Best paella in Miami without doubt ! From Spaniards

Ox tail paella was amazing! Owner himself helped us and went above n beyond!

Totally recommended. The food (paella mixta, tortilla española and bread) was delicious and the presentation fantastic. The service is based on the kindness of Chef Enrique and Daniel. Definitely, a pleasant culinary experience worth repeating! You won't regret it!

Excellent mixed paella, the rice was juicy and just right. The Spanish tortilla was excellent and the bread service is from another world. We were able to meet Enrique & Daniel and the treatment and service was exceptional. We arrived right at closing time and they accommodated our last minute order. 100% recommended and we will return soon!

A group of friends and I selected this restaurant on a recent trip to Miami. The way you order from this Kitchen Lab was a new experience for us. All seating is outdoor or there is take away / delivery options too. We were all in agreement that the food was excellent and bountiful. We also had the opportunity to meet the brothers who own the restaurant. One of whom is also the chef. They were so incredibly friendly and helpful in assisting us through the menu. Their hospitality and beautiful personalities, was exceptional.

Best paella in Miami (im from Spain, so i tried a few) hands down, ingrediets fresh and top quality. He was kind enough to show me the kitchen which was the cleanest and most otganized kitchen i have ever seen.

The food was delivered perfectly on the time arranged while still pipping fresh. If you are looking to host people, this is an amazing option. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful oxtail paella, fried shrimp, and tortilla (Spanish omelette)! I thoroughly enjoyed both the well-presented food and the awesome service!

I would leave 10 stars if I could. I ordered a paella for 4 people for my husband's birthday. Daniel answered the phone and took my order. Not only was he very nice but also took the time to explain everything in detail. The presentation was unique and both dishes were delicious with an authentic Spaniard cuisine flavor. Not easy to find a place in Miami that has not only great food but outstanding customer service. We will go there for sure to try more of Don Enrique's food.

These guys are really fabulous. The food they prepare is exquisite. Be sure to visit them, you won't regret it.

Para empezar, la mejor paella que se puede encontrar fuera de España. Encantadores, amantes de la cocina española y con un servicio excelente. Merece mucho la pena. Muy recomendable la tortilla de patata y la paella de rabo de toro.

Excelente cocina, deliciosas paellas, exquisitas tortillas de patata, el pan recién hecho, aceite buenísimo y el trato fenomenal. Enrique (Quique) muy atento y simpático. Recomendado al 100% para disfrutar de una paella auténtica… ya sea delivery, takeout o para comer ahí en la terraza. Sin duda, regresaré o pediré delivery de nuevo.

Estaba todo delicioso, nosotros escogimos la paella de cheeseburger y esta impresionante. La combinación entre la cheeseburger y el arroz es una locura. ¡Deseando repetir otra vez! 10/10 ☺️

Authentic Spanish flavor! My husband and I were completely impressed with the flavors, presentation and service received from Don Enrique and Daniel. We were looking to feed a gathering of 20 friends and wanted something special and perhaps closer to a Miami experience since they were all from out of town. We ordered 4 large paellas; the Matador (ox tail), the Sea's (shrimp, squid, mussels and scallops), the Picanha (sliced steak) and the Son de Don Enrique (chicken, pork loin, Spanish chorizo, pork belly, bacon, pigeon peas and ripe plantains), plus Gallego bread and olive oil. Each paella comes served in a paella pan, (which we got to keep), carefully packed in a custom made box (similar to a pizza box, but custom to the shape of a paella pan). They arrived hot and fresh! The smells were amazing, and they all looked beautiful! Our guests were so impressed and they loved being able to sample the different types. The rice was tender, the seafood was perfectly cooked, and the meats were so full of flavors. Most, if not all went in for 2nds! Daniel was so easy to work with, even accommodating me last minute with an extra paella. Such a pleasure and we would definitely recommend them! Looking forward to enjoying them again soon! Los calamares increíbles, están fritos en aceite de oliva y vienen con su limón. La tortilla de patata estaba crudita muy buena pero la patata estaba un poco dura. La paella la hacen al horno y sorprendemente conserva sus sabores muy recomendable. Muy buen trato de Enrique y su hermano. Me he sentido como en casa.

Excelente servicio en general, como muy pocos en Miami. Atención personalizada de Daniel y Enrique. Sumar la calidad de la paella y demás alimentos. Agregar que son paellas tradicionales y otras en el menú que valen la pena degustar. Recomiendo 100% esta experiencia.

Outstanding food and service. From the cheese, bread and olive oil before dinner, the paella for dinner, the cheesecake for dessert, and the Spanish champagne it was an outstanding meal and a dining adventure at Kitchen Labs.

Probamos la paella de bacon cheese burger y el arroz negro. Ambos estaban exquisitos y con sabores totalmente diferentes ,se nota que cuidan mucho sus caldos pues les da mucho sabor Lo cual hace que cada paella sea una aventura al paladar. Los trabajadores son muy amables y sirven rápido.

