Realizamos una reserva con 3 meses de antelación para la semana que viene a primeros de septiembre para celebrar nuestro aniversario. Resulta que les escribí en el formulario de respuesta solicitando servicio especial por nuestro aniversario.. por supuesto oagando. Esta solicitud nunca tuvo respuesta. Lo peor es que a menos de una semana nos han cancelado la reserva sin motivo ni razón ni comunicación al respecto. Vergonzoso!!!!

La réservation a été faite le 31 mai pour un diner le 4 aout. (Demande pour l’extérieur en bord de terrasse à 20h00). A notre arrivée, plus de table disponible à l’extérieur (en cas de pluie les tables situées en bord de terrasse ne sont pas disponibles). On nous propose l’intérieur que nous refusons pour cause de bruit et de climatisation excessive. Après une négociation houleuse, on nous installe à 4 sur une table de trois en milieu de terrasse. Si effectivement la vue en bord de terrasse est splendide, ce n’est pas le cas au milieu car les autres convives font écran. La musique de type discothèque, omniprésente est trop forte, obligé de crier pour se parler. La nourriture est de qualité inversement proportionnelle au prix. Un mauvais moment cher payé.

Great food but service can be improved. At the same time, the music and noise level was too loud and intense to have a good conversation at the table.

Excellent service and pretty space with a great view, but atmosphere was somewhat ruined by awful 1990s music played much too loudly. Miami Spice menu looked good on paper, but was mediocre. A salad and desserts were good, but other appetizers and entrees were pretty bland. Can definitely do better.

Our server Mario was great. Gave great recommendations and was very friendly.

Had an allergic reaction after one bite of the meal after specifying there was a nut allergy. When discussed with the staff, was accused of faking the reaction.

Everything was really good, food, view, etc… we loved it. About cocktails don’t even try the Sobe Old Fashion, it doesn’t worth the amount of $25

Was not impressed with the potions and taste of the food. The music was so loud we could barely hear our server who did not speak comprehendible English. The view was beautiful and so was the presentation of the food. Not worth the money.

Worst experience we’ve had in Miami so far. The food was late we kept asking the staff for our food but no one even answered us. Then our waiter finally decided to come and inform us that they have a big group and that’s what delayed our food, but the restaurant wasn’t full at all. The quality of the food was way below average our order came out under cooked. I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone and defiantly not coming back .

We visited Juvia for brunch. It was a beautiful day and the view was spectacular. We arrived just as they were opening and had the place to ourselves for a few minutes. Despite the lack of diners, the service was slow. On the upside, everything was delicious and I would definitely visit again.

Great dinner! The views are unmatched! The food was creatively presented and prepared nicely. There is not valet parking that I could figure out, but we self parked in the garage next door.

This was our second time eating at Juvia. We were crammed next to each other at a tiny table. When asked to add a seat to the other side so we could face each other we were told no. The waiter was horrendous, he was not attentive to us at all. He screwed up my drink order. The seafood pasta was mediocre at best, certainly not worth $58. The chocolate dessert was so bland, we took two bites and left it there. I had such high expectations after our first time there but this was a waste of $300 and a night out.

It’s obvious that you just come here for the view. Food is overpriced for the quality. Music was terrible (disco-like EDM) and very loud. Nice decor, courteous staff, and good (yet overpriced) drinks.

I dine out a lot in Miami and Miami Beach. Happy to pay top dollar at the best restaurants for a great experience. This was actual restaurant robbery. Absolutely zero special about their completely average 8oz filet to warrant the $85 cost for that entree and a $65 1/2 chicken breast-- felt like I was eating at a wedding-- really shocking for someone like me that spends a lot for restaurant experiences, especially considering Juvia isn't even considered a hot place on the social radar any more. It has become lets rip off the tourists who couldn't get a reservation in a legitimate place. Totally offensive pricing for that experience and I definitely won't ever go back. Total wast of a beautiful view because that was the only thing special at Juvia.

Our server was fantastic! We came here to celebrate our honeymoon and he showed us great hospitality and get us a complimentary passionfruit shot dessert. The food was excellent! The octopus appetizer is a MUST have.

Service was amazing. Our server was very knowledgeable and gave outstanding customer service. The food was delicious and so were the drinks. My husband and I both had the king crab octopus risotto and it DELICIOUS! Dessert was mouth watering! Everything was delicious

Extremely overpriced 4-5x. A $98 dinner plate for king crab risotto had one leg section on top of a small bowl portion that was totally uneatable.  should have seen a empty restaurant on a Friday night as a red flag.

I went to Juvia for the first time as a guest this past week. I went years ago as a food photographer to photograph for them but on this occasion I brought my mother for a belated mother's day gift. It was EVERYTHING I had hoped for the evening and more. We sat outside on the beautiful Miami summer evening facing the skyline as the sun set. We had the set menu 4 course "sunset dinner". This is a phenomenal value for what you get. The food was incredible, we ended up adding cocktails and chatting the evening away. The staff was so friendly. The waiter surprised us and wrote "Happy Mother's Day" on the desert plate. I had high expectations, and Julia exceeded them all.

Never dissatisfied at Juvia. I tried the spicy crispy tuna rice and was kinda ok. Everything else was delicious. The salmon nashi is always WOW! Cesar salad, oysters, wagyu and sides are great. My #2 favorite place in Miami :)

The view is beautiful, the food + drinks are good, yet very expensive. You’re mostly paying for the view, because the service was just not great. It wasn’t very busy when we arrived. There were at least 2-3x more waitstaff than guests and it took us a while to get our server over at the start. We had to ask for him twice. Also, huge pet peeve of mine is when plates are cleared before asking the guest. We had one or two bites left of our truffle ceviche, and a back waiter came up to refill our waters and then very quickly tossed a straw sleeve into the plate before I could even tell him we were still enjoying. That was very sad as it was a really delicious dish. Crossing this restaurant off my list, and don’t think I will be back - and I don’t think they expect you to either. The servers kept talking to us as though we were visitors and not locals. There are many other places with great views and better food + service. Juvia isn’t worth it to me.

