This was our first meal in Key West and we had a horrible experience. We were seated outside. There was a large group that came in after we placed our order. After waiting for 45 minutes, we had to go inside to check on our order, because the waiter never bothered to come and check on us or bring the straws we had requested 45 minutes before. The lady inside was extremely rude. She said there was a rush because of the big group inside and when we pointed out they arrived after us, she finally went to go check on our order and bring it out. We asked for napkins and a bag for the leftovers. Of course, our waiter never came back. The rude lady came out with our check. We asked for the napkins and bag again, to which she replied very curtly and annoyed, “ANYTHING ELSE?”. We’ve owned multiple restaurants and know how tired staff can get at the end of the day, but our experience with this lady felt racist. It was such a bad start to our trip that we’re not keen on returning to Key West any time in the near future.

Oh my, this was the best pizza we had in the key West! It is a very high recommendation here when it comes to pizza. So glad we chose to come here, I definitely will be back the next let West trip! Amazing!

After sunset sail tour, we googled and found this place. we walked 10 minutes and was welcomed by the most hospitable person Isaac inside the pizzeria. He helped us choose the order size and we had the most delicious roasted veggie pizzas and pasta. We ended up eating outside though we divided on takeout. They were overflowing. Isaac served us water and napkins and whatever extra chairs they had. So hospitable. Awesome service and food. Highly recommend others try them too.

Great restaurant. Be careful small restaurant so remember to make a reservation or take away. The pizzas are great and the staff are very friendly 👍🏻

Not even close this might be the best Wood fired Pizza 🍕 I've ever had. I have a pizza oven that I built in my back yard which like Clemente's is a brick oven, the flavor is unmatched. The Margarita pizza is to die for, thin crispy crust with fresh basil and other ingredients. You won't be disappointed!

Very good pizza. Few seats, but we got a good seat. Very positive for us that they have a gluten-free pizza crust. There were 6 of us who shared 5 pizzas, and there was more than enough food.

The pizza is very good (by American standards), but the fact that a tip of 20% is added to the bill and this is shown as a “service charge” is unfair! We didn't want to give a 20% tip, the calculation was corrected but the tax was increased!! Really ugly!

I was waiting 15 minutes sitting with my husband and they never came to serve me! I think they were waiting for the store to close, they looked at us through the glass and they never came out to take our order. Terrible, my money is worth my time. Really total disappointment to see how they knew we were there and they didn't come out exactly. We arrived at 9.29 pm until 9.47 pm waiting.

I have heard excellent things about this place and I decided to visit it, but my visit was very disappointing. Me and my wife were totally ignored by the staff. We sat outside, the server was taking an order at the next table, she went inside (I assume to put the order in) and never came out again. The busser also saw us and there was no reaction. I am Food and Beverage Director and I know the job so I waited patiently. After 20 I decided to leave the place. This was on 7/25 around 9pm if managers want to see the camera.

I highly recommend eating here-- it's perfect for getting off Duval and finding a relaxed little spot to eat with incredibly good food and excellent staff. The owner, Angelo, was working and hanging out-- he was incredibly kind and made one of the best pastas I've had in a long time. Do yourself a favor and get the Blush Pasta or the Bolognese-- the make it fresh every day. Also, If you want just a bite of pizza, the you cannot go wrong with the small Sicilian slice. I'll be back here for certain.

Best Real Pizza on Duval & all over KW (including Stock Island.). I’m here every month. In the busy season, sometimes it gets hectic and things are missed; It doesn’t matter - this place is a diamond in the rough. Trust me. Just Go! You wont be disappointed.

This place is forever melted in my soul!! Let me start by saying my husband and I met the owner Angelo and his dog Sophie on the beach in Key West on our very first day here. After a long conversation about family we quickly became friends. When he told us he owned this pizzeria we decided to come in and check it out. The minute we arrived he made us feel like part of his family. The atmosphere is amazing and so is the staff who work here. The food is beyond amazing. It’s traditional family style Italian food. When you take a bite it’s euphoric almost like you died and went straight to heaven. The Mediterranean pizza is filled with flavor and love, the caprese salad is made with fresh ingredients that pop in your mouth and the dessert will have you crying with happiness. This is a place filled with love where you come as strangers and leave as friends!!

