Had the gluten-free veggie pizza, found it to be too wet, but tasted good. On a side note, Samantha, our counter person, was fabulous, very polite, friendly, and beautiful with a great smile.

Wonderful pizza, staff, and atmosphere! I wanted to add to my review that today, 9/6/24, I went in to eat some pizza! My dad and I ordered a large margherita pizza and a salad! We wanted the margherita pizza well done, but they forgot to make it well done. The pizza was absolutely fantastic despite it not being well done, and the staff/cooks made sure to take note, before we even noticed, that it wasn't well done and that they would fix it for us! We didn't want them to have to do anything special, so we ate it as is and LOVED it anyway! One of the staff members who was at the register, but seemed to wear many hats, gave us a free dessert for the mistake, which was so incredibly kind! I will always rave about this place and recommend it to everyone I know! My father and I absolutely love it here and are so glad we have a new pizza place we love, since our favorite place, Zetti's, closed a bit ago! Thank you all for all that you do! Excellent service and excellent food!

I hate to say this but Bocce Club in Clinton and Jefferson downtown Buffalo had the best pizza . Unfortunately Rudy the owner passed away and is no longer there the pizza I had at your restaurant tasted like frozen dough the topping were not good . Bocce club was there’ for years it was a old old building but this man knew how to make pizza his homemade dough oh my god and he worked himself long hours with only one other person williamsville does not impress me sorry

Outstanding! They do a great job here! We had a Margherita Pizza, Bianca Napoli Pizza, Spaghetti with a huge meatball, and some salads. The service was excellent. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was nice. It was easy to find parking. The menu has a lot of great items. My wife and I look forward to going back and trying different items on the menu.

Could have used a lil more seasoning. Pasta sauce was a little sweet. Chicken was good. Large portions. I could have shared the plate. Fast service and everything taste fresh .

Drove in from Port colborne Canada, you can see the family pride in this business down to the food and decor. Had a pizza and Calzone with a salad, the food quality was incredible. We will definitely be back, thank you for a great dining experience.

This is one of the best pizza and pasta restaurants I've ever come across in my travels. In talking with one of the owners, they import most of their ingredients from Italy to remain authentic. Their food is quite pricy compared to other pizza places in the area, but well worth it. The quality and taste is unmatched. Even the salads seem to have a little something extra that makes them outstanding. Early on, they had a lunch deal that was amazing, but now that they have a good client base, it was discontinued. I wish they would bring that back, because it was a fantastic, light, well portioned offering. A friend and I ate lunch there at least three times a week. Do yourself a favor and try out Forno Napoli, you won't regret it!

Excellent food. Lousy fast food style atmosphere with food served on a baking sheet. Get your own plates and silverware McDonalds style. Mob style order at the counter (no line) mixed between take out and order in. Chipotle ambience with 5 star food. We ate there once and I had the same impression: we were told to sit and someone would take our order. No one came. 20 min later my wife went to the counter and ordered. Tonight I ordered a calzone take out. I arrived at the stated time and then waited 20 minutes and no one could tell me if my order was even being cooked. Finally the owner guy apologized and gave me a gift card and said their computers were messed up (note he told someone else the same thing…) but I suspect he just didn’t like me asking the teenage workers repeatedly what was happening. I just wish this was a nice sit down restaurant. I’ll give them one more try someday to burn my gift card but that might be it.

We got take out pizza here last night, reminded me of Europe!! And the employees are so nice and helpful. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

Great pizza, and the best version of the real thing I've tasted outside of Naples. We're from Toronto and whenever we drive down for the day we always stop here for the Pizza.

Food is always amazing. Tonight we had a small problem, a misunderstanding, and they made what was looking like what was going to be our first bad experience there, so much better and our best experience. Any place can make a mistake, it’s much more important how you recover and they were as good as their pizza, which is saying a lot! Thank you!

Authentic cheeses and style…. Food is great !!! They just have a really loud environment and nothing to soften the sounds inside. The people working are really sweet but they bring you food, and don’t bring you a fork or knife (salad, calzone). They seem busy and it seems, not enough people working. Everyone is always wonderfully nice and the food is delicious!!!!

Walking in smell was amazing and the place was clean. Pizza was full of flavor, nice thin crust and cooked perfect, over all enjoyable. Garlic oil dipping sauce was great as well wish it came with 2. Customer service was good, they were polite and happy. I will go back when I'm in town again.

We had a house salad, spaghetti with meatball and a lasagna pizza. Every bite start to finish was amazing. Looking forward to coming back.

