First time here for dinner. Had the baked spaghetti with garlic bread and because I was hungry, also got the Cinnamon bread. I should have just stuck with the main dish. Wasn't able to finish the Cinnamon bread. Healthy portion size of spaghetti, which I did finish

Accidentally gave me the wrong pizza, but made my order immediately with no issues. Very friendly and all about business. I appreciate the fast service and the correction of my order. I most certainly will come here here Angel took the best care Give this woman a raise

The staff is friendly, the store is clean, the delivery drivers get your order to ya in a timely manner. My opinion is the best pizza place in town.

Unusual yes but the salads here are the best! Love this crew, they usually know me and what I order lol.

Stay way clear. I ordered spaghetti and showed up about 10 minutes later. Thinking my food probably wasn't done, i let them know i was here so i could at least get my drink. The food came out with my drink. I got back in my car and tried it, i was very right. It tasted like they just put it in the oven.

This is some of the worst food I've ever received from a hungry Howies establishment. *Update* Tried again on5/22/2024 Still horrible. A pepperoni pizza shouldn't be this greasy.

I believe her name was Ms. Angel, she is the sweetest and most hard-working employee at this location and she deserves some recognition for her outstanding capabilities and customer service!

Ordered two subs take out. One sub was a veggie, the bread was not done soggy and dis colored!!! I had to throw it in the trash!! Will not order again from Hungry Howies and the pizza is horrible!!

This place has some of the best pies. If you walk in and order, you'll have a 5 star experience. However, if you decide to place your order on the phone, go ahead and hire a translator and be prepared to feel unsure if anything you've attempted to order will actually be waiting for you to pick up when you get there. I've tried to avoid calling and order online, but encountered website problems when trying to view items on the deals menu.

Just a regular pizza shop , nothing extraordinary, but gets the job done

Go on a Wednesday for the $7.99 deal. Pizza is great with toppings on the crust. I chose Butter and Sesame, not officially on the menu, but should be. I always tell them to be heavy on the sauce. Extra sauce brings out all of the flavors! A great chain restaurant that originally started as a burger place way back in the 70s. Excellent for a chain pizza place. Friendly efficient staff too! Reminds me of Abbot's Pizza in Venice Beach, California because they do the same thing with their crust. Yummy!

I ordered jalapeño howie bread and got regular howie bread. I ordered 2 sauces and got 1 which all could have been fixed if my husband would have just checked the order before driving off!! Ugh

I'd give this place less if I could. I called and talked to an actual human. Wanted chicken Ceasar salad to go, was told unavailable but chicken Asiago was. Fine, placed my order, they CONFIRMED my phone number, yet I show up and my order is not even their system!! Update: it appears this place has plenty of bad reviews! Obviously, it needs new owners ! 1012/2023

Almost a two hour wait for lukewarm food 🤦🏻‍♂️

Ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and a supreme pizza 9/29/23 for pickup for a birthday party. My daughter’s boyfriend picked up and showed up to party with 3 pepperoni. He called Hungry Howie’s and they told him to bring the one incorrect pepperoni (had Cajun crust that was supposed to be Supreme) back. They took the pepperoni pizza back and gave him a Supreme. For the inconvenience of going back and hungry waiting adults- they should’ve done better…perhaps give us the messed up as opposed to throwyit away or feasting on it themselves! Poor customer service and there are plenty of other pizza places to choose from!!

Ordered subs for delivery and paid for it over the phone and it never got delivered. Then I called after it was 40 minutes late and they closed. Just unbelievable!

Do not recommend. Cinnamon bread taste like a box the pizza was so oily I could use the oil to fry my eggs. I called to fix the problem they told me they’ll bring new pizza but didn’t I called again to see what was taking long they said bring the food in tomorrow and hung up on my face .

I like the flavored crusts and the price is right. Could use more generous toppings, but for the price it’s good pizza.

Delivery will take well over an hour, regardless of what day, time, complexity of order, distance, or how much you tip UP FRONT. Food isn't bad in my experience, but several times when I order a 2-liter, it's warm or barely cool. Never cold. For reference these deliveries are within 5 miles of the store. Manager makes excuses and refuses to take responsibility for poor service, as others have indicated. Will never waste my money here again. ANY other pizza place is a better value. Marcos, Papa Johns, even Little Caesars.

I ordered a large pizza and two 2 liter drinks. I was given an estimated delivery time of 30 to 45 minutes. Delivery took an hour and 20 minutes and they forgot the drinks and the pizza was already getting cold.

Food usually never disappoints!!!!!!! this last time when I received my pizza and went to pick up a slice the topping was sliding off the pizza still yummy and we still enjoyed just something I wanted to point out.

Back in august 2022 they had a sign out front for large 2 topping pizza for 9.99 and it got rung up as 14.99 and we ask for a refund and the young girl “manager” on duty said it would be refunded back within 3-5 business days. I waited and nothing, so we called up there and asked why it wasn’t received backed and they said a manager would call, never did, so we called headquarters twice and still didn’t get no where…. Here we are February 2023 and never will go back.

