It's unfortunate that I find myself writing this review because I had the sense that they really do know marble, and I was looking forward to patronizing a small business. However, I had an appointment scheduled well in advance and had sent them the building insurance requirements at the time of scheduling. It was only when I followed up a week before the job that they told me they didn't have the proper insurance and were canceling the job. I tried calling and sent several follow-up messages to better understand the issue and see if we could find a resolution but wasn't able to get a better explanation of the insurance issue to help resolve it.

These people know there business and were very professional throughout the process. They showed up everyday as promised, on time and did a wonderful job on a floor needing work. I was impressed at how cleanly they worked and left the job at the end of the day. Wish we had more contractors who acted like these people.

Giovanni and Senia are the best !!! They saved our limestone from the horrible installation /there was grout smudged everywhere IN the limestone and after 4 estimates, we found Extreme Marble and they did what no one else would. Thank you 🙏 you are the masters!!!

Buyer Beware! I hired this company (Giovanni / Senia) to polish my white marble floors. Giovanni offered to complete a sample area so we could see the process and results. It looked nice and we agreed upon a fair price. Right away they wanted a 3rd of the money up front which was a red flag and in hindsight, I shouldn't have done that.... The next week or so they came and began polishing the floors. The problem was the work was terrible and nothing like the initial sample. I went back and checked the cameras to see what they did and it was clear, a total sloppy job with 0 attention to detail. Dirt and grime was still on the floors, they were dull and full of construction marks. They didnt protect the baseboards or even polish near them. Essentially, they polished the middle of the floor only and even that looked like it was half way done. Upon explaining my concerns so Giovanni / Senia, they agreed to rework the area but first they wanted the weekend to let the floor dry. Guess what, they never came back....Messages and calls went unanswered and so did my $1700 deposit. My next stop will be small claims court. Buyer Beware! I am including 3 images of the completed area.

El piso de la compañia en que trabajo es Limestone muy dificil para sacarle las manchas y nadie queria hacerlo, encontre esta compañia en online y los llame aceptaron y lo hicieron EXPECTACULAR, él dueño se quedo muy contento porque es una compañia bien profesionales, puntuales y dan muy buen precio.
