Classic City Catering was so remarkable to work with! They went above and beyond on everything - the food, the place settings, the gentility of the staff! They made my job of organizing and managing the day so easy. They are absolutely fantastic communicators!!! Ms. Vicky, Lauren, and Jeff were all amazing at anticipating the needs of our wedding guests, the bride and groom, and the rest of the wedding family. Truly a wonderful team to work with! I’m disappointed that I’m leaving a bad review as I was really excited to book CCC for catering until I contacted them… I sent them exactly what I wanted quoted in a detailed email. I got a generic email back.. then a few emails later, I was forced to fill out a form that required way too much information to just get a quote when I have already told them exactly what I wanted. I had to forward them my original message that they missed. Then I am told it’s a $1,000 deposit to hold a date and then a $500 and I asked for clarity and they came back and said $1,000 for December events. They then said, we will give you “first right of refusal” for this date without a deposit. To get a price, they made us have a new phone conversation about what we wanted… even though we told them. We get on the phone and by the end of the call, the lady made me not want anything I originally asked for, made me feel like what I wanted was a dumb idea, and at one point suggested they could get Papa John’s for a late night snack at my wedding instead of the pizza and salad bar dinner we originally requested. She said, “I need to talk to my Chef” and got off the phone. It’s been weeks of communicating at this point and we still don’t have a price. Today, I receive an email saying, “We will regretfully decline this opportunity after consulting with our chef. We are not convinced that we can fully fulfill your menu choices to your liking.” We literally picked the exact items directly off of their menu with no changes. We also only gave them several chances after being very unprofessional because they were recommended to us. Unorganized. Unprofessional. Waste of time.

The Classic City catering team did an outstanding job catering our wedding in September 2023. We worked closely with their team to customize a menu that fit the style of wedding we wanted and provide the type of food groupings that were our favorite. From the initial tasting to the food served at the wedding, everything was absolutely fantastic. We received numerous compliment after the wedding of how good the food was that night. I would recommend working with David, Lauren, Jacquie and the entire Classic City Catering Team for your special day. Classic City Catering is a stand up company! They catered our wedding at a private residence and the whole process was seamless. The food was tasty and the bar service was perfect. They left everything the way they found it. I would recommend them and would use them again if I had the chance! Thank you for all of your hard work to make our day so perfect!

Had them cater my wedding two weeks ago and food was amazing! Staff was great and the bartending service was amazing. Have nothing negative to say.

I utilized CCC for my military retirement ceremony and they hit the ball out of the park. They really worked hard with me on providing an amazing selection while staying within our budget. All the guest had nothing but rave reviews and would not hesitate to call on their service again.

Classic City Catering did an absolutely DELICIOUS job catering our wedding! We had about 180 guests and we did not hear a negative thing about the appetizers or entrees! We did a dual entree (beef and chicken) with potatoes and veggies, and a salad. The crab cake bites have to be my all-time favorite though. I wish I got a picture of the wonderful meal! Thank you, CCC, for preparing the best wedding meal!

I first contacted a couple catering companies before selecting them at first they seemed well organized and nice I ended up choosing them because I was told a $500 deposit would go towards my total bill once it was all done but really it goes towards a estimated amount I got two days prior to my event I re-read my contract and saw that this amount could possibly change depending on clean up or how much drinks my guest consumed so one of the ladies at the front calls me the day before I ask her about this she re -assures me my amount they emailed me would not change well it went up by $ 700 there communication is great until they get there deposit money then your forgotten about asked the same questions over and over you already answered and it’s great getting lied to and over charged at they end of my event I was stuck paying over three grand most definitely do not recommend them at all huge headache not to mention heart break and money.

Classic City Catering did an absolutely wonderful job catering our wedding. We had about 65 guests and every single person I talked to mentioned how fantastic the food was! We had a delicious meal that had options for all dietary restrictions, so all were happy with the meal. The chicken wiss wellington was particularly delicious and I could've eaten every fried green tomato bite they had! Thank you, CCC, for a delightful meal!

Classic City is the best in town for presentation, quality, experience, taste, and staff! They took care of everything from the food, drinks, bar, dishes, and glassware to the setup and breakdown of the reception venue space. This was important for me and my family to enjoy the day instead of working it. My guests were satisfied and just raving about the food and how good it was! Classic city catered my wedding and went ABOVE and beyond. The food was amazing - everyone was talking about it. The fact that it is all prepared on site definitely adds to the YUM factor. The catering staff was excellent and made sure everyone was having a great time. Couldn't recommend them higher!

We have been using David and his team for all our corporate events, and every time the experience is phenomenal. David and the team really take care to make the process for planning for 50+ people all all times painless as possible, from menu customizations, set up, break down, and clean up. We used Classic City Catering for our wedding on Pensacola Beach and the guests raved about the food and they had such a beautiful display. Since the wedding was at a private home they added the extra value of putting up Pipe and Drape in areas we wanted to close off or not have in photos. Great company to work with and excellent menus and food to choose from!

David and his team slayed our wedding! My guests and I have never had such good food at a wedding. He totally out did himself and made sure every detail with the food and bar service was perfect. Our friends are still raving about the food!!

