This place is a gem! Great service, amazing vibes, rich vegetarian dishes, the coffee is just perfect ( I am from New York so I have high standards ) and the desserts are out of this world.

If you’re around Cape Coral or Fort Myers you have to try this rare place! Food tasted amazing, drinks were refreshing, cakes were spot on, and coffee is definitely best in town. Atmosphere is friendly and the space is lovely. We had a great family lunch!

Amazing little spot! I enjoyed the wonderful feta cheese, spinach, & tomato omelette paired with a fruit tray! Great atmosphere with wonderful lattes and friendly people.

Everything was amazing from food to service. Our server was very attentive on explaining the dishes that we were interested in. Even got beach recommendations + directions because it was our first time in the area.

Service and atmosphere once you get inside is pretty good I’d say. But the outside looks ghetto and $44 for food that was premixed? My old lady asked if they could take out the onions and we were told it came premixed but it was still $20… Not worth the price imo but the salmon sandwich was pretty damn good.

Wow. I don't have words for the experience we had. The coffee was so good it didn't need flavoring or sweetening! The food was ridiculously phenomenal. I'm always excited to support a locally owned restaurant with vegan options but for the food to also be amazing, is hard to come by. Cafe` YOU is a gem. We are on vacation here and drove 45 minutes from where we are staying to eat here / try the coffee we read about! And wow, we were blown away! We had the brekkie bowl, cowboy burger and the special mushroom bourguignon! For the two of us that was a lot but we couldnt stop there when our server told us that had VEGAN strawberry banana cake with strawberry lemon glaze ..... We are in heaven. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy this amazing food and coffee with the staff that you so clearly chose by hand. This building is full of love and amazing food! The breakfast menu had clearly labeled gluten free and vegan options from wraps to bowls. The lunch menu was also clearly labeled with dietary restrictions.

This is one of my favorite places for breakfast and lunch. Last night I went to one of their monthly dinners and it was amazing! Food, service, and atmosphere are excellent. I will definitely be back next month!

My green curry was basically soup with some rice. Very disappointed since I eat there regularly.

My girlfriend and I found this place while visiting for vacation. We didn't have any food, but the coffee was exceptional. She had the chai latte and I had the macchiato. It was perfect to sit and chat while enjoying our drinks. There is parking on the front and the side of the building.

I’ll start by saying the coffee not being bad was what redeemed this place, but want to start by saying that this is a cafe/food place more than a coffee shop. Come here for the food- it was fairly busy and folks seemed to enjoy their meals/plates were cleaned and fully eaten by patrons. I’ll also preference that I travel regularly for work, and come from a super competitive coffee background in Atlanta. I was looking for coffee, and when I saw Australian influence in the description, that peaked my interest as the Aussies know true specialty coffee. It wasn’t a true coffee shop, but I also can’t complain terribly. The coffee wasn’t bad. Our orders were correct. I would come here to try the food, but unfortunately I was just stopping by for coffee on my way out of the city. Maybe next time I’ll stay for the food. Don’t come here expecting massive flavor preferences as they only do sugar, honey, or agave in your lattes. He later put chocolate syrup in a hot chocolate after telling me they don’t do flavors, so maybe you could convince them to make you a mocha (chocolate flavored latte). He didn’t ask me any size preferences for our lattes, so I’m assuming they only had one size for everything. A lot of shortness from the front counter taking my order, but I guess he was channeling his inner Australian by being curt lol. I’m assuming the best and that they were maybe short staffed, as they all seemed a little short/angry up front. But the lack of customer service during my time there is ultimately what cut my stars down. Parking is ridiculous, and there are very few spots for how busy it was. If they ever move to a different location, I’d recommend them finding clearer parking. Folks behind us waited 10 min to order at the counter, so don’t come here if you’re on a time crunch. The food and pastries menu looked incredible- again, didn’t try. Neighborhood seemed sketchy as an outsider, but it was fine. To summarize: it’s in a weird looking location and you might think you’re in the wrong spot, but just follow your maps. Come here for food, not coffee shop vibes. Don’t come here just for coffee unless you’re a cream and sugar only kinda person/not too picky. And to the shop owners- I’d work on hiring some POS staff who have a little more customer service experience. Everyone has bad/busy days, so again- I’m assuming the best here. Overall not terrible, which is why this place landed itself 3 stars.

The black bean burger with avocado was delicious 😋 and a lot of vegan sweets options. Definitely recommend the almond chocolate cake.

Love this place never disappoints!

