Ate here tonight and this place is absolutely GREAT. I would recommend for anyone looking to get authentic Brazilian food in North Miami.

You order food at the counter and receive a buzzer that vibrates when your food is ready. The prices are great and the portions are generous. I ordered picanha with rice, beans and chicken hearts. The chicken heart was hard as a rock, looking like old day-old food. The rice and meat didn't have salt or garlic (or if they did, it was so little that you could barely feel it). So I recommend coming to this place if you are American, but it is not a place for Brazilians. As a Brazilian, what I expected was that the food was at least well seasoned. Parking: there is plenty of space. The place is like a mall

That is our spot whenever we travel from Delaware to South Florida with my family. As a Haitian restaurant Owner myself. I really really enjoy their variety of Brazilian meat they offer to customers like 👍 myself. Of course our favorite is Tudo ou Nada, the passion fruit juice was good. The manager & all the staff are very nice. The service is excellent. I enjoy the food to the fullest.

The internal space is not so big but it is very good to eat there, excellent food to order and take home.

This place is little but huge on value and taste. If you want the rodizio taste without the price, give this place a try. It measures up to any rodizio. As soon as you step in, you will be overwhelmed by the smell of the meats cooking over open flame. Same as a rodizio but smaller. Everything we had tasted great!!! We will definitely be back.

The food is very good, taste of Brazil. We ordered picanha, sausage, rice and beans, and to top it off, a guaraná...lol. I would like to leave a tip for the administrators...the strategy of leaving trash at the entrance of the restaurant is not cool. And it would be nice to have someone come by the table to clean up when the customer finishes their meal.

Food is simply what people who live far from Brazil need. It's the closest we can get to Brazil. Perfect rice, fresh beans. Nowadays, it's very lucky to have a place that serves food at an affordable price and great quality. Thank you very much for serving us.

Brazilian restaurant with a lot of the classics. First time coming in and enjoyed the experience. The restaurant is not very large but seems like the crowds move Ina ND out fast. There are both indoor and outdoor seating. There is no table service so you get to order and pick the food up when ready. The prices are very affordable and the food was all delicious. We also enjoyed the desserts, the tres leches, mousse of maracuja and brigadeiro were very good. Definitely coming back.

The meat was amazing. Soft and marinated 💞 salad was chapyyy but with the sauce of italian dressing it is eatable 😄 staff was kind and cheerful ( they don’t have to be cheerful all the time of course 😂) kind and fast service 🤞🤞 I didnt like the CORN it was watery and tasteless.

They have some good options of different meats. Whether you’re craving for a good Brazilian flavor of chicken, beef or pork. Sides and desserts are also very yummy. Prices are affordable, for a good amount of meal that goes directly to your heart. Lunch break tends to be extremely busy and would have a long wait. You have to make sure to come before noon to beat the busy hours. Other than that I’m extremely happy with my experience. I will definitely be back!

Team poorly managed. Food is ok. service is the reason why I’m giving them 1 star, the PM short guy at the counter taking orders is a disaster, I let the manager know about this situation but she just smiled and didn’t listen properly. I know Miami isn’t recognize because good service, but we have really good people desiring to have an opportunity.

If you don’t want an all you can eat Brazilian steak house, Farofa is your place. Great price, great food. Atmosphere is like a small deli. However, there is outdoor seating. My compliment to the chef…I like my steak medium rare and it was cooked to perfection. Better than an expensive steak house.

I’ve eaten coxinhas everywhere in the world. This place definitely has the worst I’ve ever seen. They look stale and were obviously reheated. It’s hard to believe someone would serve that…

I was coming here for three weeks straight ! The steak was so flavorful because of this guy on the grill they came out the BEST! Maybe because it’s Monday and the steak has no flavor & wasn’t even hot . The bacon on the chicken wasn’t even cooked , I don’t think it was even heated properly . I love this place but if this guy isn’t cooking it — I don’t want it

EDIT: the total of my meal (tip included) was $17. Absolutely divine food. The food here is incredible! I ordered the Top Sirloin with rice and beans, and of course farofa. The sirloin was ordered medium rare, and the chef did a perfect job, having the steak be bloodied with some rock salt to retain the blood. Fantastic. The rice was good, there to supplement the beans. The beans were HEAVENLY. They cooked meat with the beans to have a heavenly combination of savory and beans. How did it all taste together? It was pure bliss. Amazing. 11/10.