Nothing special and their pizza had too sweet a sauce IMO. The crust was thin and uncooked middle out. Had a veggie pizza and added shredded meatballs. Ordered extra meatballs on side which had a better and different sauce but meat was bland. Disappointed since I try to not eat carbs and splurged but will throw away rather than enjoy like I’d hoped to.

Phenomenal wood-fired pizza, their home-made spicy Italian sausage and home-made meatballs were incredible. Jennifer was our server and she was wonderful and funny. The atmosphere is really nice too, it's a small place but it doesn't feel crowded and it's very clean. The music choice is also comforting. Overall, solid 10/10 and I totally recommend. :3

Our driver recommended this place and we are so glad! We sat outside because it was busy and warm inside. We had the lasagna rolls as an app and pizza for dinner. So very delish and our server was great too. The lasagna rolls were a special for the night and I would go back every day to have them if I could.

Sat outside, food is good, great pizza, awesome salads, fresh everything. Staff was helpful, kept drinks filled, and was pleasant to talk with. Went back for more great pizza, and I was very happy with how everything is house made. The dough for the pizza is excellent and made daily. The quality of ingredients are of high quality, and spicy soppressata is made in the house. If there are any pizza nerds out there, this is the place to try. The specials looked great, and my wife raves about the house salad.

We were told by a local that they had the best pizza , and that was not a lie! Our experience was nothing short of amazing . Fresh ingredients go into all they serve. We had Damon as our server and he was the best server we’ve had in years on our yearly trip to Key West. All the staff was very attentive and personable . I highly recommend Clemente’s and we will definitely be back and putting it on our must stop when we’re in u to own guy.

What an amazing experience! The owner and all the waiters were so helpful! Bear salad and pizza I have ever had! Also try the Ricotta Blueberry cake! Reasonable prices friendly service and all the food was excellent!

This is a must visit every trip. My favorite is the Roasted Garlic Bread Pizza. Everything is always fresh and delicious. Best pizza in town.

This is a hidden gem in Key West! The ratings are wrong...this should be listed as 5-stars. One of the best pizzas I've eaten in many years. We had the supreme with a baby house salad (amazing).

The pizzas and dessert were delicious, but the service disappointed me, the girl who served us was very upset and spoke to us in a condescending way, I would like to think it was because she was tired and not racism because we are Latin.

I had the most incredible experience at this pizzeria! Rob, the staff member who assisted me, was incredibly smart and helpful. The owner was also exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The pizza they serve is truly the best I have ever tasted. I wish I lived closer so I could indulge in their delicious pizzas every day. As a true pizza lover, I will definitely be returning to this extraordinary place. Five stars all the way!

Great pizza for me... and great gluten-free pizza for my wife. Loved the wood fire experience. Better plan ahead because it's a small dining room, but well worth it.

Clemente's was recommended by a local. The pizza was pretty good. However, it was VERY hot inside the restaurant and it made the experience very uncomfortable. It was literally cooler outside on the sidewalk than inside the building. That's pretty bad considering Key West had record heat during our stay. We ate our food fast so we could get out of there. The initial server was inattentive, but the lady that finished us up was a great server. Not sure of her name, but she was a mature blonde lady. She looks like the movie star Bonnie Hunt...

If I could give them a half a star i would. Ordered a pizza for $32. Was told it was large after an hour wait got a toddler size burnt pizza. Never again and not friendly at all. Save your time and money. Also definitely not gluten free as ordered.

Our first experience here but not the last! Professional yet friendly service, and frankly, the best pizza we've ever eaten. Honey Bacon pizza was heaven beginning to end. Caprese salad was super fresh and on point. Don't postpone joy, go as soon as possible!!!

We couldn’t have asked for a better pizza spot! We were able to snag a table on the sidewalk for the 4 of us on a Thursday night, no problem. We ordered a gf roasted veggie pizza (fresh and so tasty!), gf pepperoni, garlic bread (basically a pizza with roasted garlic and cheese) and one with honey ham, garlic and other things. It was all hot and tasty. The crust was on the thin side which we all liked. It was great gf house-made crust too! Our server was super great, attentive, fun…their tap was broken but Italian beer in bottles was excellent with our pizza. Our group also split 2 salads-one house salad and one beet and goat cheese-both were excellent (and a good size). Pizzas were around $20-25 each, and 1 size. A local couple sitting next to us said we picked the best pizza in town! One pizza and a salad would be perfect for two people to split, imo. GF pizzas come in one size, which is a personal size. Our experience was great. If you need pizza, DEFINITELY go here!

