Great beer, great food, great people!!!!! Love it there. Join the Muggers Club it's a lot of fun. Go to trivia night........extreme amounts of fun. Family and friend oriented. The staff is exceptional!!!!!!!

Always a delight to the taste buds! Today I had the CB&J sandwich and it's every bit as enticing and delicious as it was the first time I tried it. I didn't want chips with it so I asked for potato salad and they told me they've just started making it in house. I absolutely love the flavor and texture of the potato salad. It was a perfect trip to one of my favorite places to eat! They've never made me a bad meal and today was no different.

This is my spot to hang out when I want some good company and some great beer and "bar" food. Patrons are always friendly and the bartenders are great, especially my man Tyler! Oh...and the beer is delicious and I don't mind paying for quality of it either. They'll have one that appeals to your taste and that I'll guarantee. Love this joint!

Great selection of in-house brews and excellent complementary food items. This is my go-to for downtime in Ocala when visiting the FAST Aquatic Center.

Between flights and full beers, my wife and I tried 10 beers, a flat bread, a Cuban, and the pretzels. The flavors of each are prevalent in the direction they're going for, as opposed to the limp in introductory versions of craft you may find elsewhere. They're fantastic. The Irish stout is pleasantly toasted, the Twinger beer has a ton of ginger nose. The beer cheese has perfect jalapeno touch without alarming heat and the horseradish mustard is all of the taste with none of the nose burn. The Cuban had what I believe was a curry added into the mustard that made it both unique and delightful. My wife and I loved every bite and sip that we had there and will certainly be going back again every time we have the time and thought to head out to a bar for a meal and some beer tastings. The variety of selection and performance on each was well beyond expectations. I can't wait to try their other seasonal selections and new creations as time goes by.

Way better than I was expecting. Menu was large and beer was awesome. Loved the Staff and smaller sized place, but still enough room for like 50 people. Overall very happy I chose to go there with my family after a long 5 hour drive before we went to our hotel. Good work hiatus brewery in ocala.

Their beers are too notch. Try their smoked wings with dry rub. Some of the best I’ve tasted!!! The Cajun rub is great. The Jerk rub is very well balanced though be ready for some spice.

Street corn nachos had 4 or 5 big chips on top/ after that.. broken chips from the bottom of the bag. Paid extra for meat. Hardly any toppings. Needed a spoon to eat them. Cuban was average. Not memorable. Beer was tasty but a little high.

Been coming here since 2021 and have enjoyed every outing so far. The beer is some of the best in Florida, and the laid back atmosphere is exactly what we were looking for. We continue to meet new people each time we come in, and love the ability to get to know the brewery staff. Food is very good, and the brewery changes up the tap option’s regularly. Come in and find your favorite tap options. You will not be disappointed.

This was my 2nd visit. Amazing again. Love the mangoes at work beer !! Next time I’m here from Maine I will return.

Great place. We showed up on trivia night and were told they didn’t have room. We went out to the car to plan where else to go. The bar tender came out and told us they had made room for us. Great customer service and great beer! Thank you Tyler!

Man....I really wasn't expecting much. We stopped by this joint on the way back to jacksonville from a strawberry u-pick farm. It blew me away. A great west coast ipa, a phenomenal hazelnut coffee brown, a really good hazy, and the cold ipa was the truest to style that I've ever had! The jerk chicken wings were fantastic too. I just wish they were closer. If I'm back in that area, I'm definitely going again!

Great place to catch the game. Awesome hotdogs and beer and pretzels. PTO beer is my favorite! Nice t-shirts, too.

We are visiting Ocala and just popped in because Hiatus looked like a cool brewery. It was packed, but Tyler found a way to fit us in and not only was he great at his job, but the food was terrific and so was the beer! You cannot do better than getting served by Tyler. Thanks for the awesome experience!

Very good selection of beers and food.

We picked this place because of the convenient location. We enjoyed the beers and had a nice lunch too. The Brick City Brown Ale and Paid Time Off Lager were the best of what we tried. The bartender was very friendly and the small taproom was a very clean and comfortable one. Service was quick and efficient. My tip is to pay attention to what's on the menu at this place. There is a disclaimer on the food menu about the accuracy prices due to inflation. On the drink menu, there is a statement specifying how to redeem a BOGO offer if you subscribe to Craftapped. Neither caused an issue with us, but we could see how it could have been for someone. We were glad we tried Hiatus and will return the next time we are in the area.

