Excellent ambience on Friday night with live music. Our server Karla was very attentive and courteous. The karaoke was fun!!!

It definitely became my favorite place on my vacation! Carla gave me the best service! He recommended the tripe tacos and the tostones with chicharrón without mentioning that it is the best margarita I have ever had!

I was surprised how good the food tastes, and I’ve had good Mexican food, in Mexico and California. So I came back and was impressed again. Worth it! I’ll be back again ;)

Great experience! This was my first time and our server, Orlando, made great suggestions. He was very attentive and very kind, a fantastic server. Everything he suggested was amazing! The portions were huge! The passion fruit margarita is an absolute MUST! If you haven’t been, GO!

We went on Sunday night around 7 and we were a large group (14). I don’t know if they did not expect that amount of people or there was just one chef but when they serve us the food, I asked for spicy ribs and I got the barbecue ones and they were cold. Even the molcajete was not hot as it is supposed to be (I had it another day and was hot). The pulpo did not have flavor and the sopon marinero is was watery and the fish with no flavor either. Also, we got the sides for the molcajetes after 10-15 min. The horchata was not well blended; you can feel some of the rice. There were just two waitress and she tried her best.

The Birria Tacos were the best.

We had a great meal! The tacos were delicious and the refried beans were the best I've ever had. The prices were a bit high, but not unreasonable. The piña colada was basically just ice with some mix, but everything else was really good.

I was looking forward to trying this place given the rating. Unfortunately it left a LOT to be desired. The food here is SOOOOO not yummy…it’s basically an expensive Taco Bell charging SOBE prices for a margarita. Even the chips and salsa were gross…(stale chips and DEFINITELY jarred salsa - had to be). The service was fine - no complaints there but I will surely not go again. There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING I would recommend about this place.

My bad review is due to the prices, 1 mojito and 3 tacos 42 usd without the tip. Its extremely overpriced, tacis were dry and just a tiny cup full of beans. I cam imagine a meal for 2 or three, 42 usd for a meal, 1 person, nothing extra, and 1 mojito. If anything is shows how they price their items taking fro granted their customers wallet.

Visited Don Chepe’s on a Saturday afternoon. Friendly service. Mainly had appetizers this go around and beer was ice cold. Will come back again for dinner. Conveniently, located and another Mexican restaurant option in the West Kendall area.

Sat down outside to eat, me and my wife ordered drinks. Then watched as a table next to us got wrong drinks on top of their food items coming out individually. The fiajtas was served to the woman with no topping and no tortillas. After waiting over 10 mins toppings were brought still no tortillas. 10 more mins tortillas finally. came. By that time the food was cold.The waiter said there was nothing he could do about it that it wasn't his problem to have to deal with. Then, when he was asked to see the manager, he came back and said there was none on site and that they would still have to pay cause no one there could override and take off the meals. After much conflict, the manager finally came to the door hissed at the waiter and the man and woman and motioned his hand as if to brush them off. We asked him if there is a problem with our food will we receive the same treatment and he just said he didn't care and threw the food away in garbage right at the door in front of us. I immediately asked our waitress to cash out our drinks, and cancel our food order. The whole experience of that manger and the server that was taking care of that table was appalling. It was my first time and I will never go back and I urge others to not go and waste your money when there is way better options in the area with much better service. I will say our waitress was very nice and polite and we tipped her well cause we felt bad for her. You can make your reply how u want to but I was there and experienced it first hand. Those people were polite and trying to be understanding from the beginning. Management needs to do better not at just conducting themselves but also training their employees to deal with these situations diplomaticly and not by brushing people off. He never even spoke to the people until he brushed them off and threw the food away. Their was no disrespect giving to him pr the waiter he brought all of the disrespect and had no concern or care on the impact that conflict had to the business or others dining experience. Not acceptable in any fashion especially when people ask politely to speak with you and u send your waiter to lie and say you are not on site which is against business regulations to begin with.

The food is very tasty, with large portions and plenty of drink options. We went for Mother's Day and they had live music. The atmosphere and decorations are very nice. And the service was also very good, Natalia waited on us today and was very cool, she was attentive to everything and helped us with the menu so we knew what to order, being our first time here!

My first time here for takeout …it was cinco de mayo at 5 pm. The place was hopping but manageable. From what I experienced, they do NOT have a very good policy for takeout. The first waitress Valentina was very knowledgeable and escorted me to the bar to place my order. That’s when it went south….first the bartender refused to take my order and said that a waitress should take it ..Valentina then turns to the owner/manager and his face was like “what are you doing?!? Move her away from the bar.” At that point I almost walked out but again Valentina told me not to worry and she would take my order. She escorted me to an available chair to wait for my order after I placed it with her. After 8 minutes she comes by to reassure me my order was placed. Honestly, they need a protocol for take…I’ll let you know if the food is good.

Let me start by saying the food was delicious the service and atmosphere was great. The food was fresh and well made but if your craving authentic mexican i would not reccomend. The carnitas taco was delicious but tasted like lechon. The mexican rice was good too but tasted like yellow rice. My favorite dish was the octopus with pineapple.

Nathalie was wonderful; the drinks and normal Mexican fare was good. The fried fish was terrible, rubbery and over fried. We came on Conco de Mayo during lunch and the atmosphere was getting charged for the nighttime party. Good place for family though. And service was impeccable!!

The food and service were great, but they charged my card twice—one with the tip and one without. I've been trying to reach the manager for two days now, but I haven't gotten a response yet. Update: My bank ended up assisting. I never got a hold of a manager or a call back. I know it was an accident, but it would have been nice for the restaurant to have returned my call to resolve this.
