We held our son's rehearsal dinner at Commelini's. The food was superb! The staff were amazing, helping us plan every step of the way, and the night of the event. It was a beautiful outdoor setting in July! Would highly recommend!

After touring the beautiful grounds of the Commellini Estate, I knew this magical venue was perfect to celebrate our special day. The staff is absolutely incredible to work with and Emily makes sure every single detail is covered with the upmost care. The peace of mind knowing that everything was handled allowed me to relax and soak in all the joy of our wedding. The food was amazing and guest kept raving how delicious everything tasted. I HIGHLY recommend choosing Commellini Estate.

Had my wedding June 20th this year, and it was amazing! The venue was beautiful, the food was super yummy, the atmosphere was great, and the coordinator was very helpful and communicative. Overall, the experience was a blast, and if you're debating on a wedding venue, I would highly recommend commellini estate! Not only is the property beautiful and the food phenomenal, the staff go above and beyond to do everything they can for guests. We had an unfortunate last minute change of plans and Commellini Estates has been nothing short of helpful, understanding and accommodating. Go check them out!!

If you're looking for an exclusive meal, this is it. Everything is top notch. Al Capone and Marilyn Monroe, both have eaten in this dinning room and the lore of the property is prevalent, from the guard shack on the road to the barracks in the back. I highly recommend dinner here, if you can get a spot. Plan ahead, they sell reservations throughout the year at $100 a plate.

We had our company Christmas party here on Saturday and it was absolutely wonderful! Staffing was attentive and courteous. Serena, our event coordinator, took care of everything and helped us out so much! It was lovely! Thank you for having us!

This review has been a long time coming and I sincerely apologize for not getting to this earlier. The team here at Commellini Estate is great. None of my clients have been disappointed with this venue. And neither have I. The staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, and don't behave as if I'm an interruption even if I think I am being one. In fact, the staff here is supportive. The food is also great. I find it difficult to compare service over substance as both are just top quality. But, I suppose if it wasn't for the people then nothing else would really happen. So, if I really HAD to rank then obviously the people here are first and the food a very very close second. I mean the food isn't going to make and serve itself. LOL The history of this place and it is fascinating. I won't spoil it for you (or bore you with it if history isn't your thing). But I will suggest asking about it while you're shopping venues! I highly recommend Commellini Estate for your wedding and reception.

We held an offsite planning meeting for our group, after we went to Commellini's for a cooking class, how to make gnocchi. The chef was great to listen to and watch his demonstrations. The staff were very nice and attentive, and made our group of 11 feel at home. Well worth the value, having the place to ourselves was great, all in all, 6 stars out of 5.

My wife and I celebrated our 50 year wedding anniversary in July. The venue was our top priority, and we picked Commellini Estate without hesitation! We were planning about 70 family members and very close friends. From our initial meeting with the event planners we knew we were in the right place. Their enthusiasm and professionalism were what we were exactly expecting to create the vision we had for a fun, memorable evening. The atmosphere was so great that we needed to extend our time because people did not want to leave. Commellini's was a phenomenal place to have my graduation party. I booked the deck with a small pasta bar and dessert. The staff was incredibly helpful. The food was excellent. College was incredibly stressful for a non-traditional student with a family to support, so having the team at Commellini's handle the celebration for me took a huge load off of my shoulders so I could just enjoy the moment. Emily was very sweet and did a great job keeping in touch while not being over-bearing. The grounds are beautiful. Definitely going to host another event here.

Chef Frank’s cooking class is a hoot! Great team/building activity followed by a delicious dinner. We took the hand made pasta class, then got to enjoy our own handiwork with Commellini’s famous sauces, cæsar salad and focaccia. 👩🏼‍🍳 💋

Although my partner and I ultimately went with a different venue for our wedding, I can't recommend Commellini Estates enough based on our experience. From the moment we reached out to them, their customer service was exceptional. They were prompt, professional, and incredibly friendly in all of our interactions. Although this venue didn't fit our exact vision for our wedding day, we were so impressed with their full-service offerings, including decor, catering, and bartending. They truly went above and beyond in their communication with us, and we appreciated how transparent and accommodating they were throughout the process. Overall, I can confidently say that Commellini Estates was our favorite venue to tour, and we were so impressed with their dedication to making our special day as perfect as possible. Even though we didn't end up booking with them, I have no doubt that any couple who chooses this venue will be in excellent hands. Had a wonderful date night. I was amazing we got so much for a great price. We could have spent twice as much at a place downtown that wouldn’t have been as great. Dancing was amazing. Food was incredible. I highly recommend them and will be going back soon.

Few years ago we had a catered work Christmas party and was great! Beautiful property too!

We recently got married at Commellini and it was perfect for our winter wedding dream! Steffany and the whole staff did an amazing job of making the day go smoothly and help with any details. The venue is gorgeous, especially with all the lights on and decorated for Christmas! Our guests loved the food and they even set up an adorable hot cocoa bar that all the kids devoured. I highly recommend Commellini Estate!

Commellini was incredible for our wedding. Great venue, amazing food, and so very helpful with all the details. We were planning our wedding from out of state, so we never had a chance to try food or see the place in person before the rehearsal. Everyone did an incredible job making a fantastic day for us and our guests.

Absolutly blown away by the service!!! I went for my cousins wedding and asked about a food allergy. And again was blown away by how accommodating they were. Beautiful place wonderful staff!

