Come here often, always always always delicious. Kids that work the counter are always pleasent and in motion working, taking pride in the product they push through the window. I had a gal chase us down b/c she had given my son the wrong flavor ice cream. She had already fixed it (Caitlyn, i think) and had us keep the mistake one as well. There is no way we would have noticed the error until we were home. Very thoughtful customer service.

Service was friendly and food is great. There are many flavors to choose from. My only issue with this particular location is that the parking and parking lot can be difficult when getting directions. We had to park in one lot and walk down to another one that would give some with mobility issues a very hard time.

I’ll choose Jeremiah’s over Rita’s any day!!

Typical soft serve nothing special there. I dont like that they dont have a simple chocolate syrup or glaze to put on the cups but the speciality ice creams have kool flavors. Bottom line.. its nice people and a fun stop on a hot summer night. Prices are fair . I do higly recommend a swirl cone with rainbow sprinkles..

I have never had this hybrid of ice cream and Italian ice before and I really enjoyed it. It's a very tasty & interesting concept and flavor. Lots of flavors to choose from, the peanut butter chocolate was very very good. I'll be back for sure.

Nice young ladies explained the choices and even gave us taste samples. It was really good.

When you treat people bad that’s what reviews are for, to warn the general public. This shop needs new management, they do not know what they are doing and are pushing good paying customers away with the rude and bad attitude of the manager/employees left in charge for management. Particularly a brunette girl refused to give me her name when I asked and asked for a manager. She does not know how to manage at all and stated she would not give me her name if I write a review . Her name is Laura or Ashley in case she made it up, extremely juvenile there

I had a pick up order (Gelati quart) set for 8:45 pm and it was ready when we arrived a few minutes early. Was impressed since it was a busy Friday night. Would definitely return to this location.

Edit: I happened to scroll through the reviews and I’m in disbelief! I’ve been coming here for over 6 years and I’ve never had any kind of rudeness with anyone. You can tell the owner cares about their employees and customers. Just want to shout out Anna for being the sweetest server ever! She went above and beyond for all her customers!

Simply one of my favorite ice creams in the area! The great selection of flavors, toppings, and add ons are awesome! The sizes of the items are really good, too. The service is fast, accurate, and friendly. My favorite item so far is the gelati (combination of Italian ice and ice cream) it's a must to try in any combination that you want! You can choose a great selection of ice cream or Italian ice flavor, toppings, and ad ons that will make your dessert flavorful and will make you craving more! My favorite gelati is coconut, and my favorite ice cream flavor is vanilla, but, like I said before, you can make your own with several options of all. The ice cream is so creamy, and the Italian ice it's sooo refreshing that only one visit can't be enough! And one of the really good things to say is that it lasts longer without melts and stays cool for more time!. I really love this place! I really recommend this place 100% if you are looking for a great dessert on any day of the week!

This particular Jeremiah's is awesome. Great staff , miss Callie in particular was amazingly friendly and recommended the perfect sugar free Italian ice for me since i'm diabetic. The whole staff was nothing but smiles and friendly. Treat these ladies right and they definitely take care of you on portions and quality of service. Will go back again!

Loveeee this ice cream / Italian ice. Service was bad at maitland fl location I Only 1 employee working. Asked for chocolate sprinkles . She said they are out as I literally see a clear container filled w both rainbow and choc sprinkles Great ice cream none the less but a smile would go a long way for the employee

Favorite sweet stop! Having grown up on Philadelphia style water ice, I am quite particular about my water ice. This place is THE BEST!!!
