He Best ramen in Miami without a doubt….

The Coral Gables location is way better. This local serve rubbery meat, service is okay at best and the restaurant is not the cleanest.

Service and Atmosphere was good; however, this is not Ramen!! Such waste of money. Plus they intentionally named a misleading name Ichimi vs. Ichiran. Total rip off.

The place was totally empty.. and after eating there, I can see why. We ordered our drinks and the two servers sat behind the bar on their phones. I had to get up and ask for our drinks. And i recieved a bit of an attitude about it. The server replied.. oh I thought you wanted that with your food. Pot stickers were greasy and not home made. The boa buns were just ok. And the soup was OK as well. The seats were worn and cracked and un kept. The smell of urine was strong walking to the restroom. The bathroom itself was clean enough. Not my favorite ramen place by far.

Easily the worst ramen I’ve ever had in my life. Literally tasted like pure oil. Restaurant is beautiful and staff is nice and friendly.

Very unauthentic. Who gives raw bean sprouts in Japanese ramen? Fried chicken was way over fried and chew like beef jerk. Also above avg price. They even charged you on extra dipping sauce since they did not give enough lmao. Wont come back again. Be aware.

I took my kids to eat and ordered two classic ramen. It was so delicious that I basically didn’t eat much. The soup has no taste and the noodles are not chewy! I don’t know where the 4.7 rating comes from. It’s a complete waste of money. Not recommended for those who like to eat noodles!

I seriously cannot rate this place high enough. From the moment I walked in to the moment we left we had nothing but positive experiences. You could feel the teamwork emanating from the wait staff, Not once did my glass sit empty. Food came fast was fresh and the waiter was very helpful with the menu items. Quiet and pleasant environment.

Tonkatsu broth wasn't quite as flavorful as I had hoped for, a bit on the oily side. Server took very long to tend to our table, walking past us and averting gaze. Very presentable interior with an unkempt bathroom.

Great place to enjoy a good Ramen soup. The food is really good. Prices are fair. The atmosphere is cozy and clean. Service was on point. Definitely a good place to hang out with friends and family.

amazing, i’ve visited the coral gables location before but this was my first time at the midtown one. Service and food was impeccable

I arrived at the restaurant at 10:10 min PM and was informed that they were closed, despite their website and Google indicating that their closing time is 11 PM. I find it very disrespectful to customers who arrive on time and rely on the information available online. The misinformation and lack of clarity in their hours are unacceptable and create a very poor experience for customers. I hope they improve this situation to avoid future inconveniences.

Love this place but their hours of operation continue changing. Note they close their kitchen and doors at 10:10pm no later than 10:15pm.

Ichimi is seriously impressive! We ordered scallion pancakes, shrimp gyoza, fried rice, and a ramen, and every bite was delicious. The Japanese beer complemented the meals perfectly. Our waitress was incredibly sweet and attentive. I’ve added Ichimi to my rotation and will definitely return whenever I’m craving ramen.

I liked the place for the food, but it turns out that I ordered the ramen that I always order for my daughter and oh surprise, my daughter almost got stuck on that piece of wire that I took out of her mouth, I had a very bad taste situation with her in the photos you can see the wire, 👎🏻 👎🏻🤮

Flavor is good, but I didn’t like that the second time I’ve here (now) the spicy ramen came a bit cold and I asked the waiter to reheat it, which he did. I asked him if he could add a bit more of soup, and he said it would charge extra. I get that you charge extra for certain things, but after you serve me a cold ramen, the least thing you can do is get me some bit of extra soup for free. I found that a wrong move. My first review here was 5 stars. But I have edited it. I’ll come for a third time and see if I can put this score a bit higher again The two Chinese waiters are very friendly

No matter how delicious the food is, it’s difficult to enjoy food when the kitchen is watching football on the phone at full volume, and the waitresses are listening to audio messages. It’s sad when the food is so good but the service not the same quality.

