Very poor bussiness..walked in at 7:58 was ask to have a seat then minute later was informed by waitress that kitchen was closed ..service gets a -10 ..just drove 300 miles and no service ..I will never grace your door again!!!!!

Grand Havana kitchen has authentic Cuban food. My recommendation is to go in order your drink. Get the appetizer that has everything on it and then when it comes time to the main course. Just tell him surprise me. He will make something that will knock your socks off every time. The couple that owns this place is very friendly and attentive. Great place for family kids or just couple date. Don't forget to try their desserts too.

Food was delicious! Staff was super friendly. Wish I had taken pictures of the food but it looked so yummy I dove right in.

This place deserves 6 stars. We each ordered a bowl, one with chicken and one with steak. The bowls also come with yellow rice, black beans, fried plantains, fresh salsa, grilled onions, and peppers. The portions were very generous and the ingredients tasted fresh. The lady working there was extremely welcoming and had every last detail covered. Thank you. We look forward to visiting again.

Very friendly family run restaurant, we had the Cuban sandwich, beef empanadas and the rib-eye steak. All of it was excellent, thanks for lunch! We were sent on our way with an excellent takeaway coffee, delicious!

We eat there several times per month and the food and service is always great! Peruvian pork is hands down my favorite! The owners are exceptionally friendly and take time to make everyone feel welcomed and pleased with the food.

If you are traveling I-10 near Jacksonville Florida, don't miss this excellent Cuban restaurant! Tucked away off exit 335 on Highway 121, the Havana Restaurant is not shown on the FOOD signs on the Interstate so you could miss it. Savory black beans and yellow rice made a good lunch, with maduros (sweet plantains) for dessert. The coffee is, of course, superb... they're Cuban! 🐲🧡☕️

Have eaten here a couple of times and everything has been really good. Not a lot of seating and don’t expect fast food speed.

This place is close to perfect. Location, food, people working there... All are spot on with quality and service. The roast pork and the sweet plantains are to die for!! Grab the mixed grill platter appetizer if you're new to this place as it'll get you all the proteins, then get a couple small things to act as sides. This will satisfy 3-4 adults and give a great variation of flavors!!

Horrible. Stopped for a sandwich take out for 1 person, waited over 40 minutes and they wouldn’t even give me my money back after I repeatedly said that I had to go. Food may be good but I wouldn’t know because service was so terrible. Don’t pay these people unless you get your food first!

Passing through, we wanted breakfast at 11am. Although the breakfast menu was over at 10:30, Chef was happy to oblige. Especially when he learned we didn’t want traditional American Breakfast meats. Given a green light to express himself with a creative meatless Cuban breakfast, Chef did not disappoint! 3 eggs (scrambled for me, over easy for my brother) on top black beans and rice. Chef added a boat load veggies with home made pico and his signature green sauce. Let’s not forget the sweet plantains! We ate every bite and washed it down with perfect Cafe con leche. Thank you Chef for the hospitality and delicious meal! We look forward to seeing you again! 10/10!

Havana is a diamond in the rough. I routinely get the cuban sandwich with fries and also a few ham croquettes on the side and am always happy with the quality of the food and service. The staff here are always quite nice and I am happy Havana is in Macclenny as it brings a much needed flavor to an otherwise bland locale.

IF YOU STOP HERE FOR BREAKFAST DO NOT EXPECT TOO MUCH! First time trying this place I was exited to try the rice and beans but they do not serve this for for breakfast Unfortunately the food was not good The bacon was old and refried, also the eggs were very oily and the palomilla steak was salty. The place also has a fishy smell and tables were sticky and not clean. What I really loved was their cafe con leche 🤗

A great find when exploring the areas just outside of Jacksonville. Definitely worth the 20 minutes drive from West side Jax. We loved the food and can't wait to get back to try more. The staff and head chef were so friendly! The atmosphere is cute and lots of Cuban things to see. Very authentic feeling.

Today I had the most expensive coffee of my life in this place, I never stop there and the owner (boss as they called him) didn't even say good morning sitting at a table, the one who made the “terrible” coffee also with an attitude of neighborhood that does not inspire you to return. I do not recommend it at all

Today was our first-time eating there. I got the Cuban sandwich , my boyfriend got the Philly cheese steak, it was delicious. The place was very clean, the service was excellent, nothing but, good things to say. Look forward to eating there again an trying other things, although the Cuban sandwich I had was so good it's going to hard to not order again an again!