The pizza I received was disappointingly cold, as though it had been sitting out for an extended period before reaching my table. To make matters worse, I was charged $4.70 for a small bottle of Coke, which seemed excessively high for such a small beverage. The combination of the cold pizza and the overpriced drink left me feeling dissatisfied with my overall experience at the restaurant.

Fantastic. Deliciously authentic pasta dishes, super-friendly staff, a great patio and relaxed atmosphere. A good conversation with the owner who visited with everyone there at close. Superb evening!

My girlfriend and I loved it definitely a great pizza probably visit this place again in the future it was so good I didn't even get a picture of it we got the margherita pizza with mushrooms the employees were very nice which is rare nowadays!

Don’t go if you want to ruin every pizza place you have ever been to. Let me tell you…I dream about this pizza. This is really a hidden gem. They have the best Italian/Sicilian cuisine I’ve had outside of my own kitchen. The meatball sandwich was incredible. My sisters and I had a little bit of a few things along with our main individual meals. It was excellent. The atmosphere is at first a little awkward but the minute you sit down, you feel at home. The chefs coming in and out of the kitchen and the man at the pizza hearth. It’s like you can just yell over and ask how their Ma is doing. The owner or manager was at each table (good old fashioned restaurant twist and we loved it). It wasn’t obnoxious at all. It was beautiful. We will all be back. The sauce on the meatballs was seriously reminiscent of my Grama’s sauce. Love this place. I hope it stays a hidden gem and I hope they’re prosperous forever. I can’t say enough about this place. I don’t normally review a lot of places to this extent even but this was a must. Ohhhh and the cannoli. Omg Chef’s kiss to all the food that graced our plates. Thank you!!

Pizza not greasy to eat. Not to eat pasta, high expectations because of the 4.8 star rating, but in the end it was worthless. Never come back, I paid 68.52 for it and wasted money.

What a terrific place! Family style cacao e Pepe was perfect. You went out of your way to turn a chicken cutlet into chicken fingers for a picky 4 year old. To top it off, you invited that little guy in to make his own cannoli! Adult size cannoli and napoleons were perfect. Entire staff was friendly and helpful. Such a great atmosphere, we’ll be back!

From the moment you walk into this place you are immersed in the FEEL of an Italian home. It’s busy. It’s noisy. The people are friendly. It smells amazing. The food will knock your socks off. We stopped in for the first time and ordered the Cacio E Pepe and the Napoli calzone. The calzone was huge and FULL of amazing flavor. The meatball was as good as my Nona’s and the mix of tomatoes, cheese, and bechamel was killer. The Cacio E Pepe was so refined! Perfectly cooked pasta, perfect amount of cheese, and the pepper adding just the right amount of bite. Everything was so good (even the salad was superb) that we decided to stay for dessert. The affogato was delish, the vanilla gelato was so creamy in the smooth espresso. And the napoleon - holy moly - it was artwork that was made to be eaten. The light pastry and the smooth pastry cream, accompanied by fruit and chocolate drizzle and topped with real whipped cream. Perfection. We don’t live local, but this is our place when we are in the area. Thank you for making us feel at home!

Must visit when nearby for an authentic pizza experience! Ask for the Don Giuseppe if you want a unique and tasty pizza. Classic margarita is also a great choice. Huge calzones that are delicious. A family run business with kind servers that truly care. Stop in for great pizza and make sure to try the garlic sauce!

I met the owner at my job who invited me to this restaurant. I’ve eaten at hundreds of restaurants in my life and I can honestly say that no place serves fresher, tastier food than Forno Napoli. The staff is very friendly and welcoming as well. My son and I got a panini each and had half of each so we could try both. They were incredible. The meatballs on the one were by far better than any I’ve ever tasted in my life. The arugula was so fresh on the other one and the meats were high quality. I was able to meet his one son who works there and not only is the food fantastic, they’re fantastic people. I can’t wait to go back and try their pizza and pasta dishes next time. My new favorite Italian place and I don’t even mind that it’s a 25-30 minute drive from my home. Well worth it and they will see me again with more people next time!! p.s. I’m sure I’ll be able to recommend every dish I try but only recommended the things I had

There are a lot of customers and the pizza is served quickly and the turnover rate seems to be high. That means it's delicious and fresh. And it seems like a place that makes proper Neapolitan pizza, having received certification from Italy for its expertise(?) in making steamed wood-fired pizza. However, the pizza with sausage was a bit salty for me, but the soup and salad were fresh and tasty. Then prosper!

The girl who answered the phone had no clue. She asked me how many lbs of dough I wanted ??? I ordered a large pizza. I think it was over $30! The doors were locked when I got there . Odd experience

I love this place. Whenever I am passing through Buffalo, I am sure to stop in for the food. I love the Diavola Pizza! A little bit of spice and the Garlic dipping sauce is to die for! If the food wasn't enough, Felix and the rest of the staff make me feel like family every time. When we were getting up to leave a thankful owner greeted us again to ensure our experience was nothing less than the best possible! Thank you to all of the staff!

