This is my favorite fast food restaurant to visit when I want to cheat and have a burger. The service at this location is always pleasant, and the food is always hot.

This place is just horrible my husband came out of the men's restroom telling me there is a dead cockroach on the floor, then as he was ordering our food he saw that one of the employees touch their face then start making our food, he was so disgusted he canceled the order and we walked out.

Service sucks I waited and waited then they tell me to pull up and wait some more. And all I gat was 2 double cheese burgers.

I was passing through the lovely place and went to Hardee's.. Very satisfied with the good food, I loved the crossaings, very good atmosphere to have a good time with family and friends and a girl Daney Díaz made us happy breakfastzzzz

If you're looking for a quick meal, be it breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you really can't go wrong. The service has always been awesome the atmosphere is a little lack luster, and like most fast food places they don't care what the food looks like once it's in a wrapper. In conclusion it's fast food, just check your bag before you leave..you never know.

The food was a bit disappointing in looks but still was good and the cashiers were very friendly

*A very late review... On Mother's Day, this location served their biscuits in the shape of hearts with strawberry jelly! My only thing was it's all about that grape jelly and so much butter my heart skips a beat... lol. I appreciate this little extra initiative. Even if I happened to be the only one that got one... *wink wink, marketing idea Hardee's advertising department! * Free biscuits for life for my mom, child and I? We'd only go every day and child and I only eat plain butter biscuits, heart attack butter amount! And grape jelly. You folks rock!

This Hardee’s renewed my faith in Hardee’s. It is clean, the staff are friendly, plenty of parking, great location, the food is excellent and the price is fair. For decades I avoided Hardee’s as they were greasy and poor quality, not this store. They renewed my faith and now have a regular customer! Highly recommend!

They didn't put the appropriate discount on my brother's order. Charged him $15 for three biscuits, not even combos. Two of them are 100% on the 2 for $5 deal. He should have been getting six of what he ordered for that price, not three. The service here is horrendous. I've called several times to speak to a manager about this and their number forwards me to a fax machine or I get a busy signal.

lol atmosphere is like any fast food but i adore their chicken tenders and so do my ferals

I went to hardee’s on Christmas day and we ordered the new chicken wraps. We went through the drive through all of them were supposed to have cheese, i always check my food before leaving the establishment and none of them had cheese. We went inside to have them fix our wraps so they were correct. The manager gave us one very small container of cheese for all 5 wraps which is ridiculous. They should have re made our wraps the correct way instead of giving us the smallest container of cheese for 5 wraps. I was very disappointed in how the manager handled this situation.

Best breakfast around. Super fast and friendly service. Best food and service of any fast food joint I’ve been to.

We had the candied bacon Frisco burger. It was soooo yummy. Perfectly consistent with the toppings. Perfectly salted french fries. It was delicious. Service was fast & inviting, as well. Can't wait to go back.

Staff I have interacted with are kind and friendly. They answer questions and make suggestions when appropriate to enhance your experience.

Place was very busy. While I was waiting to order 3 different people came up to counter because orders were wrong. My order was wrong and I got an attitude when. I asked for it to be fixed. The manager said they were "kinda" busy, and I said well I just paid $2.59 for a butter biscuit and I want it right. He never apologiEd.

You can never go wrong with that classic biscuit and gravy

This is seriously the nicest Hardee’s I’ve ever visited. Every time I come (through the drive thru), everyone taking my order as well as giving my food is always incredibly kind and polite. I’ve never had a bad experience here!

Super busy and fast service and best food.

This is a review going through the drive thru. I could barely hear the girl take my order. So there was a few miscommunications but was overall satisfied before coming to the window. When I got to the window she told me my price and I noticed that she already had very small voice, she was a tiny girl. I told her that I could barely hear her at the window ( I was all smiles with no pun intended), so of course it was hard to understand her. She handed me my teas and I asked her. Which one was the half-and-half? And she said she didn't know. I noticed her don't care attitude. I asked her if she could ask whoever it was that made it if they knew, and she said she made it. So I asked her again if she could tell which one was the half and half and she said no. OK? I just smiled and kind of had a look like, ??? As she shut the window in my face. Lol You know, when you ask for a 1/2 and half. You don't expect to get a full sweet tea and you have to drink out of everybody's drink to figure out which one's yours? I'm not sure where her hatred is coming from but when you deal with all walks of life and is the person who has face to face contact, then know how to treat people even if you have to fake it. Maybe she should be moved to the back and let someone nice be at the window. As a former business owner, this would not go well. Overall, our food was delicious, just bad customer service.

I Used to love Hardee’s, my mother would always take us after church or before study. the service is great &’ the cashiers are amazing! The problem is i’ve notice the guy that rides his bike around sitting inside,I don’t mind but he is dropping food all over the floors and tables and not picking up after himself, HE TAKES OFF HIS SHOES !!! and his smell is very strong it makes it impossible to eat inside.He Moves his seat and waits for someone to pick up after him. I watched him spill milkshake on the floor and the llady came out to clean. Another woman came to clean off the tables and there was another mess to clean from Him. i’ll be honest it’s sad they have to clean up after him, they never say anything but i hope they can get him to start keeping the lobby cleaner. it’s a shame! sticking to drive through for now own

Been a while since I've been in there because they have never been very good, but I gave them one last chance. The cashier who waited in me was polite and the service was fairly quick. However, I watched her take her hair out of a ponytail tail, twist her hair back up and put it back in a pony tail,while swinging her hair around with bare hands, then pull french fry containers out of the dispenser by sticking her hand completely inside, then putting the fires in. My point is she played with her hair, then rubbed her hands inside the food container. She may as well have shoved her hair into the food before serving it. Sorry, not sorry. That's just nasty. The manager needs to do some serious re-training. I'll never go there again.

