Food served on dirty dishes. Food not prepated correctly. Service was slow and sloppy. Tables were left dirty for over 30 minutes

Many Tables empty and servers are hiding behind coffee area. Waited more than 30 minutes. Hostess had a bad attitude. The quality of service is terrible and extremely slow for Sunday Brunch time.

Staff was friendly and provided great service.

The restaurant was totally short staffed on our Sunday Brunch and became worse as many more people came in which totally was nerve-racking for the wait staff and ridiculously back up orders coming out from the kitchen. Very poor management scheduling.

Friendly staff. Got service quickly. I had a turkey melt, which was very tasty. The avocado toast was very dry. Coffee was good. Server remembered everything. Good food good service. Clean place. Is recommended going there.

They need more help (period.) Waiting in line for table 20-30 minutes is ridiculous. There were at least 12 people waiting, and two by two, they began leaving this restaurant.Our waitress had the worst customer relations, brought food with no silverware and had to wait for her to find some. She came and dropped the silverware on the table “literally.”

Great service atmospheric and food.

Food is good. Server and hostess appear to be very unhappy with their jobs. No eye contact or smiles. No refilling of drinks or checking on us. Hostess says how many and follow me and walks away. Smiles, eye contact and a little conversation would go a long way.

The last time we ate here it took 30 mins for our breakfast meals to get to our table. They're always short staffed, I think at the time they only had one cook working. I should mention that the servers are all very nice and it's not their fault the place isn't run well. The food was just ok.

Sara is the best server ever !!!! Consistently remembers us and our orders and is always on point ! We always know our service will be perfect with her there !

sara always takes the best care of my boyfriend and i. we usually come once a week or so and always have sara, she anticipates your needs before you even know you need them. shes friendly and attentive and the service is always perfect <3. we used to go to the ihop closer to my house but we come here for sara!

The last time we visited here we couldn’t even get seated due to them being under staffed. We gave it a second shot today and regretted it. The service was terrible, the waitress/hostess did not even tell us she was seating us just took the stuff to the table pointed and said here. The food was so bad we left hungry. It needs up keep the tables, blinds, and syrup holders were dirty. Needless to say we will not be back. Leaves me to wander how they are still bringing in business.

Always a great place to eat. I had there very good burger & onion ring (not like frozen ones). Staff is always nice and funny, which makes me come back for more. They even had salt and pepper shakers on the table. I was glade to see that...

They finally got a good cook again, was very happy with my meal ( had been 6 mos since I went). Still a little chilly in there for the seniors I brought with me.

Been here several times and this time was the worst. We went at 5 pm for dinner and some of the food seemed like it was sitting there since lunch. The baked beans were dried out. Mac and cheese looked dried out . I wanted a steak medium rare but they had prepared some steaks ahead of time and had them sitting under a heat lamp on the grill. The guy making the steaks didn't want to make another one because I guess they had to get rid of theses first. My steak was tough and over cooked . Very disappointed with the food. Won't go here again.

Order was brought out wrong, food was sent back, brought out new order, food was inedible. Meat in colo omelet was dry and over cooked, missing most ingredients and looked like he was mad and took it out on the food. Will not ever go back.

Our server was on point. She was courteous and knowledgeable about the menu.

Had THE most enchanting morning eating here and being serviced by a wonderful fellow by the name of Rory. I dont know how much they’re getting paid but it is not enough! Haha😃 Wonderful service, above and beyond. Just W O W. Only 4 stars for atmosphere because of a sinister energy coming from the cooks station. Food was good though.

This was the worst experience I've ever had going to Ihop in my life. Staff was joking around, sitting down instead of working. They burned my fish then proceeded to undercook it and serve it to me ice cold like that was a joke, burnt my son's waffle, gave my husband a burger instead of the chicken that he ordered. They were laughing and saying how it was a slow day like we were an inconvenience to them. Truly ruined a nice night out with my family. I work hard for my money and this is not the experience I wanted to pay for. Absolutely disgusting. Disgusting food and service. We will never be back. If I could put zero stars I would. Don't waste your hard earned money here.