Unfortunately was very disappointed with my service today. I have eaten there before without any problems. Ordered the Bella wrap substituting Vegan feta (up charge) for goat cheese. Goat cheese has a distinct taste and I personally despise it. Feta, whether Vegan or not, tastes completely different. As soon as I took my first bite, I immediately tasted goat cheese. Mistakes in the kitchen can be made, completely understand that. However, when I asked for confirmation and to hopefully change it, I was told that it was Vegan feta and I was incorrect! Unbelievable! I cannot stomach goat cheese. I had to switch meals with my spouse. I was flabbergasted by the outrageous response to my statement that it was not feta & truly goat cheese. My only proof is taste, what can I do? Fortunately I am not allergic but it honestly is poor customer service. I hate to complain. The Brekkie Bowl was delicious with Tofu-I switched with my spouse but still paid for the goat mistake and left feeling horribly defeated when I came to share a nice meal with family. I won’t ever return again. It’s okay to make a mistake, just be honest about it when confronted and seek to mitigate it cordially and justly instead of denying a truth and ruining a dining experience. Hopefully this review can help with reflection on human error and customer service to promote business success. 😊

If you like a little spice, the Thai Green Curry bowl is a celebration of flavor! I crave this dish so much!

The food is good and has alot of vegan and vegetarian options. The vegan chocolate avocado cake was very moist and very good.

We love this place ordered the American omelette for breakfast this morning and it was a 15 out of 10. Nowadays, when ordering takeout at restaurants, it’s typically not as good as when you eat in restaurant. Cafe yous takeout tasted like it was served fresh to me at my table. Curry is always so good here the portions are very filling. Staff is always so kind. We always come back here!

Lovely experience. We have enjoyed the vegan wine tasting dinner several times (you can sign up under "events") and come here for brunch. Food is amazing and the service is incredible. Friendly staff, relaxing environment. Vegan & gluten free options.

This is our go to cafe when we visit the area. We tried most of the dishes here and they are very flavorful. One of the best cafes out there. Hope this continues to thrive!

The food was phenomenal. This was my first visit and everything was excellent. The restrooms are in another part of the building, it's quite a walk but access is easy.

The main entrance is somewhat confusing, it is doubtful whether it is an office or the restaurant and the signage is not the clearest to help. Once you enter, it is a very pleasant, calm and welcoming environment. the service is fast. The food has a good use of spices, there is variety in the dishes, and surprising flavors. Although in my personal opinion, these flavors should be integrated a little more into the dish in general because they still feel separate. The kids menu isn't a good choice, they haven't a health food for the kids that comes to this place. Tuna salad + water Blood sugar at start eating : 97 Blood sugar 30 mins after : 135

So, I hit up Cafe You in Cape Coral for their monthly fine dining extravaganza, and let me tell you, it was off the charts! From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a good time. Started off with this killer gazpacho that totally woke up my taste buds. It was like a party in my mouth with all those flavors dancing around. Then came the seared salmon, and man, oh man, it was a work of art. Cooked to perfection, the salmon had this crispy crust and tender insides. And those veggies? Fresh as can be. But the real star of the show was the lamb chop. I mean, it was cooked so perfectly, I almost shed a tear. And that coffee sauce? Pure genius. It took the dish to a whole new level of yum. Dessert was the perfect ending to an epic meal. Sweet, satisfying, and just what I needed to top off the night. The service was top-notch too. The staff was super attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. And the vibe in the restaurant? So cozy and welcoming. Overall, Cafe You's platinum plate dinner was one for the books. If you ever get the chance to go, don't think twice. Your taste buds will thank you, and you'll be talking about it for days.

Great spot for delicious food. Unique menu selections! Definitely a welcomed addition to Cape Coral. Health-conscious menu that supports the non animal community. The soups are excellent, I believe it was the mushroom that was recommended and excelled expectations. Also, have ready to go meals available for purchase along with different breads, soups, and other items. All the staff that I ran into were super friendly and fun to talk with, I like it when people can smile and laugh with you. Had to appreciate the effort put into having a new restaurant run so well! It's definitely a great addition to our town.

We found this on our last day in Cape Coral, wish we had found it sooner. It was such a nice change from the crowded, loud, fried breakfast spots we had been going. The atmosphere was soothing and relaxed, food was excellent, lots of vegetarian options. Don't be confused by the building or location , Cafe You is well worth a visit. We loved it!

Had shakshuka. It tasted like warmed up canned tomatoes with two eggs on top. No seasoning at all. Service was horrible. Took more than 10 minutes just to get a coffee. They weren't crowded so that wasn't reason for long wait times.

This place is a jem! The absolute best place we've been to eat for breakfast in Cape Coral. Great ambiance, very unique atmosphere, comforting and quiet. Don't be swayed by the industrial neighborhood or the outside of the building. If you do, it would be a shame. Great service!

I love Cafe You! One of the only places left in Cape Coral with quality vegan options after the closing of BJs Bites and Life the vegan drive thru. Amazing baked goods and sweet staff! Also thank you for hosting the vegan fest for the past two years, that has been an awesome event that I know will keep getting better!

