Don't know if I will comeback to chilli's $80 for 1 hamburger 5 piece tinders 2 waters to drink and 1 mixed drink I can go to Texas Roadhouse get a 16 oz steak loaded baked potato and salad and my girlfriend can get the same and we'll only spend $50 forgot to add my bun on my burger was soaking wet falling apart with grease and my girlfriend ordered honey chipotle chrispers and got plain

The waitress was very negligent, the restaurant was empty, it took a long time for our refill and she always answered with attitude, it's a shame because it is my favorite restaurant.

Totally let down by Chili's in Ocala next to Walmart. Ordered wings with fries. Got home and no fries. Totally bad service and no attention to details. Never again. Lost $25.

Good and service was great. Bar tender stated she was newer but made the best watermelon margarita.

Biased review. I love Chili's, honey chipotle chicken crispers are my jam and I am in love with their street corn.

Had not been to this location...husband and I were thrilled with every aspect. Super friendly staff, wonderful server..and the burgers were cooked to perfection. We even sent our compliments to the cook staff! This is our new go to place!

My mother and kids and I had a really great time. It was after noon on Sunday so no wait time. My daughter and I chose the lunch with the appetizer, side, drink, and entree for like 13 we both got the steak. My mother also got the steak my son went with some chicken quesadillas and we got the boneless hot wings for the appetizer and everything was delicious.

I come to Chili's almost every week. I love their food and service. Wendy is the best waitress, always friendly and attentive.

Order bone in wings. Not sure what is wrong with them they seem slimy. They looked cooked but the texture was way off. I do not recommend the wings. I threw most of them away

The food is pretty good at most Chili's and you really can't beat that $10.99 meal deal. The smash burger is fire. The atmosphere in this particular store was alright, nothing special, and our server was attentive. When we came in, the host had his back to the door and couldn't be bothered to turn around. He then pointed towards the booths by the bar and told us to sit wherever. So we did and he didn't budge from hovering over the podium. It was a complete contrast to the young ladies who were there when we were leaving and even rushed to hold the door open as we left. I would definitely return, but I hope not to be greeted that way on my next visit.

I've been eating the fajitas here since 2016. I ordered on my birthday (Jul 3) and was really disappointed. Chicken was dry, peppers were undercooked and tortillas were hard & oily, didn't really seem like flour tortillas at all. The overall flavor just wasn't there. The queso & chips was good but even the dessert (cookie and ice cream) wasn't as tasty as I hoped.

Food was good but I wish the chicken crispers came with either larger pieces of chicken or 2 more pieces of chicken for money. My family got the 3 for me and everything tasted good between the appetizers and main dishes. Our server was great as well. Also wish the music was just a smidge more lower with the volume as we all had issues hearing each other at the table. Otherwise everything was great and we will continue to go here and recommend to others!!

We ordered the chipotle bowl and ribs. The chipotle bowl was missing multiple ingredients, avocado, lettuce, mixed cheeses, and hardly any tortilla strips. The rib dinner had two sides which were to be mac-n-cheese but the portion sizes didn’t seem legit compared to the sizes you get when you order in the restaurant, and the fries with the chicken crispers meal seemed like they came from the bottom of the basket, not hot, and not good. For the amount of money, whether you order in house or have it delivered, the standards should be consistent. I’ve ordered from Chilis before but with the lack of consistency, and low standards with the quality of food they put out, I will not be going back or ordering for delivery.

I didn't like the food much. It was salty and not well presented, for example, I ordered southwestern egg rolls and they were upside down on the plate so that the filling got stuck on the paper. Don't care about going there again.

This restaurant is our go-to when we want table service dining. Also, this specific location. Ask for 'Kevin Hart' on bar side. Super friendly and awesome server. Tell him Todd sent ya.

Waited an hour to get a cold cheeseburger Got the appetizer only a couple minutes before the food. Was at about 50% capacity.

Waitress was horrible. Obviously didn't want to be there. Messed up our and an adjoining tables order, sides, and drink. Horrible attitude with eye rolling at no additional charge. Second and last time this has happened to us here. Save the attitude. Another waitress came in and replaced her. She was really good.

It was a Saturday night so the atmosphere was definitely a Saturday night. The food was good ,it was hot and service was quick,beer was cold. I'd like to go back when is wasn't so busy. It's right in front of a few hotels so it's very convenient for travelers. Definitely go back.

