Very disappointed in the gift I sent for a new baby. Looks like a 3 year old decorated the cookies. They were smeared and the words upside down. This is why I usually don’t order these online.

I had a great experience with Cookies By Design! The company I work for needed cookies with our logo on it, and they turned out GREAT! The team in Ocoee, FL was very responsive to questions via phone and email. We had a mishap with the logo file, and they reprinted the cookies so they were just how we needed them to be! Beware of this company. I ordered cookies to be delivered to my critically ill, 11 year old grandson. I had the correct hospital address. It took 4 phone calls to "send out the calvary" to finally get them FOUND and delivered to him a day later. I'm not sure the breakdown in delivery, but for $39 delivery fee, I would expect the order to be on time, when ordered 4 days before. Delivery issues are NOT MY PROBLEM, so this will be my last EVER Cookies by Design order. BEWARE! Colleen Perry 12/21/22

Delivered on time by FedEx in a box, I expected it to be delivered by directly by the company. The card was hand written loved that. Some of cookies the colors ran and the unicorns look like they were crying. My bff was surprised and happy. The personalization was a hit.

Juan at the Orlando store was wonderful. The birthday cookies I ordered didn't get picked up by FedEx on the day they were supposed. He personally called me to explain and give me some options. I chose to go ahead with the delivery even though they would be late. He made a fresh bouquet and added some other cookies. He also put in a personal note to the recipient explaining why they were late. He turned a disappointing experience into something wonderful

Not too bad, the Sugar cookies are decent. The side cookies that come with the bundle are great. We tried the brownies this time and the are not very good at all.

I have been sending Birthday Cookie Cakes to my daughter for her Birthday for years. They have always done a fantastic job. However last year I started sending my grandson one for his birthday. I wish I could find the picture of last year's. It was customized with Nascar. It blew me away how awesome it was. So this year I needed one last minute do to scheduling. My grandson is really into baseball .. The only way to have it that day was to pick it up vs delivery because I called after the cutoff time. It was worth the small drive!!

Just ordered a basket from them and got it yesterday for my boyfriends flight school graduation! The cookies came out great! Lindsey and Stephanie helped me through the ordering process which was very helpful. I provided them with two pictures for two specific cookies then told them my ideas for the other four. They designed them themselves and they came out wonderful. Only downside is the cookies are very dry. Definitely more about the looks than the taste but overall I was happy and satisfied!

I ordered a cookie birthday bouquet for my husbands birthday!!! Unfortunately, there was a little mix up with a name being written on a cookie! I called and told them that there was a mistake that was written on the cookie that was delivered to my husband! They apologized and told me that they would send out a new one! They went above and beyond to make this right! They delivered a new one on top of a cookie basket and wrote an apology note for my husband! Thank you guys for doing that! I understand mistakes happen but you guys made up for it and I truly appreciate that!!!

13,000kms away and this company made my daughters 21st just a bit special. The dog cookies looked fantastic and apparently tasted even better. Due to my daughters location, there was a problem getting them delivered to her and arrangements were made outside of the normal and delivered on time with great communication and the company really going over and above my expectations in customer service. I couldn't believe how fast the product was delivered. When I ordered here locally in Charlotte, they weren't delivered until late afternoon. The early delivery made for an even better surprise than i had hoped for because the hotel was then able to put the cookies in my husband's room before he arrived. Excellent service.