Excellent pizza! Crispy dough, seasoned sauce just right! We are very picky about food, that's why I made a point of coming here to give a positive review, this pizza is worth it!

So yeah this was the worst delivery yet. Ordered almost $50 in food to include a $4.00 16 oz coke that didn't make it with our delivery. First of all, our delivery person didn't bother to get out of the car (we were sitting on our porch and had to walk to the car to pick up our pizza) we had to yell at her as she was driving down the street to ask her about our coke. She went back to get the Coke and arrived about 15 minutes later... Almost done eating. Even after the screw up, she still called and wanted us to go out to the car and get the coke that she forgot. Lol you gotta love Key West! (Face palm!)

Great pizza and atmosphere. It was a busy Friday night, but they accommodated us. Sorry we missed this gem the last time we were in town, but we will definitely be returning.

Really disappointing. I rarely write bad reviews but this was barely mediocre pizza at high prices. I’ve had frozen pizza that was better. I’m honestly shocked because they had so many good reviews but it turned out to be just a tourist trap.

Best meal we had in key west. DELICIOUS meatball pizza and very friendly staff. We even met some nice local folks who gave us advice on different places to go. If we ever come back to key west, we will definitely come back here.

3/22/24 we visited this place not knowing anything about it and ordered 3 slices of Sicilian crust pizza I don't know about the rest of their food but what we ate was the worst I have had since been in key west I mean digornos frozen pizza is better than this so if you go don't order the Sicilian crust slices very dissatisfied.

Stopped in for dinner and scored Jennifer as a server and she was great! Such an awesome, flirty, and fun attitude and very attentive too! The menu is loaded with fun stuff we wanted to try. They have a Very Nice Italian wine list too. We started with bubbles and then moved on to a bottle, both were great! We then moved to their grilled Romain salad, which was tasty and fresh. Finally, our pizza was their meatball pizza and the meatballs were tasty! The crust was excellent! The sauce was great too! We definitely enjoyed the pizza and will return!

Do not miss Clemente’s when in Key West. You’ve had your seafood and fun around Duval now stop for amazing pizza and even better all around Italian food in a small locally owned cozy spot on Fleming. The burreta appetizer was spectacular and don’t think a single thing on the plate is garnish. The little tomatoes and peppers are heaven and the lettuce very fresh. We then had the blush sauce with spicy sausage and chicken Marsala. My husband couldn’t stop so we ordered a pizza to go! The sausage really is special and the blush sauce is so good. We also had excellent wine and the first time we went we had the blueberry ricotta cake that was to die for.

This restaurant is excellent it is a typical Italian restaurant specializing in thin crust pizza we took the Marguerita pizza and it was super good enough for two people it is served on a raised base and the taste of the tomatoes they put in the pizza was worthy of the best typical Italian restaurants in which I have already eaten. Our waitress Jennifer was very attentive, smiling and professional

Good pizza. Got the bacon honey one! However not a lot of seating at all, not the best atmosphere/spacing for a sit down place. Not the best service, manager was running around looking confused & took a bit to even get a menu after they sat us.

Small Italian bistro...we sat in the window and could people watch as we ate! Shared a lovely green salad and wood fired pizza, both were quite delicious! Very pleasant wait staff. Overall great dinner if you're fancying pizza. They do offer several other Italian dishes, the meatballs are substantial and looked delicious!

Delicious! We had a mushroom pie and a meat lovers pie. I’m from NYC so I was apprehensive about the quality but it was really tasty.

Went for a pickup the first night. Tried to order on DoorDash but was having difficulties. Gave them a call and ask him about that and they said," we're not using them right now but sometimes they keep turning it back on". The odd thing was the reason we got directed was DoorDash was from the store's website itself. When you click on delivery from their website it goes to doordash. So kind of confusing. Anyway we ordered a supreme pizza. Pretty good flavor but the pepperoni was extremely cut thin and from the heat of the oven was very dry. Also very skimpy on the toppings for $27 pizza.. Could have used a lot more cheese and toppings... Very friendly and very nice in there. Just wish there was a little more substance to the pizza..
