be absolutely worse Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to placed an order on the app. Arrived five minutes later in the drive-through they told me to go park. They would bring it out to me. Waited 15 minutes. No one came out when inside my frozen coffee had now melted and they did not make my sandwich order.. into all the employees were standing around just talking to one another. There were no other customers in line or in the store.

We sometimes stop at this location on our road trips. Today confirmed that it was our last time here, July 15th, 12:20 pm. We waited for about 20 minutes for our order # 9325, even though there were no other customers inside. In the end: two mistakes in the order and cold chorizo wraps and bagel bites. By the way, flies on munchkins and homeless people hanging outside.

Ordered online and picked up at the drive-thru with no problems.

Been here three times and each time they seem to have a struggle getting the order correct.

Standard Dunkin. Decent donuts, reasonable service, great coffee. Challenge here is if I ever find better donuts locally, they're in trouble for my business. Only as I think the finish and other food items are not as good as they were once. But good news is that the coffee is still awesome.

Traveled many miles with my Son and we stopped at Dunkin in every state from Michigan to Key West in Florida

The Young Lady who waited on my Husband and I this week was Super Nice, Super Knowledgeable about the menu and also really sweet!!! We had frozen coffees ... We'll definitely visit again

Five people working there. Five. And not one person would speak to us. You have to order with the kiosk, then they make your food/coffee, and they acted like it was such a huge inconvenience to have to actually do their job, to make two cups of coffee. And they couldn't even do that right. We ordered two cups of coffee, one cream and sugar and one sugar only. They brought us two cups of black coffee. We told them that's not what we ordered, they took the cups back, then brought us back one cup with cream, and you guessed it, another black coffee. Had to do it again to get the other cup right. And no apologies, not even a "have a nice day" or a "I hope you choke on your coffee". Nothing but an attitude. Worst Dunkins we've ever gone in, and if that's typical of this location it won't be there long.

They don’t pay attention to if you want something toasted or not. Every bagel i get is burnt and hard. The hash-browns used to be crispier, they are pretty soft and soggy. The drinks are perfect 4/5times.

Store looks great. Seems newly updated. Nice seating outside and umbrellas. There’s also a swing if you want to sit on the swing and enjoy your drink. Everything looks clean and tidy.

I ordered Avacado Toast this morning and got to work and the bread was not toasted. I wish they offered the sun dried tomatoes as well.

We havnt done dunkin donuts before. Only game in town for lattes or mochas thats open later in afternoon.

They spent so much money on the remodel yet the wait is still ridiculous waited in line for 30 min while everyone was doing drive three and one guy on the counter.

First walking in Dunkin no one greet you! The employees look mad and irritated! The cook come out the kitchen with gloves on touching everything 🤢 a young lady screaming across the lobby to another employee taking her mop water 🥴

They totally messed up my order, went n explained what was wrong with it, they said they was going to fix it just to get it wrong again

Check your food prior to driving away. Almost certain it wasn't eaten from, however it looks that way. My wife lost her appetite seeing that.

5 persons in stuff. Waiting time 20min for an iced caramel macciato. No guests there, only we. Stuff no motivated and not so bright.....

I went in this morning for my usual coffee and bacon. I ordered on the app and when I got there it wasn’t ready and I waited around for 20 minutes and asked what was going on. I thought maybe I didn’t click order on the app. When I went on there I accidentally ordered twice and tried canceling one of them but it didn’t go through so I was double charged. I went in after work and the young Hispanic girl was super nice and handled it and made things right for me. I didn’t get her name but all the staff here are amazing and do a great job everyday. One negative experience won’t stop me from going back. Things happen and life goes on. Thank you to all the staff for always working hard and making good coffee with a smile.

I went in and ordered the same drink I order every week. I always ask for skim instead of cream. I was given my drink made incorrectly and the cup even said cream on the outside. You can clearly tell the difference between cream and skim milk in a cup. I politely told the girl I asked for skim and she rolled her eyes and went to remake it. I could hear her and her co-worker talking about how wasteful it was and annoying. She came back a minute later and handed me the exact same drink and made a smart comment to me. At that point I’d already waited over twenty minutes in line and my two year old was melting down on the floor so I left and left the drink on the counter. It’s really uncalled for to be treated that way when all I wanted was a coffee.

This unit was very attentive with customers

The person at the drive thru didn’t know what she was doing nor did she care to ask her manager for help. Promo scan wasn’t working for her but she was brushing it off like it didn’t matter, nor did she scan for my points when I told her to. I asked for manager and she acted like she didn’t care either. (Said name was Lavita) Horrible service.

Many times they don't have what is advertised and replace it without you knowing. I usually order online.

Great stop for a break if you're traveling on 17. Friendly people. And of course great coffee and food. Pumpkin spice is back. Wahooooo.....

Came in for a dozen donuts some breakfast sandwiches and some lattes. My wife ordered a large and I ordered a medium latte. Immediately noticed they were the same size. You have 7 people working on a Sunday and still mess it up? Maybe the crew member saying she wanted to go to Starbucks instead of being there had something to do with it.

Too busy to pay attention to the people walking in. And there was no crowd neither inside or in the drive-in. None of their food looked fresh. Won't be back.

Went to the drive thru for 3 drinks two donuts and a sandwich after 35 minutes 15 in line 20 waiting for them to bring it out my and the customer behind me walked in several employees chatting and our food was ready and sitting there not that it mattered because as we left I bit into a still ice cold partially frozen egg and sausage on my sandwich not cool staff was also very unpleasant

They are soooooo slow and most days they don’t even get my order right.

Bagel was warm, egg was room temp, and the cheese wasn't melted.

The service was very good and everyone was polite. The thing I hate is them putting donuts in a bag. They stick together. Dunkin's up north have small boxes to put small orders in to keep them from sticking together.