We had a chicken sandwich and all they put on it was mayo. We didn't complain but will never stop there again.

Maybe update your hours of operation, Google says you're open till 10 , so when we come from gainesville and get there at 9:30 and everything is closed and shut down , that's not a very satisfying thing to discover. After coming out of our way to patronize your business, based off the hours of operation you have listed with Google. Update them if they're not correct, and if they are correct, honor those times that are listed.

Decent burgers, skin-on fries and moist breakfast biscuits that are never dried out. Cheap breakfast platter with biscuits and gravy for under $6.

Yes there breakfast sandwiches have been much better lately. Two sausage biscuits for $3 not bad...Bev's Cafe's are better, but these a good for fast food comparable on par or maybe even a little bit better than McDonald's.

My boyfriend stops here often as its the only fast food joint in town,and he enjoys it on days he has to work (construction) and he or we have never had a problem. Our food is always correct and they are friendly 95% of the time.

Mushroom swiss burger was amazing, service was prompt and very professional..

Went through drive through drive through, ordered 3 chicken strips, fries and drink. After waiting a while, I get my food and drive off to a parking spot to set up my chicken and fries so I can eat on the way home. Took a bite of fries and it tasted weird, took bite of chicken strip and immediately spit it out. the food tasted like old nasty grease. I tried to call them 3 times after I got home just to let them know how the food tasted but no one answers the phone. Hardees is only good for breakfast, will never go there for anything else.

Went for breakfast on a Sunday. Good and timely service with hot food and correct order. No complaints.

The only thing I would love for them to do is have the waffle cut fries I'm from the northwest and that's what they have as an option up there would love to see them on the menu

Their are a couple employees that work at a snails pace. Literally watched them having a conversation and not working. Now there are two employees that are actually working. I will say they are the ones that have work experience.

Wish I didn't have to give any stars ordered coke got something else. And by the way guy at drive thru window yes I did realize you stole change "dollars" what a shame I was in a hurry. We had drive thru, so the 3 stars on atmosphere was only because of that. The food was hot, very good, and with the coupons that we get from Hardee's in the mailers, fair priced. Toni in the drive thru window was polite, helpful, and very pleasant 😊

My ultimate omelet sandwich was very good and priced reasonably. But my husband got the biscuits and gravy - his serving was small and cost more than my sandwich. Overall, the cost was more than we want to pay for fast food.

Good fast food product. Like most all food locations, actual products never look as good as pictures advertised on menu boards.

i never write reviews...It's the only convenient fast food place in High Springs that's why i continue going here but every time i visit this location it's something... Today around noon i ordered clearly at the drive thru when i got to the window they handed me one of my orders and missed the whole other half of my order as I'm waiting to get that the cook lady is yelling at the guy at the window in frustration very awkward, then when i got the rest of my order came to find out after i left that it wasn't at all what i ordered. Moral of story try & do better with order taking/communication and this all could've been avoided.

Burger and fries was very good but the heavy set blonde haired guy at the window is very sarcastic and rude. Doesn’t hurt to smile.

Not your average fast food! Chris went above and beyond to accommodate my husband when we arrived..... he is great customer service and gives Hardee's a good name. Would definitely go back!

Got exactly what I ordered and tasted how it should.

I could not find any sausage in the "sausage gravy". Store was clean, staff polite..

Please see my prior review below. The shake, damn, it should not be so hard to make a milkshake! It had little wax-like bits throughout! I'm still embarrassed I drank it, but I left my other drink in the store. This is my previous review: My food here is usually consistently good, and except for the milk shake, was today as well. The milk shake had a strange gritty substance in it which very much took away my enjoyment. Please try your shake before leaving.

Not very many places you can get a $5 lunch these days but there's this pretty good

I am very disappointed in the Chicken sandwich 🥪 with pickle the Chicken was only a1/3 of the size of the bun.Your biscuits are always good as so is your Hamburgers but I will go to Popeyes or KFC for Chicken sandwichs.

The monster burger will always keep me coming back. Among the best of fast food burgers... when it's not burnt. The consistency isn't there. Friendly staff most times.

They gave me the wrong order. When I called the manager and explained the issue, he asked me to come back and get the correct order. But the corrected order was the exact same as the one before even though I told them again what to remove. I ended up giving the food away to homeless.

I've been living in High Springs all my life and Hardee's is the worst place in the world to eat in High Springs or service you don't get what you ordered you got to turn around and go get your stuff they didn't give you nasty food I need to tear it down and put it in McDonald's or something better

Disappointing as usual gave them another try today was charged 14. For small bacon cheeseburger or drink and wen ask why so high was told by manager Christopher if u dont wanna pay that maybe u shouldn't go out to eat. Yes I went inside he was ready for battle not to fix a customers problem.rude snarky bad attitude and owner isn't a much better. So again worth the wait in line at bevs drive thru .
