Great food. Great drinks. Great atmosphere. Felipe was on the ball with service. Definitely will be coming back to my new favorite Mexican restaurant.

The service is excellent, the food is very very good and the decoration goes without saying, I felt at home🇲🇽 but well the drinks are the best, I enjoyed almost the entire menu and I loved it without a doubt 100% recommended and I would go again.... First time coming to this place, and all I can say was, "WOW!!!!" First impressions, the neighborhood was good and they have a large parking lot in the back so parking was easy. Walking into the restaurant, I noticed the beautiful Mexican decor, the cleanliness of the place with an authentic atmosphere. The food was delicious. The customer service was EXCEPTIONAL, which is a rarity nowadays. The alcoholic drinks were delicious and worth the money. I will definitely return to this place!!!!

Came to dine at Casa Monarca with friends, and I must say it was a pleasurable experience. The staff at Casa Monarca, specially Lina, treated us as regulars, making sure we were good every step of the way. Mexican decor and vibrant colors transport you to Mexico, creating a truly authentic atmosphere so have your camera ready! The food and the drink menu is extensive. Food was tasty and very filling. From the chips and salsa to the Birria burrito and tacos Al pastor to the fried ice cream! One word of advise though: careful with the margarita pitchers!! We ordered one and the thing was big so of course, we had to finish it! Lots of flavors to choose from too. We will definable come back as their lunch options looked good too.

Wonderful dining experience at a neighborhood gem. Amazing Monarca Margarita's, delicious fresh salsa and warm crisp chips, very delicious Steak Quesadilla's and Fish Tacos. Sandra, our server was friendly, warm, professional and totally efficient. Clean and fresh premises with ample parking. Strongly recommend as a top quality fun Mexican place.

Casa Monarca is a great place for Mexican food. The food is amazing but what is even better is the staff treats you like family. You are welcomed with open arms and they will make sure you enjoy your time there. Oh! And if you have a birthday…you get to wear a sombrero and it’s an another entire event! By the way, if you love tequila, best selection of non-additive tequila…best margaritas in town! Also, their pitcher of margaritas is not a pitcher…it’s HUGE! Great place and I love it! Did I mention the tequila?

We’ve been eating & drinking here since they opened. We have lunch here every week. Excellent food, super friendly service, everyone is always smiling and striving to make you happy. Have enjoyed everything I've eaten and they have an excellent tequila list and great margaritas. You owe it to yourself to give them a try if you enjoy Mexican food or tequila.

Had an amazing time at Casa Monarca for my sister’s birthday. The service was amazing and so was the food and drinks. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and absolutely loved the butterflies everywhere! Felipe was courteous and very attentive!

While the restaurant has been open for 2+ years, this was our first visit. The place has a lovely decor, warm color palette, and spectacular wall art. The dining area is nice and spacious. It doesn't feel crammed. The service was friendly and speed of service was spot on. We were served chips and salsa with our drinks. The menu choices had a bit more of a variety which was great. The horchata was delicious and very presentable with the hint of cinnamon over the ice. The kids menu, however, was the same options, as most. The shredded chicken tortilla looked and tasted a bit bland. And it was only 1 tortilla with shredded chicken. The enchiladas were delicious, though. It was beautifully dished, too. The beans had a hint of Chipotle which made them more favorable. The music was great and the sound wasn't so overpowering. You could actually hold a decent conversation. The lighting was fitting. At some restaurants the lighting is so poor that you can't even read the menu. The pricing for a party of 4 was average. Next time, I'll try one of their margaritas. I highly recommend this place. And we will surely visit soon.

My wife and I frequent Casa Monarca and we always enjoy the meal, atmosphere and especially the authenic Mexican cuzine. We have attended a large birthday party here as well as meet and greets with my church. They do really well with these large groups. The happy hour menu is reasonably prices and it's got many choices for both drinks and good eats. Happy hour menu is at the bar only except on Wednesdays when you can order from it in the dining till they close. Get your picture taken at the butterfly wall!

If you want to have the best piña colada in Fort Lauderdale, go to Casa Monarca. Ask for Sandra. She prepares this wonderful cocktail. In addition to her varied Menu, Casa Monarca has a very nice variety of food. You can ask for a birthday treat. The restaurant team will sing your birthday. and he will put a typical hat on you

My wife and I lived in Mexico for 24 years and are always happy to find good Mexican restaurants like Casa Monarca. The food is a creative mix of traditional dishes and innovative adaptations, all with high quality, tasty ingredients. Our server, Sandra, was attentive and delightful. Because we are used to Mexican prices, all US restaurants seem expensive to us, but Casa Monarca is not out of the range of similar restaurants. We look forward to our next visit.

The food is incredible, the margaritas are the best I’ve ever had, and the service is truly one of the best. The staff here treat you like family and are always fast to provide anything you need.

I tried this place for the first time yesterday. It was really good! Fresh chips and salsa came out, and they accomoodate vegetarian options too. I got the Mole enchiladas (2 veggie, 1 cheese) and they were delicious. Service is friendly and fast.

My family is vacationing in Fort Lauderdale and we love Mexican food. My daughter found Casa Monarca by searching in Maps for a Mexican restaurant in the area. We selected Casa Monarca and had an incredible experience! Our family is from PA but we currently live in MT. We have eaten at Mexican restaurants all over the country but this restaurant served THE BEST Mexican food I have eaten to date! Sandra greeted us with a friendly smile as she sat us and took our order. She made me a custom Cherry Coke that truly “hit the spot”! Our family ordered Queso for our chips which was amazing. I ordered the chicken chimichangas…the chicken melted in my mouth! I have never tasted such a delicious chimichanga. The restaurant is beautiful from floor to ceiling with gorgeous pictures on the wall and other decor. It is also very clean. I highly recommend Casa Monarca! Take the time to make this restaurant your next stop when you are craving Mexican food. You will be so glad that you did!

I went for lunch. A complete five-star rating requires several visits on my part. The food was exceptional. I also enjoyed the dining experience (weekday ). Not too noisy, and we weren't rushed out the door after the bill was paid. There's good parking in the back.

1st time here . Was hoping for some great plant based options . Ordered the bean dip . Menu said nothing about cheese in the incredients and the have a cheese dip . The bean dip came out and looked just like a cheese soup. Sent it back . The salsa served is very bland and watery . I had the vegan tacos as there was not much else on the menu that looked appealing. They were good but also very band . I had to ask for hot sauce and there seems to be only 1 option which is a very spicy house made hot sauce . The atmosphere and decor was much better than the food . I had to have my check fixed as they tried to charge me regular price for the tacos when there was a Tuesday special of $3 off . Honestly the prices are 15% too high vs other Mexican restaurants.

Best Mexican food and drinks I’ve ever had! We were a party of seven and all were blown away with how amazing the food was. The Burria tacos were phenomenal and carne asada was cooked to perfection.