The pics on Google were so tempting. I’ve been wanting a brick oven pizza made in this style for a long time. The calzone was great! We will be ordering again from Forno Napoli again for sure.

I want to eat their pizza again right now! We tried this place while traveling from Detroit and the margherita pizza was so perfect everything I've had since has been disappointing. The dough was thin with chewy crispy crust perfect for dipping in their garlic sauce. The pizza sauce was flavorful but not overpowering. Yum! The owner came by to check on us and was very friendly. If we were there another day I would have gone again the next day.

This is a true family owned restaurant. There was an item missing in my door dash order so I called the restaurant and one of the employees personally drove out a whole new order for my family. So incredibly kind. We love Forna Napoli!

Selected this place based on reviews....it's expensive for what you get. It's counter service so no waiters. They told us that they don't like to customize pizzas...the sausage is really peppery hot. Very thin crust...and burnt crust so we couldn't eat all the crust anyway. They don't have fountain drinks and charge up to $5 a bottle of pop. The place was totally packed when we left so maybe it's just me. I don't mind paying more for better pizza but I don't think it was worth it. I forgot to take a picture of the full pizza...but here is part of it.

It is the original and best margarita in the city of Buffalo. The owner shows that he is a creative person and loves excellence. But I do want to refer to the workers who receive their order. This is the second time that a Order is different I order two margarita, one of them with the spicy GUAJILLO or COLORADO (jalapeño) but I get one with meat on it look like pepperoni And I order extra garlic sauce that was missing too

Owners approached us as we walked in and thanked us for coming and asked where we came from then proceeded to give us a second pizza free. Pizza was amazing!

Just a fair warning, MAKE SURE they actually took your order, sat waited patiently, no one came to check in after 30 minutes I went to the counter to ask, for them to say oops sorry we don’t have your order. Interesting. Wish the customer service lived up to the quality of their pizza.

I unfortunately did not get to visit the atmosphere as I am an over the road trucker that was parked at the Walmart right down the street. But I gave it five stars anyways because if it’s anything like the pizza, it is top-notch. I ordered a basic Neapolitan pizza, and it is to die for. Absolutely love it. Thank you for making this country boy from South Point, Ohio very happy.

We always love coming here. It was a busy night since it was Valentine's day. Aside from the parents who played ignorant to the fact their children were literally running all around the restaurant, high on the sugar they gave them, into the cooking area, behind the register and on top of other guests, it was fine. I do wish they rethought their seating options. I have a bad back and chairs/benches with no backs are not welcoming.

Visited the restaurant with my daughter last night and the food is DELICIOUS! Pizza crust is reminiscent of our visit to Italy! The sauce is fresh and the toppings are just perfect. The service is quick and efficient. The gelato is a treat! Can’t wait to go back!

I think this is one of the best Neapolitan style pizzas I’ve ever tried. And I tried a lot of pizzas including a bunch in Naples Italy. Hats off to the owner and the chef. 🎉🤌

Excellent pizza and staff, we felt very welcome from the time we walked in and ate entirely too much delicious pizza that stays true to it's Napolese origin. I visited Naples back in August and came here to see how close the Forno Napoli experience was to the real deal. Needless to say, we weren't disappointed at all. Very similar to the family pizzeria we visited in Naples, from the crust to the authentic Italian red rosso sauce. We'll be back many times. Hard pressed to find better Italian style pizza.

The pizza was good. Most Buffalo pizza is awful but this place had fresh dough and quality pizza. The cannoli was covered in syrup and chocolate chips. The filling was fresh and the shell was very good. I enjoy more traditional flavors so I will order it again without all of the extra sugar. I will be back again.

This is real Italian pizza! We ordered 3 different pizzas and all three were amazing!! The Garlic dipping sauce for the crust is Superb🤌🏾, they also sell it by the bottle. I am very impressed and will be a forever customer. My family LOVED the food!! 🍕🤤👍🏾

My husband and I moved to the Williamsville area a couple of years ago. We have a favorite pizza place in our old home town ,since we moved here we haven’t been able to find a new spot for pizza until now. I received a gift card for this restaurant. We tried it and loved it,We will be back soon.

