We popped in here for a late lunch/early dinner on a whim as we were hungry. The outside of the strip mall seems questionable but the inside of Fancy Q Japanese & Thai is much nicer. The owners of the strip mall should probably clean it up a bit and the businesses would do better I am sure. The food was really good. We ordered the shrimp fried rice and the steak & shrimp hibachi. All of it was great! Holiday roll was my favorite of the rolls too.

The food and price was great. We ate here for lunch. I enjoyed the lunch bento box. I had the Alaska roll and JB roll. We also had a Holiday Roll and a steak hibachi that were delicious.

This place is great. Me and the wife went in at around 10:20, wasn't too busy, staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was on point. Got seated quickly, me and the wife both ordered the Bento Dinner for the sheer value of it(24 pieces of sushi for 16.99). While we waited for our order, we each got a complimentary clear soup and a holiday roll to share. Staff was super friendly, sushi was on point, service was quick. This is everything I want in a sushi place.

I don't know if it's the time we went (10pm) but we were served a few complimentary items such as clear soup AND a holiday roll. The bento box dinner was such a delight! 24 pieces of sushi for less than $17. Can't beat that!

Amazing servers that truly care, I forgot my backpack in the restaurant and the nice server ran out to give it to me. Angels. The sushi was also delicious, great quality.

The fancy love boat was worth it, came with soup and salad for both of us and grilled squid salad to share, we also got the king cobra roll and it was really good 👍🏻 I didn't love the green tea but not a big deal, the service was wonderful as well! We will be back with friends :)

Yellow curry was extremely flavorful. Got with the tofu which tasted great Everything else on the menu also looked good and everyone at our table was beyond satisfied

The only thing that was odd was the taste of the pad Thai, it was good but tastes very different then the usual Thai food

Great little Japanese restaurant. Delicious food and large portions. Even the less expensive lunch portions. I doubt you'll ever walk out still hungry. This is now in my top ten. I'll be going here many times.

You better know what you want because they will have you in and out in 10 minutes. Food is American style Japanese and Thai. Lots of soy sauce on food and sweet sauce.

This restaurant serves delicious food. The sushi and hibachi were delightful. I highly recommend it.

Very solid sushi. Great and fast service. They give you a free soup and small appetizer when you order food. Not much in terms of atmosphere, but it's not really needed. For the area it's probably the best sushi you'll find.

Truly delicious and just pretty food. We had time to look over the menu after ordering drinks and an appetizer without being hovered over. Nice room with subtle background music.

It is our favorite place, they prepare a particular sushi, shrimp, cream cheese and abocado wrapped in tempura and it is fried. It's something very simple, but the attention, the reception they give us, we like to go to that place and know that they will take good care of us and give us what we ask for...

( if you want your dish to be less salty , you can ask ahead … less sodium / salt ) I had scallops hibachi and it was delicious… a bowl of soup & salad. It was a great value for lunch. I was in hurry and my food came so fast . My friend had sushi bento box $12.95 ( lunch ) In this bento, you pick 2 rolls and a California roll !! I discovered a great place. Next time I would like to try Thai dishes and ramen noodle soup !! Gosh this restaurant has a lot of choices that will appease various taste buds ( I guess it would be a great spot for a party / family gathering )

We had the Thai curry the yellow one, and it was delicious!!! It's not too spicy, and I love spicy stuff, but it was good enough for my cousin who does not... After I asked the waitress.for.se.info.and she assisted.... I will.be back!!!!

We are from out of town and stopped in to have lunch, and we were so impressed! The sushi was great! Our waiter and the staff were all super friendly and gave us a complimentary sushi for our table to try! The chicken hibachi was so hot and fresh, and my husband had the pork Ramen, which he always wanted to try, and it was amazing. We will definitely come here again when visiting!!!

We came in last Thursday night after welcome to Rockville. It wasn’t too busy. The waitstaff was attentive and kind. We put in our order and as we sat there, our server brought me a soup i didn’t ask for (so kind) and then a plate of fried krab (on the house) That is what i call excellent old school service. Our server didn’t have to, but it was an extremely kind gesture. The food we ordered was yummy! This is definitely a nice spot to stop in for good Thai/sushi. I would eat here again :)

the best food i’ve ever eaten. the lunch specials came w soup and salad and the hibachi was the perfect portion. i gobbled it up, it came out pretty quick too. staff was so nice and quick with the check, which had a cute flower pen. cute place with nice atmosphere, not too noisy either. 10/10 experience.

We stayed in Daytona Beach and searched out this restaurant, the Thai food are so delicious, it is worth our driving here! We'll go this place again next time.

