Reached out 4 times to get a design cake made for my wedding and I haven’t heard anything back each time. Beyond unprofessional. I’d recommend going to a company that is readily available.

The best cakes!!!! Reasonably priced and amazingly good! I love traditional buttercream frosting and they managed to hit the mark perfectly! I have had their chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry cakes and all are delicious!

Not only are the cakes absolutely delicious, but they are beautiful and elegant! Carol and her team are the BEST!!

Carol did an amazing job on our wedding cake and desert bar! They not only looked amazing and were the exact style we wanted, but also tasted incredible! Everyone loved the cake and we are so happy with the flavors we chose at the tasting. Thank you Carol!

The groom’s cake for my nephew tasted great but the details of the decorations were less than what we were expecting. After meeting to discuss and giving very specific information and photos, we were a little disappointed.

Classic Cakes made mine and Jim's wedding and groom's cakes many, many years ago. It couldn't have been better, and set the standard for what I expect a cake to taste like. John's an extraordinary baker. You should definitely visit Classic Cakes when planning your next event!!

They offered recommendations during my tasting appointment, and were able to create something within our budget. There are so many designs and flavors to choose from, so there really is something for everyone. The employees and owner are extremely friendly and easy to work with. We got married on June 6th, in the middle of the pandemic, and their flexibility and responsiveness were very much appreciated as we were dealing with various possible scenarios. My husband and I greatly enjoyed working with Carol and Classic Cakes. Our consult with Carol was an intimate and wonderful time where we tasted our favorite flavors and designed both our wedding cake and grooms cake. Carol is so talented and sat and sketched the designs as we spoke our ideas. Both cakes turned out more beautiful than imagined. Not only are their cakes stunning but most importantly they taste delicious!! Our guests could not stop raving about how incredible they were!

Classic cake made my 40th birthday cake. The cake was so beautiful, moist and delicious. From the initial cake tasting, I fell in love with the cake and their presentation. They designed my cake as requested and at a very reasonable price. The guests at my party really enjoyed the cake. Classic cake make best cake ever. I highly recommend.

This place is amazing. We went there to try different wedding cakes and immediately knew we would go with them. The cakes are pretty much perfect - flavor, texture, presentation, icing and the cake itself are all exceptional. 10/10 would eat again.

Carol made our wedding cake back in March and she did a fantastic job! It was exactly what I asked for and absolutely delicious!! We ended up having extra left over afterwards, aside from our top tier, and I couldn’t resist having a piece every day until it was gone. We cannot wait to have our top tier on our one year anniversary!

Carol and her team did the wedding cake for my wedding and it was stunning. Not only was the cake modern and gorgeous, Carol accommodated mine and some of my guests' dietary restrictions by making the top tier gluten-free! She also kindly worked with me to put sparklers on the cake so my husband and I could light it before the cake cutting! They are wonderful and talented people and you should definitely hire them to make the cake for your wedding/event.

We came in from out of town for our wedding. We booked a trip in Jax to try cakes, see flowers, etc. Classic Cakes was one of the only places we went into where they were actually prepared. When they realized we picked white cake and both mothers preferred chocolate, they must have noted it. Because on our wedding day we had the most delicious cake ever and our moms both got chocolate cupcakes.

Best baker ever!!! We had a cake tasting & I ate all her samples bc they were so good. She baked our wedding cake, grand opening for restaurant cake, lots of Birthday cakes, & the list goes on... I’m not a cake expert but in my opinion this place has the best cakes in Jax!!!