We helped organize our daughter’s last minute wedding. The event was scheduled, cancelled, scheduled....2020 right? Anyhow CCC was AMAZING! They worked with us to ensure everything went perfectly. September 2020 Southern Fish Fry Catered by Classic City was fabulous. The specialty items requested were spot on and themed drinks were a perfect match.

Classic City Catering was amazing for my wedding!! They were quick to respond to email, flexible with edits/changes to the menu (thank you Lauren Rowe!), and the food was AWESOME. I still get compliments for how good it tasted! To my knowledge everything was there and on time, presentation of food, glassware, napkins/silverware was all perfect. They did a perfect job setting everything up, and our bartender was so nice! He made friends with many of the guests there, and had a drink ready for my dad right after the ceremony (lol, love it!). The servers were sweet too, and they cleaned everything up promptly. Plus, the basket of take home food they gave to us (they do it for all brides/grooms) was such a personal and thoughtful touch. It was much appreciated.

If you're getting married in the Panhandle in FL, you must consider this company. They did such an amazing job on our wedding. My expectations were blown away. Great food, amazing set up, staff was very helpful and always there refilling drinks and gathering up food. I can't say enough about this company and Lauren. This should be the easiest vendor decision. Just say Yes.

The Classic City team is the truly top notch. Our wedding was almost two month ago & we are still having guests tell us about how amazing the food was. But the delicious food was only part of what makes this team so amazing. Coming from a banquets & catering background, the presentation of the food was equally important & they again, knocked it out of the park. David has put together a catering team that is not only professional, but gracious hosts & assisted our guests at the drop of a hat (in a torrential down pour). David also shared a statement that "The Best Parties happen under a tent in the worst weather" thanks to his team- this was 100% true. We could not have thrown the best party in town with out them!

David generously donated his food and services to my dog rescue fund raiser event. I had no idea what to expect and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was amazing, hot and a variety better than I have had at wedding receptions. Our guests raved about the jambalaya. I am a really picky eater and allergic to almost everything, but the green beans, REAL mashed potatoes and pulled pork was fantastic. The presentation was beautiful. We are a non profit, aka, no budget and David's creativity and generosity left me speechless. My advice to all of you on the fence as to whether, or not you can afford Classic City Catering, give him a shot. David can work magic and will make your event special. Classic City Catering donated AMAZING food to our local fundraiser event. The company came into Perdido Bay Country Club and set up their food. This was all the was done by the catering company, because this was all that was agreed upon by the tournament coordinator. We spoke with the kitchen staff at Perdido Bay Country Club who was absolutely fine with us switching dishes until the event was over. The food was "cold" by the end of the event, because the event didn't end until after 7 pm... there were no plans to keep the food hot that long. The food quality was IMPECCABLE! There were so so so many compliments about the food! Amazing company to donate their food and hard work to this event! And amazing food!

Classic City Catering was gracious to donate their time and food for the 1st Annual Save Underdogs Charity Golf Tournament. They did an amazing job of setting up, the food was delicious and they left it so the golfers could enjoy it throughout the golf tournament. The Save Underdogs Golf Tournament was a huge success.David Penniman and the professional staff at Classic City Catering always, always exceed your every expectation! From planning to execution, every step of the process was a pleasure. Everyone at the tournament raved about the delicious dishes prepared by Classic City Catering and Bills by the Beach. When lunch serviced was completed, and all of the golfers and volunteers were feed, Classic City Catering graciously transferred the remaining fare to the clubs chaffing dishes for everyone involved in the event to enjoy throughout the day. By the time awards were given, there was not even on single morsel was left. Thank you Classic City and Catering and Bills by the Beach. We are so appreciate every perfect detail you brought to our event.

My husband and I were fortunate enough to utilize Classic City Catering for our wedding reception. Their "Jazz Brunch" was a massive hit with all of our guests. Everyone spoke so very highly of the food and service. They even packed my husband and I a to-go basket because we didn't have to to eat during the reception. I had an outdoor wedding and my planner said Classic City was the best...and they were! If there's one thing people remember about a wedding, it's the bad food. Six months later, our guests are still raving about the food/drinks! Every member of their staff was friendly and the food was cooked fresh on the premises and it was obvious! We were able to set up a tasting menu with the wines we were to serve and Classic City did the perfect tasting for us to decide what went best. The servers were flawless in their serving of the correct wine with each dish. The seafood gumbo is to die for! They also created our dessert bar perfectly with mini-desserts to hit every kind of sweet tooth. I never spoke to the bartender, but my guests loved him! All in all, they were better than I could've hoped for and I would recommend them to anyone.

CCC catered my daughter's rehearsal dinner and wedding. Mexican theme for rehearsal dinner... OUTSTANDING! All food prepared on site at a private home rented for the events. They also catered the wedding and I can't say enough about how phenomenal the food was. One thing was more delicious than the next including the oyster bar (raw and grilled)! All of our guest commented on how delicious the food was and the professionalism of the staff. The staff was outstanding, you could ask them for or to do something and it was done. If you are having an affair in the Pensacola area Classic City should be your caterer.