Terrible experience. Asked for a plain bagel with cream cheese and all I got was a plain bagel. Asked for a bagel with cream cheese I was told here put it on yourself or get in the long line for your money back. I’ll never be back

My Mom & I went in one afternoon and the selection of pastries was limited. She was disappointed that there were no jelly filled donuts. But the very nice employee suggested the raspberry filled donut holes. They were wonderful!!!

I have been to many Dunkin Doughnuts and have never been told I could not habe whipped cream on an iced coffee. This is the 2nd time I have been to this location within the past week and all I get told is you can't have it on this drink we aren't aloud too! As a paying customer I should not be told NO to something so easy to do. I will take my business elsewhere.

Now that they started making enough donuts they can have 5 stars. Plus it’s the only coffee place in town

Very disappointed with this Dunkin. It took waiting almost 20 minutes in the drive thru to get my online pickup order. They were out of what I wanted for the topping but never said anything about the syrup. This definitely didn't have the syrup I asked for, it tasted terrible. Then, even after waiting almost 20 minutes since I placed my order, they didn't even have my wrap done so I had to wait another 4 minutes by the front door. Never going back here again...don't waste your time or money. Worst dunkin I've ever been to...

They always getting the orders wrong, seem like they can’t count or know their numbers 1,2,3.... I love Dunkin but if all Dunkin were like this one I would quit drinking coffee.. Should get training done with the Winter Haven location off US 17, now they are the best! I ordered a French vanilla it taste like regular coffee to me but Winter Haven location always get it right! It's a pretty good Dunkin. They usually get the orders done correctly. Staff is friendly and gives my pup pup cups sometimes. Now that she's no longer a puppy we have to pay for the pup cups.

Ive been to this location 3 times now, i am new to the area. My biggest complaint is where is the bacon?? My first visit i ordered the sourdough bacon sanwhich… it was mostly eggs and two very tiny strips of bacon barely enough to taste… their has browns taste like they been cooked in old oil… nasty after taste. The hot vanilla latte was very delicious however! So i returned the next day for another latte and grabbed some more hashbrowns. I figured maybe the last time it was a bad day… still gross. My husband went to get us breakfast this morning i told him to get the sausage egg and cheese crosaint and no because they are stingy with the bacon.. and not to get hashbrowns. he gets home and its a bacon egg and cheese croissant not sausage! They gave us the wrong sandwiches ! It says clear as day on our receipt sausage…. These are literally just an egg sandwich, not much bacon at all. Not even enough to cover half the sanwhich. My first visit there the girl at the counter was extremly nice and like i said the latte is great so thats the only reason im giving two stars… i cant stand when places get your order wrong and on top of that they didnt even give me something good!! If you like just egg between two pieces of bread this is your place

I love the food but sometimes like today they didn't give it all to me what I had ordered very disappointing because my children and I got home in hopes of eating a breakfast together for mother's day and unfortunately half of the order was missing 😢 I just am so fed up with this happenings I spend money and don't get everything I was supposed to get in my order. To top that off the lady in the window had an attitude so I will not be going back

As the president of the residents association at the rv park I live in, I get two dozen (minimum) assorted donuts per week. I've not been disappointed with the quality and flavor of their donuts, since I've switched to them as of this year. Their coffee drinks and frozen hot chocolate are just the thing, if you need a pick-me-up. They're always busy, and it's easy to see why. The folks at this location in Wachula, go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of.

First time at this location and I ordered the strawberry coolatta and it was tart and not even drinkable with the tartness. I was hoping to enjoy this drink as ita a popular drink but I guess that was too much hoping. My husband's iced coffee wasn't mixed all the way that when he took a drink he got a whole slurp of pure sugar. I hope they get their employees to mix the drinks a little more it isn't that hard to mix a drink.bit then again too much hoping 🤣

Didn’t have enough donut for my 18 count baseball team and the hot chocolate had nothing but hot water and the the staff was really rude. I shouldn’t give a 1 star. Wachula fl

I've been to plenty of Dunkin' around the central florida area anywhere from St.Pete, Tampa, Lakeland Bradenton, Sebring, Arcadia etc. I just have to say Wauchulas Dunkin is by far the best I've ever had from The Iced Coffees to Cold Brews to Hot Drinks down to the hash browns and chicken bacon crossaint. Everything is on point and always recommend it to other friends I know!

Food was good a bit pricy for what you get.

I have been through the drive thru on several occasions, everytime I have an excellent experience. The staff is very friendly and so prompt with the order.

One of the better Dunkin's around. Order is right most of the time. Also, the drive-thru is pretty quick in the mornings, even though the line is usually wrapped around the building.

The staff here is great. It's our stop along the way to Mount dora. Very clean and friendly

I love going to this Dunkin not just for the coffee but to be greeted by these two lovely ladies, Makayla and Terah. I seriously just love those girls!!! They make my special drink all the time with no issues, know me by name (Sarah), and are just so damn pleasant. Their customer service is through the roof whether it’s with me or the countless other customers I’ve seen them interact with and help. These two girls are changing the world with kindness and rocking it!!!

They were absolutely amazing...had a long morning and they made it better...had my favorite pink velvet coffee and everything bagel...gave me extra butter --cause I'm a fuss--and they were out of chocolate milk..but they made one specially for my kiddos...love this place and the workers

Dunkin' is usually low on my choice of donut places. But the staff here was so nice, I will visit again! Donuts taste sweeter when they are served with a helpful, courteous smile.

They have a high turnover of employees so I have to reteach a newbie how to make my coffee every so often lol. It seems like they don't make enough donuts to get through the day, often times the good ones are sold out by late morning. The store and bathroom is clean. I really appreciate their happy hour!

It's a chain so the food is what you'd except from Dunkin and the service is good.
