Good pricing on food and drinks. Was absolutely delighted by the quality of the food and service given that the place markets itself as a hole in the wall dive/biker bar.

Place is amazing, make it a stop!

Prime rib sandwich was great. Exceptional service!

Stopped yesterday and had a cheese burger. The meat tasted like they bought it from freezer section at Wal-Mart. Patty was not pure beef or fresh. Tasted like soy beef frozen patty. Was not impressed with the food. Staff was friendly atmosphere was nice

EJ Karz wait staff is exemplary. I go every first Sunday afternoon to enjoy live music inside and in the summer months they have an outdoor bandstand as well as an outdoor bar. This is a fun place for food and drinks.

Good place to get a bite to eat, food is really good and reasonable prices. Great place to stop by in the summer if ride a motorcycle. They have live entertainment also.

This bar is awesome, and the bartenders are nice and attentive. I tried the chicken sandwich and let me tell you, that thing was so freaking good. By far, the best chicken sandwich I have had, ever!

Cheap drinks, great staff, friendly atmosphere and of course biker friendly.

Got their shrimp taco and grilled chicken bacon ranch wrap and it was all phenomenal. Touch tunes for music and the waitress was responsive and friendly. Enjoy coming here

If I can give 10 stars, I would!! Love this place. The food is soooo damn good. The BBQ pulled pork is scrumptious 😋. The burgers are just as great. O.m.g!! I highly recommend this place. Atmosphere, staff are awesome. Very clean place. I will definitely 👍 be back soon. It will be well worth the hour and a half ride!!

The food is excellent from the appetizers, italian beef wrap to the Saturday Night Prime Rib dinner. Always our first choice when going out to eat. Prices are also really good.

Always a great time here. Hard to find a spot to sit because it's a local favorite for locals and travelers. Food has always been great too. It's in the middle of nowhere but it's the best. Recommend the tacos or pizza.

Just ate here at the end of a stormy day with my sister and brother in law and had an amazing dinner. From the prime rib(so juicy, flavorful, and tender) and salad bar(everything was super fresh), to the hangover burger and pub chips, sizzling chicken and shrimp was cooked to perfection, and the malibu chicken sandwich too. Everybody's meal was excellent. Will definitely be back with everyone the next time I come back home from Wisconsin. Great service too! Always a breath of fresh air to find places in the middle of BFE that has such good food! 👍

Loved it. . cool decor and attentive bar tender. My Italian beef was delicious and all the other plates I saw go by looked equally appealing! Try this place out in the middle of fields of crops. Very comfortable setting and clientele. Enjoyed myself immensely.

First time here and enjoyed it. I had a ribeye steak sandwich and my wife hd the fish special. Food was hot when served and tasty. Decor was cool with several tin signs around the room. They also have a bar side as well as an outdoor covered porch. Menu is varied, though some items are only available on certain days. I was hoping to try the fried chicken, but we were there on the wrong day. Guess I have a reason to go back now.

If you want a chicken sandwich that is an explosion of flavor in your mouth, head on down to EJ Karz in Verona, IL for the Boom Boom chicken fried chicken sandwich. Recommend by the very helpful waitress/bartender, it was incredible! Great restaurant/bar and awesome live music to boot.

EJ’s is our favorite place to go! Relaxed environment, friendly staff, delicious food! We accommodated our rehearsal dinner last minute when another local business canceled our event last minute. The owners and staff went above and beyond for us!