We reached out to this establishment not once but twice and was never given the courtesy of a call back. The first time we requested a plan to host a small wedding reception and was told by the individual on the phone we would be given a call back by end of business either way if they could accommodate us. Still waiting for that call back. The second time we spoke to a nice gentleman on the phone who took our information again and said someone would call us back right away. You guessed it, no call. That's fine, we will take our business elsewhere but as a business built on customer service, please do better.

We could not have been happier with our decision to have our wedding at Commellini Estate. Marina, our wedding coordinator was AMAZING! She was professional, detailed oriented and made all of our visions and requests for our bog day come true. The day of the wedding she made everything flow effortlessly and we were able to enjoy every moment. The rest of the staff was very courteous and attentive. The food was absolutely perfect! We are still getting compliments from our guests about how amazing the entire event was! I would highly recommend Commellini Estate for any future bride! There was very little planning or items I had to take care of on my own, and Commellini did the rest!

My wife and I were married at Commellini on June 27, 2021. Early on in our engagement, my then fiancee and I chose Commellini as the venue to have our wedding at. From the beginning, the staff there was attentive to us, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were prepared. I want to mention Marina specifically who was there to help us during our rehearsal, the ceremony, and the reception. There was never any ambiguity about what was going on and we wanted for nothing. My wife and I plan on going to Commellini for anniversary dinners for years to come.

I bought a frozen meal from you yesterday at the market. Was really impressed with the quality and quantity. When we ate at the restaurant, It was magical. We will make it a point to come again to you when you open for dinner. And will buy again on Wednesdays. Best, Akua

Beautiful venue, great employees but holy God if you are going to a wedding here or having your wedding here WEAR BUG SPRAY. I went to a wedding here last weekend and 4 days later I still can hardly sleep because of all the bug bites I got. The water feature is beautiful, but man o man does it attract bugs. I've never had bites this bad in my life. Warn your guests to wear and bring bug spray!! Still very beautiful and a nice place for a wedding, but for your own good WEAR BUG SPRAY

The Tavola Calda restaurant on the Commellini Estate is absolutely the best thing to happen due to the COVID pandemic. If you haven't gone, GO NOW. You will not find a safer place to eat. The estate is very close and yet secluded. There are multiple outside sitting areas to enjoy. There is a natural stream and a large pond with a fountain. Fantastic, old world Italian food. They also have takeout options and if you want to try their food you can find them at many of the local farmers markets.

An Italian feast. I mean savory old world flavor. You won't soon get the taste of the chicken cacciatore out of your daydreams. Now's the perfect time to go. Order your food, sit out on the banks of a picturesque rivulet, with the sound of a beautiful fountain in the background.

I recently participated in one of the awesome cooking classes that Commellini Estate offers. We learned how to make gnocchi and it was an amazing experience! I wrote my original review on their website, but figured it was worth sharing here too! My husband and I had our reception here back in 2015: My husband (fiance at the time) and I attended our friends’ wedding here over a year ago and it was absolutely wonderful! At the time we had not decided on a venue for our reception, but after meeting all of the wonderful staff at Commellini Estate and seeing the beautiful venue, we knew this was the place! Lauri was our planner and was fabulous – she took care of everything down to the last detail! She made my life so much easier by providing her professional advice and making sure things ran smoothly the day of. She had remembered that I had been a bridesmaid in my friend’s wedding and went above and beyond to take care of myself and my husband. The venue itself is beautiful, and we were able to sit around 90 people comfortably inside while we had dinner (which was excellent!). We had dancing outside under the portico, which is surrounded by several gorgeous tall trees. We received compliments all night on how wonderful the venue was and how attentive the staff were. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening!

Commellini Estate is an incredible place to attend any event, whether it be a wedding, birthday party or holiday party. The rustic Italian menu is outstanding, their white wine Alfredo sauce is my all time favorite! They have over 200 acres including so many rustic buildings, several water features and stories of underground tunnels and bootlegged liquor. The staff at the estate will take care of every need from the moment you arrive! An amazing place!

My wife and I got married at Commellini last weekend and we could not have been happier. The organization and timely responses from everyone involved was incredible. Every need was taken care of and it all went off without a hitch. The venue is gorgeous and the food amazing. They have a huge selection of decorations to use and you don't need to bring much more yourself. We found ourselves twiddling our thumbs with not much to do the last two weeks feeling like we should be doing something, but almost everything was done.

Of all the weddings I've shot, my favorites are held at Commellini's. Not only do they have the most incredible coordinators who ensure the entire day is perfect from start to finish, but their venue is completely spectacular, and their food. Gah. Their PESTO SAUCE. It sweeps me off my feet every time. Definitely love recommending them to my clients, they always make sure the experience is incredible, and their customer service is inspiring. We had our wedding here in September. The staff was amazing and so helpful. I didn't care about much except the processional, they helped me pick out the menu, the stuff that goes on the tables, and did everything. They had a person who was just there to run the show the entire day. I could not have asked for a more, detail oriented group of people. They made my wedding an extraordinary day!

Best food in town reasonably priced need reservation

Please know that many of the negative Google reviews on here are from when the restaurant was under previous ownership, and in no way reflect the quality of service provided by Commellini Estate today. My husband and I got married here in 2013, and could not have had a more wonderful experience. The Seghetti family and their staff are so attentive, and truly strive to provide high quality Italian cuisine. If you haven't already, make sure you try their Chicken Cacciatore. It is truly amazing!

The best authentic Italian food!! Delicious!! They provide excellent service at a unique and beautiful location.