Is Saturday 1.30 pm and this place is closed 03/23/24 and have the open sign on ridiculous,and they call me ridiculous because I said they are closed ,what do you want me to say is open ,don’t be a jerk ,is better say yes was closed for a short time I have an emergency or something like that ,don’t insult the people don’t be an ignorant

This restaurant won me over. Their crab cakes are prepared from scratch and were delicious. The yellow rice and beans were outstanding. I will be taking another visit very soon!

EAT HERE! If you are reading this, and looking for a place to eat off I-10 that isn't fast food, this is your place! We had the cubans. Slow cooked pork, not sliced. Wonderful service, wish we could have sat down.

Went here for a late lunch on a Saturday. 3 kids (including a 2 year old). Food came out hot and fresh and was delicious! Mahi Mahi sandwich was one of the best fish sandwiches I’ve ever had, Cuban and Taki sandwich were very good too. Good portions and plenty of fries for the price, good value. Coconut empanadas were amazing! Ended up ordering another after we finished the first one. Sweet plantains were also very good, ham croquettes were ok. Great service, friendly staff, owner came over to the table a few times and even gave my kids a treat of candy at the end. Small place, great food and service, and great value. Keep up the great work!

The Mahi Mahi sandwich was delicious! The restaurant had Good vibes . Truckers call in and get a plate . The restaurant is across from a truck stop and hotel with truck parking.

My first expert at this restaurant. Don't want to be too hard but will only tell you about my experience. I only wanted to have a Cuban sandwich, which after it finally was ready, I waited for over one hour, I understand they were short handed However having to wait over 1 hour I think it is ridiculous. I will always support people that want to work hard which everyone was doing. While I was waiting I ended up buying a empanada since I was hungry, while I finally received my Cubano. To my surprise they cut it diagonally, making it too skinny and easy to fall a part. I was feeling like living without my sandwich which I had to pay in advance, The place was clean, parking was reasonable however it was not handicap friendly. Ps the sandwich was pricey but it came with fries.

I am all for being patient for good quality food. However I dined in tonight, by myself, and it took an hour for my food to come out. All the while take out orders kept going out the door. Completely unacceptable The food was actually pretty good. Their Ropa Vieja had a good flavor. The service however was sorely lacking which reduces the likelihood I will try it again.

This place has a good selection of delicious plates. The food is veeery good!! note that I can cook Cuban food perfectly and this place was like be seated on my own table. The waitress was very nice and special, it felt like I was on her living room chating with a nice new friend. Put all this together and you will have a great time there.

Thank goodness for this place in, what i will call, in the "boonies". So driving from Tallahassee and heading to Orlando, I stop for gas and see this Cuban Restaurant. It's 5pmish, I don't want junk food or fast food. Me being a proud latino from NYC, Orlando and Miami, I can easily get disappointed with latin Restaurants. I felt like, hey its either this or a Chinese buffet across the street, lord know what you eating there, lol. OMG was I so happy with this authentic beautiful aromatic slice of latino home. MI GEN, MI GENTE, Chef Laz is the truth, gracias a dios. I played it safe and got a pallomilla with yellow rice and black beans. The Carne was seasoned perfectly and cooked in grilled onions with a Salsita cold garnishing of cilantro, tomato, onion in lime dressing, SANTO... Beans were perfect and served apart from the plate. The prices are excellent, if anything below the usual, as you know I eat everywhere lol. Top it off, I had a colada con azucar to go, i though i was in Hialeah, Miami, y estaba, Ricisimo... The young lady, sorry I forgot her name was an excellent traditional latina de casa. Very warm and attentive with world class customer service that you don't find. I appreciate these small businesses because you get that slice of culture that everyone should be able to experience. I will make this a frequent stop in my travels. Great Job, this place is a Gem!

We waited very long to be served and for the food to come out. It was a bit chaotic overall. Food was over fried and lacking that true Cuban flavor. Wouldn’t recommend this place, unless you want to wait forever for your food or to even be served/greeted.

I've eaten there once but every time I've tried to go back they're closed. It seems like they open when they feel like it, with no set hours. I live in the neighborhood behind there so I pass by it everyday.
