It has been on my to try places when I am in the area and keep passing by and forgetting it is closed on Sunday! Glad I finally stopped by since it was authentic and delicious! I was greeted by the owner and she was nice, friendly, attentive and happy to answer any questions and make suggestions. I ordered 2 chicken tacos with corn tortillas and pickled jalapeños, a side of rice and a jamaica (hibiscus) water. Everything was fresh, flavourful, assembled to order and delicious! I will definitely be back and keep them as pne of my go to's for the area.

This place will be out of business in 6 months. Main dish was warm, rice and beans cold. Fajitas never came out until my friend demanded to talk with the owner or manager. Waited to 10 minutes to speak with someone. No joke. When someone asked me how the food was and I told her, her response was “I’m not even supposed to be working today “. I just found out that was the owner’s wife. I’m writing this this still sitting at the table waiting for my check.

This place was recommended to me by a co-worker, wow the food was so good and fresh and I love the atmosphere very cozy.

We love this local gem. Every taco combination we’ve tried (all of them) has been delicious, and if you’re lucky and they have horchata, well, it’s a very good day. Good prices, great, fresh food, simple and easy.

Really great place for tacos and reasonably priced Mexican food. The barbacoa was delicious. The tortillas are homemade which is so nice. We also had a tamale which was moist and very flavorful. They’re also happy to answer questions about allergens. Absolutely delicious we will be back!

What's not to like. Fresh authentic Mexican Food. When you have a dream about a place you have to check it out. Love it. Just about every Tuesday and sometimes Wednesday, and Thursdays. If you're not careful it can be addicting. In a good way. I encourage you to get some tacos and sit down. 👍🏼❤

Delicious, fresh, healthy and fun. No regrets or feeling heavy afterwards. To note; Nachos were 10/10. Putting an extra highlight on the crispness and thickness of chip. Puts Chipolte to shame.. dined in, relaxing atmosphere.

What a great restaurant! Limited seating, so be prepared to take it to go if it looks crowded. Ingredients are fresh and your meal is made to order. My quesadilla was delicious!

Solid fast casual style Mexican restaurant that is authentic and has reasonable pricing, what more can you ask for? Service was great and everything tasted fresh. I’ll never understand why people go to chains. Al pastor nachos with guacamole for $11, you cannot beat that! Definitely will back :)

Really want to give 4.5 stars but can't do 5. Until this week, I haven't been here in quite some time as I decided to get back in shape last year and this isn't really on my diet plan 😁 Food is still very good but was smaller than previously and was not hot... just barely warm. Hence the 1/2 star off. But the staff there is still friendly and polite as always.

Chips used on the beef nachos were too thick, I wasn’t too fond of the white cheese base, otherwise the food had good flavor, I would go back.

I've been coming here regularly, about 3-4x per month for almost 2 years. This place is AMAZING and so authentic. I am Mexican, first gen, and can vouch for the authentic quality. Service is FAST too, if you're in a hurry and want something freshly made. I have a sensitive stomach and never have issues here, not even slightly. The women who run this restaurant are great, super friendly and on top of everything consistently. The service is always great. I will 100% keep coming here regularly. P.s. I brought my mom and grandma here (both born and raised in Mexico) and they loved it!

Fantastic Mexican food - everything we ate was a 10/10 freshness and flavor. Menu is simple but has all the classics including home made tamales. Prices were super affordable as well. The tamales and tacos were about $3 each.

What an amazing authentic place. I haven't had Mexican this good in a long while. You should definitely try this place out you will not be disappointed.

The food is good and the service is great

This was my third visit and i have yet to order anything off their menu i haven't liked. First time I had a chicken burrito, the second time a steak burrito bowl and this time I was craving some nachos which went super hard. All the flavors mixed so perfectly well together. Also, my mom who doesn't normally like Mexican food really liked the flavor (I let her try some) of the shredded beef. If you're craving Mexican food and FAST, this is the place to go. I will definitely be back next time I have a craving for some quality (not garbage @$$ Taco Bell or Chipotle lol) Mexican food.

Everything on the menu is great

In my opinion this is probably the best Mexican place in Orlando 🙃 I was a little disappointed that the queso wasn't spicy, but it was still good and you could tell that they probably made it due to it's white colouring. It's overall a nice and humble restaurant, nothing too fancy, but the service was great. (edit) the second time I came here it was 7:12 and it was closed but it said it was open until 8 but still love it!! 😋

It's amazing a restaurant this good doesn't have 5 stars maxed out but there will always be haters. I am in love with this restaurant, this is the only place to get authentic Mexican food north of Orlando that's actually amazing. All the other good spots are south orlando or if it's in this area and advertising as authentic Mexican something is always off about the food and its not on par with Jalapeños. Jalapeños has such AMAZING food and a cute little dining section, I'm in love with the restaurant. I never leave reviews but had to with Jalapeños because they deserve so much more recognition as it is a small "hole in the wall". Please support this local business!

Amazing food and wonderful service.

My first time here and I loved it! I got three tacos — carnitas, shredded chicken, and al pastor. A bit messy, but that’s because I had them with everything. Totally worth the mess! I also had a pork tamale, which was excellent as well.