I ordered two pizzas yesterday at $28.50 a piece. $57 for the pizza. I picked it up and I used 2 gift cards and cash. On my receipt I see today I got charged $2 for something .. assuming its using the gift cards because it's not the tax, unless she decided to tip herself at the register. This doesn't sit right with me at $57 for 2 pizzas. The manager was nice and the pizza good but charging me to use a gift card is not cool if you want repeat business. Edit: So after the owner suggested I stop back with the receipt, I did so today. Evan, the manager was incredibly kind and understanding. He was unaware that the gift cards were being "charged" as a credit card. He mentioned and showed me the sign that they do charge the customer for non cash payment but it should not have happened on the gift card. He went above and beyond in making it right and thanked me for bringing it to his attention. He is a great manager. He has excellent people and business skills .

What an absolutely incredible experience. The owner greeted us and treated us like family the moment we stepped foot into this place. The customer service is absolutely phenomenal! The food? Even better!!!! Fresh ingredients that will make your mouth water and come back for me. Prices are steep but worth it!

Absolutely Napoli pizza, 100% authentic. My husband and I went to Naples last year for our honeymoon. We probably ate pizza every day while we were there. We were happy to hear of a restaurant here in Buffalo that made authentic wood fired pizza, and decided to go check it out. We intended to eat in, but it was too crowded for us, so we took our pizzas to the car and ate a few slices while it was hot from the oven. Every bite brought back memories of our time in Naples. We couldn't get the pizza home fast enough, where we devoured it. Hopefully we can experience a sit down dining experience soon to enjoy it all while it's straight from the oven. This is the real deal, so vegan options are not on the menu. I recommend the Verdura without cheese if you are looking for a meat and cheese free option. Beautiful replica antique tables! My husband appreciated the authentic Buffalo mozzarella that is found on pizza in Naples. Expensive pizza, but worth every penny.

Seriously, best food in Buffalo, sweetest staff and owners. I have the pickiest kid on earth, and he demands his weekly pilgrimage! Not saying I resist…just a challenge of what do I pick today!??

Maybe Italian food isn't meant for me. However, that food was absolutely awful. Starting off with the panini, which was the absolutely disgusting. The second I took a bite, I legit gagged from the combo of cheese and sauce. I had to tell myself it wasn't bad in order to justify the 17 dollar price. Moving onto the Sorrento chicken. It literally is just chicken drenched in lemon sauce. No other flavors. Bland and unsatisfying. The best part of the meal was the side salad it came with. EDIT: The owner was very understanding. Refunded the total. He also explained that if you ever run into any issues with the food, they will accommodate accordingly.

It wasn't overly busy & we waited quite a long time for our pizza. I have several pizzerias like this where I live & the pizza comes out in just a few mins. When it did come out mine was burnt but I was with someone who likes it more burnt so he ate it.

What a wonderful surprise! The lasagna pizza was so fresh and delish! The orange and grapefruit salad was so light and refreshing! We topped it off with a sinfully amazing eclair! Give them a try... you will be glad you did! La Familia! ❤️

The staff are very helpful and friendly and the food is fantastic! The panzanella salad is the best salad I have ever had in my quite long life. We drive a half an hour to go there to eat. The Neopolitan pizza is fantastic if you are a fan of that style, which I am. It is very casual, so if you want upscale, this is not for you, but if you just want a great meal at a good price, this is for you. By the way Friday 12/8/23 they had the most excellent Italian cookies for sale too. I highly recommend them!

Incredible pizza—and oh that chewy, doughy crust! Garlic sauce was the cherry on top, absolutely delicious. Perfection all around, and so authentically Italian. The desserts were also out of this world. Amazing service, the owner is as sweet as all the reviews say. This is our new go-to in Buffalo!!

First time here. Will be back. My son and my daughter’s boyfriend had the chicken panini which my son said “slapped” which apparently is a very good thing. The four of us shared a Margherita pizza which was delicious. Perfect crust, thin, quality ingredients. One of the owners stopped by the table and we had a nice chat. Apparently the pizza oven is hand built by a company from Vesuvius. Definitely going back soon for pizza and the pasta looked great too.

We were looking for a change of pace for Italian food and this was it. Not fancy...you order at the counter and they bring you your food. However there are plenty of servers around, the food is of high quality and the staff is very friendly. We had the margarita pizza and diavola chicken. The chicken dish was different and excellent. However it is noisy here when it's crowded but we will be back

The owner Felix hand crafts his pizza to perfection using only the finest ingredients baked in a pizza oven made with clay from Mount Vesusvias. Each pie is made with love. In briefly talking with the owner he has been in the restaurant business for 40 years. You can tell by the level of service and kindness this people absolutely put many hours crafting yhis business yo please families and the most discriminating palets. I am an absolute pizza snob and their pie gets a 9 out of 10! Hard to find a pie in Buffalo with this sort of flavor profile. The cheese choices are amazing!