Waffle was cold as the butter that was on Top that just came out the fridge.. Sausage was burnt, sent it all back & it was returned the same way I sent it.. It'll be our last time visiting that one,,I hate it bc it's right around the corner from where we live...

The restaurant was clean. The wait staff was fast, friendly, and courteous ! The food was just as ordered and a fair price!!! I will definitely be back!!!!

TOMMY WAS PHENOMENAL LAST NIGHT, DIDNT GET THE COOK'S NAME, BUT EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. ONLY COMPLAINT WE HAD WAS....."WHY AREN'T ALL IHOP RESTAURANTS LIKE THIS ONE".......DEFINITELY A MODEL STORE FOR OTHERS.

The store I went to was not really able to have an area for a Hadycapp excessable. Mother-in law had to get out of seat to sit down. Also your food is not as good as it was.

Some of the college age family wanted IHOP. We went and found the restaurant had only a few customers as it was mid-afternoon. We were seated and ordered. We were a group of 7 people. We got drinks and were hungry for food. We waited and waited. After a hour we politely asked how much longer it would be as we say others getting their food though they came in after us. We were told we had a large group and did we want to talk to the manager. We said we would. The waitress went to get the manager. She came back alone and said the manager said we could leave. So we did and went to a different restaurant next door and got fed very fast. As we left IHOP we could see most of our order sitting on the counter.

The biscuits and gravy were watery and no taste. But they did remove it from my bill. Hash browns were perfect! Service and atmosphere was A++

Told waitress we wanted to order off the Happy Hour menu which she gave us. When we got our check the items were charged at full price. Waitress stated we ordered 6 minutes before 3:00 so the menu she gave us was not in effect. Wrote online complaint to IHOP which was ignored.

Waited and waited to get the food then to pay. It wasn't even full.

Most likely will not eat at this location. My wife's salmon was not thoroughly cooked, shared some of mine with her, tables still loaded with dishes, and our food was cold. Explained to server who took our money and didn't seem to really care. Expected better

When I got attended the 13 of February the lady was very nice but when I went on Valentine’s Day the manager which I met had a rude attitude and the lady who attend me too

Just spent 1 hour 40 minutes waiting for my food. After 45 minutes was told they were backed up gonna be another 45 minutes. I asked for a refill of my hot chocolate and waitress says I have to charge you for it. I said really. After your other table just left after having 3 drinks for free. Ok, No thank you. And then your food comes to you cold and I am sitting right next to kitchen. Cheese in your eggs 1.79 ? Why. I wish the food looked like there pictures onenu and tv. Very disappointed 😞. One couple asked for manager never seen any one come out.

Two of the orders were very. But one order a felon with grilled all what's good except the god of was old and a little brown on the and not real crisp!! The strawberries chicken and avocado were delicious. Bed of lettuce was old!! The waitress was wonderful and so helpful.

Understaffed and long wait times

Labor shortage obvious with over half restaurant not used with a 20 minute wait time. Food was eh service was eh. If a place can't value my time then I can't value the restaurant this is a no go for me cracker barrel is the adult and you the child in this game .

I decided to go back for another try, and my experience was worse than the first time. Since when does restaurants, a franchise restaurant at that, serve food on paper plates and paper cups? It was unappetizing seeing the mush on the plates. The toast wasn't even tosted. They really dropped the ball on all angles. Do better. Oh, and I should add, not only did they serve our food on paper plates and cups, the service went down, and the prices went up.

I heard screaming from a cook at the only waitress my whole experience. Food was raw but I waited a hour even though most the tables were empty. I don’t see this place lasting another year it’s sad I use to love this restaurant.

Worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant in years. The food was ice cold, when I spoke to the manager Kevin he was very rude and ended up just walking away. The waitress informed me he would discount it. I saw another women walking in the back where the food comes out in flip flops bossing employees around her beach attire alone killed my appetite.

We were a group of 9 that arrived late Saturday morning. Had a bit of a wait to get seated but service was good. Food great. Choices wonderful!

Our server Valerie was exceptional. She knew the menu and suggested what would be best for what we wanted. Would recommend asking for her in your next visit.

Long wait for table long wait for food. Felt sorry for their two chefs way over worked. Ana our waitress was super very attentive.

I Had the pot roast dinner it was excellent and the side salad was delicious

The food was good but I expected the pancakes to be a little bigger. The waitress needs some more training, she sat my food in front of the person that I was with and sat their drink in front of me and just walked away and never asked did we wanted a refill on our drinks or was everything okay

They did not have any gluten free products and we only seen the server twice one for order and then for the check. No one checked on us to see how we were doing and how was our meal.

Had 3 meals and a kids meal I ordered a burger the BBQ burger that had a onion ring and BBQ sauce on it I said no tomatoes but it had tomatoes the burger was bland the only flavor was the onion ring because the 1 little spot of BBQ sauce didn't make a difference and the fries were decent but I got like 10 fries there is more fries in a small order from McDonald's my wife's salad was also small portion but it cost me 67.00 dollars to eat what I call a snack the night before I ate at sonny's for 69.00 dollars and got better food and bigger portion and an appetizer go figure and I had a waitress on her first day on the job she did very well.

We were seated promptly at 9 a.m. on a Tuesday. The restaurant was probably half full. We went there specifically to get protein pancakes for me. Turns out, the waitress told us, 'they ran out yesterday and didn't make any batter today". Great. So I ordered a southwest burrito instead, with a side of pancakes. My husband ordered only blueberry pancakes. Easy, you would think. We were still waiting for our food at 9:30. We could hear the waitress ask the kitchen about the burrito. Then she came out with the pancakes and said 'they are wrapping the burrito'. I credit her for caring enough to offer us at least some of our breakfast before the burrito was done. My pancakes were fine but my husband's were very tough and overcooked. The plate was hot so we assume they were sitting under the heat lamps too long. He sent his back. Again, we waited. My burrito finally came out. It was stuffed nicely, but the tortilla was clearly stale and couldn't even be properly folded burrito style. I unfolded it to take the filling out. The inside of the tortilla was just a grease-slimy mess. The filling (eggs) was slimy. My husband finally got his replacement pancakes and this time they looked undercooked. Our server apologized a few times. The kitchen was either understaffed or completely unqualified to even make a simple burrito or keep up with the line cooking process. The waitstaff was also understaffed or had no bussers because a few tables near us sat dirty with dishes for most of our stay. This is the worst iHOP experience we have ever had. It comes down to bad management of this store. Glad we are only passing through the area. We won't return to this location.

This location sucks server/ Hostess / busser all in one plus the only person working the floor kitchen cook not worth a damn ordered eggs over easy got them over extremely hard among other things not a good place

We tried to dine in but waited to be seated for 15 minutes before we left and went to Bob Evans. This place has went down hill so much in the last year it’s just pitiful. The staff just looks at you standing there doesn’t say a thing to you and walks right past. There are empty tables all over and the place and you would think they would seat you and take your drink order but no they just ignore you..its really a shame. What a waste of time. I’m done with this place.

Long wait as they didn't seem to have enough wait staff working. But it was a great breakfast, and the staff who were working were friendly, professional, did a wonderful job.

Myself and my husband walked in we were sat and all of a sudden we seen a little child running with a server must of been very hard for the server to focus and I asked the server who's child it was and she said it was the GM daughter and it was very unprofessional to have a family member especially a small child running around the restaurant

Always an excuse..walk in door 1st thing out the server mouth ..management working kitchen THE GENERAL MANAGER an she is not happy....well guess what not my problem...order after 15 minutes 3 ppl in restaurant server says sorry management is sick out back puking...ok so here is a 10 dollar gift certificate...🤣🤣 well guess what staff your restaurant correct with plans in motion for idiots that call out...management was out back smoking a cigarette...so I politely asked are you closing now...server said yes sorry....so if your time on the clock is money ..why is my time not as valuable....

