food made for a thoroughly unpleasant dining experience. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a satisfying meal in a clean and hospitable environment.

Bizarre experience here, went to pick up an order and had the staff (who was stocking the drink fridge) yell at me as I went to check to names on the bags, "don't touch the bags!" Yikes, ok. Then to top it off food was inedible, meat was dry and had a strange tang to it. Threw it all away.

Very dirty restaurant, the restroom was filthy. A lot of light bulbs out, not sure what’s going on with this location. Also the burger bun was super stiff, seems like it has been heated up using a microwave. I do not recommend this location at all.

Terrible! We ordered 2 burgers. Wings. And fries to dine in. the fries and wings. We’re served totally cold. Not even warm. And the burgers were so overdone the patties were dry and flaky. We didn’t even bother eating our food and left for another meal elsewhere.

This place has gone way down, Complete floor was sticky, and the place reeked of old oil. Looked like they hadn't cleaned the place in a while, somthing is going on (disgusting).

Unfortunately, I can't comment on the food or anything as this place closes earlier than what it is advertised everywhere, google, website or the actual door. IT says CLEARLY open till 11pm. I am writing this so the owners knows what is going on and because is the third time that this happened in the last 6 months, last one tonight. I came anywhere between 10:30pm and 10:47pm on these 3 times and the employees said it was already CLOSED. I could order nothing, not a burguer, fries or even a simple ice cream. This is exactly what happened tonight at 10:46pm: The chairs were all up, the employees where either chatting or eating at a table and the main door was locked. I knocked several times..and only one employee who was eating alone at a table dare to signal me to the side door that was opened. I approached the counter where 2 other employees were chatting and they said (expected now) we are CLOSED..I said but its not even 10:50pm..and I even said I don't want a burger but rather a simple vanilla custard dessert to go. They replied "oh no that closes at 10pm??? (I am guessing she was speaking about the machine that makes the custard) what? So now parts of the menu CLOSE even earlier than this arbitrary time? WHY even bother posting that it is open until 11pm? I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism that these establishment shows but If I was the owner and knew what these lazy employees do every night I would be really pissed.

Hello, I wanted to share my appreciation for the recent change to using a machine to take orders, instead of the unfriendly staff member. However, I've noticed that there are still some issues with the rest of the staff providing poor service. I believe there is an opportunity for improvement in this area. My food took a while to come out but it was satisfying even though the guest was been extremely rude to the employees they still kept a smile on their face and was very patient this is what you call good customer service I will return thanks!!

Most filthiest, worst Burger Fi experience I have ever had. I had Birger Fi in Michigan, Orlando and Durham . Our hotdogs wet cooked probably few hours in advance, fries were overcooked and cold, and the hamburgers were again cold. I am so glad I did not leave a tip.. I think Birger Fi should send an impromptu Regional manager to inspect them.. the location is also in the getho.. do yourself a favor go somewhere else for hamburger

In General BurguerFi is awesome but this one lacks on almost everything. Floor was dirty, restrooms disgusting and the burguer was prepared with no intention of doing a good job. They even missed items on my burguer and they just took it back to add the items which is actually unsafe

MESSAGE TO OWNER. You need to clean up this restaurant! Powerwash the place. The few times I have been here it is disgusting and a mess. Fries squashed on the floor. I enjoy the food but I order it to-go since staff is not cleaning up. Also, please train your staff to serve. Very rude and not able to serve clients. Simple "Please, excuse me and thanks" are not present when serving. Cooks in the back on the phone. Menu Screens broken. Only two greasy hardcover menus available full of "not available" stickers. Get your restaurant in order.

Most dirty burger joint I have ever seen. Everything is sticky, gritty, dirty. Windows, floors, bathrooms, table tops sticky. Staff is not very motivated. Trotting along. Unfortunately, I like the burger here.