Update: Charles no longer works here and we will not return. Service was horrible and spent over twice as long waiting for our food as all other tables. Stopped in tonight for our first time at this location. Charles was our server and he is great!! Our order was accurate, hot, and delicious. Charles ensured our (non-alcoholic) drinks were always topped off and beers were always refreshed when we wanted. He recommended ways to save on our meal and still get what we wanted. I heard him interact with other customers and when one spoke of a pasted loved one that loved going to Chili’s- he gave his condolences sincerely. Charles was a truly great server and we will be back because of him.

Never had a problem before until tonight my family and I basically was forced to seat on a table because of the baby stroller they had more than 6 booth tables available (it was what I asked before sitting ) they sat us on one booth to let us know to switch to the table after seating down . I asked my server for the second time can we get a booth? his answer was (you can sit on a table ) I come to this chill is very often I live like 8 minutes away I’m giving a 5 stars still cause I don’t want the actions of one employee to affect the great service they always have . Don’t know if things are changing but it was a bit disappointing .

We had excellent and efficient service by Hailey. Got there at a great time, between the end of lunch and before it gets busy again. They have an excellent 3-for-1 promotion now that gives you a great adult meal and beverage for less than fast food restaurants (e.g., a cheeseburger with fries, side salad, and iced tea for $10.99)!

Service, waitress, and food were perfect. Everyone was there to help w refills and running food.

Ordered a Philly with fries to go... guess the 20% gratuity for simply handing me my food wasnt enough, got like 8 cold French fries, 4 thin slices of beef on an oversized soggy dinner roll with a large raw green pepper cut in half on top 😆. Jokes on me I guess, I absolutely DO NOT recommend

Recently did a to go order from here and it was horrible. Burger was overcooked condiments seemed old . Fries soggie can never get me to get takeout again. Plus wa expensive for the trash I received

We were seated quickly. Service was great and food was served promptly. Our orders were well prepared and accurate. I think they menu Prices were very good for the quality of food and the service. If you are looking for a relaxing environment with good friendly service I believe this Chili's would be a good choice.

Server was is wrong job and food was cold when coming out and some things not done. When told to the server about food issues told couldn't take it all back to warm.

Food was okay. Salmon appeared to he undercooked in the middle, so I didn't finish. Waitress seemed to be in a hurry to get us out, but we still took our time. Quesidillas were overcooked. Bottomless chips and dip was never topped off, not once.

This place is always good. I always have the same thing cause I'm obsessed with their triple meat fajitas!!!

I tried the ribeye steak today and I must say, don't waste your money. The cut wasn't anything like the photo in the menu. Overall it was a very disappointing experience. I have had many good meals, shrimp fajitas and their burgers and chicken sandwiches but save yourself the disappointment and don't order the steak.

THE RESTAURANT TEMPERATURE WAS EXTREMELY COLD INSIDE. MADE OUR DINING EXPERIENCE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. WONT BE GOING THERE AGAIN FOR SURE.

We ordered 36ct wings, fries and esparagus Saturday night for pick up and gave 20% gratuity, thinking just for pickup we should have our order on point. Needless to say, everything was cold, not even fresh, stale fries, and for a 36ct wings you would assume at least some would be hot, wrong. EVERYTHING WAS COLD. We would think that a well-known establishment pick-up orders would be treated as dine in, all freshly made. Smh. We've dined there before and service, food and everyone is great. I was just surprised.

Use to be an excellent Restaurant with very good services and good food but not anymore. You ordered a Margarita grill Chicken and asked for the chicken to be grill on both sides and all they do is just one side and not well done. Ask for medium rare steak and then they bring it to you well done.

The people working here are awesome! Excellent service and the food is always very good. I usually sit at the bar and they are very attentive and friendly no matter how busy it is! By far the best Chili's I have ever been to.

I have been trying to text my complaint, however, it’s almost impossible I’m complaining about Chris Mitchell manager located at 93rd Court, Ocala. He kicked me out of his restaurant without any explanation as to what happened. He wouldn’t hear my side of the story so if you want me to tell you more then call me because I’m sick of this texting and I can’t get everything in this little block.

Everything was great until I received my food with hair. Then it was not a pleasant meal for us. Manager then gave us a molten for the mistake.

Wait staff was stretched thin at the bègining of our meal, then reinforcements arrived and the rest of the meal was perfect ! Hot food was HOT, and every person was apologizing for the short staffing earlier in the meal .

This has to be the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been too.The ladies room is absolutely disgusting and the rugs for the entryway are thrown out in the "landscaping" The fajitas were in a pile of grease and this is the last visit ever to a Chili's.Better hope the code inspector doesn't come around!!Yuck.