Food was great as usual but the service was mediocre at best. Asked for a box to take food home and one waitress forgot and the other passed along the request and then ignored us. Never got the box to take home my leftovers. Very disappointed because we usually have great service and experiences here.

Server made me wait 15 minutes for a box and check. Hash Browns were killer though.

Place looks like it's short on help. Breakfast was ok but not great. Bacon was burnt to a crisp and everything else on the plate was barely warm. Coffee was good but for two people plan on spending almost eight bucks for it.

When did IHOP become so expensive? 4 dollars for a drink?! We came for breakfast and we got soggy fruit that was 5 dollars. The watermelon was so old it was mushy. The waitress was extremely slow, we didn’t get refills. The service was not good. The food was average.

I waited 15 minutes to be seated when only one couple was eating. My waitress was not happy, and the food was cold, but the funniest memories came to me "Troll's",one of my favorite movies, I left the place with a smile on my face.

They only had one server and it got busy but this lady was attentive and pleasant. We think she deserves a raise

This is the worst IHOP I have ever been to in my life. The food was so burnt. You couldn't chew it The waitress we had could barely speak English. They forgot to give my son his food and when I said something about it they told me that they gave it to him when they didn't and then fought me on it refused to give my son food and still made me pay for it that a homeless guy messing with the thermostat and walking around with a cigarette in the building I will never be going back to this IHOP. Just the best place for breakfast.

First we had to wait to be seated which was expected because it is Sunday. Then the waitress got us drinks and then took our order. We waited for a hour for the food and it still came out incorrect and only had some of the items. Meanwhile there is 15 people waiting to be seated and can’t because it takes 2 hours from walking in to leaving for breakfast

All ways great food and service great place for family to eat

I was looking forward to delicious pancakes. Unfortunately, only 1 waitress was seating, cleaning tables and waiting on tables. After waiting 15 to be seated (there were lots of empty tables), and hearing a customer complaining it took 30 minutes to get served, I left without eating the pancakes. They can't keep waitress working there. Maybe a bad payplan or bad management? Too bad!

Had a good experience at this location. Food was slow coming out to the table but nothing out of the ordinary. All the food tasted fine.

The hostess took way too long to seat us; had to go clean a table for us even though there were several booths and tables open. I ordered the blueberry pancakes with the blueberry compote on the side; the compote was very watery. I have never experienced that at any other IHOP. I also had to ask twice for butter for my pancakes. I think they need a new manager. Will look for a different location since IHOP is one of my favorite breakfast spots.

Second time I've been there. First time we walked out because they seemed to be short staffed and waited to be seated for 20 minutes with no one before us. Second time, still seemed to be short staffed, still had to wait almost as long to be seated, but we had more patience. Our server was very friendly and apologetic for the wait. It seemed she was the only server working and you could see through her smile that she was exhausted. Besides the cook forgetting my sides, the food was good. You can tell the staff do their best to accommodate customers, it's the management that clearly doesn't care about their staff and customers enough.

I am a Sr. Citizen and have been going to IHOP for many years. Enjoy their food and most of the time, good service. I love their coffee and like the Sr. discounts. Very dissappointed with the coffee price increase. They no longer give the Sr. discount on coffee. Used to pay $2, but now it's $3.69...! That is more expensive than any other restaurant. IHOP is no longer my go to place.

Service has suffered greatly over the years staff walks around like they are going through motions. I really wish I could find someplace new for breakfest

The food was good. I had the Spanish and mushrooms omelet and Tres leche pancake. The server was very nice, her name was Jojo. I would definitely recommend them.