Really sad that our breakfast was not pleasant. We ordered steak and eggs and the eggs were burn on the bottom side and the potatoes wete extremely hard to eat. I’ve gone for dinner before and didn’t have an issue but breakfast is not it.

She was told, it was parsnips because that’s what the dish said on the menu. I’ve been working in the industry over 15 years as Sous Chef and Chef Director. I have plenty experience to differentiate a raw potato and a parsnip. The Overall the experience was a 0 out of 10, food was really bad, service bad, I can keep going, but I’ll stop, Because it was my worst wasted $388 in just 35 minutes. The only thing I really liked was the Full Moon sign, because it was a full moon night. Please, do better… Juvia, the prices are too high and the expectations are way to high. But executions, service, quality, experience are extremely low. Details are the keys to success and this restaurant, is missing those details. Thank & hope this make a change.

The tenderloin carpaccio and pork belly appetizers were excellent. The truffle risotto and seared tuna entrees had excellent flavors. Can't beat the view. Service was slow. The server could have sold us a couple more drinks easily. They had tons of staff. The server forgot to offer us drinks after we wanted to see the cocktail menu again. The server seemed rushed but saw plenty of staff around. We ordered everything immediately. Food came out at a reasonable time.

We had a wonderful experience with our waiter wisham, he was amazing and so was the rest of the serving staff. Another that was so great was Harry, he was awesome too! Very attentive and everyone was so nice!! We had a table right along the edge overlooking the city - gorgeous. The food was outstanding too. The only complaint was how expensive it was. Had we been prepared to spend that much it would have been better. We discovered the restaurant by searching the web and the menu prices for the exact menu we had while dining were significantly more by 25-40% above the in-line prices. Little bit of sticker shock when we arrived but worth it!! Kudos to Wisham- he was the main reason we had such an awesome time!

Absolutely not fine dining. Rooftop view was the only enjoyable part. The service was awful, to the point of rude. We had to flag down a waiter to start our first order, and she disappeared so often we’d have to rush our orders and they all looked annoyed cursing inappropriately about their tasks as they whisked by, blatantly ignoring us. With rushed orders nothing on the menu was explained like sides needing to be ordered separately/optional. So when we chose an entre and she quickly moved to the next person it was assumed sides must already come with it. They do not. Food was decent but incredibly underwhelming for the prices. Ordered a bottle of champagne that they held hostage on ice. The music was also so loud I couldn’t hear my sister next to me even though she was nearly shouting her words. The seats were cheap patio seats with hard woven material that was painful on our legs and just incredibly uncomfortable. Overall, so not worth the trouble or the money. My $87 entre only was in reality maybe worth $40 at absolute most and should have been discounted for the terrible service. I do not recommend this place at all.

I do not usually comment on a restaurant, but I have a minor complaint for the first time in years. The shape of the fork handle is round and very difficult to hold. I told you it was minor, but it was an issue for me. Otherwise, a very nice place to dine and view the city.

They have an outrageous corking fee that you are not told of till you get there, it’s a bait and switch and should be noted. Had it not been for the waiter, it would have been a bust. He made up for the other issues. Not worth the price. Good for maybe drinks and appetizers but not much more.

I am not sure if they can claim that they set the standard with quality of their food preperation. Salmon was over cooked, NY Strip was medium but serving a $56 steak with fries, really?? What about asparagus, julian carrots or garlic mash. Not even close to what WATR offers at 1 Hotel.

Juvia used to be an Amazing restaurant to visit, but not anymore. Mothers Day brunch was a bust and also the last time I ever visit this place. There are so many better options to choose from. Find another restaurant, you will be extremely disappointed with your dining experience here. The view hasn’t changed, but the service, quality of food & experience has. Check out the other recent reviews for Juvia and you’ll see for yourself! Extremely disappointed in this place.

Fabiola was great. She did an amazing job. The food and drinks were awesome.

The food was very poorly presented, without much variety for a $160 brunch, the drinks were hot, the truth is that the quality of the restaurant is not at all what it was before. I would not go again.

When we arrived at the restaurant the girl she received was very discourteous and neither are you kind.

Obviously, the ambience and location is quite nice. That being said, I was not really impressed with the service or the food. We were seated promptly, but it took almost 20 minutes before somebody attended to us as far as drinks. We ordered three appetizers and a main course. I was impressed that the appetizers came out rather quickly, and they tasted good. We had the ceviche, the Gyoza, and the spicy tuna, crispy rice, which was quite good. For the main course we ordered the king crab risotto, it was $96 and extremely unimpressed. The risotto was overpowered by a tremendous amount of sauce, which I felt ways to mustardy, and not complementary to the crab. There was a small portion of tasty crab. All in all, I think they should remove the dish from the menu or change it to something else. It was a pleasant evening, but for my first time experience, I expected more.

Go for the view and that’s about it. The sweet and sour grilled shrimp was cooked until it resembled and lasted like leather. For 2 people this was a $350 dollar meal. The view is spectacular but the food was horrible. There are much better places to spend your money.

Excellent meal! Worth every penny; enjoyed the view, loved the ambience, and the food could not have better!