Everything was absolutely perfect. I’ve been in other Brazilian restaurants and it wasn’t like Farofa. Taste 10/10 and price way more affordable than the others.

Loved their meat and plate overall. I had the alcatra platter. It was with tip $16 if I recall well. It came with one cheese bread, rice, beans, and sauces. I didn’t try the sauces as I like the meat seasoned like they did.. their beans were prepared like feijoada. All was very fresh. I noticed their meat is prepared in a barbecue grill with real wood. Tastes amazing. Will return. Note: husband got the flank steak and a chicken heart skewer and fried yucca. All great but I didn’t take a picture..

This is literally the best place in the world, if ever you're in the mood for top notch quality cuisine or a simply dressed and complimented delicacy. Please make sure to indulge as much as you so desire, because I certainly do without regret or concern to any calorie intake/diet(s) I could ever imagine thinking of starting. You can go there on the worst day of your life and still find a reason to enjoy your experience due to how delicious this food actually is when you taste it. Otherwise, I enjoy the food well too much and often for me to continue going into detail about how well it's prepared and what it does to my brain and body without anyone thinking of how interesting my infatuation is with such amazingly prepared meals. Occasionally, I don't get a particular item (check your food).

The staff are very rude with the delivery drivers and with people who do not speak English. I placed a takeout order and while I was waiting for my food, 2 drivers arrived and the Farofa staff treated them very badly and made fun of them because they didn't speak English.

We ordered delivery from this restaurant and did not receive 1/2 the order. Called and spoke to the manager “Iven” was not in the slightest bit helpful. I will not be giving this restaurant a penny of my business. There are plenty of other restaurants that would make things right and appreciate my business.

Great restaurant with easy access. I had the Sau Paulo Skirt steak and roasted veggies. It was fantastic all under 20 dollars. This is a good place to go to experience south America food without emptying your wallet. 10/25/23. No change. Great Restaurant still.

Very good price and the food is amazing

I usually order the flank steak, rare but decided to try the Chicken Stroganoff w/rice for lunch. It is a pulled chicken in a savory, light sauce. The chicken is tender and It was fantastic and my go to when I want a not so heavy meal. I also ordered the grilled veggies, onion-green & red bell peppers, egg plant, mushroom and some other Italian veg. It was very good and I have ordered it as an additional side several times now. My favorite dish is still flank steak, but as I try other items on the menu I am finding they're all great. Farofa rocks and I highly recommend it!

The food was really good. Tasted like authentic brasilian food and I love how they have different meals based on different states there. The place was small but cute and if I closed my eyes when i was eating I could have sworn I was back in Rio

I had the food delivered. The picanha looked cooked, the pão de queijo was soaked in the meats blood. The chicken was put together with the red meat…a complete mess! The restaurant should be more careful when sending out food.

We as a family goes to Farofa weekly !! We love the food, the place and the friendly people there. The only reason for them not reaching the 5/5 is the same as for so many other places in the area. Delivery food is served using foam and plastic packing that we consider to be the less eco friendly available. You guys change the delivery packing and will have a 5 ⭐️ from this family for sure !!…obrigado !!

First time at this restaurant Meat selection was delicious. At any brazilian spot My wife and I always get Coxinas , the cheesy bread or Pan de Queijo. I ended up getting the Picanha Sandwich with Yucca Fries she got the Skirt Steak with rice and potato salad and it was all delicious. We got our order late because there was a glitch in their system after we ordered the chef didn’t get the order but after 15-20 min after he asked if we had our meals and promptly started our order. Would come again.

The food here is simply incredible, and the staff is super freindly. The steak is cooked to perfection, no doubt, but the often-overlooked real superstar here is the chicken. It may well be the best chicken in Miami, with so much incredible flavor and cooked to perfection. Whether you prefer it with or without bacon, it's sure to please. The rice and beans are the perfect side dish, at least for me, but don't sleep on the sweet stuff here! The roasted pineapple and fried bananas are the perfect way to cap off a meal here, they're a must-try and will blow your mind. I cannot recommend this place enough. Whether you're looking for a quick bite or a family dinner, Farofa Taste of Brazil is the place to go.