Beers are good and service is excellent. However the food is too expensive, 4 pretzel sticks with a tiny amount of mustard and cheese cost over $17.

Great beer. Tried the american light lager, kolsch, dunkel, porter, american ipa, and schwarz. All excellent and true to the style. Great selection/variety as well. Bartender was on her own and was crushing it. Will definitely be back when in the area. Went to 2 other breweries near, and this was the best by very far. Good job yall, keep it up.

Fairly new, but very good brewery in Ocala! They have lots to offer, including some food offerings, but we only sampled their beers. The recently-tapped New Hop Order is one of the tastiest IPAs that I have had lately, and everything else was well executed as well. Mostly indoor seating (place looks brand new despite opening in 2019), but there are a couple of tables out front. Great staff too!

Perfect "go to" spot - small and cozy... Staff is very friendly, prices are good and I had the chicken buffalo flatbread, which I have been craving to have again, but I live an hour and a half away.

Citrus marinated olives and the Addison and Clark Chicago hot dog were both delicious

Nice brewery! I've had some very unique brews here. The food menu has variety and I've enjoyed the different meals I've had. The street corn and beet flatbread are my favorite items to order. I love the bright colors inside the building and every time I've been there they are playing punk cover songs which is awesome. Nothing like enjoying an IPA while listening to bands like New Found Glory and Me First and the Gimme Gimmes!

Beer was great, I had the Pine Tar & a Blueberry wheat. The skillet nachos were delicious!

Absolutely amazing!!! Our server was super helpful and polite!!! The amber ale is really good!!! Also, they have a sour that is a German lager mixed it doesn't taste like a sour! I would definitely try this place out!!!!!

Nice venue on the way through Florida. Good little bites of food and great decor inside. They have outdoor and indoor seating. They have a clean and well decorated establishment. Definitely a brewery first with some basic food. But a fun place with a nice little gaming corner all the favorites including uno 😀... a gigantic chalk wall to leave a little art mural... the taps for their beers looks on point too 👌

Great beer and food! They have a great variety of beers, including some cider. This is definitely a regular stop for us when we come to town to visit family.

Another trip, another brewery. A hotel is picked then the brewery search is made. Perfect. A true brewery with its own beer and a food selection. The brewery is in a small strip mall, plenty of parking and easy in and out. Even a boat trailer would work. The place has ample bar seating, high tops and some long tables. I grabbed a bar seat. A few tvs in front of me, some games here and there. Waited on quick and enjoyed my beer. The beer choices covered lagers, IPAs, stout. Etc. Beer being a personal thing, I liked the lager and milkshake style I had. Went with a bread stick pretzel snack. Good mustard and beer cheese. The staff was fine, I’m not very needy so a “like a beer?”. Is all I need. Worth a stop.

This place is so amazing! Mandy was so helpful answering all the questions I had about the different drafts. If you have never had a Milkshake IPA before this should be your first stop. We will definitely be back. ❤️

Great beer, absolutely awesome staff and the food is very good.

This place was awesome. My wife and I each got a flight. 8 different beers total. She got Time Stands Still, an amazing Amber, Saint Dismas Dubbel, an excellent Belgian dubbel, Whatever’s Clever milkshake IPA, also great, and Artic Warrior which is a cold IPA that was delicious. I went with all of the IPA’s flight. One Hot Wonderful, Hopsta’s Paradise, Billions of Apricots, and Calmly Panic. All good but I was jealous of hers. Haha. My son ordered the BLT to eat and he said it was “10 out of 10”! My wife and I each order flatbreads. She got the BBQ and I got the Beer Cheese Burger. She loves mine and I loves hers so we switched. Haha. We ended up order two pints of our favorites before we left. Our servers name was Cailyn. Spelling may be off on that but she was amazing! We will be back! If you need beer you need stop here! Miss the darker beers they had on tap the last time I was there. Most options were IPA this time, but enjoyed it nonetheless. Inside and outside seating. Full menu available as well.

Fantastic food and even better brews! 5/5 star EASY. Everyday is Saturday is a really good beer and you can’t go wrong with the food! The bacon grilled cheese and the chicken Basil flat bread are both so good also.

The beer is really good, especially if you get tasters an then order. The names on the menu are super confusing except to the owner an the only waitress? I liked the "mangoes at work" . For a super something super refreashing an packs 6.5 % ABV. Delicious