The service here is great usually I do deliver and the food always comes hot, fresh, and in a timely manner. Its not just all pizze.There salad r off the change, along with thete wings and subs. So it's a convent way to get the little ones food and still have some adult choices of food too.

I ordered delivery pizza tonight and it was inedible….Delivered was a bbq chicken thin crust pizza and it was so covered in bbq sauce I was unable to eat it and had to throw it away. I called to complain with the restaurant and they told me it was a bbq pizza, I should expect that. I have ordered dozens of bbq chicken pizzas from them in the past and only had great experiences. I’m so disappointed at this Hungry Howies that I think I will just order from Papa Johns from now on. I’m sure this review will gain no traction but this pizza cost me $22 dollars and I had to throw it away. They should be ashamed of themselves.

This was the best pizza and subs ever. Fresh and hot and a lot of toppings on the pizza. The pizzas I've been getting lately from pizza hut and dominoes tastes like cardboard. They forget to put toppings and cheese on them. Look at what they charge you. It is ridiculous. More bang for your buck at hungry howies on wacky Wednesday!

Usually pretty good this time absolutely terrible my pizza had cinnamon on it really really disgusting. Now they don’t take any cash only credit cards over the phone really really really Bad business.

Served to me. Mngr walked by and saw me taking pictures of it on the counter, they said nothing. So this is acceptable to them, that's fine. I don't need to complain, I just won't be back. At LEAST two different people saw my pizza and chose not to remake it. Obviously quality only matters if you complain, so if you order from them, I'd say make sure that you complain about everything be cause they're gonna serve whatever they can get away with. Should have been an EASY decision to remake that pizza.

Poor customer service. 2nd time my order has been messed up, and they have the nerve to have a attitude when yall the ones that messed up. This is why I go to the one on 23rd, there's never a issue with them. They could teach them a couple of things!

If I didn't have to put a star I wouldn't even give them one star I ordered pizza tonight which is 03/04/2022 they were rude they messed up on our order they cussed at us Would not fix our order or would not even try to help us with their mess up they told us that there was no corporate number which we found the number and we Call corporate Hopefully something will be resolved I would not recommend no one to order from this place they have terrible staffing terrible manners and we all work hard for our money and if you want your money don't call this place It's the hungry Howie's on Tyndall Parkway can't speak for the other hungry Howie's but tyndall Parkway is the far most disrespectful and nasty people I've ever met in my life

Ordered a pizza, wings and a salad for dinner tonight. Usually, I never have an issue with my orders. I specifically ordered an Asiago Chicken Salad. I had to repeat the name of salad several times to the person taking the order. She kept saying Spicy Chicken Salad...and I repeatedly told her no...that was not the salad I wanted. After telling her several times I wanted the Asiago, I thought she finally got it. When my husband got home with the order.....I ended up a salad that had a few, hard, spicy chicken cubes on it. I know that mistakes happen...and I understand that, but the fact that this salad wasn't only not the salad I ordered, but it was almost nothing but lettuce. A few tiny cubes of chicken, some onion, black olives and a tiny amount of cheese were added in. It was a terrible salad and wasn't what I asked for.

I usually order from this location a couple times a month. Never have had an issue with the staff or the food. ALWAYS get my order right and within the time frame they state (all of my orders are pickup).

Workers were curious. Food was hot.

We went to this place because my wife remembers it from her childhood. It was definitely good. The pizza was great and the service was good. The only thing was their tap wasn't working and the manager didn't know how to fix it. Nevertheless, the pizza was awesome 👌

The pizza was made exactly as I requested. Not easy to get triple cheese on a pizza and it really be triple cheese. Very happy about that! The employees were very nice and my food was ready when I got there good job!

Order online unsuccessful. Called twice and got disconnected. Third time I called finally was able to order. Went to pick up order and it was partially wrong. They made it right by remaking the part of the order that was wrong. Seemed like all was good until i got home and realized half my order was hot and the other half was not! Not what they used to be! While I was waiting another customer came in and ordered and they got his order wrong also. Looks like a common occurrence?

The food is good, but you will be waiting for at least half an hour. Even if they say 10 minutes. Came in right at 11, ordered 2 subs, and waited 25 minutes. So, ok, not exactly half an hour. Will get 5 stars if next time it's less wait. And there Will be a next time!

I tried to call in and then take my name I went over to get it my pizza was not ready I had to wait for it and when I got it they weren't very stingy on the pepperoni for the pizza

Usually their pizza is good, but I just got one where all the bread and crust was still dough.... I guess I'll finish cooking my pizza for them...

Customer service is great. The pizza crust was tasty. Ordered the butter crust. The pizza had more tomato sauce than I like. But it's there style of pizza with extra sauce.
