i ordered here and the wait time was abt 45 minutes!! horrible service

This place is not a nice environment and every time I review bad the boss gets rid of it and I don’t want people to have food poisoning like I had, the workers can be nice but the atmosphere over all is not good and there was roaches and no gloves handling food bc the latex is more toxic they say

Don't order the thin crust pizza from Domino's that thin crust pizza is garbage material it is the worst thing I ever had in my life the crust is gross there's hardly no sauce no cheese on a thin crust pizza basically I would not serve that thin crust pizza to my dog. I don't know why Domino's would serve something like that that is so crappy

Went here recently on vacation with my kids, for some reason the whole time I was being attacked by large amounts of little gnats whilst waiting on my pepperoni pizza. My son is 3 months old and I’m confident he consumed one of said Gnats. He is sick now. Thanks dominos

hello, i ordered 2 XL pepperoni pizzas, when i walked there the place was filthy!!🙏🤢 gnats everywhere. let alone when i opened the pizza i found a dead gnat in my pizza and it was undercooked. this place is horrible!!!

this place was DISGUSTING, there were GNATS in my food and all around my table, artwork was nice but really bad gnat infestation, wouldn’t be suprised for a roach or two aswell. NEVER eating here AGAIN.

There food is horrible and the owner is extremely disrespectful never coming here again and they got my order wrong and gave me olives which I’m allergic

Order was wrong, but was still good

My pizza (thin crust) was so over-cooked it was practically inedible. Very disappointing. Some pieces still soft enough to eat but the rest was too hard so threw it away. They had no customer service contact email listed anywhere so I'm lodging my complaint this way.

I have to write a new review. I've been ordering food from this dominos for weeks. I've been having it delivered because I'm unable to drive right now. My review is that this dominos has great boneless wings. I've eaten enough pizza for awhile, but will order it again soon. The delivery guys are wonderful!!

I will always defend Domino's pizza. It's good and for its price it's not the worst. Better than most pizza chains that's for sure.

Please add the Calesa neighborhood to the delivery map. We are within 5 miles from 2 dominos. The neighborhood next to ours Stone Creek gets delivery.

I work at the cricket by this dominos and go almost everyday for lunch, the lady in there is the best and the food is always good.

I ordered a pizza online said 20 minutes kept checking notifications finally said it was done came inside to get it guy said only few more minutes long story short I've been waiting an hour for my food after system said it was done never again

Everytime I order from this particular Domino's Pizza. I have a very good experience. The food is always cooked to perfection. It's very hot. It's always on time. When they deliver the deliver always has a smile and are very professional and I don't have no problem tipping well, they remember me and I really have enjoyed every experience I've ever had at this Domino's Pizza.

Never had a bad item from Domino's. Sure I would rather have a pizza from an Italian restaurant or similar to real Italian pizza, but I really like Dominos too. I have been to Italy and that pizza is not the pizza here anyway you put it.

Our favorite pizza place. Always fast, friendly service. Great price, great taste! That was for the pizza but I just ordered a chicken parm sub and there was about an ounce of chicken and it was basically like getting a tiny sauce sandwich. I’ll still order pizza but nothing else.

They completely screwed up the order and I had to sit and wait 10 minutes for the remake. Totally unhappy with this one

Ordered 2 pizzas on line last evening around 5:00 pm and 5 minutes later received a text that the order was canceled, tried to call the store and was immediately hung up on several times

You should have on your site that you're closed not have it say open

This location is always consistent. From timing of the delivery, to the polite drivers, to the always hot and delicious pizza. Make sure to give em an extra tip 👍🏼

Abysmal customer service. Received text that my order was on the way and after not arriving n 30 minutes I called and was told the driver would be to my location within 5 minutes. 10 minutes later I called back and was again told that he was out with the delivery. Who would want a pizza or sandwich after being “out for delivery” for 45 minutes? Don’t forget the additional $5.00 for delivery charge. We’ve given this location a chance over and over again and we continue to be disappointed. This is the last time and if you’re smart, you won’t even give them the first chance.

I was very happy to get a response from the owner today. And we will in the future use the Domino's located in Ocala as that's where my friend works and even after a 45 minute drive the pizza was still excellent just needed to be warmed up hats off to your entire staff for taking care of your customers in a professional manner you've gained a customer with us we could go right up the street in Homosassa but why bother when we can get a much better pizza from Ocala thank you very much for your response you will see us again

Using the Domino’s app I placed a delivery order redeeming my piece of the pie rewards. I saved these up for several months to be able to use them. After ordering Brandon called me and said he had to cancel my order because apparently the app is wrong and I am out of the delivery radius. I am now no longer able to eat tonight because I cannot redeem my rewards at a different location because they are not on my account. When I called to ask he said try calling in a dominoes and see if they’ll give me free pizza because he can’t do it even though his location canceled my order even though my points were deemed.

Not the drivers fault. If you advertise pay at door, have at least $25 to 30 in change .the limitations should be specified on the website that you need EXACT CHANGE! Or if you have a credit card or file it will be on the account. Ended up with no food, hungry and food wasted!

They delivered the wrong pizza. Manager was rude and didn’t care about it.

Meat on pizza tasted rancid and it was overcooked. Manager was rude and told us they would be charging 15 cents per packet of cheese with future to go orders. We will never be back!

Prepared and delivered on time. Ordered the wings, dessert and the pizza on-line and it came out delicious. Driver was professional and kind.

