Excellent service and real Mexican food

My mother who is listed somewhere in the comments here is exactly correct in her entirety of her statement Being from a former culinary background I can tell right now The energy that is cooked into this food will make your taste buds explode with happiness flavorful fresh friendly people and the atmosphere is good for business even a romantic lunch dinner highly recommend and I will be stopping through Jensen Beach just to have lunch or dinner here again Salute 🥂🤌

You are going to pay more for your meal, let's gat that out of the way. Now, in exchange for that, your taste buds will surrender themselves to food flavors unlike any I can remember eating at since I moved to Florida. Many Mexican Restaurants are/were very good, but I want to experience my food, and that's what happened to me at Cinco de Mayo in Jensen Beach. Made my whole day brighter. PS Fried ice cream is excellent Chips made fresh every morning, so light and flavorful you could still eat your meal. Atmosphere good for business lunch Romantic dinner, family gatherings. Service was attentive and friendly. ENJOY YOUR MEAL, hope you had the same cook and wait staff that way you will know I speak truth here 😊 ok I'm going already 😎👍...

The only thing worse than the food is the service. Food was uncooked and the server ran my card for $186.00 when our meal was only $50. When I brought it to the manager attention she had a I don’t care attitude, it’s a shame but it’s true.

This is definitely our new go to spot for taco tuesday! The food is delicious with generous portions and the table side guac is AMAZING. Our server Lola was so friendly and accommodating for our party of adults and kids. We will for sure be back!!

We have been going to Cinco every Tuesday for quite awhile and we absolutely love the food, the service and everything about the restaurant. The manager, the staff and everyone there treat us like family.

Nick was a great server, attentive and kind, and everything was delicious and quick!

Authentic is a word that would not desceibe this place.i left this place hungry and discusted that i even wasted my money. My wifes steak was ordered medium but arrived paper thin and charred to where most of it was thrown away.i ordered burritos that were not wrapped with a tortilla just smothered on meat with burn cheese on top as a person who lived in ca and traveled to mexico this food was horriable even taco bell does better job.now to adress staff my waiter was ok he tried hard besides forgetting items i ordered .staff argued over guess walking out because they were never waited on .nobody had a smile or even looked happy to be their.and to top it off I should have known better eating in an empty restaurant on a saturday afternoon.

Had a bad experience this time. I usually enjoy eating there especially on Wednesday the table side guacamole was made in the kitchen. It was loaded with salt and tomatoes. When they make it table side I ask they leave those ingredients out. Didn't like my meal tonight.

The food was fair and the salsa could use some work. Our server did well except he brought my dad’s beer first. We order appetizers and got those even before our other drinks came out, which were nonalcoholic

What an awesome place!! We are here on vacation and had a taste for Mexican. We had one of the best servers with Nick!! We were brought chips and salsa as soon as we sat down and were offered the hotter salsa verde. We shared an order of steak and chicken fajitas with an order of chiles toreados. Food is delicious! Next time we are here on vacation this will be a must stop!!

I've been to Cinco de Mayo many times. Always great food and excellent service. Tonight however, I had a disappointing experience. Went for taco Tuesday. It says on the website that 3 street tacos are $8. Choice of steak, chicken or pastor. I was upcharged for ordering steak. When I brought it to the server's attention, he told me there's always an upcharge for steak. I asked for the manager the server wouldn't get anyone for me. I paid the extra and left. Not sure I'll be going back.

Mediocre. Not too much flavor. Owner eliminated full menu on Cinco De Mayo -- had to order from a simplified version with less options. Come on, think!!! It's actually the weekend of. What better time to honor it. Now I see why lower ratings.

This place was quite the find for us! At first, we didn't even know what door to go in because the outside is decorated so well! ;) Once in, we are always greeted by friendly hostesses and usually seated immediately, we've never had to wait here. We always request to sit in Leo's section, he's so kind and takes good care of us. Been there so many times, he basically knows our orders, haha! We love the carne asada and the pineapple steak fajitas. Cadillac marg is really good too!

Got seated quickly even tho it was busy. Raspberry margaritas were delicious and came out quickly. We had chili rellano, queso dip and both had carne asada quesadillas. Everything was great.

This local Mexican oriented restaurant (which feels diner style) not only offers a wide menu for any pallet but the prices are worth it for the portions. And yes, Salsa and chips provided with your meal at no extra cost. Pro tip, get the guac. Their guacamole is made fresh right at your table!

Ice maker or water hose for the fountain machine needs to be cleaned out. It gave the fountain sodas a terrible taste. Ended up getting glass bottles. Ordered the chicken taquitos, and they were bland topped off with brown cilantro and mushy tomatoes. My husband had the Birria tacos and he was also disappointed. They were flavorless accompanied with a watery consome. There's better Mexican spots in the area.

Had a pickup order for Five people. They were late on having it ready. The food was the worst Me I am food I have ever had. The two taco salads had very little lettuce and cheese. No sour cream and the shells were soggy. Over taste was very bland. The other orders were cold and soggy and tasted bad. I won’t be giving them any more business inside dining or pickup.

Ordered enchilada plate, extra cost (cc conv. charge) of 40 cents, if you pay with a debit or credit card..So i paid with cash, my total bill was $15.37. when they finally picked up my cash of $20.00.. They gave me back only $ 4.00,,guess they charge for cash. also,,wow, never going there again..

We are here about 3 times and week. My daughter and I order quac and share fajitas. We receive consistent food and service. It is always so delicious. Love it here.

