One of the absolute worst locations for service. You will wait 25 minutes plus in a drive-through line where once the automated message comes on, you won’t be acknowledged you’re sitting there. One or two people working on a Saturday or Sunday and you’re in trouble… This place has been habitually terrible for years just read through the reviews. Hundreds of people can’t be wrong. Choose a different Dunkin! I always watch countless cars pull away and MANY frustrated people with this substandard Location. The owners of this franchise should really make a change Or Dunkin should pull this Franchise location… PS- watch out for the fake account 5 stars they post ..

Stopped in this morning to buy one don’t for my son. It was early (6:53am) so I didn’t pay much attention when using my mobile wallet and no receipt was offered. Later in the day when checking transactions, noticed I was charged $161.90 for one donut. Tried to call the store 20 times (not exaggerating) and no answer. Had to drive clear across town again to go in person to try to get my money back. Of course, no manager to be found. Employee called the manager and she stated she wasn’t coming down there to fix it today, regardless of the fact that I was out almost $200 due to their error. Called corporate to try and get owner/operator contact info and they advised they’d have them call but nothing yet. NEVER going to a Dunkin’ Donuts again.

They suck. Don't waste your time and money. Just go down the street to Charlie's mini donuts if they're open.

This will be my final visit to a Dunkin' Donuts franchise. They tried to charge me for a cup of water

Some days my coffee is delicious and some days it’s either old or burnt. I order within the first hour of opening most days.

This dunkin' donuts sucks.. We went to the drive-thru to order donuts and every donut that we asked for they did not have. What a shame🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ how you gonna be a donut place and not have any donuts. Starting to be like McDonald's and their ice cream machine.🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

We entered Dunkin Donuts location at 2060 Hwy 540A E in Lakeland FL, myself and my husband today 6/8/24 at 1:15pm. The lobby was empty which means we were the only customers inside the restaurant. There were only a few vehicles in the drive thru line. We walked in and no one acknowledged us. They just continued on doing what they were doing which was, one employee trying fix one of the monitor on the wall, the other employee stood watching while another doing the same thing, watching. No one said welcome or did not even say, we will be with you in just a moment. We stood there waited for a few minutes. When I started telling my husband how we are being ignored, then one employee saying she is working on the monitor. We could see that, we are not blind, the right thing to do when a customer walks in if you are busy, you at least acknowledge the customer is present and let the customer know you will be with them in a just a moment, at least let the customer know they are not being ignored. That was very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. We decided to leave and take our business elsewhere where we were more appreciated.

Stopped by for National Donut Day. Mobile ordered ahead and order was ready when I arrived. Friendly employees and great tasting coffee and donut.

Without a doubt the BEST Dunkin in town! The people who work here are always so nice. The food is ALWAYS hot and prepared perfectly. My drink is always perfect. I will drive out of my way to come to this location.

My go to for coffee and a donut almost every morning while driving to work

It's been a while since I have ordered anything. So I thought we would stop on our way out of town. The coffee was extremely weak and it seemed to be heavily creamed. I could not even taste the hazelnut and had to add additional Splenda. NOT worth the more than $3 a cup I spent.

So I first want to say, the people here are phenomenal, I come here almost everyday if not twice a day and I can confidently say, they make my coffee the same every time and it tastes so good. Anyways, today I messed up my own mobile order, accidentally pressed the hot section instead of cold and coincidently enough my drink is also in the hot section so I didn't even think twice when ordering. When I pulled up to get my drink, I definitely questioned if it was actually my order or not, the person at the window immediately said they would remake it and didn't even question my mistakes. She was VERY KIND and understanding. While I was waiting, I looked in the app and sure enough, I goofed. I am so thankful for this Dunkin though, they are all so sweet and very fast every time I visit.

I'm giving up on dunkin. Every single time the order either gets messed up or tastes like nothing. I just paid $4.39 for an iced coffee that tasted like dirty water. Terrible. So done.

Just left dunkin donuts and was VERY disappointed with the service. No one was friendly when my husband and I came in. The cashier was rushing and kept stopping when I was ordering. Then after we got our order they handed the food to us with out saying have a good day etc. Yet when others came to the booth they were very friendly and courteous to them. Will not recommend this store to anyone I know. I will NEVER come back to that place EVER again.

