No parking... It was more of a club atmosphere and did not like the fact that some people smoked weed. This is a cigar establishment people. To top it off, the presence of armed security guards, although I appreciate safety but it's kind of uncomfortable to know that security is required at a cigar establishment.

This is my honest review, when I first started going to this place it was a nice chill relaxing environment to smoke cigars and have some drinks, it was a nice place to watch sporting events and just meet people., they had excellent friendly bartenders at the beginning but now it’s a nightmare! But somehow some young management got brought in and turned the cigar bar into a ghetto establishment it’s not even fun to go there anymore it’s extremely uncomfortable like there is no seating available and you have to stand the entire time. To Me going to a cigar bar is a place to relax and chill out it’s not a nightclub if you want that just go to Ybor… but it seems like to me that the management doesn’t care about anything but money and I refuse to support businesses that are just in place for a MONEY GRAB! This place has an excellent cigar selection but that’s it! I will only buy cigars and leave!

turned into a night club.. pass.. the choices and pricing of sticks are great....good deals, tho....but i have been using mail order more frequently lately. due to the nightclub vibe....

Love this humidor biggest ive seen in town. The people behind the counter always give good recommendations, and are verry proficient in their feild.

During my first (and last) visit to this location it seemed to have a nice vibe. I even met some new people and we all were having a good time. At some point I heard a waitress cursing at a customer and at that point it’s like all hell broke loose! I can’t speak to what happened as I wasn’t directly involved but shortly after, a guy (I guess the manager) said all of you have to leave. This was referring to all the black people in the patio area. I asked did I have to leave, as myself and some others I was sitting with had nothing to do with that interaction. He verified per management viewing cameras that everyone had to go. At that point between the vibe being ruined and the roaches outnumbering the customers, I was ready to go. Again, not sure what happened but the situation should have definitely been handled differently and I was disgusted by the entire experience.

Has one of the best selections of cigars in that area. I would give 5 stars, but my only grip, the crowd can get a bit overwhelming at times. Recently, they've had DJ's come out and play, but the music can be a bit much. Depending on the night, don't really like having conversation and need to yell to be heard..😂.

Not your typical cigar lounge. More of a nightclub for the mature crowd that sells cigars.

Great spot. The selection of cigars and lounge areas is A1. They have great drinks to pair with the cigar you're going to smoke. Whether it's indoors or outdoors the environment is relaxed and comfortable. If you're in the Tampa area, this should be a place to visit.

Best place to buy cigars. Gigantic selection and great quality and prices. Shipping is fast and cigars always come in optimal condition thanks to their great packaging. Oh and if you are a veteran don’t forget to get that 10% extra discount!

Best Cigar Lounge in town ! We came from out of town to celebrate my Dad’s 55th birthday, the staff was more than accommodating. Thank you guys for everything 100x over ! S/O to the bartenders Jacob and Sam !

Huge humidor with excellent selection, comfortable indoor lounge and patio. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the bar was stocked with just about anything you could want. It's my new favorite hangout.

Great place to chill. You can hang out with friends or your significant other. Drinks are great and reasonably priced!

Great location, humidor has a lot of options and the staff is knowledgeable. Only issues is being understaffed during the weekends and obviously the heat inside (it's Florida isn't much that can be done). The servers and bartenders they do have tend to be friendly and hard working, but are way overworked when busy. It's to the point you have tables that don't see a server ever during a visit. It's these small things that take it from 5 star to 3.

Every time I'm there it's A Great Grown Up Vibe ,The drinks are great Bartenders are very attentive, drinks are on point, If there was a good food truck or kitchen, I'd be there daily.

If you’re into cigars and looking to be around adults older than their 20s then this is the place. I love that they have a live DJ from time to time and it gives more of a lounge atmosphere rather than a club. Drinks aren’t horribly priced and the cigars are perfect.

The music can get a bit loud when they have a dj or karaoke, but otherwise it's one of my favorite places to grab a cigar and a drink.

What a lively place! Definitely not your typical cigar lounge!! They have DJ’s on the weekends and food trucks!! The cigar selection is plentiful as well!! We’ll definitely be back!!

Great selection, sucky staff. The cigar selection was great. They had a lot I found that I haven’t been able to find at other shops. It also looked like a great cigar lounge. The workers however were complete cigar snobs. I haven’t smoked a cigar in years due to quitting dipping tobacco and not wanting cigars to somehow get me back into it. When I asked the workers for recommendations, they gave me a crappy response and acted like I was stupid for not taking pictures of the cigars I’ve enjoyed with my phone. They also did not give me any recommendations like I asked for and instead just said “oh wow, you like that??” And made me feel like a complete idiot. Overall, I’d only recommend this place if you’re a cigar snob and/or know exactly what you want. Don’t expect help here.

Great cigar selection. Knowledgeable and hard working staff. More bar than lounge at times which isn't really the vibe I'm looking for when I want to enjoy a stogie and a drink. But it's still a decent place

Laid back and was lit on Sunday with a DJ and a great crowd. Older crowd but definitely and excellent VIBE.