My husband and I popped in here Friday afternoon. Not many people in the restaurant so I had my reservations but man was I pleasantly surprised. The service was fantastic! We ordered the fried pork gyoza and cheesesteak egg rolls for apps, and the gyoza was some of the best I’ve had, perfectly crispy and a great sauce! We each ordered some sushi and that was excellent. I would highly recommend and we will def be back! Oh and the prices were so reasonable!

it was amazing!! the food is good and the service is just a chefs kiss. they are so nice and welcoming, they don’t mind if you don’t what a certain ingredient in your food. And the food is really good they give you a large portion for a good price. The place itself is very organized and has good lighting, its also very clean. when i go back to florida im definitely visiting again!!

Sushi boat and flaming sushi. Fantastic! Stick with the Sushi. Thai curry was disappointing. Stick with Japanese food their specialty.

They have great food and good prices. The only downside is the soup they need to give it more flavor. When you go to other restaurants like fuyi yama in Orange City, they have great tasting soups. Other than that, they are my weekly spot for lunch.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere. The staff was so nice and informative explaining my options. There was a little bit of a wait for the food but that’s OK because it was the weekend and so it was expected for them to be busy. I apologize I forgot to take pictures of the food, but I did have the Pat Thai shrimp flavored And the cucumber salad, which were both delicious the shrimp in the pad. Thai were very big and very clean and which I appreciated it they even gave me a sauce to try with my cucumber salad. I will be visiting them again while visiting Daytona in the future. All my food was hot and fresh.

There's always room for improvement. The facility doesn't suggest much from the outside looks, but don't be fooled by the looks. The courtesy, cleanliness, the food quality, and the speed of service are what really count here. And the prices are very well justified (inexpensive). I will gladly come here with friends and family, although we live a little far away.its well worth it.

Highly recommend the yellow curry, it was definitely one of the best I’ve had in a long time! It also had lots of veggies in the curry which was great, and crunchy taro strips! We also got their sushi which was really good too, nice thin layer of rice around the rolls.

This is our favorite place to get sushi in Daytona! It has great quality sushi and other plates that are ready quickly. You don't have to compromise taste and quality for a good price at this location either because it's reasonable and delicious! We have tried several of the specialty sushi rolls and always get the gyoza. The seaweed salad is fresh and a decent portion too.

Pleasantly surprised at this hidden-in-plain-sight gem of a restaurant. We greeted warmly as soon as we were stepped in the door. Presented with a very clean dining area with sultry, dark ambience; we embarked on an absolutely delicious lunch. We started with the avocado balls. What they lacked in imagination in naming, they made up for with a wonderful flavor bomb. Each of these little spheres was packed with an adequate, but not overwhelming, amount of crab and avocado with fish roe and sauce that required nothing else to be added. We ordered four rolls in total. Two were basic salmon and a basic tuna roll. The other two were the phoenix roll and fire tuna roll. The basic folks were six pieces each. Their size was small enough to be bite sized, but filling. Good fish to rice ratios. The specialty rolls were recommended by our server and I’m glad they did. They were absolutely wonderful. We very much look forward to our next visit there to explore more of the menu.

I’ve been here so many times, ate inside a few times but normally I call and pick up my order. However for my birthday we went and sat inside to eat for an early lunch. Everything was beautifully plated, fresh and, prepared with love. The staff is kind, stay on top of drink refills, & have no problems getting me a lot of eel sauce ( I believe it’s made in house, the flavor is the best I’ve ever had). We ordered two lunch hibachi combos both with steak, one with shrimp & the other with scallops, came with fried rice, noodles, veggies, clear soup(forgot to snap a pic of the soup) & a salad with ginger dressing (the salad dressing isn’t my favorite but everything else was FLAWLESS ). We were given a complimentary holiday roll, cooked so well we actually ended up ordering a full one. We got the salmon katsu roll, snow krab roll & King Cobra specialty roll. In addition we also got the Harumaki appetizer which is a delicious spring roll, really good if you like fresh gingery veggies :) 10s across the board. Nowhere else does it better than Fancy Q.

Absolutely love this place! Better than the more expensive places like Ronin and way better portions. I was very impressed with this place. Great selection and very fresh fish. Expect to pay double at Ronin and get half as much. My new favorite spot in Daytona

This was my first time getting sushi here and I used Uber Eats to deliver it to me. It was very good! I got miso soup, sweet potato roll, avocado cucumber rolls, and a futamaki roll. My favorite roll was the sweet potato. I will definitely be ordering here again!

Amazing, attentive staff! Alwyas checking on us if we need anything Food is a cheap for lunch especially the combination hibachi! The appetizers are good, average.... Bathroom is clean and modern! Pork ramen is delicious not so salty, I gave it 4 stars cause I think they don't give u a lot for the price of their appetizers & they could've added some fried garlic in my ramen!! I would come bck for this good experience from the staff!! Thank u guys!!
