The last 3 times we’ve been to this location, the service has been passive aggressive and rude. The first time the line was around the building and the employees were slammed. We ordered online to help them out and maybe speed up their drive through line a bit. When we got to the window and said “we placed a mobile order to try and help y’all out” the girl on the other side of the kitchen rolled her eyes, threw something down, and said “omg that’s so stupid. I guess I’ll go ahead and make it” The second time, we asked for no lids, we’re handed a bag with two items in it, both with the lids busted off and our ice cream spilled all over the bag. Tonight, we earned a free medium item and the cashier caught an attitude about how we still have to pay a dollar for the sprinkles that came on the frosted animal cookie. We told her don’t worry about the sprinkles it’s not important enough to swipe a card for $1. She then rolled her eyes and said “well he already started making it so there’s gonna be sprinkles” then again hands us a bag with the lid busted off…. It’s almost comical how disrespectful and rude the employees at this location are. We NEVER had issues when we frequented the Winter Park location.

To start off the service is amazing. We had a very small incident on a big order that we had however they handled it very very well. Thank you, Abby and Carson for clearing up the confusion and handling the issue in a professional manner. I recommend this place!!

Love that you can get Italian ice, soft serve or a combination of both. They have so many flavors and let you try as many samples of different flavors as you want! The staff is always friendly. Bahama Freeze with soft serve is my go to.

We have a hard time driving by Jeremiah's and not stopping to enjoy & treat ourselves. We particularly liked the Candy Cane gelati. Looking forward to next Christmas when they have it again. December 3, 2019 Our wish as come true. It's Christmas time again and they have the Candy Came Gelati. I also tried the Gingerbread. Great taste. The great staff of young people are always so energetic kind. 12-28-19 We couldn't stay away! Somehow, our car goes there all by itself when we drive by. Of course, we had a have the Candy Cane Gelati. Always a great team. It's fun to give their gratuities to them in the college fund container. 1-14-20 Back Again! I don't know what happened, but my car automatically turned into Jeremiah's as I aproached Sun Dr. in Lake Mary. 8-8-24 With as hot as it has been, Jeremiah's is a very welcome place to stop and cool off one of their delicious Gelatos. The staff is always kind and helpful.

The employees were very understanding with a confused kiddo. Toddler ordered a blue and red Italian ice and was upset when it was melting and turning purple. Quickly got her a new flavor and made her day. Thank you!

This is hands down one of my favorite places to get ice cream. Every time I'm in that area I always have to stop to get an ice cream cone or one of many of their ice cream desserts. On this particular day I actually had three ice cream cones all together. I enjoyed every one of them!

Had an excellent experience here about a week ago, it has been keeping me coming back, it was in the mid afternoon and I had a short but sweet conversation with morgan, she was very nice and helpful and I hope to see her there more!

I just swung through to get my kids and their friends a sweet treat for Valentine’s Day, and Lila greeted us with the biggest smile and was so genuinely kind. ❤️ You are so lucky to have someone so special working for you! She made our whole day and we will be back again and again. All the kids say “thank you!” to Lila for their yummy Italian ice. 😙

I went yesterday with my boyfriend to get a waffle cone with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sprinkles and I haven’t gone there in a while because they have been out of chocolate sprinkles. The girl at the window said they were still out. I mean it’s been months now. Why? Not only that but when she handed my boyfriend my ice cream, she had it tilted and it almost fell. I’ve never experienced this type of customer service and I’ve been living in this community for years. First time ever. I would give it a 5 star but after yesterday’s experience and not having chocolate sprinkles for months, it’s getting a 3!

Nice place to go, especially in the summer. Love their italian ice flavors and very tasty. Kids love this place. They also have outdoor seating with music playing. Friendly staff

I have yet to have found a Jeremiah's that wasn't great, and this one is no exception. (Keep in mind, I never go when they are busy). The perfect place for a "mid afternoon treat" and they have seasonal flavors too! My go-to are their Gelati's, an affordable option of an Italian Ice and Ice Cream swirl with your choice of flavor. (And there are MANY flavors to choose from!) If you have never been, I recommend you pay a visit. You won't be disappointed. 😁👍

Friendly service, great ice cream & cozy atmosphere outside (no inside seating)! A little expensive but worth it IF employees are being decently compensated.

Jeremiah's is the best place for a sweet treat! Gelati is fantastic! So many great flavors of Italian ice to chose from and they are all so good! You can get up to 3 different flavors in one!

Exceptional gelati. Chocolate water ice with chocolate shaving and vanilla custard. Generous size.

How can anyone not love this place? Just go get any of the flavors, they're all good. You'll love it, it's reasonably priced.

Visit this location for the first time and the counter girl was amazing! She took the time to answer our questions and offer recommendations. It has been a while since our last visit and they expanded their menu with multiple new options so many questions. Ice cream is not the best I had but it was good enough to cool us down and had a great time

My dog loves going to Jeremiah’s because the staff is nice and he always gets a free pup cup!

I remembered tonight why I haven't returned to Jeremiah's in so long! The employee's to miss the part in training to be nice to the customers, simple thanks for stopping by would be great. When you have to first say "hi" and "how are you?" Before the person taking your order says "what do you want?" I guess Twisty Treat it is from now on at least they have a smile on!!

I love this place! If I say I come here every night for dessert it wouldn't be an exaggeration. It's so delicious. My only request is to have the horchata flavor permanently on the menu its my favorite! Everyone is so nice and always takes good care of us. If you want something unique this is the spot.

We went with friends after a night out. It was a bit chilly that night but I throughly enjoyed my salted caramel.

The girl behind the counter is so sweet but poor girl needs some help she’s the only one here! I waited in line for 20 mins before my kids crying they needed to go use the restroom so we had to leave then came back and been in line for 10 more mins.

I love jeremiahs and their servers hospitality is amazing. However, I usually go friday afternoons and just afternoons in general. i’m a little concerned at the fact their seems to be one younger girl working up front dealing with both a drive through line and the other line at the front. I’ve even asked if she was working alone and she politely responded no. why is no one helping her? I’ve been a loyal customer for years and over the last few months i’ve seen this issue occur multiple times. please get this fixed.

This is a truly excellent Jeremiah's location. My kids love Jeremiah's, and the service here is always on point. Download the app to order ahead and for nice coupons like free small item. My fav is the cookies and cream ice. Kids like blueberry and green apple ice, and strawberry + vanilla gelati.

Love this place! We are from out of state and come here every time we come to visit family! Pictured is the pumpkin spice Italian ice! And wow it was great!!!!

My favorite cold dessert place in Lake Mary. Gelati is the right mix of ice cream and Italian ice. Good prices, good serving sizes, fast service, and always delicious. Drive Thru also being available is a huge plus.
