I ordered my food online my pickup time was 10:20 I didn’t get my food until10:50. I ordered a 3egg.special my grits were placed in a little compartment of the plate when usually they come in a cup. I asked the pregnant lady with blonde hair who has a very nasty attitude why they weren’t in a cup she for meals we put them in the tray not sure when that started but All I can say is I miss the old crew before the hurricane and I will not be back

First off let me say the food was delicious but after seeing an employee’s bare hands going into the hash browns , onions , tomatoes and touching other items around her area with no hand washing. My appetite was completely ruined! I looked for a food service certificate but there was not one in sight. I’ve worked with food service in the past and there are definitely rules to handling and serving food. It was our first visit here we live in Callaway and really wanted to try it ,but from the ceiling tiles all moldy and nasty to the kitchen staff with no gloves and not a single one washing hands between food touching and serving customers it was definitely a shock I wasn’t expecting! 😔

It's an older place needs to be remodeled hash browns for dry and the eggs was Dripping with oil Waffle House made all over again

The portion of pork chop you are given is ridiculous 🙄 😑 I should've ordered that from Waffle House. at least you get two pork, and as small as it was here, it should have been two!

Visited a month ago and would never come back. Order was not right, eggs over cooked, outdated establishment, filthy especially the HVAC system. Food on shades. Health department needs to visit this place and the owner needs to renovated this old tired place.

This place is crazy because it is honestly the best food in town. If you're coming to Panama City and you were at the beach all day yesterday you got nothing to do the next day get up maybe a little bit early head on over get you some steak and eggs some sweet tea and you can't lose. I go there every time I'm in town for breakfast.

Casual American cafe style breakfast with great food and great service

The restaurant was not clean. The AC returns were disgusting. They had dirt and grease caked on them. The staff was having a lot of conflict. They were bickering openly in the kitchen area. Orders were slow and incorrect. People were bringing orders back. Tables were not clean. We walked out after watching this for a short while.

Wish you had more meat options. You were out of Turkey sausage and bacon.1 of us hasnt eaten pork in more than 20 years.

This was the worst experience ever! Was only 2 tables here including us, all wait staff was too worried about looking at pictures on their phones. So a twenty minute wait just to order drinks, then comes the waiting to order. Samantha took over 2 hours to get us our check and to go boxes! DO NOT GO HERE! Food was mediocre at best. I would not recommend coming here. Honestly I would give negative stars if it was an option.

This review has nothing to do with the food. This is a great place to eat and everyone seams very nice there. The problem that I have with this place is the same thing I have with alote of other places that hire disabled people older people on disability that seam like they are not discriminating but really they are. People who hire disabled people on disability should and are sapposed to work with them on their disability. Be accommodating to them while working the Job. This is anywhere but they don't and so many other places say they do when they don't. Each and every time I come across a establishment weather a restaurant or store retail store that doesn't accommodate while on the job and not willing to I report to the better business bureau , to the social security office in Tallahassee,to a attorney and so forth. Its ridiculous that people treat people like that. Its really shameful.

Never disappointed with my food or service here. Been coming since I was a child and the heavenly hash is one of my favorite deals around.

First time visit with my boyfriend. Brandi made the experience super friendly and she took great care of us. The inside has a Waffle House feel but much more homey and inviting. The portion sizes are amazing for the price. The ham and cheese omelet had tons of ham in it which was awesome. Two bicuits and gravy is enough for two people. The coffee is also super good and not too bitter/sour. I’ll be buying a t-shirt on my next visit.

Excellent burger! I had the Coram's Burger. It's hard to beat a deal like that!

Dining room is nice and new: open concept but a little too open for my preference. Hard to eat there with small children because the dining room was more quiet than a library and it felt wrong to allow noise. I am sure the staff is friendly enough that they wouldn't have minded, but out of respect for their clientele a guy like me with rowdy kids should probably stick to the places with loud music. There is a jukebox that you can connect to wirelessly but it was too quiet to hear when sitting on front wall. The lumberjack omelette was the best omelette I have ever had. It is heavenly hash wrapped in egg. The next time I get one it will probably be carryout.