Worst service by Montraya. Will never go back as long as she works there. She came by once and never came back. She has the worst attitude, when I gave my order she talked to other people for over 30 minutes while my order sat and got warm. Then when I went to the restroom I heard her telling another customer of hers in the bathroom that she only like to wait on other African Americans, becasue she only like to deal with her own people. I am Hispanic, so this is clearly not me she is wanting to wait on (she did mention she only like to wait in males)... I also heard her telling the lady that they need to close their tab with the other bartender and open one with her. While she went around my table, to help other customers of hers all she talked about was her personal life issues and killed the vibe. Her customer service is horrible the only way she made money wad to guilt trip folks with her personal issues such as not making money at cigar international, gossiping about other non African Americans coworkers. I wish I didn't have to hear all of this, but if I know the management staff should know also. She is extremely unhappy with her job there. Worst experience by far. Tiffiny gets all the stars she was awesome and kind. She was fast, motivated, seemed to love her job. I will let every military friends I know to avoid this place.

Need more parking and find a Black security guard to interact with the black customers.

Cigars. Good prices. Obviously. Can get loud. And it’s harder to find an outlet since they moved tables around. So enjoying a cigar while working is harder

I finally went to visit. I was not disappointed. CI is where I buy all of my cigars online. But the cigar bar was amazing. Everything I get online was available at that location. Very nice.

Amazing spot to find some good bargains and premium cigars. The oudoor seating and bar are great for relaxing and enjoying your purchase. They do not sell pipe tobacco, if you're looking for that.

great selection of cigars in their humidor. very reasonably priced. with buy 4 get one free or buy 5 and get one free promotions. the outside is comfortable. it was a great place to unwind and just read and enjoy the location. however, I'm just a stickler for customer service. I did see a staff asking others for assistance but I was wondering why I wasn't receiving that same service. that's my biggest complaint with these box stores. you get lost. and more often than not I avoid these places. but the sticks were great.

The staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. From the cigar aficionados to the bartenders. Everyone was nice! As a non-smoker, this place was very accommodating. The big bay doors were open so the smoke wasn't so pungent. I would definitely go back to enjoy another drink or two!

One of the largest cigar shops I’ve been in. Many workers in the shop willing to help out. They have a huge bar but not enough bartenders to keep the drinks flowing fast during the Friday night I got there. Still a cool spot though.

First time patron, wow what a place. The largest selection of cigars I have seen in a while, large seating areas with a large selection of adult beverages. You name it they have it! Top notch staff and bartenders!

I normally would say this is the perfect place to have a drink and a smoke. The last 2 times I went there was un real, I watched the waitress run circles around me and asked everyone if they needed anything but not once stop to ask me even after she looked straight at me and then turned her head. That was the first day, today I came in and there were empty glasses previously at the table that I sat at. The bartender walked over and picked up those glasses and never looked at me and walked off. I dont want to blame the same issue on certain things but it seems to be obvious that the same tables that the previous waitress and the bartender kept going to were all a certain type of people, it seems to be a pattern of what type of people they want to assist.

Great place. They have a rather large Humidor with plenty of selection to make anyone happy. Drinks aren't too pricey and service is fantastic. Bring friends and chill.

~$20 old fashioneds made poorly. They charge you for ICE here. They got rid of most of the couches in favor of community tables. Humidor is good. Bar and lounge is terrible.

This place has such a good vibe .just relax have a drink and enjoy the outdoor patio and read a book in the day.The cigar bar has everything you would want.The older gentleman at the cigar bar is very helpful he knows his stuff.

We drove an hour to meet several family members and brought my small dog because we couldnt leave her that long and besides we had read one of the comments that said dog was ok on outside patio however when we got there we were rudely told we needed to get the dog off their property. My issue isn't that they aren't dog friendly but the fact that it's not stated on their website plus the staff didn't have to be so rude.

Great place to hang out and grab a smoke! Clean cigar staff knows their stuff, but the bartender can either use some help or get some help on how to serve customers! I visited 1/26/24 in the latter afternoon about 1330, and I guess you must appro8 the bar to get a drink. As I was seated enjoying my cigar, I finally saw a guy that looked like a bartender but realized that was the bartender because he served another customer! I then asked if I could get a drink which took 10 min to get but was spilling it in the floor as he came around the corner, I may have lost 1/2 an Oz to the floor lol. A buddy met me a few minutes later and had the same experience at the bar as she waited and served other customers after they walked up after her. It's usually good service at night when more people are there (customers). This guy was now worried about its Uber eats order being wrong! Hey pal, you finally got the drink from the delivery driver? lol

Not the type to write reviews, however, Been going to this place every week for a couple years. Never, have I heard a server openly complain how Martina does. she is definitely out of place and it is extremely annoying hearing someone complain about customers and what section they work... only seen her there a couple times and that all I heard.. The majority of Staff are very friendly and make for an enjoyable experience! Awesome drinks and cigars!

Great atmosphere & Cigar selection. My issue is if you go there on a busy evening, you wait forever for drinks. The staff works very hard but they are understaffed. If you are sitting at a table you might not ever have a waitress check on you for another drink order. Then you have to go up to the bar and wait a long time there. Also, the last two times we were there, they were out of whipping cream for their cafe con lache coffee. Also wanted an extra spicy Bloody Mary and they didn’t have any hot sauce. I’ve gone to dive bars that had better service.

One of long time favorites for hanging out and good times. They have far fewer servers than in the past. Drinks are still good. But the atmosphere has totally changed....

So I attended a ugly sweater party/birthday party here and I'm not a smoker but with the place being open I was able to enjoy my self with out being smoked out 😄. The drinks were great the dj (Rob) was great it was a nice grown and sexy crowd like I like it. And I won the ugly sweater contest. So that was a pulse 💗.