Desde la llegada al lugar, las chicas de la recepción se encargaron de hacernos sentir como en casa, nos hicieron sugerencias y nos presentaron al Chef Quique, un gran hombre y un excelente anfitrión. El queso mallorquín y el pan gallego de entrada fueron de otro mundo, y la paella fue celestial, encima vimos las semis de la copa del Rey en vivo junto con Quique y su hermano que nos despidieron cariñosa y amablemente! Definitivamente el lugar al cual deben ir para comer si quieren ser agasajados de principio a fin!

A few weeks ago, my family and I were in Miami. We decided to try Don Enrique's Arroces Tradicionales for the first time, and boy were we surprised!! This has got to be the best paella place in the entire state of Florida!!! This restaurant deserves 10 stars out of five and a Micheline recognition. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Daniel. He was so humble and friendly that you wouldn't even believe that you are actually talking to the owner. After telling us all about the menu and taking our order, he and his brother Enrique, the Chef, brought out our food and it was mouthwatering!! The presentation was flawless and the flavor exquisite. Daniel and Enrique are incredible people!! They are both so down to earth and they show such a tremendous passion for their craft, no wonder their food is nothing short of wonderful. If you are looking for some extraordinary Spanish food down in Miami, visit Don Enrique Arrozes traditionales and you will not be disappointed.

Our experience was AMAZING!!! This is a virtual food hall with cozy tables outside. So you can dine in. DON ENRIQUE restaurant is the best Paella in Miami, traditional and yummy!!!! We met the chef and owner "KiKe". We had a great conversationsm!! Excellent customer service. 100% recommended. Plus the Estrella beer and paella pot that you can take home. In love with this place and service.

Ayer estuve cenando en D. Enrique Arroces Tradicionales. Me lo habían recomendado por muchos sitios, gente de Miami. La verdad es que se han quedado MUY CORTOS. Los arroces son galácticos. Nos encantó el de Rabo de Toro. Nunca había probado un maridaje igual. Siendo de España un arroz así aquí creo es insuperable!!! El servicio de atención y la profesionalidad dignos de mención! This was the best paella I’ve ever had. The Calamari was also phenomenal, and the owners were gracious and wonderful. They currently work out of kitchen labs, but I can’t wait for them to have a restaurant to visit.

I’ve been addicted to the paellas here and I have to say this is by far the most authentic Spanish paella I’ve had in the USA. I never shy away from writing a bad review, and I’m a really picky eater. Nonetheless good food is good food, and their paella is definitely a winner. Bonus points for their delivery, they make sure it’s still hot and I remember when I ordered from their website the program couldn’t find a driver, so one of their employees brought it over to my home just to make sure I received it in a timely manner. So far I’ve had the seafood paella, picanha paella, the oxtail paella and boiled octopus. Honestly I have to say, it’s absolute class.

Whoever said they could not order Paella to their home, was completely wrong! Wow, Don Enrique Arroces Tradicionales came up with a clever way to deliver the most delicious Paella right your door! Let's start with the flawless and ingenious presentation of bringing the Paellera to you! Looks amazing for presentation if you are hosting or just for practicality to keep your Paella nice and warm. We ordered the "Matador" which was a scrumptious Ox Tail rice with artichoke. Loved the modern twist that Don Enrique gives these traditional recipes. We also order the "Mixed", which was a combination of squid, shrimp and veggies. The flavors are rich yet gentle enough that melt in your mouth, to keep you wanting a bit more... We ordered both Paellas for 2 (we were 4 dining) and with their amazing holiday special, we received double the amount. You get to keep the Paelleras which we thought was a super cute touch. They also sent a delicious olive oil with fresh baguette bread as a side. Rest assure in our next order, we will also be ordering the original Spanish Oil by the bottle. We love Spanish food and cannot believe we can now order from the comfort of our home without compromising taste. We will be ordering from them again, and cannot wait to try the Octopus and Duck & Truffle, which is next on our list! Bravo, Don Enrique! You managed to get the perfect formula for great taste, presentation, customer service, and raving fans! Don't wait to order... Arroces Don Enrique, is the real deal!

We just happened upon this ghost kitchen spot, and we’re so glad we did! Has the best paella since my trip to Spain, they brought wonderful olive oil with bread out, and the owner was SO kind. They have an outdoor seating area where you can place your order, and the food can be brought out to you, which is awesome. We had the fried shrimp, sea Paella, which we got a 2 for 1 serving with their promo, “Big Sister”. It was a beautiful day, with beautiful food, and when I’m back in Miami, I’ll be returning!

Absolutely Delicious! Starting with the amazing presentation. Every paella comes in its own pan with a beautiful box, delicious olive oil, and a baguette. The taste is like no other. Genuine Spanish flavors and amazing ingredients. You can feel the love and passion put into the food. I had the senoritas paella and the oxtail paella. Both were amazing. I can’t wait to have some more!