I had steak and eggs the 8 ounce steak was cooked to my liking medium rare, and eggs were excellent sunny side up,and toast was perfect as well as the hash browns, orange juice was fresh the food was perfect eating temperature and waitress was very polite and helpful with my order.. If you want diner food with the wait times of fine dining, this is the place. The food was completely fine, but the service was really not great. I had to ask for every refill on water and coffee. We had missing items from orders that we had to ask for which then took another 10 minutes. 1 hour dining experience for 2 kids plates and an omelette and grits (Which were already cold on arrival). Had to ask for my food to go, so I could microwave it at home. Food is fine, but I will not ever be back. I’ll stick to Charlie Coram’s place on the 231, 10x better experience.

Was only in town for a visit. Came in twice. Both times the food was phenomenal!!! Service was incredible! 10 out of 10 I wpuld recommend! Can't wait to come back and visit again!!!

There wasn't a whole lot to choose from but for breakfast and simplicity it was good. I had gotten the philly cheesesteak and onion rings. It had great taste and wasn't greasy or overfilling. Perfect for lunch.

This is a nice breakfast cafe near Tyndall Air Force Base. I'm glad I stopped and gave it a try. Clean and organized with freindly staff. I took a picture of the skating ad because haven't been to a rink in about 5 years but want to go again.

I recently ate at Coram's and when I say it was awful, it was awful. My waitress Sharon had repeatedly forgot my Pepsi. She had to go over my order 3 times to finally get it correct. I have worked at diners before and NEVER have I ever seen this nor is it allowed, my waitress SHARON went over the the other waitresses side and asked customers to sit on her end. SHE also greets them at the door and tells them to sit on her side. You do not take from the other waitresses like that so unbelievably disrespectful. Overall food was great compliments to Chef Dana highly recommended her. FIX YOUR WAITRESS CORAMS. 5 stars if not for the waitress!!

Coram’s Steak and Egg has it all! Looking for a local old timey diner with great food, Coram’s is it! The 2x2x2 was what I ordered with chocolate chip pancakes and they were very generous with the chocolate chips!! Sooo good! I devoured it so no food pics. There are other breakfast spots but not with this atmosphere.

Erika and Brandy were AWESOME they are so sweet. I didn't get the cooks name but he was rude and messed up my food twice, he then blamed my server Erika for it being wrong cause he can't read or hear apparently he was to busy listening to whatever it was on his earbuds. The only reason I would ever go back is for the WONDERFUL service I got from the servers.

Great food at Charlie Coram's Place. Charlie has numerous restaurants located in Panama City area. His news restaurant is on 2711 W 15th street. Don't let any of his diner slip by with eating g in there. We enjoy lunch at Coram's on Tyndall Parkway in Callaway. There is handicap parking and the food is very good.

Coram’s is my go-to place for good down-home kind of food. The staff members are always nice and they work hard to make sure they meet my needs.

My family has eaten here for years. The Heavenly Hash is amazing. Staff stay busy but are always on time with a smile and refill for your drinks. I do wish they could spruce up the restaurant a bit. Overall, I totally recommend you try to stop in for a great meal at a very fair price.

Ordered delivery from this location and once we received our food it was burnt, thrown together and ended up having to up to the location myself for them to remake it. The portions for the price is ridiculous. Ordered a chicken dinner and the size of the chicken wouldn't even fill a bun, which they sent it on. The waiter Samantha was very nice, however the lady cooking was quite rude. The heavenly has was more hashbrown with hardly any topping. This place used to be great, now I would not recommend this place, especially with price of their food and how little editable food you get. $67 for 2 BLTs, 2 heavenly hash, and a chicken diner not even 3oz of meat.

Be careful ordering; 2 eggs, corned beef hash, and raisin toast just cost me $17.21, and it's $2.70 for one unsweet tea. The hash was about half a cans worth. The cost & quantity of my meal wasn't what I was expecting. Non-breakfast items or actual named meals seem to be the way to order.

Had their egg breakfast with country fried steak & white gravy. It is so delicious - just like my Mother made. Plus so tender I did not need a knife to cut it. Everything was great including the friendly & efficient server!
