one of the worst place I’ve gone to. They have no dining in only outside and it’s very hot. Whoever is the owner. Did the worst mistake.

Did an interview with them and I was never contacted after being told repeatedly they would reach out. I called twice and employees said they'll tell their manager but I never received an update. 9 times out of 10; jobs would tell you wether you got the job or not...they wouldn't say "nothing" like this location did. This is my only complaint of this restaurant.

Best in town, I guarantee you this place is the bomb. The best in Jacksonville, Florida.

I got a medium peanut butter cup. The amount was decent, but it didn't taste as good as it should have for the price. I've tasted better for half the price at Walmart.

First time to this place. Staff was friendly and fast with samples. This place gives Rita's a run for the money. I shall return and enjoy other flavors.

This is the worst location by far. We order ahead so we don’t have to wait forever when we arrived. I have 2 jobs with two kids so i try to make things as simple as possible. I ordered a family group bundle prior to arriving. When we arrived there was no one in line and two girls working in back. A line started after a few minutes and my husband went in line to pick up our order. Every single person that arrived after us got served before us. We waited for everyone who came and ordered at the window to get their orders before even working on the order we had placed before any customers were there. They rushed it even when they finally made our order, gave us the wrong sizes and were rude. The moral of the story is ordering online wont be faster, infact it took 20 extra minutes. Next time i know better to not order “ahead”.

First time there I will definitely visit again. I definitely recommend it if you haven't tried them already

LOVE stopping in here anytime we're passing through or just need that sweet treat! The girls are always awesome, polite, and extra patient whenever we can't decide what combo to try next. We downloaded the app and now we basically get free stuff every other time we come. TLDR: This place rocks, try it.

Best Italian ice, with or without the ice cream mix. Download their app for deals. They do have bogo Tuesday during winter time, etc. but you need to get notified through the app. Please tip the window servers if you have the budget, since they let you try several flavors before you decide which one you want to buy. They have a bigger place in San Marco.

I go here all the time. I love their flavors and staff are always very nice. My kids love it here too! They also give a good amount of Ice cream for the price. You won't be disappointed.

Great place to get italian ice, gelati, et cetera. My wife got the Birthday Cake, italian ice. I chose the Scoop Froggy Frog gelati, chocolate mint italian ice, with chocolate soft serve ice cream!! Delicious and refreshing! Minimal wait at our time of service.

Italian ice and soft serve ice cream layered with toppings, it's great! Very cool, sweet, and refreshing. They do not have inside seating but umbrellas over the outside tables. And "the cleanest public bathroom ever," as reported by my 8 year old grandson.

The most delicious thing I've ever put in my mouth. I'm so happy I discovered this place. I ordered a mango blueberry Italian ice and it was amazing. So good! It was the perfect treat to take to the beach.

I absolutely love the gelati. I always get the cherry Italian ice with vanilla ice cream. So good! And I love that they self real soft serve ice cream.

First of all, all the young ladies working tonight are beautiful, hard workers. Zoey did not serve us, but I feel she deserves recognition. I witnessed her showing an incredible amount of patience. She was able to keep calm, cool, and collected while a customer yelled in her face. I genuinely believe she will change the world one day. I'm just sorry she had to experience this.

Good customer service and great flavor options!!!! Clean area to sit at a table and eat together with the family too! Very happy we decided to stop in!!
