Some friends and I eat at Cheramie‘s often. We have never gotten anything that wasn’t delicious and served just as we ordered! The staff is always delightful and usually knows our drink orders before we even sit. They’re very helpful with choosing from their very wonderful menu!

Pure awesomeness!!! Very Friendly staff and just the greatest food around! THE BEST! Everything they make is phenomenal!

I normally don’t write reviews but the food at Cher Amie’s really did amaze me ! It was so delicious & I loved the margarita flights ! The coconut & blood orange margarita was awesome & our waitress was so sweet & helpful. The food was perfectly seasoned & cooked ( LOVE the grilled green beans). Definitely a great first experience & we will be back when passing through to Grande Isle again

This place was great. I will be back. Loved the Eggplant Crab Trap and the crab and corn bisque. Went back and got the Mardi Gras Grouper. Damn that was good. Best grits I've ever had, and the stuffed mushrooms were great.

The only reason everything is 4 stars is because I was taught since a child that everything has room for improvement at one time or another. But the food and service is always excellent!!!

In town taking a class for work and decided to go to Cher Amie’s and let me tell you. When I say its home cooking do not knock it, my goodness, highly highly recommend it. Im looking forward to my next visit. I got the stuffed soft shell crab. To die for! 🦀❤️😇

First our waitress was Ashley and was Great!!!! We ordered crab platter, crab pistollets, fried fish and soft shell crabs and that should have been enough but it wasn’t. We ordered bread pudding and lava cake ala mode Everything was delicious!!!! So delicious I ordered bread pudding and lava cakes to go. Thanks again Ashley for Great Service

I am just visiting Louisiana but I would literally drive back just to eat here! The food was phenomenal! Just the right touch of seasoning, sauces and local flavor to make every tastebud jump to attention. There was another lady sitting at a table near me. She saw my face when I took my first bite of the blackened tuna, looked right at me and said "yeah, see? Amazing right?". She nailed it! I walked in the door to what seems like a family run restaurant that truly wants to have you there. Amazing hospitality paired with a uniquely decorated restaurant that serves this level of food?!? Don't even hesitate to skip this one. Stop in, say hi, and prepare to be wow'd. Thank you for making my whole trip worthwhile with your amazing cooking and atmosphere!

The boiled seafood is really good! I really enjoyed the boiled crab legs! They have just the right amount of flavor. I also enjoyed their crispy waffle fries and gumbo! Excellent customer service! The employees are super friendly.

This was our first visit to Cher Amie's and the food was great. I had the bang bang shrimp po'boy and my husband had the hamburger steak plate with the most amazing grilled asparagus!!

The best place to eat on the bayou.

This is the restaurant to stop in and get your seafood fix. There's so many different seafood dishes that you have a variety to choose from or you could also order boiled seafood. Plus they have delicious lunch specials on weekdays.

We had the shrimp and the crawfish, both were excellent... really, really excellent! I sometimes reminisce of this meal and wish I could eat it again! And our waitress was very welcoming and attentive, she made our experience perfect. I should have asked for her name :(