I am so tempted not to share... It was that freaking amazing! I've lived in this area my whole life so I rarely do reviews unless it is show stopping delicious and this was that! I had a breakfast burrito, I know not exciting right? Wrong absolutely wrong omg I'm not one for making yummy sounds when I eat but oh man I couldn't stop it! Now this will sound really crazy because I drink coffee every single day (literally alllllll day) but their Americano was the best coffee I've ever had in my life! 5 stars isn't enough for this place they get 10/5! Our server was amazing, friendly, kind and informative. I am so so happy we finally tried this place.

Found this place while staying in Matlacha and popped in for a quick breakfast. Quick, friendly service. A wonderful, interesting menu including vegan and gluten-free options. Many variations of avocado toast, shakshuka, omelets, and other tasty items are on the menu. The cappuccino is fantastic with great foam that holds its structure til the last drop! They have loads of cakes that we will have to try next time. Located in a small industrial-type area, so it looks unassuming when you pull up. However, once inside, you see that it’s large and open, and has a small outdoor eating area as well. I’d also like to try the lunch menu next time.

Blown away. The food is incredible. Prices are extremely fair too. This place is a hidden secret. Only one suggestion - add Oxford commas to the menu ;)

I selected this spot based on a food selection and great reviews. We were not disappointed! My wife was skeptical as she has a limited menu that she likes. She ordered the chicken sandwich ciabatta bread with a melted cheese and potatoes on the side. She was surprised on how well it tasted being a new dish to her. The remaining party selected the shrimp and grits ( including me) it was fantastic! The spice and flavor overload was amazing ! Probably the best shrimp and grits I personally have ever had. To finish our dish one of our party ordered the banana bread , it was a perfect blend of being warm and not to sweet. Our server had a command of the menu and the back story of the ownership was so cool I only wish I could have met the owners as they had a nice backstory now supporting local business! Best coffee and breakfast in Cape Coral. Been to all others and this tops them all.

Ich hatte nach einem etwas anderen Frühstückscafe gesucht und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Es wird alles frisch zubereitet und man kann es offen beobachten. Alles war sehr lecker, sehr frisch, schnell zubereitet und mit einem herzlichen Lächeln serviert. Das Ambiente ist genau nach meinem Geschmack. Leider haben wir den Kuchen nicht mehr geschafft, aber wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

I recently visited Cafe You and had a delightful experience. The matcha latte was delicious, and the chef's special panang curry was exceptionally good. I couldn't resist trying their banana bread, a personal favorite. What impressed me most was that everything I enjoyed was entirely vegan. The cafe also offers excellent options for meat eaters. The service was top-notch, making it a truly enjoyable dining experience. Highly recommend!

Adding yet another 5 star review to the numerous ones already listed. Being gluten free, it is always a treat to see a GF baked good available. So I couldn't pass up the GF banana bread appetizer. I was blown away by the delicious taste and crumb texture. My non-GF husband said, you have to figure out this recipe. It was so good. For lunch my husband had the black bean burger and the red pepper sauce made it really something special. I got the korma bowl with the addition of tofu, but even without adding tofu it was a plentiful bowl. I really enjoyed that the furnishings were all re-purposed chairs and tables, giving the cafe an eclectic homey style.

This is by far our favorite restaurant in the city. Quality ingredients, excellent rotating menu, and impecable service; Budget big or small (and we've tried a BUNCH), we always come to the same conclusion. Here is a sneak peak at their often hard-to-find gluten free donuts. (Chef's kiss)

So happy to have found a restaurant that offers Healthy and delicious food, they offer daily specials and also vegan and gluten-free options (and desserts too). My favorites are the bacon, apple & brie omelette, the roasted vegetable salad, and the beet hummus avocado toast on GF toast with a poached egg on top! definitely my favorite spot in Cape Coral :) I wish they were open for dinner too! My dog loves their puppy cookies ;)

Our ladies were able to have our Christmas lunch this year at Cafe You and it was exceptional service by Elita and all the Staff. We were able to enjoy our time together with no worries of being rushed.

A friend and I came into Cafe You for brunch and we were both very pleased with the entire experience. Cozy and inviting atmosphere and the food was delicious. It was our first time dining in, so our waitress, Courtney, was very helpful in explaining the menu to us. The best part of the entire time was the delicious and fancy coffee she brought to us. Will definitely be coming back and will definitely be recommending to my friends and family!

The most delicious GF food I have ever tasted. I had the potato leek and vegan Bella wrap and it was absolutely delicious. The place is quaint and service is top notch. Definitely a place to visit for a variety of delicious and healthy bites.

I have been a regular - just about every week since they opened 8 years ago ! This is my fave cafe for more reasons than I can say . The food is always made fresh to order . Nothing is frozen or packaged unless you’re buying from the market . Best coffees, soups, Vegetarian and vegan options . House baker makes fresh cakes , donuts , muffins and more .

Never knew this was here! Daughter told me. Fabulous service, great food. Portions on the small side, also good! Most restaurants load up carbs and stuff you don't want. Glass of brut champagne for only $7. Try the Greek Omlette. There were so many vegetarian and vegan options I could eat there every day of the week, if I could afford it.