I come here often and I love this place, they have option for people who dont eat pork, you can change the broth to veggie broth and it so yummy!! the price is affordable and their service is great too. dont forget to try the spiced shrimp and takoyaki as well, bcs its soo good😍

The Ichimi Ramen was really good, it tasted very different from other tonkotsu ramen ive had before, this was tasted more earthy and I loved it. The atmosphere was nice, low music, good ambience. Extremely fast, ordered the food and it was on my table under 5min. 100% recommend.

I dare say it is the best ramen restaurant in Miami. The most important noodles and char siu of ramen... This is the best ramen I have eaten while traveling around the United States. There are clear likes and dislikes when it comes to soup. It uses a lot of butter. It feels bad, but I personally like it very much.

Their ramen is $16.50 a bowl and well worth it since the napkin is soooooo strong they harvested a whole flax field to make it. Bounty paper towels have nothing on this.

We had ramen from numerous locations but this place is superior. I get the Spicy Miso and my wife gets the house Ichimi ramen. It never disappoints. The place is quiet, cute and our new favorite place to enjoy some food away from home.

Went here because we were craving authentic Japanese ramen. The broth is very flavourful and the ramen noodles were cooked perfectly. We eat ramen often and this is our first visit to Miami. We didn’t have a very high expectation since its a new city for us but the ramen exceeded our expectations. The service was great as well, very kind server. However, when we entered the air had a weird burnt smell. Overall 5/5 and will come back again. Parking is difficult but we were lucky and got a spot.

I used to love this place. They had a great black garlic ramen. I had the misfortune of going today again to find the pork tasting like vinegar. Considering the amount of people that you see in the place (absolutely none) you can tell that they might be reusing things from the day before. Don’t see this place lasting much longer as customer service its null and we still payed full price when I left most of my plate there.

Really good local spot for Ramen

Decent ramen for Miami, the broth I really liked, the chashu pork was good but I wish it was cooked a little bit more. I saw pink in the inside. Service is spectacular, I think I was able to finish my meal in 30 minutes the ramen came very fast. Haven’t try other ramen places around Miami area midtown/edgewarter but this one is definitely a 4. My order was the classic ramen with their in house noodles.

La comida estaba bien, el pollo fue lo mejor. Sin duda lo recomiendo , solo le hacía falta una salsa para acompañarlo. Los baos eran ricos, el mejor el de pork belly. La carne estaba un poco seca. No probé el ramen.

Ichimi's tonkotsu broth is delicious. My two favorite ramens are the curry and the ichimi ramen. The ribs are equally as delicious and juicy.

Apparently nobody answers the phone here. I called multiple times with no answer at 10pm when their hour say they don’t close until 11. I went ahead and drove to the restaurant and at 10:23 they said the kitchen stopped taking orders at 10:15. I showed her where I called multiple times and she claimed the phone didn’t ring so I called in front of her to make sure it was ringing. I asked to speak to the manager and she said he left. I asked her who was in charge of the restaurant and she said nobody. I dislike bad service and unaccountability.

The food is really delicious, tasty ramen and bao's! Good value for your money. The service was also very good! The ambiance was basic and simple - it could use a little charm.

We had Ichimi Ramen with Pork, it was delicious and the perfect portion if you are hungry. We also tried Fried Spicy Chicken and it was delicious. The atmosphere was quiet because we were there exactly at noon, what we didn't like was the music. Reggaeton isn't really something that I would expect at that time of the day, and in a restaurant. The service was great, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Huge disappointment. They say it is open until 11pm but it’s a lie. I understand if they take the last order 30min before but they close way earlier than that.

I for sure got food poisoning here. The pork and egg were cold in my hot soup. Was a very not-busy day, so maybe they precooked some things that sat for a while. Was p decent tho except for the nausea and horrible diarrhea (it was the only thing I consumed that night, and I eat ramen all the time).

Lovely Ichimi Ramen, amazing broth and gigantic size

My husband I love the ramen here and the people are so sweet. We order ubereats usually but we ate in-house last night for dinner and both ended up waking up in the middle of the night feeling like we were going to puke. I really hate to badmouth a restaurant I like and everyone makes mistakes, but, buyer beware I guess :/