I ate here twice a week. Once for lunch and once for dinner on weekends. With that said, I will NEVER eat here again because of the owner/server. The order came to my table and it wasn't what I ordered. The owner asked me to eat it anyway. I said I didn't want it, but I would eat it anyway, because I didn't want it taken back. He threw a fit and headed to the back with my plate. When he came back out he informed me that HE was the owner and could do what he wanted. I said, I don't want any food that was taken to the back, because I couldn't see what was going on and was afraid my food would be tampered with. Again I told him I didn't want any food taken to the back. He threw another temp tantrum and told me to leave. I did. Good bye to this awful owner. BTW, I spent 20 years as a restaurant manager and would have never spoken to a customer thebway he did.

Really good food. Decent portion sizes. I miss the Enchiladas Divorciadas from the old menu, however, there are some tasty alternatives.

This is one of our favorite local restaurants. The queso burrito is amazing and their fajitas always make us happy. They are always quick and have daily specials to encourage exploring new tastes.

Sizzlin’ Fajitas ~ Huge Margs ~ Great Service Cinco de Mayo is nice spot for inexpensive, quality Mexican food and a large menu with a variety of entrees as well as delicious (and huge) margs. I have come here several times now and have always gotten shrimp & steak fajitas or the pineapple shrimp fajitas both of which are great. The margaritas are huge and also very good. Finally, the service has been quick and all of the servers I have encountered have been wonderful. I would recommend dining at Cinco de Mayo!

Maybe the menu for pickup is different than the one they serve in the restaurant but we just ordered some food and I have to said that we never had such a bad experience with Mexican food.

Our singles group hosted Taco Tuesday last night. Around 60 people. Food, service, staff...all were on point! Best restaurant around for an event like this!! Amazing!! Will make it our monthly spot!

Finally a decent Mexican place! My husband @ I had been trying to find a Mexican place that actually tasted good & reminded us of a place back in Oregon we used to visit a lot. Well, this was it.

This restaurant is definitely high on my list for authentic Mexican food. Menu items are affordable and everything taste delicious. I enjoyed every bit of my meal. I do recommend sharing, because two meals turned out to be too much. The portion size is very generous. Customer service is very prompt and reliable.

We love the food at this restaurant! but the costumer service is horrible!!!!today we walked in sat at the front desk for 5 min NO ONE greeted us so we walked to the bar we sat down where the bartender was there messing with the tv he did not acknowledge us he did see us said nothing to us so again we sat there for five min so we got up and left this is not the first time this is like the fifth time there customer serves is a zero as they do not care about there customers

My husband and I stopped in here for some Mexican food on a Monday night. Don't let the location fool you as it is located in a strip mall (some of the best food I have ever eaten came out of strip malls) and the food here is on point. It wasn't that busy and we were seated right away. Within minutes chips and salsa arrived. For dinner I went with my usual enchiladas suizas with chicken and my husband decided on a burrito 🌯. The margarita list here is impressive! Portions are generous and margaritas are large and strong! The only negative thing I can say is this restaurant can use a update on the decor. Overall we are looking forward to our next visit.

Ordered for a 35 person luncheon and it was excellent! Everything was ready at 11:15am. Only a little short on cheese and rice but had a lot of chicken and steak fajitas left over. Look forward to our next Mexican theme luncheon. :)

Cinco De Mayo is a must visit for me when I’m in the Stuart area! I’ve never had a bad meal. My personal favorite is the cheese dip burrito. I have half for dinner and save rest for lunch the next day.

I wish the shredded chicken was more shredded and had more seasoning. Our waitress seemed a little more interested in chatting with friends. Other than that we love the place. We go there often and have ordered many different things and are always pleased with the food.

Long wait for food! Over 40 minutes. Food was dry… server was hesitant … manager came by .. asked questions? Like we were lying? Very uncomfortable? Explained to manager food Took 40 minutes… and said it was “dry”… she never said anything walked away and the poor server came back to tell us… the manager took 1/2 the cost of my meal off check??? Only 1/2… meanwhile … I ate an 1/8th of my plate ??? Very uncomfortable feeling… But server never checked on us! Manager lady didn’t believe us… knowing our food took 40 minutes… Almost felt … hummmm… don’t want to use the “r” word… Very surprised … felt like an outcast! Just saying. Wrong people touching /the guests… they clearly carry a grudge. Thought those days were behind us.

This is a very well-managed Mexican restaurant. Servers are friendly and knowledgeable. Food is very good. Portions are generous everything we had was very good including the salsas provided with the homemade crisps that are brought to table as soon as you arrive. I ordered a margarita which was excellent. Pricing is very reasonable and the restaurant filled quickly so arrive early to avoid a wait. Menu is extensive as are the choices of what you want in your burritos etc.

Visited for lunch for a lighter meal. Good lunch menu with slightly reduced prices and generous servings. Food came quickly and was piping hot. The friendly and Attentive waitress served us warm chips and salsa dip minutes after sitting down. The only improvement suggestion I have is to clean the carpets. The smell was overwhelming at times and gave me the impression that the place was dirty in other areas too.

Having visited Cinco de Mayo Restaurant in Jensen Beach multiple times, I have had the Birria Tacos, Ceviche, and the Enchiladas Suizas. Their food hasn’t dissatisfied yet 😁. They serve chips and salsa. The salsa has good flavor and not to hot. They do have spicier salsa as well. The restaurant is styled in a Mexican Puebla “Town”. Dark wood tables with light colored inlays. The lighting is good, though some might want to use a light. They are located in the Seabreeze Plaza just West of the roundabout. I for one will be visiting again🤣. #tbwinaknsfl #theblackwuulf

My dinner was very good, as it has been over the many times I've been there. Large portions and our waiter was sure to make the kitchen aware of my specific request. I'll be eating there again!

The food was mediocre at best. The ambiance was worse. If you’re looking for authentic Mexican food, this is not it.

Carpets have to go. Needs upgrades. Staff was ok but maybe rushed because of thanksgiving-eve. Food was actually great which is most important.