Tonight was a very unpleasant night with the restaurant owned by Tracy Domino's Southwest 200 Ocala Florida. I placed an order for two large pizzas thin crust square cut a Coke and brownies. When driver arrived he appeared to be very rushed and dumped my food into my arms out of the black warming box. I done had to pay the driver and he took the money satisfied. Driver did not issue our drink at the time of his arrival or departure. 10 minutes after driver left he returned and stated to me that I did not give him enough money embarrassed I hurried and gave him 20 more dollars which was $4 over what our bill was driver did not offer change did not say thank you did not give us our Coke and proceeded to let me know that the reason he came back is because he didn't want to pay for our dinner out of his paycheck. After his departure we realized we had not received our drink. I called to the store on Southwest 200 Ocala Florida and spoke with a man named Zach. I explained nicely what happened with our experience this evening he stated he was the manager and the only thing he felt he could do was give me a credit for a soda to be purchased in the future.. he did not offer to have the driver return so we were able to have our drink with our food. Normally it would be okay because our little store would be open in our neighborhood however it was too late at that time I felt inconvenience and rather shafted. I told Zack that I did not even problem returning the food if we could wait I receive a hot meal that we purchase along with our drink Zack told me again he would not do that expressed disappointment and with the driver being neglectful of giving our full order to us he ruined our dinner. I am very disappointed when I asked Zach for the number to his corporate headquarters I was denied that number I was told he did not have any access to anybody with more seniority than himself. I did not feel as if the customer service was nice or, dating or even grateful that they had business tonight the pizza above in the pictures it's the pizza we receive for dinner is very dry no sauce and cold very quickly very disappointing it is 11:40 tonight at this time and my family has still not had the dinner from Dominos. To this time I still have not had the driver return and bring the coke as promised from Haley return to phone call from Domino's I alerted Hailey to the fact that I have Google review and I would share my experience with Google and the internet. I have dined at this restaurant 4/8 years living where I live and I have never ever have such a bad quality service as I did today Zach Haley and the driver we're horrible examples of dominoes representation I do not like to complain but I feel after $50 of monies we're paid to a restaurant that we were not given a service we were given a disservice. I would not have brought this to Google review however I was denied a complaint line or any higher managerial people other than Zack and Haley. I'm sorry it had to be a horrible review I hope others have the courage that leaves the same type of review and that is what the service they received.

This Dominos has consistently been the best Dominos that I’ve ever ordered from. Delicious, perfect pizzas, delivered quick and hot. I’ve had many neighbors tell me that their experiences have been the same. Kudos to you!!

My husband ordered thick crust and when we got home, the pizza had the thinnest crust I have ever seen.

If I could give them a 0 star this would be one. So apparently when they make their wings they just drizzle the sauce across and not smother them. I called to request a refund, due to their policy of “if you’re not completely satisfied with your order” you can request a refund, only for them to say that they could give me “store credit” or I could drive almost 30 minutes back to them to have them make it again. This was a first and last time I’ll be getting anything from Domino’s. As they say “you get what you pay for”. Cheap pay, cheap service.🤦🏾‍♀️

I love this place. I call in my order and by the time I get there it is ready. Normally 10 to 15 minutes. Always a perfect pizza. I get the Pacific veggies with extra sausage lol. I love it 😀

I really like Domino's pizza, but the last time we got the $7.99, 2 lg pizza, 3 topping special, the toppings were very sparce, & the crust was not cooked enough. I will still eat there in hopes it will be better.

Post below was written 2 months ago. We are quite happy with this store's pizza and service. But 14 days ago, something was far from good with the large pizza's crust (see photo). The bottom layer was burnt, and it oddly peeled away from the rest of the pizza. Disappointing experience; will hope for better next time. Original post: Pizzas made perfectly! We have placed many orders here, but we placed THIS order for delivery through Patrick the manager (this was not our first time dealing with him). Although I can't give the credit deserved to ALL the names individually we have dealt with, we have had a great experience every time we've used this location. We had an issue with the online ordering this time & Patrick did not hesitate to help quickly resolve the problem. In addition to this experience, he has always been so helpful, kind, efficient, & friendly to deal with. Being in the food industry for 6 years in the past myself, I can hear the passion in his voice & can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, delivering outstanding service to others. He is an absolute asset to the company, the franchise facility itself, & we look forward to doing business with the company JUST to be able to deal with Patrick & his wonderful staff here in the future! Our thoughtful friend Gracie had us over for pasta primavera, two kinds of pizza and to watch an awesome movie...Green Book. The pasta and pizzas were delivered on time by a polite young man. Everything was temperature warm, done right and very tasty. The pizzas were thin crust veggie and full meat...yum-eee.

On that rare occasion whenever they mess up, they are quick to remedy their mistakes, by replacing pizza to even refund your order.... I usually just mark it up as a honest mistake, they are human so why punish them.... is that how you want to be treated every time you make a mistake?

I order from this Domino's all the time. They never screw up and it's always ready when they say it will be ready. So if you're looking for cheap and quick they have a large carryout three topping for $8.59 with tax lol

Domino's Pizza is our favorite pizza in our family. Everytime we place an order the person taking our order is always pleasant. We have been a customer ever since they opened,which should tell you we've never once we're disappointed in getting a hot fresh pizza. Try Domino's! They have other items on their menu thats wonderful too. From the time you order till you pick up you will be happy you made the choice!