The lady at the window was rude when I simply asked about my total. Little did I know it’s because I was being charged for additional items I did not order. The avocado toast I paid 5 dollars for wasn’t even toaster they put the spread on plain untoasted bread. The whole experience was bad

The drive thru is confusing. Not for me but for others. Idk how to fix that though And when I go inside sometimes they have the order screen up and sometimes it’s not One time my drink was made but they didn’t package my donut . Probably a one time thing but I dont feel like testing it again So overall I dislike the inconsistencies Much easier to order the old fashion way. The irony of having options marketed as saving time only for it to take double or triple the time My coffee always tastes good though so I will return until they mess that up too

Very clean place, cozy environment.. Young guy at register was nice but lacked personality. Left my food on counter, no receipt.. when I came to counter, he just said” your food is over there” didn’t even say thanks for stopping by or have a nice day! It’s all about customer service, young man, and I hope you get better at it. I did say thank you and went about my business.

The staff were all very nice but one in particular Tyler he went above and beyond make sure we were happy I'll definitely go back

We had the toasted white chocolate latte. It was good. I never had a chocolate chip muffin usually we go for the Boston cream. I would have it again.

I totally get that this place gets busy, but I'm going on 45 mins. in the drive thru. I could have gone to a local shop and saved 30 mins. Obviously need more staffing, or more efficient/competent staffing.

They were extremely busy and the printer messed up. The manager really did well taking care of everyone as fast as possible.

It should be mandatory for these employees to ask if you have rewards , miss out on points and then they say they can't do anything afterwards. Get rod of these high school workers

Every time I want to go here from now on to get an iced cold brew, I just need to light $5 on fire instead. Totally inconsistent, service is meh and not worth it anymore. I'll go to the one off of Florida Ave from now on even though I live 90 seconds from this one.

Always a wait ... I use mobile app now to cut the line, and haven't ever waited more than a minute in doing so. I will say the coffee just doesn't taste as good. Got regular dark roast today and it was watery as hell.

They need more staff on the floor, both registers should be open when there is a line, drive thru is usually solid!

The drive thru line is atrocious. There’s no logic. There should be a single file line or two ordering lanes. People get road rage (witnessed on multiple occasions) if you don’t let them merge in, meanwhile you also could have had a mobile order so it makes no sense. Please find a solution to this very big problem.

Began visiting this location a couple of years ago after it first opened and unfortunately have watched in decline over time. I use to visit multiple times a week but within the last 6 months they no longer take mobile orders before 6am on fridays. Even though I always mobile order ahead of time, the waits in the drive thru continue to grow longer to the point where I had to start getting up earlier to get a coffee. This morning I mobile ordered ahead 7 minutes before I arrived. Pulled into the drive thru mobile order lane at 5:42am with 2 cars ahead of me, and didn’t pull out until 5:54. I’m not going to wait 12 minutes for a coffee and this location continues to make me late for my own job. Staff is usually friendly though and always remember me.

I absolutely love this place. I think it's better than Starbucks and eat cheaper. They are friendly and they accommodate your needs.

The donuts are quite small compared to other donut places. Customer service here I wouldn't say is amazing, but they get the job done.

Over staffed with 9 employees. 15 minuite wait for on the go orders. Confusion in the pic up area. Little communication from employees. Customers standing aroux wondering what's going on. Employees with hands in pockets. Very clean, good location.

I'm so excited that this location is here on the South side. I order from here very often, and I'm always greeted by name when I come for my mobile pickups. Highly recommend you stop in if you're around! ❤️

Used the drive thru and that wasn't easy at all .. due to other drivers . But missing my egg from the sandwich.

Service varies based on time of day and who is working. Some times the service is quick, accurate and with a friendly face greeting you at rhe drive up window. Other times not so much. Getting out of the parking area and trying to go left onto 540a can be challenging during rush hour. Miss the days when the doughnuts were made in store and fresh.

This is my favorite Dunkin in town. Coffee is always good and they always get my order right. Staff is super friendly.

Today I had Deanna & Connor making my order. Been going there since they open and seen people come & go. I hope the mgr knows how awesome they are. So nice and made sure I was happy with my order. :-)
